McDonald's Getrey in Saarbrücken

Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich, aber das bestellte Spielzeug war falsch. Ich wurde nicht mal gefragt ob es ok wäre wenn es aus Mangel ein anderes sein darf.

Meine erste Bestellung kam nach 3 Minuten. Danach entschied ich mich, mir am Kiosk einen Eisbecher zum Nachtisch zu holen; 2 Euro sind dafür nicht teuer. 40 MINUTEN FÜR EINEN EISENBECHER!!! Ich bestellte um 20 Uhr, und einige Kunden wurden bereits vor mir bedient, OBWOHL SIE NACH MIR gekommen waren… Das finde ich einfach unmöglich. Ich musste selbst zum Tresen gehen, um den Nachtisch abzuholen (der eigentlich an meinen Tisch gebracht werden sollte). Wäre ich nicht hingegangen, hätte ich viel länger gewartet… für ein Eis, das in 30 Sekunden zubereitet ist. Nächstes Mal gehe ich zum McDonald’s am Bahnhof; da ist die Wartezeit wenigstens viel kürzer.

Ich wollte seit etlichen Jahren mal wieder zu McDonald's, da es dort Gutscheine für irgendwelche Gläser zum Sammeln gibt. Bei der Bestellung wird einem dann aber gesagt, dass es die gar nicht gibt. Reines Lockangebot also. Bin dann ohne etwas dort zu essen wieder gefahren und werde McDonald's dann zukünftig wieder meiden.

Leckeres Essen und exzellenter Service

Relativ sehr gross mit sehr vielen Parkplatz Verfügbarkeiten. Drinnen auch recht gross . Personal war stets bemüht. Sauber joa geht so. Für die Durchreise bzw weitere Reise reicht es .

Bei Lieferando bestellt und online bezahlt . Jedes mal vergessen sie die Hälfte Bestellung. Das kann nicht war sein!! Man ruft an und wird gesagt dann haben sie Pech!! Was ist das für Service

Wie oft ein Teil meiner Bestellung fehlt oder ein falscher Burger in der Tüte ist, wird langsam lächerlich. Ich wollte doch nur meinen Muffin essen 😡

War um 5 Uhr morgens nach dem Club da, sie schließen erst um 6. Trotzdem sehr unfreundliche Bedienung haben alle schon um 5 rausgeworfen und dazu noch die Hälfte der Bestellung vergessen konnte dann aber nicht mehr zurück da sie schnell alles abgespert haben . Kann jetzt meine 20 Nuggets ohne Soße essen lecker.

Wechselt mal euer verdammtes Öl meine Pommes schmeckt nach Schnitzel

Der Typ am Tresen sollte mehr arbeiten statt laut rumzualbern und sollte sich konzentrieren die tüten richtig zu packen, statt einem Burger doppelte Nuggets erhalten und falsche Soßen, absolut falsches und unfähoges personal vorhanden. In einem Zirkus währen dort manche besser auf gehoben.

Sehr schwer die Einfahrt zu finden, Mitarbeiter scheinen sich zu weigern 'Guten Tag, Auf Wiedersehen, Danke' zu sagen....

Waren oft abend da oft wurde was vergessen , es herscht eine so schlechte stimmung ,im vergleich zu st ingbtert ein absoluter flop gesamte personal u manager tauschen und auf mehr positive Arbeitsmoral/ Kundenumgang setzten denn als kunnd hatte ich das gefühl nicht erwünscht zu sein

Viel zu teuer! Warum zahlt man in den saarländischen Filialen viel mehr Geld als in den anderen Bundesländern? Während man bundesweit einheitlich 4,49 € für ein Happy Meal verlangt, zahlt man hier horrende 5,99 €. Ähnlich geht es weiter mit den Preisen des McCafe, viel teurer als anderswo. Unbedingt vergleichen und die saarländischen Filialen meiden. Es gibt viele Alternativen.

Der Service ist katastrophal, niemand versteht irgendetwas. Organisation und Sauberkeit lassen dringend zu wünschen übrig; die Wartezeit ist viel zu lang.

Ich war vor etwa drei Wochen in diesem McDonald's. Der Kellner war extrem unhöflich; er muss wohl einen schlechten Tag gehabt haben, denn er war unmöglich. Die Bedienung war unglaublich langsam, obwohl sonst niemand im Restaurant war. Kurz gesagt, ein sehr enttäuschendes McDonald's-Erlebnis.

Sehr nette Filiale. Hier ist Fast Food noch wirklich Fast! Vom Bestellen bis zum Essen vergingen keine 3 Minuten. Bei meinem Besuch gegen 11:30 war nicht viel los. Alles war sehr sauber, auch die Toiletten. Burger und Chicken Wings waren warm und sehr gut. Seit langer Zeit mal wieder einen Burger mit Genuss gegessen. Sehr gerne wieder.

Absoluter Saftladen. Um 18:38 Uhr bestellt, dann 20 Minuten gewartet. Auf Nachfrage hieß es plötzlich: „Ach, die Bestellung steht hier schon, ist aber kalt.“ Danach wurde versucht, eine neue zuzubereiten – nach weiteren 5 Minuten bekam ich meine Bestellung, allerdings unvollständig: nur 6 Döner-Nachos statt der bestellten 8. Als ich das reklamierte, meinte die Mitarbeiterin nur, sie könne noch zwei nachmachen. Die lange Wartezeit wird dabei komplett ignoriert. Währenddessen unterhalten sich die Mitarbeiter, jemand bringt von draußen Baklava, es wird gegessen und gequatscht – während sie offensichtlich nicht in der Lage sind, eine einfache Bestellung korrekt und zeitnah fertigzustellen. Bestellung Nr. 245 übrigens. Nie wieder.

Alles ging flott. Essen lecker. Was will man mehr?

Heute war ich mit meiner Familie dort, die Wartezeit betrug mehr als 35 Minuten.

Mit dem gewohnt gutem Essen und Trinken, auch morgens eine schöne Idee für einen gemütlichen Kaffee. Vielen Dank für die angenehme Pause

Da ich nach einer party Nacht etwas Hunger hatte, beschloss ich, mir bei McDonald's schnell etwas zu essen zu holen. Ich bestellte gerade am Bestellterminal, als die Kassiererin mich bat zu gehen, weil es „zu spät“ sei. Andere Kunden bestellten noch, und sie sagte nichts zu ihnen. Ich versuchte, mit ihr zu verhandeln, um wenigstens einen winzigen Big Mac bestellen zu können, woraufhin sie drohte, die Polizei zu rufen. Finden sie das normal?

Ich hatte ein fantastisches Erlebnis, das Essen war viel besser als in Frankreich und der Manager hat mich mit meinem Hund reingelassen.

Essen ok. Halt McDonalds. Aber die Ewigkeiten die man immer warten muss wobei niemand weiteres am Drive steht ist nicht nachvollziehbar

Burger waren zum Teil nur lauwarm

Saftladen, werde ich absofort besser meiden. Essen war kalt komplett kalt, Burger fallen in der Tüte aus der Schachtel sodass alles in der Tüte voll Mayo ist und dem Happy meal Spielzeug Wunsch missachtet man einfach vorneweg. Alles muss man kontrollieren. Das ist lächerlich. Diesmal haben wir die Spielsachen nicht kontrolliert und mussten daher 20km nochmal hinfahren um sich dann Frechheiten anzuhören wenn man es tauschen kommt. Sagt mir der werte Herr eiskalt: “Wir haben keine Nummern” Ja is klar Kollege! Aufn Plakat steht bei jedem eine Nummer, aufn Bestellterminal wählt man eine Nummer, am Kassenzettel steht ne Nummer und auf euren Fächern direkt vor mir ebenfalls. Das is einfach nur Kunden verarschen weil man um 22:30h kein Bock mehr hat. Verzichte ich drauf.

Trotz unzähliger Werbebanner auch in Saarbrücken sind die Preise nach wie vor unverschämt hoch.

Die Angestellten sind sehr unfreundlich und seufzen ständig! Das Essen war okay, schließlich ist es ein Schnellimbiss. Aber ich komme nicht wieder, die behandeln ihre Kunden wirklich schlecht!

War am Drive gut gelaufen Bin zufrieden

Am MC Drive lässt man eine ganze Schlange Autos warten um sich mit den App-Problemen eines anderen Kunden zu beschäftigen. Bin dann wieder gefahren. Was interessiert mich dem seine blöde App? Echt unverschämt wie hier die Prioritäten gesetzt werden!

Wenn wir Mal Hunger auf einen Burger haben, dann gehen wir gerne Mal hierhin, essen vor Ort oder bestellen zum Mitnehmen, Qualität wie gewohnt gut und auch sauber.

Sehr laut und leider konnte man nur an einem Terminal bestellen. Für ältere Personen kaum machbar...

I've had very good experiences with the McDonald's on Eschberger Weg so far. I only go there for breakfast in the mornings, though, when it's clean and quiet. The restaurant is spacious. The decor isn't your standard McDonald's; it's minimalist and modern. In the front area, customers sit on stools in a subtle green. Some find it uncomfortable, but I like it. The coffee is the best in all of Saarbrücken, and with the new McPops, McDonald's has hit the spot for me. Sweet little bites with few calories that go perfectly with a cup of coffee or cappuccino. The coffee specialties are also available with oat milk, which, unlike other McDonald's locations, is almost always available at this one. Highly recommended.

It's McDonald's, after all. Lots of terminals, plenty of parking. There's also a drive-thru.

Unfriendly staff, bad food – simply disappointing! My mobile order wasn't accepted at the restaurant, with the explanation that orders could only be placed at the drive-thru. The staff seemed completely unmotivated and annoyed. Furthermore, the cash payment option has been removed from the app – absolutely customer-unfriendly. McDonald's has officially become my absolute worst place to eat. I won't support this kind of thing anymore – from now on, it's Burger King only for me. 👎🍔

I've had several negative experiences with this store in the past, but today's visit was unfortunately the lowest point. Previous orders were missing parts of the order (e.g., six Big Macs in a bulk order), which were only added after discussions. AND THAT ONLY BECAUSE THERE WAS AN UNACCEPTED BAG BEHIND THE COUNTER CONTAINING EXACTLY SIX BIG MACS!!!!!!! Today it happened again: Despite paying, something was missing from the bag (two mayonnaises and one sweet and sour sauce). Additionally, the Coke was handed to me with the words "lid" – but the lid wasn't attached. It was just sitting loosely on top. Because I had to grab the cup by the top (because the employee was holding it at the bottom), a large portion of the Coke spilled over my hand, my clothes, and the driver's seat. I'm really disappointed at how often these mistakes happen. It seems like there's a lack of attention and care. This ultimately leads to a loss of trust in this branch as a customer. What's going on there is simply abysmal.

Our favorite Mecces because it has an integrated indoor playground with a kind of family area. The kids can climb and slide, and you can eat and chat in peace 😁 It's also really spacious, so you're not sitting on top of each other.

Unfortunately, a few things were forgotten on several orders last night. Whether it was the system or simply because employees were playing with their phones more than doing their work, it's impossible to say. But it certainly wasn't an isolated incident. It was something we could observe.

Today at around 6.30pm I ordered a Happy Meal and a few other things from McDonald's Restaurant Eschberger Weg 1. Unfortunately I didn't check the order. Only when I got home did I notice that there were no toys in the Happy Meal. That's a real shame because my child was looking forward to the toy. Unfortunately the employee didn't put any toys in there. These days you have to check everything it seems and the cashier gave me the wrong change. When I asked her about it, she only noticed that she had given me too little.

What's the point? Hamburgers are so expensive that they're driving me into financial ruin.

Loud, something constantly beeping, dirty, greasy, unhealthy food. Not even remotely vegan or vegetarian friendly.

I wanted to try some hot sauce as part of the hot sauce special. I went there, and the sauce was sold out without replacement. According to the staff, it's sold out forever. Not so good. So I went to Burger King, where they have everything advertised.

No soap or paper in the toilets. I don't want to eat anything either.

Large entrance area with enough terminals for ordering. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The service during our visit was attentive, but overwhelmed. In the 20 minutes I waited, two orders were incorrect. The food is okay, but unfortunately, nothing more. The meat is absolutely dry, and the cheese and pickles are dried out. Overall, a very disappointing visit... 😶

It's no longer what it once was.

I ordered 1 Big Mac, 1 Royal TS, and 1 double cheeseburger yesterday through Wolt. The food arrived cold. The worst part was that the food contained animal products, so I had to throw it away. Please never order from or eat at this restaurant again.

It's a disaster, especially if you order takeout. Orders are almost always wrong. It's especially problematic for vegetarians when they get home and realize that they've served regular nuggets instead of the vegetarian ones. It's happened several times.

I ate half of my Royal TS and then found this long, curly hair in my salad. Now I don't like it anymore.

There was only one server. After 20 minutes, I left without ordering. I will never go back to that store. This is a complete disgrace.

This McDonald's looks like the others, but the service is very bad. When you order a product they don't have anymore, they replace it, but you have to pay more. If you forgot to ask for ketchup when ordering, you have to go back to the kiosk to pay the 0.10€. I've never seen such a stingy McDonald's.

Will the food on offer satisfy and fill a hungry man? I can't answer that question. If there are about eight cars in line at the drive-thru and only one car takes my order within a hand-timed eight minutes, I'll probably find something else to eat.

Sticky tables, dirty seats, and constant, annoying beeps that make any kind of lingering experience absolutely unbearable. Besides, toilet seats don't cost the earth. Why do those rancid, scratched, yellow things have to be screwed onto the toilet bowls in the women's restroom? Not to mention the stench and the dripping sink. Two points for the fact that the order was brought to the table promptly and correctly.

Terrible experience. My burger had no filling just bread and an overwhelming amount of sauce. Whoever made it clearly wasn't paying attention. I also got a donut that was dry, old, and completely tasteless. Really disappointing overall. Definitely not up to the usual McDonald's standard

We spent $27.47 on two meals and a doughnut and honestly, it wasn't worth it. My burger was ok but definitely not worth the extra cost, I wish I had just got a standard cheeseburger. My husband's McRib had three tiny strands of onion inside. The waffle fries were bland - regular fries are cheaper and taste way better. And the cookie dough doughnut? Dry, bland, and clearly not fresh. Really disappointing.

Hello, We placed an order at the McDonald’s on Eschberger Weg, Saarbrücken, on 19/07 at 21:40:59. We ordered a Big Mac combo (with fries and McShaker) and a Philly Cheese Stack. When we got home, we realized that the Big Mac burger was missing, and the McShaker fries came without the seasoning, just the empty packet. It was a very disappointing experience.

This was the saddest burger i've ever eaten in my life. The employees were hanging on for dear lives at 2am in the morning, going around like ghosts. Extremely unmemorable food, extremely memorable experience. edit. came here accidentally one more time, i think im getting food poisoning :)

We had breakfast here and were pleasantly surprised. The service was excellent, the food was good, and it was very clean.

There was no sign indicating that we weren't allowed to sit there. As we started eating, an employee came up to us and started yelling. I don't understand why people talk to customers like that—am I a McDonald's employee?

The food wasn't super fast, but everything was fresh. The burgers were garnished on the side; there were more in the box than in the sandwich. The welcome wasn't great. When you said you didn't speak German, they spoke to you in German even louder, as if you'd magically understand. The order was left on the counter with the wrong receipt, and they only called you once.

Simply disrespectful and must always wait at least 15 minutes for coffee or iced coffee

If you like cold, squashed burgers with hard cheese, this is the place for you. The main thing is to keep raising the prices.

To start with the positive: This branch is well-maintained, clean, and the store is actually quite nicely designed. Unfortunately, that's where it ends, as I can't comment on the quality of the food or the service, as I haven't experienced either for the second time in a row. If you don't pay by card but want to do so at the checkout, it seems to be common practice to have to wait forever for an employee before your order is processed and prepared. It's nice for the employees of a "fast food" chain to be able to take all the time in the world. Unfortunately, I usually don't have that, and I've had to leave for the second time without ever being served. Even if everything else were perfect (which I unfortunately can't judge), this is unacceptable.

Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with the cleanliness of this McDonald's branch. The floors are almost always dirty and sticky, which leaves a very unpleasant impression. What's even worse is that there is often no hand soap in the dispensers - something that should be a given in a catering establishment. I find this particularly worrying as there is a play area for children. Especially in such an environment, hygiene is of utmost importance. I hope that management takes these issues seriously and takes necessary measures to improve the cleanliness and hygiene in the branch.

Everything was ok, prices were fair, staff bed, furnishings were functional, dishes were tasty as usual. Always happy to go there.

Please hire suppliers who understand which address they need to go to...

Very tasty food. Like in a 5 star restaurant. Unfortunately, the costs are similar.

I'm French and I notice that no one understands German anymore, it's serious, no order is correct, I waited 4 orders to get an opinion, 4 orders were wrong and on top of that I ended up taking a Big Mac each time because people didn't understand what I was saying, even when repeating 5-6 times, DISASTER.

Not recommended outside of Saarbrücken city center, prefer the MC Donald at the train station

I normally write reviews very rarely but you forgot my shitty 9 nuggets. Of course that happens, but I was looking forward to the nuggets hours before the end of my catering shift. I only noticed it at home

You get hot food, I even burned my fingers on one of the burgers and the fries and chicken are hot. I can only recommend it

The tables are so rarely wiped down that they are always really dirty. Likewise, the gray faux leather upholstery on the seats is so unclean that it's disgusting. In 70 percent of cases, the food or burger and fries is already cold when it arrives at the table. From the fries you can see that the frying oil used is so old that it should at best serve as fuel for an old tractor.

I ordered sweet and sour and nuggets as normal, but they just aren't edible with sauce. You have to know for yourself whether it tastes good to you.

Poor service and taste. The order is repeatedly made incorrectly, e.g. I ordered spicy nuggets, but only got normal ones!! Then when I had them they taste terrible, like they were still half raw. At least the restaurant is a bit fancy inside.

There is a great slide, I really like going there, especially when there are not many people
