So we're not ordering from Freddy's anymore because the food we ordered isn't delivered and the employees are still rude. It's a shame things have gone downhill quite a bit.

We wanted a delicious dinner. We ordered extra early, hoping to enjoy a delicious meal together. The lady ordering said the delivery time would be half an hour to three-quarters of an hour. Everyone was satisfied and looking forward to their food. We called again after an hour to inquire about the food. The wait had now increased to one to one and a half hours. According to the person on the phone, we were next. The driver called us. We waited another half hour. The pizzeria didn't respond. We called again. We canceled our pizza after waiting for almost two hours. The pizzeria said it had a flat tire. Extremely disappointed.

I absolutely don't understand the negative reviews! We ordered last night, and yes, there was a long wait (it was World Children's Day and I'm sure they were busy!). We contacted them by phone, and everything was handled so positively and friendly that others could take their example. Despite the stress, the driver was very friendly and helpful while carrying the food, and we received delicious hot pizzas topped with plenty of fresh ingredients. The salad was fresh and simply delicious, both visually and tasted great! The pizza rolls were equally fantastic! We also had the house sauces, which were delivered separately in small containers and were also delicious! We will definitely order from here again! This warm, honest friendliness combined with the delicious food won us over, and I'm glad we didn't listen to the bad reviews! I can't comment on the ambiance as we didn't go there.

The pizzas are made according to the principle that the amount of topping is inversely proportional to the price. They're edible; they're definitely better than frozen pizzas. But on the tuna pizza, for example, you have to look very closely to spot the tuna. The lady at the checkout was nice and friendly. Next time, I'll get my pizza from Domino's or my favorite kebab shop (at least they have cheese on the pizza).

I ordered pizza and a burger from Freddy Fresh Gera last week on August 30, 2025, for the second time. The first time, the burger was absolutely disgusting, nothing was made from scratch, a complete ready-made product, and I stank like hell. Awful. And selling it as a burger for that price. Fraud in my opinion. The pizza, two ingredients were forgotten, and the dough, just like the twueteh order, is made from ready-made dough. An absolute no-go, using ready-made pizza dough and then charging €15. Never again! Second order on August 30, 2025, 2 pizzas and hash brown sticks. Delivery took 2 hours, which was one hour late. COLD! Pizzas were almost cold, hash brown sticks were mush! The wrong sauce was delivered! There was black hair on the pizza, making it inedible, garbage. Photos are verifiable! Money wasted. The pizzas are absolutely disgusting, thanks to that disgusting pre-made dough! It's completely unacceptable. I requested a refund for the order but received no response to my concerns. Sad. I recommend not ordering from there again! EVERY kebab shop makes better, honest pizzas with real pizza dough! In my opinion, what's going on here is a complete scam and a rip-off. Absolutely disgusting!

Absolutely nothing. I ordered a gyro pasta, and there was almost no gyro meat in it. Very disappointing. The nougat sticks weren't even cooked all the way through; the dough was still relatively raw. The nuggets were okay, but they weren't exactly mind-blowing. Far too bad for €39; I wouldn't have considered them worth more than €15 at most.

I ordered a Boss Burger. At Burger King, I could have gotten three for that price. It was cold, too! Never again!

If it were possible, I would give it zero stars. I was charged twice for the special, even though I only wanted it once. Then I had to wait 1:42 for the two pizzas and was told to pay €47 instead of €16.99. The rudeness of the employee was the icing on the cake. Thank you, we'll never be back!!!!!

The second star is only because the phone operator and the driver were really friendly. So much for the positives. We had ham and mushroom, tuna, and Margherita pizzas. The pizzas were cold and not particularly tasty. The stated delivery time, which unfortunately you only find out after ordering, was already 70 minutes. It then took another 25 minutes. I find that unacceptable.

After a long time, we ordered from Freddy Fresh again and were very disappointed. The food arrived much later than stated. The ingredients on the pizza are honestly a joke, and for almost €15? For 6 pieces of chicken and 8 pieces of broccoli? That's just outrageous! The nuggets were full of gristle and therefore inedible. We won't order from there again and don't recommend it to anyone. We could have thrown that money out the window and probably would have had more fun.

The food tastes good, but when you buy a casserole for almost €30 and then only get one for around €15, it's awful. They skimp on ingredients, and you're supposed to be satisfied in the end. Naumburger Freddy Fresh is much more recommendable. They even used two plates for my enormous portion of pasta and didn't skimp on the ingredients. I would have liked a lot more broccoli, but it was really only eight small pieces. What you're doing is a real rip-off. Some people work two hours for something like that, and you embezzle like world champions. And then I even gave a tip, man, man, man, but hey, hindsight is always better.

Honestly, that was the last one! We ordered two pizzas - the Ariana special and one La Paz... The time was ok because it was within the specified hour. But that was it - first a call from the completely overwhelmed driver who couldn't find our address, but unfortunately didn't understand any German and it was therefore very difficult to explain it to him. We finally got out onto the street and waved as he came closer! But that shouldn't be the problem either... Then the pizza - honestly?! That couldn't have been serious... Completely dried out, hardly any coating, the asparagus was bitter and dried out, the fresh dill in the picture was a bit of dry powder and that was it! Unfortunately I can't insert a picture here to demonstrate what I mean! That was definitely the last time! An absolute disgrace for these prices!

I would love to give negative stars, but unfortunately that's not possible. I go to Gera four times a year and I usually order at least once on each visit from Freddy Fresh because their food is always delicious. I'm used to it now and then being a bit longer. Of course I understand that there can be waits, especially at peak times. But what I experienced this time defies description. I ordered pasta and mac 'n cheese balls at 6:53 p.m. The website says it takes about 80 minutes, so until around 8:15 p.m. The website said it would take a short time to prepare and then 0 minutes. When I finally wanted to ask about the status of my order at 8:33 p.m., I honestly had to call 20 times before someone answered at 8:48 p.m. I was assured that the order would be there in 20 minutes, that the driver would come to me as the first customer, and as an apology I would get a free Coke. OK, I thought, that's something. Of course, no one came within 20 minutes, so I called again at 9:19 p.m. I wanted to cancel the order, but that wasn't possible because the driver was already on his way. The end of the story. The driver arrived at 9:41 p.m. and didn't have any Coke with him. Five minutes later, I called again to say that my order had arrived. I was offered a €10 voucher for my next order. I politely declined this, as this was definitely my last order from Freddy Fresh. Perhaps those in charge should rethink the entire ordering process and possibly reject orders if they can't be fulfilled in a reasonable time. I'm not even that angry that it took so long. The real cheek is that people deliberately lie to you on the phone. The bill stated the correct order time as 6:53 p.m. The receipt was printed out at 9:15 p.m. According to the driver on the phone, he left at 8:48 p.m. They should just say it might take at least another hour. Would you like to cancel your order? Or, we'll offer a 30 or 50 percent discount. My suggestion would be for the people in charge to simply do an internship at Domino's. It's a shame I had to go through that experience. I just felt sorry for the driver, who gets the brunt of all the hassle and can't do anything about it. He told me he was supposed to be off work and came to work because it was busy and he had five deliveries ahead of me. No one from Freddy Fresh needs to respond to this review or ask me to contact support.

I just waited four hours for my food order from Lieferando, with no comment, no message, and simply unreachable. Then, hours after the store closed, a clueless delivery person actually showed up. But of course, no apology. Doubly bitter if you'd ordered from a reliable store in the meantime.

Instead of house dressing for salad, house dip was delivered – what am I supposed to do with that? Pizza was soggy. Finger food squashed into a box, lumpy, greasy, breading flaking off. Salad is getting smaller and smaller, and there's less and less in it. The burger was missing cheese. And all this for over 80 euros. Freddy Fresh used to be good, but that was a long time ago. It's getting more and more expensive, and the quality is getting worse. The result: We won't be ordering from here in the future. And dear owner: I don't need to send you another email, because what would that do?

Very positive experiences! We have ordered from Freddy Fresh several times so far and have always been very satisfied. The food was delicious and the drivers who brought us the food were always very friendly and nice. I think the prices are completely okay for the “current times”. The delivery time is almost always adhered to and delays can occur everywhere, but even if this is the case a quick solution is found. Small BSP: We sat at our TA for a long time and ordered food to be picked up from Freddy Fresh using the Lieferando app because it was on the way. When we got there, according to Lieferando, the food was ready for pickup, but according to FF, the food wasn't ready yet. Within a few minutes we had our order. So another bonus point for the really good service. We will definitely be ordering again soon!

Total disappointment, the online menu looked very tasty and attracted us to the branch for the first time...we could have saved ourselves the visit. Opening time 11 a.m., no one there at 5 after 11. My girlfriend and I ordered 2 burgers. The pastry was a dry frozen semi-finished product and the meat inside was like a rubber sole without taste or freshness. Ordered there again today after a long time. The order was quite large (2 adults, 4 children just under €80). We ordered at 7 a.m. and were slightly shocked when a delivery time of 90 minutes was given...but ok, it could be that it's busy. So everything is good. The hard part, however, was when I called after 2 hours and asked where the order was, it wasn't even on the way yet. The next driver who came in was supposed to bring them. The end result was that the order arrived after a total of almost 3 hours. Order: 6:15 p.m Delivery: around 9:10 p.m The next thing was that the delivery person gave me the box with the order and asked me to take it out myself. Ok - maybe he has back pain or something similar. I don't even want to start talking about the food, you could have killed someone with the garlic bread, pizza rolls were in aluminum trays and due to the heat build-up in them they were weak instead of crispy and you had to look for the contents. The burger buns were like they came from the microwave and the finger food box was also an assiette, everything was soggy and the chicken was extremely dry. All in all, I have never been so disappointed and I wish we had saved so much money. It was the last time we ordered there and if the food and service is always like this, I wonder how this branch can survive.

Hello, last night I ordered a Dubai Large pizza after a little over a month. The pizza should be with hollandais sauce, strips and champions. There was no Hollandais sauce, 3 very thinly sliced ​​champions and 4 or 5 strips, that was all the pizza was topped with. It couldn't get any drier. And that for €16.99. We usually always order in advance, all deliveries are punctual at the specified time (+/- 15 minutes, you never really know what's going on on the streets), food is always delivered warm to steaming hot, dishes (pizzas, burgers, pizza rolls and pasta dishes) very tasty, friendly drivers

Eigentlich weniger als 0 Sterne: 12:34 Uhr bestellt, zwei Stunden gewartet, angerufen. Uns wurde zugesichert, dass es dann innerhalb von 20 Minuten da ist. 15:15 Uhr kam die Pizza an. War zwar warm, sah aber aus wie nochmal Käse drauf und kalte Pizza wieder aufgewärmt. Der Belag, der aussah wie Käse, hatte eine komische Konsistenz, wie Grießbrei. Das ist alles andere nur kein Kundenservice und das Essen geht garnicht. Nie wieder…

Gänzlich ungeeignet für die Mittagspause! Um 9uhr vorbestellt für 12:30uhr... 13:15 kam man dann mal... natürlich Annahme verweigert, können ja schlecht ne Stunde Pause machen. Schade, qualitativ war es immer gut, aber Zuverlässigkeit ist halt durch nichts zu ersetzen.

Diesmal hamses richtig krachen lassen. Nach fast 2 Stunden Wartezeit kam das Essen nur noch lauwarm an und war noch nicht mal fertig durch und über den Geschmack kann man trefflich streiten. Gerne nicht wieder.

Heute essen bestellt , Lieferzeit angegeben mit 90 min. Da sich nach diesen 90 min noch nix getan hat angerufen und nachgefragt was mit der Bestellung is . Die Mitarbeiterin war sehr freundlich aber hat mir gesagt das dass essen jz erst in den Ofen geht. Das fand ich nicht okay . Wenn ihr nicht genügend Personal zusammenbekommt müsst ihr den Schuppen zu machen. Ganz einfach Bestellt lieber bei DOMINO’S . Die sind in ner halben Stunde bei euch 🤝🏼

Essen war okay, wie immer eigentlich, Lieferung kam auch pünktlich. ABER wir wurden äußerst unsanft vom Lieferanten in Kenntnis gesetzt, das dass Essen nur vor die Haustür geliefert wird und nicht vor die Wohnungstür. Wir entschuldigten uns und meinten das wir es anders kennen, aber wir ihm ja auch ein Stück entgegen gekommen sind und es einfach nicht besser wussten. Darauf hin meinte er in einem sehr schroffen Ton, das wir „gar nichts wissen“ würden und ließ uns dann stehen. Es ist Sonntag Abend, jeder hat dafür Verständnis. Aber so respektlos mit Kundschaft umzugehen, ist absolut nicht in Ordnung. Leider für uns das letzte mal, das wir da bestellt haben.

Leider sehr unzuverlässig da eine Portion Pasta meist länger als eine Stunde bis zur Lieferung braucht hingegen 4 Pizzen nach ca.10min ausgeliefert werden!?!? (Luftlinie 200m) Am schlimmsten aber: Anpassungen an den Bestellungen werden teilweise ignoriert oder überlesen!!👎 Auf dem Foto zu sehen Pasta ohne Petersilie!!!

Jedes mal Top. Wir bestellen hier oft Pizza, meistens auch Burger und Snacks dazu. In aller Regel fallen unsere Bestellungen größer aus. Alles kommt heiß und frisch an, die Qualität und Geschmack sind immer super. Die Fahrer sind außerdem sehr freundlich, daher springt auch immer Trinkgeld heraus. Danke!

Leider war die Pizza kalt als sie bei uns ankam und die Salami Pizza war sehr sehr hart.

Weiter so, das ! ist der Unterschied zu den Anderen.👍 Übrigens alles, was ich ! bisher bestellt habe, ist ungelogen qualitativ hochwertig und lecker gewesen und warm wenn es das sein sollte.

Mal wieder bei Freddy bestellt und leider ein halber Reinfall. Der Burger ganz gut lecker soweit leider kalt, nun zu dem Fiasko meine Pizza kalt trocken kaum belegt nicht mal genug Tomatensoße drauf und der Rand ungenießbar...

Für die Leistung und Qualität finde ich Freddy zu teuer.

Ich sag naja. Die Lieferung hat ganze 1,5 h gedauert und dann war es nicht mal sonderlich gut. Die Wedges waren nicht knusprig und der CRISPY Chicken durchgeweicht.

Schnelle Lieferung. Allerdings war der Boden von der Pizza nicht richtig durchgebacken und die panierten Champions waren total wässrig und ungewürzt .

Lecker Pizza 🍕 immer wieder. In Gera bei Pizza einer meiner Favoriten.
