Unfortunately, none of our 8 people enjoyed our food, more appearance than reality. More suitable for a cocktail evening but even some of them unfortunately didn't taste good

We were passing through Saarbrücken, we stopped for a drink, we met Farès, a great waiter, customer contact was perfect, the fries were superb, the wine too, and the service was magical 💜

The food was tasty but nothing for those very hungry. Small portions. I tried 2 white wines and both were mixed with water/sparkling water (I didn't order a spritzer!) and you sit comfortably.

We retreat from the hustle and bustle of the Christmas market into this oasis of peace and design. Admittedly, the store isn't always that quiet, but on this visit it was and we enjoyed it. The service was nice and friendly, attentive throughout the entire stay. The order comes extremely quickly, but still tastes excellent. Card payment hassle-free. An extremely pleasant stay!

When they serve you a non-alcoholic cocktail that clearly says alcohol on the menu and then you complain to the waiter who cockily answers that if it has passion fruit it doesn't have alcohol, it's shameful, I feel cheated.

Terrible service. Untrained, unpleasant staff, the minimum is not guaranteed (friendliness, cleanliness, compliance of orders)..no overwork though..the pub was almost empty (and we understand why). Ouch ouch ouch..catastrophe!!!

Ambience great. Unfortunately there is a strong draft and therefore cold. Unfortunately, toilets are not that clean. Not so competent waiters. Service is therefore rather poor. Wrong food delivered and already cold. Long waiting time. Despite everything, very accommodating and treated fairly.

Were beaten by the staff. Otherwise actually very nice. Still wouldn't come back.

Die Bewertungen sind für mich unverständlich. Wir waren zu viert essen und waren sehr begeistert von dem sehr freundlichen und aufmerksamen Service. Das Essen war sehr lecker und wurde in angemessener Zeit serviert. Als Dankeschön gab es sogar noch 2 Espressi aufs Haus. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We walked again for about 15 minutes. Were skillfully ignored by the waitress. And no, it wasn’t “Full House.” Just a maximum of 25% utilization. Too bad.

Wir wollten eigentlich nie wieder ins Sausalitos gehen, weil der Service seit Jahren einfach nicht funktioniert. Daran hat sich leider nichts geändert. Wir mussten über 30 Minuten warten, bis überhaupt mal jemand kam, danach hat die Bestellung über 45 Minuten gedauert. Diese war dann auch leider noch unvollständig. Es ging nicht nur uns so, sondern der kompletten Etage. Der Laden und die Location hat so viel Potential aber den Service bekommen die in Saarbrücken einfach nicht in den Griff.

Food tasted good, but waiting time was very long.. But the customer service seems to be a catastrophe.. I complained twice by email that we were charged too much.. no response.. A SHAME!!

I ordered a non-alcoholic mojito, but they brought me an alcoholic one instead. Okay, that's not a big problem for me. Later I ordered another drink and sweet potatoes. I waited 50 minutes for Sweet Pommes. The waiters did not go out into the street, there was no one to ask about the order. In the end, the waiter came out and asked him, he said that the girl had not punched my order. In the end they didn’t even give a discount. The service ruined the experience.

Very nice shop in a central part of the city. The staff are helpful and friendly and the prices are reasonable.

Beautiful - great tables and seating areas, the service was a bit “inexperienced” but still polite and nice, there were 8 of us there and the restaurant was well attended. The food was tasty and hot, came quickly, as did the cocktails and drinks 😊

The sushi here is just super disgusting, I've never experienced anything like it, even supermarket sushi is better, which totally shocked me. It looks very nice in this restaurant but unfortunately that doesn't matter when the food is bad.

Wir haben einen Tisch zum Essen reserviert und bekamen einen Tisch ohne Licht zugewiesen. Zum Lesen der Speisekarte mussten wir unsere Handytaschenlampe anschalten und auf Nachfrage wurde gesagt, es hätte einen Wasserschaden gegeben und deshalb würde an diesem Tisch ( an allen anderen gab es eine Lampe darüber) das Licht noch nicht funktionieren! Wir hatten zu Anfang auch gesagt, dass wir Gutscheinbücher nutzen möchten (wir waren 5 Personen); darin ist markiert, dass man 4:2, 2:1 und Singel (SI) nutzen kann. Bei der Bezahlung hieß es dann aber vom "Schichtleiter", das SI gäbe es nicht, wir könnten nur 4:2 oder 2:1 einlösen!? Die Bedienung kannte allerdings den Rabatt zu 50% - seltsam 😞

Went here for dinner today and absolutely loved it! Fresh, appealing, portions perfect and appropriate. Service top and very friendly. And the ambience inside and of course outside is very well maintained. Tip top, continued success and see you soon.

The drinks came relatively quickly, but the sodas, which sounded very good, ended up being just fizz with syrup and loveless wilted mint. The food (quesadilla with sweet potato fries & curry was ok but nothing special. What doesn't work at all is we ordered a green curry and suddenly a red one came with the explanation that there was no green left and the kitchen didn't know ? But you can also do something new and different, that's nice, but you ask beforehand and don't just make another dish without asking and then offer to do something else, which means another waiting time or "take it." The red and the drinks are on the house or similar.” The whole staff seems so unmotivated and that's just not possible when at least two male employees are serving in casual clothes and one is even wearing flip-flops (!). Of course it's not a star restaurant and you don't have to wear a suit to serve, but at least uniform shirts or polos should look sensible. Unfortunately, the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. If you have a long bench that is covered with fabric you just have to remove all the cushions and wipe and vacuum the bench after work, it was all full of crumbs, hair and other things and many cushions were full of white spots. Baby chair dirty with food from the child in front of it. That just doesn't work at all. I'll save pictures of this. If there was a toilet sign hanging on the wall upstairs, every guest wouldn't have to stand around wondering because it's not clear that the toilets are downstairs. Here, too, you can take the trouble to replace defective signs (see picture, etc.). So overall it's ok, but nothing more, no need to repeat, because unfortunately it's careless and there's no eye for details and cleanliness.

Wir hatten eine Reservierung für einen Hochtisch am Fenster. Als wir gekommen sind wurde uns nur im Vorbeigehen gesagt, wir sollen uns ‚irgendwo‘ hinsetzen, Reservierung sei egal. Nachdem wir einen Tisch innen gefunden hatten, saßen wir mindestens 7 Minuten und es war noch immer niemand da um uns zumindest eine Speisekarte zu bringen. Innen war es super laut und eher dunkel, wie in einer Kantine. Musik war nur draußen sehr laut. Zum Essen sind wir deshalb garnicht gekommen weil das Ambiente innen so unangenehm war, dass wir uns woanders etwas gesucht haben. Vielleicht ist es draußen schöner, wir werden der Sache noch eine Chance geben.

We are French and frankly it is time for the Germans to make an effort, because in Saarbrücken at least 30% of customers are cross-border and they are making no effort.... At 6 p.m. no more lager.... So I take a unicorn and my wife a glass of crement with a really not very elaborate liqueur, served like in the canteen...

The evening started well, but unfortunately it was ruined by the waiter and the worst drink I was ever served. I complained several times, but nothing happened at first!!! The waiter's reaction was simply to walk away during my complaint?! After about 40 minutes he served me the same drink with a little more soda, but it was still terrible. My companion also ordered a Moscow Mule and received a ginger shot-like drink. That doesn't have to be the case. I can advise anyone not to visit this establishment! I have rarely experienced such cheeky behavior from a waiter!

I was a guest in the restaurant next door, but was kindly allowed to use the changing table, which was equipped with powder, disinfectant and diapers in various sizes. I would happily give it 5 stars! Thank you!

Beautiful Asian-styled courtyard where you can sit very comfortably. Sushi was delicious and beautifully prepared. Generally the menu was Asian and Mexican.

Bedienungen waren permanent planlos. Fast jede Bestellung wurde zuerst an falschen Tisch gebracht. Zudem wurden falsche Getränke serviert oder es wurde etwas vergessen! Servicekräfte ungeeignet für diesen Job!

Waitress who spilled 2 glasses on a pair of suede shoes: 0 excuses + 0 commercial gesture. We are given the 2 drinks again: they are not the right ones.

We were there for dinner. Very questionable quality - bone-dry salmon, sticky rice and slapped lettuce leaves. Drinks were okay. We were suddenly thrown out while we were still having drinks because the team wanted to close in time.

We had made a reservation, we sat outside for 20 minutes until we were noticed, they were “surprised” that we wanted to eat something, got a card, waited again, noticed us, ordered a starter and a main course, both came together, ate everything, paid, left. 4 stars for the chef, it was tasty, but a bit lacking… 1 star for the service because we were served at all… 2 stars for the (outside) ambience, it shouldn't be a problem to keep things tidy and clean. It's a shame, a missed opportunity to either teach the staff the service concept or replace some of it. The IU has potential.

⚠️ after having painfully collected our bill (after payment) which seemed false to us, we realized that the waiter had given himself a €20 tip without asking our opinion. Obviously this server disappeared from circulation when we asked to check the invoice.

Das Essen war hervorragend. Der Aperol Spritz war wässrig. Dafür dass nur eine Bedienung da war, musste man nicht lange warten.

Mehrfach wurde die Bestellung falsch aufgenommen und falsch gebracht. Personal will keinen Kassenzettel herausgeben und schlägt sich selbst 3 € Trinkgeld noch auf das normale Trinkgeld drauf. Erst als nochmaliger Aufforderung den Kassenzettel herauszugeben, war dies ersichtlich. Zudem wurden noch zwei Wasser, die man nicht hatte darauf gebucht. Natürlich stritt das Personal dies am Ende am. Wer gerne so um ein paar Euro erleichtert werden möchte und keinen Kassenbeleg oder Bewirtungsbeleg möchte ist dort gerne willkommen. #wer Böses denkt, dass man es ansonsten einfach wieder ausbuchen kann #schlechter Service

Unfortunately the service is really bad, you wait a hundred years until someone comes. The last time our drinks were even forgotten, we had to ask twice where they were but nothing came. They said they forgot to send the order. The food was delicious. Unfortunately, there was also some complaining because we wanted to pay by card, the service should still be worked on.

Trotz Reservierung im Innenraum war es keine Problem an einem Tisch im Aussenbereich zu wechseln. Draußen kann man nicht reservieren. Getränke gingen schnell. Großer Cocktail in der Happy Hour 10,90€ und extrem lecker noch dazu. Essenwar von der Portion mehr als reichlich und auch lecker.

Incredibly long waiting times, 45 minutes without even a drink is tough. After that, half of it was forgotten and the other half was stale.

From the facility to the employees. The staff are super friendly, the cocktails are delicious, the furnishings are stylish and the truffle fries are awesome!

We came on Sunday March 31, at 4, for a drink. Ok, the setting is nice, nice decoration but our experience was disappointing, and that in hindsight... The 2 people who came with us left first. They paid for all the drinks without telling us, for the surprise. When we left (less than 10 minutes later), the waiter made us (re)pay for our own drinks even though everything is computerized and he therefore knew that everything had been paid for. There weren't many people in the bar at the time, it was impossible for the staff not to know that (especially with the added IT). By speaking the next day with the people who accompanied us, we also knew that it was the same server... This is unacceptable and anti-merchant behavior! To flee

My coke was knocked over by the waiter. Everything is then on my pants and my sweater. So everything was wet and I couldn't go to the event we had tickets. So in compensation I got a small new Coke and I was offered that the cleaning costs would be covered. If I had decided to have the cleaning done, I would have had to pay for the small Coke myself. I then decided on the free Coke because that would be far too inconvenient to clean. I would have had to email the cleaning bill and then probably wait forever for my money… Conclusion of the evening: Wet sweater and soaking wet pants, no pleasant leftover food and the event was ruined. First and last time in the store. Apologies were made, but not much more. You felt very alone with the “wet” problem.

You can do it. However, I wouldn't go there specifically for that. Unfortunately, the meat in the burger was killed twice.

Das Essen war sehr lecker und kam unerwartet schnell. Preislich, absolut in Ordnung. Die Bedienung war super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Einziges Manko, der Zustand der Toiletten, die benötigen etwas Zuwendung! Wir würden uns nochmal für Sausalitos Saarbrücken entscheiden.

Pensez à régler vos consommations directement au risque de vous faire arnaquer. Des serveurs malhonnêtes qui nous ont fait payer des consommations que nous n'avons jamais reçu. Un service très mal organisé notamment au niveau des factures. Des commandes de boissons non reçues. Des serveurs agressifs et antipathiques. Des réponses ahurissantes alors que nous demandions simplement des verres d'eau. Aucune préoccupation de la clientèle.

Haben uns leider ziemlich verarscht gefühlt was den schlemmerblock angeht. Uns wurde gesagt dass ein ceasar Salat ohne Fleisch nicht normal gebucht werden kann und er a stell zwei kleine buchen müsste.... Diese würden dann natuxlihc3bei schlemmerblock genommen.... Miese Masche, auf die wir reingefallen sind.

Food moderate, as authentically Asian as a mango fruit salad in the sushi bowl. Service total disaster. Peak achievement: at the beginning a glass of wine was brought instead of a bottle (of course my fault according to the waiter), and then at the end it was added to the bill and they still insisted on it. Once and never again.

Leider ganz viel Convenience. Alles lieblos. Dips alles aus dem Eimer. Süsskartoffelpommes nur teilweise knusprig. Unten drin ein paar normale Pommes. Und richtig gut. Plastikstück in Quesadilla. Nie wieder.

Danger! The dessert is (in my opinion) an absolute disgrace. My companion and I ordered the lime cake once and the chocolate cake once. The portions were RIDICULOUSLY small. Offering such a small portion for €7.90 is really, really outrageous. I don't understand at all why it was so expensive. It was tasty but you could eat the piece in three bites. In addition, the churros were not available. Although these were on the menu, they could not be served. The main course was quite good but not that unreasonably expensive. You're welcome to go there, but stay away from the dessert! We really found that to be a disgrace.

Im Restaurant war es extrem kalt da die Heizung ausgefallen ist. Man musst mit Winterjacke drinnen sitzen.

Spontaneous visit in the evening. The service staff is very friendly and tried hard, but it often took a long time until someone was at the table to take orders or bring the drinks, but there was also a lot going on that evening. The music is aimed more at the very young audience, which was large there that evening, and sometimes too loud to be able to have a conversation.

Wir haben von Anfang bis Ende gefroren, scheinbar gingen die Heizungen nicht. Die Speisekarte könnte etwas verständlicher sein. Nicht jeder kennt sich mit den Speisen aus. Bedienung war super freundlich, leider alleine, somit lange Wartezeiten. Essen war gut, hätten nur mehr Gewürze erwartet, einiges war geschmacksneutral. Preis Leistung, naja.

Sehr schönes Ambiente, spannende Essensauswahl.

Das Essen war sehr lecker und das Lokal bietet ein schönes Ambiente. Der Service? Welcher Service? So gut wie nicht vorhanden. Nachdem wir anfangs Getränke und Essen bestellt hatten, wurden wir nicht mal mehr gefragt ob wir noch was anderes möchten. Und es war nicht wirklich viel los, es waren nur 4 Tische besetzt. Schade.

Essen und Cocktails waren gut. Allerdings ließ alles andere zu wünschen übrig.

Leider war der Burger richtig schlecht, das Fett lief vom Burger Brötchen runter, das Fleisch sehr trocken als wäre das Fleisch schon älter und das Brötchen war zum zweiten Mal warm gemacht, sehr trocken und bröckelig. Schade vorher konnte man dort gut essen.

Unser Besuch mit 8 Personen in einem Nebenzimmer war sehr gut und vom Geräuchpegel angenehm Wir mussten nicht lange auf die Getränke und das Essen warten. Unsere Bedienung Hannah hat uns sehr freundlich bedient. Das Essen hat jedem geschmeckt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Super laut, so dass wir uns nur noch anschreien konnten beim Essen; Sour Cream und Guacamole aus; genau eine Kellnerin die für Tischzuweisung und Service zuständig war - an nem Freitag Abend natürlich völlig überlastet. So schnell werd ich nicht mehr kommen…..

Wir saßen 50 Minuten am Tisch , wurden nicht bedient, trotz mehrmaliger Nachfrage. Wir sind dann aufgestanden und gegangen.

Es war relativ kalt. Die Toiletten waren schmutzig. Auf den Service mussten wir lange warten. Nur junges Personal, dass sich gerne zuerst mal privat unterhält, anstatt die Kunden zu bedienen. Essen war im großen und ganzen gut, außer die Hackfleischbällchen. Da hat man geschmeckt, dass es Discounterware ist.

Mehr oder weniger sind wir durch Zufall in dem Lokal gelandet und wurden angenehm überrascht. Die Einrichtung ist. Asiatisch und hat mich an Malaysia erinnert. Der Service war auf zack, freundlich, angenehm. Speisen und Getränke waren lecker, würde ich in der Region leben würde ich sicherlich öfters dort verkehren.
