We have ordered there several times over the last few years and have mostly been satisfied. However, there has been a noticeable decline in quality for some time now. We ordered yesterday and the food was inedible. The pizza was sticky and almost no toppings. Way too much cheese for that. The chicken breast salad originally had 3 slices of cucumber and tomato and otherwise there was only iceberg lettuce. The worst part, however, was the chicken breast. My son told me it smelled strange somehow. This chicken breast was spoiled and smelled like rotten meat! We will never order there again!

The Virginia pizza that was delivered with 2 additional toppings was very sloppy and almost cold. The paid pizza dip for 1.89 Eu was forgotten and not refunded or redelivered. A drink was forgotten from a previous order. That's really not good service from Smiley's Pizza Service Wilhelmsburg/HH Süd. I could have saved myself a phone call!

Fries warmed up in the old fat disgusting twice where again something wasn't right and the bill was wrong I paid almost ten euros more for what kp. Some of the invoice is printed out, other things are written on it with a pen - that's called fraud. Very unfriendly and not insightful, never again and everything that is written with a pen is tax fraud. Paid almost 10 euros for nothing and that has consequences

Employees are very rude and rude to their customers even though they delivered the order incorrectly. They also said on the phone that it was embarrassing to discuss this now. 0 stars.

Lidung took a while, the meat for kebabs and gyros is exactly the same???? It's unclear to me in which world gyros are made from chicken and a bad tzatziki blend and the taste is desirable at best. No seasoning on the gyros. The only thing that is acceptable are the fries

Sorry, but how can you call yourself a pizzeria if you can't even make a simple pizza salami. Topping is ok, but the dough just tastes unfinished and like nothing...just really boring. Delivery was pretty quick...but still the first time and never again...

I have been a customer for several years but this was my very last order. Waited 2 hours, food was cold, looked like it had already been eaten. Overpriced, the quality is zero! The last time I waited more than an hour. When you call, you always get the same lie: "The driver is on the way", which of course isn't the case. There are significantly better suppliers. that was it! never again!

Placed an order at 8pm. Delivery at 9 p.m. It is now 10:42 p.m. and still nothing has been delivered. 😡😡😡 Thank God I haven't paid yet.
