Pausekebab in Saarbrücken

Staff unfriendly and inflexible. Price/performance... nothing for people with a small budget and nothing for people with a BIG hunger for something tasty... I won't throw my money down this "restaurant" again!

Unfortunately very unfriendly staff. The menu shows Lahmacun/Turkish pizza with a lemon. After this was ordered, the waitress said it was rolled up and filled with salad. I then asked if I could just have the lahmacun without salad, as shown in the photo. Reluctantly I was served this with the words “This is not a Turkish shop”. The bulgur was also totally dry and absolutely not edible. Unfortunately, the service and food were not good at all and for such high prices…

On December 20th, 2024 we (2 adults + 1 child) visited this snack bar. Service staff arrived at the table very quickly, but visibly annoyed. Food Partly not available which was not apparent on the “menu”. (Cheeseburger menu could not be ordered because the grill was out - statement from the employee). Preparation of the food was relatively quick. Unfortunately my partner found some mold in her Sprite bottle (which the seller can't do anything about) and after she complained about it she was told she should drink it or throw it away, it wasn't his fault. Of course, the seller is not to blame, but this situation could have been handled differently since we also paid for the drink. Overall we didn't feel very comfortable during our stay as we felt like we weren't wanted. There will be no further visit.

Nothning bad to say about this place, only the best.

I first rate my kebab plate, which was completely ok. However, for the price it seemed unspectacular to me. What absolutely didn't work was the service. A lady served me at the table and from the first second she was unfriendly. My drink was forgotten, the specially ordered sauce over the fries was forgotten and the cutlery with the meal was forgotten. After a nice hint from me, I was acknowledged with the words “Yeah, yeah” and not a glance. I hadn't sat at the table for a minute before she wanted to take my order. Since it was my first time there, the selection understandably took a little longer. I had to ask several things and the lady got annoyed. There's not much to say about the ambience, it's in a shopping center with a lot of customer traffic. What question do I always ask myself?! Will I visit restaurants again? Unfortunately I have to deny that here.

I absolutely advise against this. The staff is unpleasant. Bad meat, artificial sauce, expensive prices for poor service

There are no small kebabs just the smallest big ones I've ever seen! Very expensive and zero taste! Also unfriendly service!

The worst kebab I've ever eaten and the staff looked like I was their enemy... I don't recommend it

Döner war okay, fiel zwar auseinander aber guter Geschmack. Getränkepreise sind frech von 2,75€. Vio auf der Karte angeboten und Sprudel von Kaufland Serviert. Die Krönung war, dass wir beim Bezahlen den Pfand in Rechnung gestellt bekommen haben obwohl wir vor Ort gegessen haben.

Kebap ve döner konusunda gayet başarılı. Porsiyonlar yeterliydi. 😊

Çok nezih ve şık bir mekan. Çalışanların da güler yüzlü ve servislerinin hızı, lezzetin de gayet iyi olması beni çok memnun etti.

Der Service war leider sehr enttäuschend - unfreundlich und arrogant. Der Döner entsprach nicht meinen Erwartungen, besonders angesichts des Preises von 11€ für Döner, Pommes und ein Getränk. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis finde ich nicht angemessen. Fazit: Nicht weiterzuempfehlen

Bedienung sehr freundlich. Hatte Kebabteller bestellt. Leider ist da kein Brot dabei(kostet extra). Geschmack war OK.

Smacznie i duże porcje. Szkoda tylko że nie można zamówić po Angielsku

Das Essen war gut und köstlich, in Worten nicht zu beschreiben. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich. Das Ambiente sensationell. Vom Preis her lässt sich nix sagen. Dieses Restaurant ist ein Muss!!! Von ganzem Herzen zu empfehlen.

Présentation et service au top. Le personnel est toujours souriant et accueillant. Le gout du kebab avec la sauce yoghourt est excellente, je m'en lasse jamais. Franchement pour le prix et la qualité je recommande fortement ce restaurant !

Geht klar wenn man nach dem Einkauf sehr hungrig ist. Fleisch wird aus dem Warmhaltebecken genommen. Echt nur Okay der Döner. Der Hunger treibt es rein. Wer einen guten Döner möchte fährt lieber wo anders hin
