Pizza Super 42 in Gera

Not again! - we ordered at 7:05 p.m. When the food still wasn't there at 9:13 p.m., we called the restaurant. A frantic woman then told us that the driver would be there soon. The restaurant called us at 9:40 p.m. and it was an unfriendly man. Unfortunately, he was so difficult to understand that we had to ask several times - he then hung up in the middle of the conversation. Despite giving the address, the driver was in front of the wrong house, so we had to look for him in the street. The food was only half warm - as expected. Gobi pakora: more dough than cauliflower, very hard Baked potato: only half wrapped in foil, otherwise you can't go wrong here Pizza: was okay Pasta with salmon: Sauce was already dried out and the salmon was hard/dried out Pasta with spinach, ham and onion: sauce was already dried out, not seasoned 2 Big burgers: these were two cheeseburgers, as the chicken was missing, just a blob of mayo in the middle, half-heartedly topped Conclusion: not again! It's a shame about the money and a shame about the time. You understand that there may be a shortage of staff or that there may be a lot going on, but then as a restaurant with a delivery service you have to be fair and accommodating enough to inform the customer by phone that there is a long waiting time.

I always enjoyed eating there, it always tasted very good, but now it's anything but delicious.

I can't recommend the store that made us wait two hours for food

We ordered food because it actually comes to the door and not on the next street where you have the food thrown into your hands and then burn your hands on the hot things and are treated rudely and asked if that The rear entrance is only because the driver apparently couldn't manage to enter an address into his navigation system However, the food was ok. Visited Pizza Super 42 while staying with friends in Gera. Good atmosphere, great pizzas at reasonable prices and very friendly and obliging staff. Will visit again on our next stay in this delightful area of former GDR.

Absolutely not recommended. They have no idea about baking pizza.

Delivery 45 minutes is ok. Wrong pizza delivered can happen. Called, should be exchanged. Went there after 45 minutes to swap because nothing was coming. It's not possible, the driver is already on the way. Nothing came. Called again and was simply hung up on. A total of 1.5 hours after the actual delivery, the call comes saying we can pick up the pizza, no more delivery. There is no apology. Bottomless impudence. It's a shame, we've always been happy so far.

We ordered pizza on January 9th, 2024. The order was supposed to arrive in 35 minutes - but the rating got 5 stars because the order was there in 25 minutes, very tasty, really hot and you could also really see the addition that we ordered, for example "more pineapple". Calzone was tasty, warm and reasonably priced. Will definitely order there again.

I ordered “Butter Chicken” and it was inedible. The meat tasted rancid and sour. You couldn't eat this garbage. Not recommendable. Hazardous to health!

I ordered food at 5:51 p.m. It should arrive around 6:45 p.m. After 1 1/2 hours I called there and was just put off. “Food is almost here” After a total of two hours of waiting, the food came. Food totally cold. I spoke to the boss personally on the phone, who then became completely rude. We should pick it up if we are dissatisfied. No apology, nothing. True to the motto “eat what you can get” There was a small piece of glass in the food that definitely didn't come from me!!!! I'm absolutely disappointed.

Bad, sour tasting (rotten) food. We wanted to complain about it and get our money back. Just tried one fork! Doesn't give anything back and the manager of the store has become very unfriendly! one star is too many!! The result was stomach cramps, vomiting and diarrhea

Ich habe über Lieferando bestellt. Meine Bestellung kam 20 min früher an als geplant. Der Lieferant war nett und freundlich und es hatte wirklich sehr gut geschmeckt! Lange rede kurzer Sinn: ich kann die ganzen schlechten Bewertungen hier nicht nachvollziehen!

Sehr leckere Pizza daher die 2 Sterne nur die verspätung von 2Stunden geht gar nicht und wenn man dann noch anruft und die Mitarbeiter für nicht weiter helfen können verlierst Mann echt die Geduld

Essen war sehr lecker. Immer wieder gerne . Wurde auch schnell zubereitet. Die Frau am Empfang ist sehr freundlich.

Wir haben für eine bestimmte Uhrzeit online bestellt und dann wurde einfach mal zwei Stunden eher geliefert. Aufgewärmte Pizza schmeckt natürlich nicht so gut wie frisch gebackene Pizza. Außerdem war es 1 Euro mehr auf der Rechnung als im Internet. Zwar nur 1 Euro, aber trotzdem komisch. Also gabs kein Trinkgeld

Bestelle relativ gern bei Super Pizza, doch in letzter Zeit häufen sich die Vorkommnisse! Aber heute haben wir nicht mal bekommen, was wir bestellt haben! Statt Tortellini hatten wir Makkaroni, auf dem Cheeseburger hat der Käse gefehlt. Das einzige positive, es kam wirklich pünktlich...

Heute mal wieder nicht zu empfehlen. Nachdem das Essen mit 45 Minuten Lieferzeit angekündigt wurde und erst 90 Minuten später geliefert wurde, fehlte etwas in der Bestellung. Mit dem Versprechen es würde nachgeliefert werden, rief ich eine Stunde später erneut an. Ja es geht mit der nächsten Bestellung noch raus. Nachdem 22:15 das Geschäft geschlossen hatte, machte ich mir keine großen Hoffnungen mehr. DANKE für nichts

Ich gehe nicht oft in diese Richtung, aber dieses Mal habe ich mir spontan einen gemischen Salat mitgenommen und kann nur sagen,dass der Salat super,mega lecker war. Der junge Mann am Tresen war total freundlich obwohl das Telefon endlos geklingelt hat. Die Zubereitung war sehr schnell. Das Gemüse war ganz frisch und in einer Vielfalt mit köstlichem Dressings und Gewürzen und so wie ich es wollte mit viel Käse. Die Portion war übereichlich,kaum zu schaffen,aber ich konnte nicht aufhören. Der Preis: 6.90 Euro. Wirklich,das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis, die Zusammenstellung und Auswahl,die Frische und der Geschmack ,das konnte man nicht verbessern. Vielen Dank und gerne mal wieder. Anita Neidhardt
