Milano Pizza Service in Gera

I ordered a kebab and a pizza, and I have to say this is one of the best pizza places in Gera. The pizza tasted amazing – hot, not too much cheese, and super flavorful. The kebab was more like okay to good, but the food was good overall. I highly recommend you try the pizza, because it's absolutely delicious.

By far the worst. I ordered a doner kebab with spicy sauce. The sauce was curry ketchup, which you can buy anywhere. The meat was cold, and so was the sauce. The ketchup was smothered all over the salad. €10.50 for nothing. When I said I didn't want to pay, as I only took three spoonfuls at most, the man behind the counter got cheeky and insisted. Once and never again.

This is the crappiest cafe I've ever been to! Not only is everything overpriced—they also use expired goods! My kebab contained meat with skin and even feathers. I hope this place gets shut down—and fast!!!

We bought a dürüm today. The vegetables weren't fresh, and it smelled of spoiled food. The meat contained skin that hadn't been properly cleaned of feathers. In short: it was neither tasty nor cheap! It's not worth the money.😡😡

I used to be a big fan of Milano at their old location in Untermhaus – the quality was always top-notch there. Unfortunately, that's changed at the new location. I've ordered the same pizza three times in the last few weeks, but it tasted different each time, and the last time, the crust was almost completely missing the topping. I'm very disappointed. It's a shame, because I used to be a regular customer.

I highly recommend Milano. Fast service, very good food. I'll definitely be back.

Milano has been our favorite pizza delivery service for years. The pizza arrives quickly. It's hot and delicious. There's simply nothing to complain about. Thank you, Milano!

It used to be one of my absolute favorite kebabs, but unfortunately the quality has deteriorated so much now. The only reason I still get a kebab there every few weeks is because of the sauces...unfortunately no other kebab can come close. Unfortunately, the meat is now totally dry and tough. And the kebabs have been made so carelessly for months. At the bottom there is a ton of lettuce and then the meat. You do this all day long, what's so difficult about layering the kebab properly, first some meat, then some salad, then more meat, then more salad. This takes 1-2 minutes longer but makes a difference when eating! That would also make the kebab a lot more palatable. You first have to fight your way through a pile of dry meat, which is still somewhat edible thanks to the delicious sauce, and then all you have is salad. Every time it's disappointing, you can actually do much better.

Absolutely no recommendation. We ordered extra Gorgonzola for each of our dishes for 2x 2.50 euros. What did we get? A tiny piece (exactly 5g). I also ordered extra garlic, also for 2.50 euros, which was completely missing. I then called them and said that the amount of Gorgonzola was not proportionate (see picture - that was all of the Gorgonzola!). The man in the restaurant then began to discuss that the amount of Gorgonzola was not listed and that Lieferando sets the prices, etc. After an eternity of discussion in which I also had to express my complaint more clearly, he agreed to my suggestion to deliver the Gorgonzola later. After more than an hour, the Gorgonzola was delivered in an appropriate quantity. The kebab flatbread was rock hard and the meat was so dried out that you could tell it had been lying there for a long time. You also had the feeling that a kebab was being filled for the first time. There were only vegetables downstairs. All the meat was then placed on top. It was so inedible that I had to stop halfway through. Instead of arguing, they should have apologized for the inconvenience and made improvements as quickly as possible. This is how service and complaint management works. We will definitely never order there again and we can only advise everyone not to.

Absolutely not recommended!!! Doner kebab was tasteless, meat was dry and the flatbread was rock hard. And the calzone was a blast because it was made with dead wasps 🐝. 🤮. And it has been proven again with what feels like 100 dishes on the menu, nothing good can come along.

I had hot wings delivered. There were also fries and some salad. The wings were mainly drumsticks and didn't taste like anything. Hot wings are based on spicy parts. It felt like there was 0 spice to it. The fries were quite good considering that they were delivered, even a little crispy and well seasoned. Unfortunately it was covered in an indefinable sauce. The salad should be left out, it was underneath the wings and was not edible. The chicken salad was very good! Overall, unfortunately not recommended.

Just had it delivered to the construction site... Worst pizza in a long time!

They are filthy, it took 90 minutes and the food was frozen and the daring guy told me not to order more there

Milano used to be a really good place for kebabs and pizza. The quality has now deteriorated so much that unfortunately we no longer order anything. There are 2 stars for the exceptionally fast delivery and the herb sauce. Unfortunately the rest was a sentence with an X.

We are very disappointed with the store! They used to be much better. Ordered 2 kebabs and a kebab box but the food was barely edible. The food was all cold and the salad was brown/slightly gamey. The cheese in my friend's kebab tasted like it had been expired for weeks. We will avoid Milano from now on. The service is also just so-so.

Hatte eine Pizza Gyros bestellt. Für das Geld war Geschmack OK.Preis ebenso.

Pizza schmeckt sehr gut. Am Belag wird nicht gespart und auch schön viel Käse. Für den Preis echt top! Mitarbeiter waren auch immer freundlich und musste nie lange warten.

Sehr schnelle Lieferung ( 6 essen ) war alles top und dauerte 30 Minuten

Wenn ich 40 x 60 bestelle und bezahle ist 30 x 40 schon mal ne Ansage... Würde nicht nochmal bestellen. War nicht das erste mal. Wenigstens schmeckt...

Das Essen war super und noch heiß :-). Die Lieferung war für einen Sonntag Abend mit 45 min recht zügig. Echt Klasse. gerne wieder.

Wir waren in Hohenleuben und haben dort über die Lieferando app bestellt gehabt. Eine Stunde später hatten wir nochmal angerufen gehabt, da hieß es, der Fahrer ist schon auf dem Weg. Eine weitere dreiviertel Stunde später hatten wir nochmal angerufen, und wurden so dermaßen unfreundlich angemacht, das Milano nicht nach Hohenleuben liefert und das jetzt eine Ausnahme wäre. 2 Stunden später war das Essen da (nachdem wir dem Fahrer die ganze Straße entgegen kommen mussten). Ein Gericht hatte gefehlt gehabt. Und wenn man der Meinung ist, das man in bestimmte Orte nicht liefert, dann sollte man seinen Service auch nicht bei Lieferando anbieten!

Immer wieder gerne ... das essen kommt immer verdammt schnell bin ich gar nicht gewöhnt ... immer wieder lecker u sehr freundliche liefer-fahrer egal zu welcher Zeit ... weiter so👍

Alles super kommt immer frisch und sehr heiss! Nette Bedienung und kundenfreundlich. Preise sind auch unschlagbar für diese großen Portionen. Immer wieder gern:)

Gute Schnellimbiss , leckerer Döner , nette Bedienung!

Preis leistung ist Gut. Ich hatte den einen Tag Dönner und den anderen eine Calzone. Wer sich von den bestellern darüber aufregt das bestellte Pommes nicht knackig sind. Versteht nicht wie Essen funktioniet. Der Laden ist jetzt sicherlich nicht der schickste der Stadt, aber schulssendlich "you get what you pay for". Also ich bin nächstes mal wieder dabei.

Döner war in Ordnung, Burger mit Pommes leider kalt

Pizza immer warm und akzeptabler Geschmack aber Döner immer nur lauwarm bei Lieferung.

Der leckerste Döner der Stadt, aber auch die Pizza und die anderen Gerichte sind extrem expfehlenswert. Mittlerweile an einem neuen Ort mit einem sehr grossen Gastraum. Döner zur Zeit im April für nur 3 Euro

Sonst immer recht durchschnittlicher Döner, nix besonderes. Heute aber ungenießbaren Döner bekommen. Das Fleisch war total kalt, lag wohl schon ne Weile rum. Allgemein ist die Zusammenstellung immer recht schlecht. Das Brot ist viel zu klein, und beim ersten Biss fällt schon die Hälfte raus. Naja gibt deutlich bessere Döner, allein schon im Umkreis von nem Km. Zumindest stimmt der Preis, nützt aber auch nix wenn das Ergebnis Dreck ist !

Preis/Leistung völlig okay und Schmeckt lecker. Angebote sind auch super (Döner 3€ und Dienstags alle Pizzen zum Abholpreis für 3,50€)

Döner teller völlig in ordnung und lieferung ging auch schnell

Trotz app lieferando über eine halbe Stunde zu spät als angegeben und die Hälfte nicht dabei. Hab dort angeführten wurde eine andere Lieferzeit von lieferando angegebenen als ich selber bestellt hab. Im Döner Hähnchenbrust mit Dönerfleisch drin - was nicht bestellt war... Die Kinderpizza war nur noch lauwarm ... Sry aber das war das letzte mal dort
