Everything is dirty, there are trays everywhere, sticking to the floor and staff overwhelmed. There were 4 chicken nuggets that weren't enough and the breading on two wasn't done. There was a chip on my cheeseburger and another person complained about a hair in their food. Some of the staff only speak broken German and German is also a foreign language in the restaurant. Food was of McDonald's quality in terms of taste.

I ate there on Saturday August 31st, 24, so the cleanliness of the tables and seats left a lot to be desired. The cleaning staff removed the garbage from the tables but they weren't cleaned. I first had to look for a place that wasn't dirty, disgusting, that's not hygiene .because I'm also a cleaner and something like that doesn't work at all. And the burgers are built wrong, they're lying in the box like they've been slapped in. Bad stuff like that.

Unfortunately I can/must confirm the bad reviews. We too were hungry late for a concert a week. The €9.37 for two really poorly presented cheeseburgers and a medium fries (rather small) weren't worth it. We also just leaned against the wall. The tables were rather dirty, but the long queue at the counter, whether ordered there or via the terminal (here and there with complaints that were accepted without emotion) shows that the company does not need to take action and improve anything here. But ultimately respect for the staff, whether at the counter or at the grill, there aren't many people who want to work in service anymore.

I placed a breakfast order for €50 and you forgot €10 worth of McMuffins. You haven't been able to get this for years. It's better to stay at home, report sick or receive citizen's benefit. As an employer with alternatives, you would have to be thrown out.

This McDonald's branch really isn't the best. Tables and chairs were dirty, food was way too cold and cappuccino was more like iced coffee. It's still good enough for a take-away cola, otherwise it's far too bad

Something was missing from the order 05.08.24. The Double Big Mac was called & informed about it. I was told I could come pick up the forgotten Big Mac today. My name was noted. I'm curious whether I'll receive the forgotten burger I paid for later. Otherwise the visit has been ok so far.

MC DONALDS GERMANY After this post, you officially have the worst of your chip shops in Saarbrücken at the train station. Unfortunately you can't call it a burger shop because what I was served there actually didn't have much to do with burgers and food. It really makes a lot of sense when McDonalds organizes promotions with the codes on the cups to be redeemed, but the employees have already taken the codes from the cups to redeem them and then brazenly actually give them to the customer anyway. 😡😅 Quite a distortion of competition if your own employees sometimes withhold services from the customer for their own benefit, even though they have ultimately paid the full price for them. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

In the Happy Meal there was a squeezed butter instead of ice cream, a Minion instead of a book and no sauces in the entire order.

This restaurant was a disaster, the menus were cold, the room was in a pitiful state even though there weren't many people there, the staff were unpleasant and to top it all off you couldn't even access the toilet for free to wash your hands. hands...you have to pay 70 cents. It should at least be accessible for customers. I will never set foot in this restaurant again.

We ordered 2 Happy Meals and 2 Mc Flurry ice cream online. The first time the order was rejected and on the second attempt the ice cream unfortunately didn't arrive even though we paid for it. My friend said it probably wasn't the first time something was missing. I'm going there again in the next few days to buy Mc Flurry ice cream to take home. I then asked the man at the register if he had a bag after he gave me the ice cream so I could take it with me. He asked “For what please??”. I said "For the ice cream" and he replied "There isn't, I don't have it." Very cheeky! I had to carry bags and therefore couldn't hold the ice properly. The place was very crowded and dirty. The employees were all very annoyed.

It's good but that's all. The room is dirty.. in a pitiful state. And the toilets for 0.70 cents? How is this possible? Ashamed !

I ordered a McPlant and simply got a crispy chicken burger. I also ordered and paid for 8 chili nuggets, but there were only 5 in the package, the water I had ordered was also missing, and the dip for my fries. Almost my entire order was wrong, a bit disappointing.

Often, bread isn't aligned properly with the meat or fish patty. About 80% of the time, the French fries are dry and lack flavor; genuine crispy fries are a rarity. It seems people frequent the place solely because of its proximity to the train and tram stops, needing a quick bite before continuing their journey. However, both the food preparation and presentation are below par.

I'm so mad!!! I got a mc flurry with oreo and caramel sauce and there was hardly any oreo, sauce and ice cream in it maybe 2 pieces of oreo you save where you can

Probably the worst McDonald's in the whole of Saarland, poor service, better check the food, friendliness of the staff depends on your mood, so bad. This McDonald's is not a fast food restaurant - you have to bring a lot of time if you want something to eat. So now I'm making burgers at home again. Give this store a wide berth

Check the contents of the bag when taking your food with you. At this McDonalds they like to cheat and don't put everything they ordered in one package!!! Yesterday they didn't give us a burger again. And this is the second time. A shame. I'm screwed.

Last year I worked as a temporary worker at McDonald's in the main station. I only worked most of Saturday and Sunday. Saturday 6 hours Sunday 4 hours. I only worked almost Saturday Sunday I think three to four days. And that was my first time working at McDonald's for a 6 month probationary period and suddenly they fired me. And the main thing is that I got my money. I supposedly got a bad review from the shift manager. I only did my best in the kitchen at McDonald's and there are two old Russian women working there who behave like we are the boss. They will be the boss, no matter if the employees make mistakes, shout at the two of them Russian women the employees. I think that's so unfair. And the shift supervisor and the company don't do anything for it. And now everything at McDonald's is very expensive to eat and drink. You can't eat at all with VAT.

It's Friday evening, you've just arrived by train and you're hungry. You order 2 burgers at table 20. It's busy and you wait patiently. You wait almost 15 minutes. Then you ask at the pickup point. There's a tray sitting there unnoticed and someone pushes it into your hand. The burgers are cold. You ordered coleslaw, but there's bacon in the burger. But pork is not for you. The toilet is clogged and almost overflowing. The whole store is incredibly dirty. For €9.49 (coupon prices) you get 2 disgusting burgers. You feel sick. Why on earth do you keep doing this to yourself? (In the unlikely event that a responsible person should read this text, it has been deliberately written in simple language.)

Ordered a Crispy Chicken Bacon from the menu. Lettuce is missing on the burger, as is cucumber or tomato. Fanta watery due to too much ice. Curly fries were cold and felt like they were fried 2 hours ago. Meat tastes like cardboard because it was probably fried just as long ago as the fries. As every woman probably knows, I went on a pregnancy spree and went to MCs. But no thanks. My appetite is gone again. Dear mcs team, children, pregnant women and people in general come to you and want to rely on your freshness. But you'll never learn... too bad. This is also my last attempt with you. And all my friends in the Saarbrücken area will also find out.

I almost never write reviews, but this McDonald's was so bad. Burgers poorly constructed and more expensive than any other McDonald's. As a customer, I even have to pay extra for toilets. The only positive thing was nice employees, what a juice shop.

Worst McDonalds ever. The order arrives incorrectly and is cold, everything is dirty and the staff is completely unfriendly. Table service doesn't work and the customer is complained about and is of course to blame. Staff should be thrown out, just an outrage.

An ordinary Mac near the station, not particularly clean, some strange personalities constantly gather nearby, the food is the same as everywhere else. Mac at Eschberger Weg 1, 66121 Saarbrücken will be much better I recommend it for a small snack, but I don’t recommend it for a full meal. Place just opposite the train station. The place is quite near the city centre. However, there are still spilled drinks on the staircase and the employees there don’t bother to clean it at all.

Dirty tables and floor, food has become so expensive, you can almost afford more, it's sad and a shame, but the service was server friendly and helpful 🙃

McDonald's Saarbrücken. Where do i even begin. It is a life changing establishment. I don't go to McDonald's for the food or the people but rather for the experiences. If you don't know what I'm talking about then let me fill you in. McDonald's is the only place where you'll see fistfights in the childrens play area. It's the only place where you'll see poop smeared all over the toilet walls. It's the only place where you'll see people deal "things" while eating upstairs. It's an experience for itself. Visit it while you still can. 10 out of 10

The food is as good as anywhere else in the world. You can be sure that you will eat a familiar and favorite dish. This is McDonald's 😉 But the atmosphere here is peculiarly good. Not luxury, but very nice. On the ground floor there is a cozy cafe area. The entire first floor is also accessible to people in wheelchairs or mothers with babies in strollers (both tables and restroom). On the second floor there is an area for children with an appropriate interior design for this area and a wonderful area for activities. My son plays there for forty minutes every time. The rest of the second floor has an urban design with tables and bar areas. Sockets for chargers are available everywhere. There are also a couple of TVs (apparently, so as not to get bored while the completely switched off gadget gains a couple of percent of charge to turn on). My son and I come here often. 🫶🏻 Recommended!

McDonald's is just what you would expect

Starting with service, ...... there is no service at all. Then ... You can only order if you do it via an installed app. Or via the touch devices in the entrance area. And last method, to the left of the entrance, at the checkout counter, when it's occupied. Staff is unfriendly and not helpful at all. Process customers like on an assembly line. No good appetite, no friendly smile, just nothing!😓 Tables are not cleaned or cleared regularly. Bottom line: not recommended at all!!!!

The worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The three of us ate there and all had burgers that were ice cold. And that after we had to wait 15 minutes for it to be prepared. We then went to the upper floor and wanted to start eating. We noticed that our burgers were ice cold. When we wanted to exchange them, we were asked for the receipt. Then they said we had already paid 20 minutes ago and given the temperatures it was normal for the burgers to cool down quickly. We then pointed out that we had to wait 15 minutes after paying, so the food shouldn't get ice cold in 5 minutes. But since the cheese didn't even spread on the burgers, the food wasn't really warm to begin with. Then another complaint about the toilet. First you have to pay 70 cents and then they are in such a dirty state that every station toilet is cleaner. I can't understand why this McDonald's stayed open and the McDonald's at Karstadt had to close. So I will never go there again.

Wieso hat McDonald's ein schlechtes Image? Wegen Lasen wie diesem hier Hier werden auch alte, zähe Pommes noch für den vollen Preis verkauft. Dafür hebt sie keiner vom Boden auf - einer der dreckigsten McDonald's den man sich vorstellen kann. Es gibt Nummern auf den Tischen und in der App kann man mit den Nummern wie üblich etwas an seinen Tisch bestellen. Burger bringen sie es dann nicht. Die Bedienungen stellen das Essen auf die Theke und warten bis man sich nach 10 Minuten erkundigt, wo die Bestellung bleibt. "Wir haben keinen Tischservice heißt es dann." Einen Hinweis dazu gibt es sonst nirgends. (Zu dem Zeitpunkt stand fünf Angestellte der fröhlich schwatzend zusammen hinter der Theke.)

Essen okay für MC-Verhältnisse, die Toiletten dürfte man aber öfters reinigen und man sollte häufiger kontrollieren, ob die Tische auch aufgeräumt sind.

Essen wie immer. Wird nicht besser aber auch nicht schlechter. Service könnte schneller sein. Ambiente lässt wirklich zu wünschen übrig. Öfter mal wischen, was für den Geruch tun wäre top.

Ich habe mir von meinen Punkten auf der app einen chickenburger geholt und habe ihn nicht bekommen und meine punkte wurden trotzdem abgezogen.

Heute war ich mit einer Freundin hier essen die auch schonmal in diesem Store gearbeitet hat, hinter der Theke arbeitete eine Frau ( wohl stellvertretende Restaurant Leitung ) die mit ihren Mitarbeitern sehr rubbik umgegangen ist z.b meckert einen Mitarbeiter an der gerade eine Bestellung macht das er nicht ihre Bestellung fertig gemacht hat, darauf hin dachte ich das sie vielleicht einfach nur einen schlechten Tag hat, die besagte Freundin sagte mir dann aber das das wohl ihr normaler Ton sei und sie immer so mit Kunden und Mitarbeitern umgeht. Danach kam meine Nummer, ich hab ihr wohl zu lange gebraucht und schon war sie total genervt, kein guten Appetit garnichts. Als mir eine Soße gefehlt hat und ich sie darauf hinwies riss sie mir nur meinen Kassenzettel aus der hat, hat wütend drüber geschaut und mir total genervt die Soße hingelegt und den Kassenzettel weggeworfen. Essen so wie immer ganz okay aber vom Umgang mit Kunden und Mitarbeitern müssen wir nicht weiter sprechen.

Ging schnell essen war besser als bei manch anderen McDonalds und Personal war zwar etwas gestresst weil viele Kunden da waren aber trotzdem ziemlich nett.

Immer wieder schön, wenn man Freitags abends sich Mal ein Menü gönnen möchte. Es sieht aus wie Sau... Kein sauberer Platz und dann bekommt man noch von einem Suffi vor die Füße gekotzt... Immer wieder ein Erlebnis....

Hatte zwar nur ein McSunday, mit der neuen Sauce. War sehr gut und habe es schnell bekommen.

Es ist einfach ein typisches Mc Donalds. Die Pommes sind immer sehr lecker. Es ist aber in jedem Mc Donalds so. Es war nichts mega besonders aber es reicht für 4 Sterne.

Wir waren nur hier wegen der Kinder. Für den Service gibt es nur zwei Sterne, da sich das Lokal mittlerweile zu einem "Do it yourself" Restaurant entwickelt hat. Die Bestellung wird kontaktlos am Bildschirm aufgegeben. Dies finde ich persönlich seht befremdlich. Das Essen selbst war lauwarm und matschig. Die Preise sind hoch, Nährwert der Speisen gering, ebenso die Sättigung. Die vegetarischen Speisen, die momentan so gehypt werden, sind von den nährwerten noch schlechter als die vergleichbaren Produkte mit Fleisch. Das Ambiente hat uns ebenfalls nicht gefallen, es wird immer unpersönlicher. Waren Besuche bei Mc Donald's in den 80er und 90er Jahren noch ein Highlight, so waren die Kinder wenig begeistert. Auch die Spielzeuge in den "Junior-Tüten" wirken billig und lieblos gemacht. Zu Mc Donald's und vergleichbaren Fastfood-Restaurants kommen wir nicht mehr so schnell.

Ich habe über Automat bestellt und fast keine Wartezeit gehabt. Gerne wieder.

Sehr netter kleiner Laden mit Cafebereich.

Wenn man eine kleine Pause vor dem nächsten Zug machen muss oder wenn man spät in Saarbrücken ankommt, finde ich dies McDonald's ziemlich reichend für seine eigenen Bedürfnisse. Preise sind in Ordnung bei der Wahl eines Menüs. Essen schmeckt ausreichend gut, also man muss keine Top-Qualität erwarten. Bedienung war schnell und präzis. Empfehle für Reisenden und Pendler.

Das Essen war wieder köstlich. Die Ausstattung des Restaurants könnte behinderten gerechter sein. Der service könnte freundlicher sein. Ansonsten alles ok.

Hauptsache Hafermilch für den Cappuccino😄
