Mr. Pizza Gera in Gera

Hello. We ordered from there for the first time. The delivery time of 1.5 hours, yes, is long, but it was okay; we expected it, so we ordered earlier. We had two pizzas: a calzone and four burgers. Of all the pizzas, I can recommend the calzone. It was small for the price, but it was delicious. The doner pizza: Reminds me of the rotten meat scandal. I don't want to imply that the meat was bad, but it tasted like dishwater. Then the New York pizza was forgotten during the first delivery. Yes, that can happen, but it shouldn't have. We insisted that it be delivered, which then took another 1.5 hours. And that's unacceptable in my eyes, especially since the error was theirs; their priority should be to deliver them as quickly as possible. As for the taste, I don't know, except for the vegetables, the pizza has no flavor. The cheese crust is there, but there's almost no cheese in it. The burgers weren't very tasty. The fries, on the other hand, were very tasty. All in all, it's a shame. I had hoped for more. However, I won't order from there again. That was a €100 lesson learned.

We've always been satisfied, but delivery times are getting longer and longer. Last time it took 1 hour and 45 minutes, and today it took 2.5 hours, when the quoted time was 1 hour. The quality is also getting worse, the covering is thinning, and the floor has burned off, so much of it is stuck to the box.

Unfortunately, you have to give it one star. On December 11, 2024, flyers were distributed throughout Gera, which were already very appealing. On December 12, 2024, we wanted to order and did so immediately via the website. No sooner said than done, and we had our order confirmation and order number. After the requested deadline had passed, we tried calling over 20 times, but no one answered. Eventually, we received a call back saying we had overlooked her order and it had just come in. They offered to deliver the order tomorrow because they couldn't do it today. Honestly, this is the most outrageous thing I've ever experienced. People, stay away from that pizzeria unless you want to go hungry for "3 weeks."

We've gotten the family pizza several times and it's always been delicious and fresh. Of course the ambience isn't nice due to the renovation, but we always eat the pizza at home. 😊

First of all, the good, the food came quickly, but the bad outweighs the bad. We had dürüm and kebab. In both cases the red cabbage was totally bad, the meat was totally burnt and the bread was totally stale. Price performance ratio not justified.

Very friendly service, nice staff and tasty food. The potential to become a regular customer is definitely there. Bomb 😊🙏🏻

These prices are never justified.

I think it's disgusting that this restaurant doesn't stick to the times. On their website you can place the earliest order for 5:15 p.m. but you can expect to get your food around 6 p.m. and that's not acceptable!! Then they shouldn't offer it if they can't stick to it!! I think that's cheeky! And when I call them to complain "nicely" I get turned away and they just hang up, like in kindergarten!! These employees treat their customers like scum and have zero customer courtesy.

6:15 p.m. The order was supposed to arrive around 7:15 p.m. When we asked about it around 8 p.m., the order probably didn't arrive and the store didn't know anything about it even though we received an order confirmation

Ordered family pizza 4 seasons today was super tasty, nice fresh quality, I can only recommend it. Delivery was also quite quick and the pizza was nice and hot

One star is way too many!! We ordered food and then went to pick it up. A friend and I were waiting there, when we opened the door there was a large tarpaulin covering half the room, only a small corridor on the side was free and led around the corner to some kind of bar, as it must have once been. Behind it is the kitchen. There were tarpaulins everywhere, garbage bags lying on the floor, around the corner there was a freezer full of stuff with a high layer of dust on it and it all smelled but not appetizing. I probably got food poisoning because my biggest mistake was eating it. See pictures. From the rest of the reviews I can tell that the construction work has been going on for more than a year. I will definitely complain to the health department!

First order was forgotten/overlooked. Weeks later second order, currently 35 minutes late. You can't reach anyone.

Burnt floor... wrong beer... nothing more needs to be said... stay away from the place

This recession was tipped with the middle finger. If you find typos, you are welcome to keep them. To order: According to the website there are 10 nuggets, fries and salad!!! Where was the salad??? Apparently it was a mess... When asked by telephone, there were firstly difficulties in communication and then they simply hung up... Simple problem solving by the pizzariea, if you can call it that. The pizzas were burnt from the bottom... pure rust... so pure that the rest of the pizza couldn't be tasted. Additional toppings were paid for but there were none on the pizza. Unfortunately, a clear failure. I haven't experienced such bad service in Gera for a long time. So dear Gersche Fettguschen, stay away from “*“THIS”*” delivery service. Better order somewhere else. Not again!!!!

An absolute disaster....if a delivery takes longer...you can still understand that 👌.....but if the food doesn't even arrive ready to eat, that's really bad..... Delivery is still incomplete! After I call you are presented as a social welfare recipient... Thanks, I don't have to worry about that... the notification to the health and tax office is out...

Delivery arrived 2 hours late and then dishes were delivered incorrectly but paid in full, an impudence. We will never order from there again

The pizza tasted so good, comparable to two girls one cup. The pizza base was as crunchy as a cookie… The surface is a miracle bag. Ham salami -> suddenly olives & onions. Unfortunately the 5€ wasn't worth it. Food poisoning is calling... Bye until the next life.

Boss great guy, I can recommend Pizza Polo. I ate there straight away and would happily do so again. I can't understand the bad movements.

Croquettes instead of fries, spaghetti instead of tagliatelle, spent the night on the toilet. A can of cat food would have been a better choice.

Ordered pizza with extra meat on the kebab pizza... it wasn't on it! 30 pizza was 28 cm And the two 26s were 24s. Sorry, but then don't write pizza sizes on your menu! Of course I called but nothing was said on the phone. For me this is intentional. Greetings go out to the tax office! It's a shame dear mr Pizza team. Never again.

Please don't make the same mistake; Just don't order there and save yourself the money. The food there is the same uniformity as in many other shops. Ready-made buns, ready-made patties and ready-made sauces. As always, the order came an hour late and wasn't even really warm. Not everything was delivered as ordered... that might happen once, but not if you've ordered there before or at least heard about it from other people. The supplier was so kind and reimbursed me for the missing order (basically he can't do anything about it) but as they always say - wasting money on bad food is the biggest frustration. Next time you should buy something yourself with the money, or order from better-known, reliable order chains.

You wait over an hour for 2 pizzas, never again

Zum 2. Mal Burger bestellt. Sehr schnelle Lieferung, Burger waren sehr lecker und schön heiß und Pommes kross. Werden hier definitiv öfter bestellen.

Wir waren begeistert vom Geschmack. Freundliche Mitarbeiter. Wir werden wieder bestellen. Danke für das tolle Abendessen.

Ehrlich gesagt verstehe ich die schlechten Bewertungen nicht. Mit bestellen hat immer alles geklappt,Fahrer ist auch sehr freundlich. Geschmacklich war auch alles top. Gerne wieder.

Sehr zufrieden!! Es wurden vier Party Pizzen bestellt, pünktlich geliefert, allen hat es geschmeckt. Preis Leistung- Top, Rundum alles perfekt!

Wir hatten gestern bei Mr. Pizza bestellt , Lieferzeit war pünktlich und der Fahrer war freundlich. Essen hat uns leider überhaupt nicht gut geschmeckt. Also Döner sollte man hier nicht mehr bestellen. In den Dönern hat der Salat gefehlt und das Fladenbrot war leider nicht genießbar. Und das Fleisch war jetzt auch nicht appetitlich. Und definitiv zu viel Zwiebeln bei der Dönerbox und leider kein Salat. Das war das letzte Mal, das wir dort bestellt haben .

Geliefert wurde schnell, Jedoch das falsche Essen ....... Telefonisch keiner erreichbar!

Geliefert wurde noch im Zeitrahmen, Lieferant war eher mit seinem Handy beschäftigt zumal er noch sehr Unhöflich war. Bestellt waren 2 Dürum und ein Pizzabrot, die wenigstens noch Warm ankamen. Portionen waren Ok, Geschmack ging auch gerade so aber sehr viele Knochensplitter im Fleisch, was das ganze ziemlich Ungenießbar machte. Sehr Enttäuschend das ganze. Keine Empfehlung!!!!!

Preis-Leistung TOP Essen warm und lecker! An alle Extras gedacht und nach 20min vor der Haustür.

Small portion. Cold food, rubber fries. Onion instead of salad. Delivery after two hours. Embarrassing.

Die Bedienung hat die Bestellung nicht verstanden. Dafür war das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sehr angemessen. Die Soße hätte sehr nach Kräuter geschmeckt, aber das ist ja Geschmackssache. Die Pommes und das Dönerfleisch waren sehr gut.
