Ich habe um 22:29 Uhr bestellt. Es ist mittlerweile 01:30 Uhr und mein Essen ist bis jetzt nicht angekommen. Der Laden hat seit 23:00 Uhr geschlossen – natürlich keine Info, kein Anruf, nichts. Aber lustig ist es das auf Lieferando steht das es geliefert wurde 😂 Warum nimmt man Bestellungen an, wenn man sie offensichtlich nicht mehr ausliefert? Das ist einfach nur dreist und unprofessionell. Zeit verschwendet, Hunger ignoriert und Geld kassiert. So ein Service ist eine absolute Frechheit. Ich will mein Geld zurück – alles andere ist lächerlich.

Also ich hab das erste Mal bei Smileys bestellt und muss Sagen jetzt bereue ich es warum ich wo anders bestellt habe einfach Hammer die Pizza ab jetzt werde ich nur noch hier bestellen

I wanted to redeem my reward points today and ordered spaghetti Bolognese, but I've never seen anything like it! The spaghetti was completely dried out with hardly any sauce, and the corners of the aluminum tray were burnt. I thought spaghetti was cooked in a pot, not heated in the packaging. The taste was totally bland; it belonged in the trash! I used to order often, but today was the last time!

I ordered a vegetarian pizza. The pizza arrived late and cold. I thought, "Oh well," and took a bite. It turns out there was just ham under the cheese. They'd simply delivered a ham pizza. I called them and explained, but instead of an apology, they accused me of ordering it that way. After they asked me to, I sent them proof and a picture of the pizza. Still no apology. Arrogantly, he offered to send me a new pizza or a refund. I told him he could at least apologize. He replied that the driver would apologize. He didn't even have the decency to apologize. A driver came with the exact amount due, down to the cent, and blamed Lieferando—no apology. I had ordered through Smiley's own app. I simply handed him the money and the pizza and sent him on his way. No decency, just arrogance and no understanding. I would not recommend ordering from there to anyone, including vegetarians, people who are halal-conscious, or people who value customs.

I then called the store and asked if they could help me. Unfortunately, I was disappointed because they couldn't help me. That's how rewards can disappear into thin air. As I wrote, maybe I did something wrong, but then I would have appreciated some clarification over the phone. I'll order somewhere else now. What a shame.

This isn't my first time ordering either. But it's pretty cheeky how they can put such small pieces of snack rolls in there. That's not how you earn any "hallal" sales. Respect.

This isn't the first time, hence the review. I order from Smileys quite often, and it tastes good. Apparently, your employees aren't using any protection, because this is the third time I've had a hair in my pizza. That's unacceptable.

Today I ordered a Grand Canyon baguette with extra cheese and extra chicken. Instead, they delivered one with beef, which neither of us likes. Ever since the call center was set up, they've been misunderstanding me, even though they know me in Hamburg-Wilhelmsburg. I'm wondering whether I'll continue ordering from you if they don't understand me anyway. And then they don't even refund me.

What kind of strange shop is this in Kirchdorfer Damm? You call and the people just hang up on you.

Absolutely abysmal staff, food is practically never on time and I was harassed on the phone by a guy who barely speaks German.

So, I'm not going to pay almost €25 for three small pizzas. Even if one would cost €5... Just after having it delivered, baking the still-sloppy, meager, and sparsely topped pizza for two 3-minute stretches in the air fryer, once at 180°C and once at 200°C, doesn't really make it any crispier 🤷‍♀️

I ordered for €14.87 and gave the delivery person €20. He gave me €5 back and then ran away. He actually should have given me another 13ct. It's not a lot of money in itself, but just leaving without me being able to say something is just unbelievable and the quality had deteriorated a lot Take a photo I definitely won't be ordering again

It's my birthday today. I wanted to eat a pizza with cheese on the crust for the first time in my life. I ordered everything and waited. When he handed us the food, the pizza was completely squashed, and the driver didn't even say anything. Never again. He took the pizza back and then apologized.

The delivery service expects me to tip even though I didn't want to give one. Should pay €9.37, I gave him €10.57 and he didn't want to give me my €1.20 and ran down the stairs. I then asked him to give the remaining money back and he then became rude. I like to tip but taking it for granted is brutal.

The pizza always comes out hot and delicious and everything is there. Once I got a curry dip instead of the pizza dip, but it wasn't a big deal. Delivery could be a little faster as I only live 12 minutes away and delivery usually takes 20-25 minutes. I now order via Smiley's own website and no longer Lieferando. This is how you get points that you can redeem. I think it's a great thing!

Order placed today for self-collection. after an hour no message about possible pickup, now after about 2 hours of waiting still no information.

Delivery took 2 hours and food arrived cold and employees were insulted

The Virginia pizza that was delivered with 2 additional toppings was very sloppy and almost cold. The paid pizza dip for 1.89 Eu was forgotten and not refunded or delivered later. A drink was forgotten from a previous order. That's really not good service from Smiley's Pizza Service Wilhelmsburg/HH Süd. I could have saved myself a phone call!

Unfortunately the quality has decreased extremely, I really enjoyed ordering here but now the pizza only arrives half cold and completely dry. I'm done with the store.

A very great service, punctual and very fast delivery, the pizza is always very hot and absolutely delicious. Smileys in Kirchdorf Süd is the best.

I have often and happily ordered from Smiley's in Wilhelmsburg. But what I experienced on Saturday tops everything. Despite the Germany game and probably a lot of orders, my pizza came very quickly, still super hot and it was really the best pizza I've ever ordered in terms of taste! Unfortunately only 5 stars, nothing more is possible.

Worst smileys after 50 minutes the order arrived and all the ingredients were forgotten on my croque, only empty bread arrived, the employees showed no insight and there was no compensation!

Normally everything goes well, but lately the delivery people keep calling and don't ring the bell anymore, and it takes 40-50 minutes for the food to arrive. It's quite long considering that the way to the store takes 5 minutes on foot.

Super Pizzen , schneller und netter Lieferservice .

Habe mich nach ca. 1 Jahr beim Besitzer gemeldet, da ich noch eine Rechnung benötigte. Wurde mir anstandslos ausgestellt. Das machen heutzutage auch nicht mehr viele, ohne dass man mehrfach nerven muss. Dafür gibt es, neben einer damals leckeren Pizza 5 Sterne :-)

Ich finde es schmeckt gut, aber wenn man Pizza bestellt muss man die immer selber schneiden wäre halt einfach besser wenn ihr die vor Ort schneidet

An sich keine beschwerde aber es wurde schon das 3te mal der Käse zu meiner pasta vergessen.

Heute leider eine schlechte Erfahrung gehabt: Vom Mitarbeiter am Telefon auch nicht ganz begeistert gewesen. Ich sagte ihm, wenn er mir einen 5 € Gutschein ausstellt wäre die Sache meinerseits gegessen, aber das wollte er nicht.... Deswegen jetzt hier die Bewertung. Kundenzufriedenheit ist doch das A&O im Vertrieb. Diese 5 € und dafür nen Stammgast verprellen, komm ich nicht drauf klar.

Super Essen und schnelle Lieferung. Wenn ich mal wieder in Hamburg bin bestelle ich hier gerne wieder und sehr nettes Personal.

Leckere Pizza und schnelle Lieferung, dass Personal war auch sehr nett und freundlich. Ich hatte auch keine lange Wartezeiten.

Die Lieferung am 26.06.21 war okay. Die Pizza Denver [Ø 32cm] mit Bauernschinken, Classic Teig, Standardpizza war zum Teil sehr salzig, und zum Teil ohne salzgeschmack. Die Pizza war irgendwie geschmacklos. Der Bauernschinken war reichlich. Der Salat war gut und viel.

Es fällt mir wirklich schwer sachlich zu bleiben. Ich bin wütend und enttäuscht. Ich vergebe 3 Sterne nur für die schnelle Lieferung. Die Pizza war überhaupt nicht genießbar und schmeckte teilweise sehr trocken. Die Pizza hatte viel zu viel Asia Soße und kaum Tomatensoße. Man hatte teilweise das Gefühl, dass die Tomatensoße einfach vergessen wurde. Ich habe es so gelernt, dass man mit Waage und sehr genau arbeiten soll. Dies wurde anscheind bei meiner Bestellung nicht getan. Ich bin großer Fan von Smileys und bestelle gerne bei euch, aber das was ich gegessen habe, war einfach eine Katastrophe. Sorry.

Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und freundlich. Die Pizza war noch warm und schmeckte auch lecker. Die Lieferzeit war exakt wie angegeben. Bestelle und esse immer wieder gerne da, weil sie die besten sind!

Seit Oktober habe ich 10 mal bestellt, da kein Käse drauf war, bestellte ich extra Käse... Bei der 11 Bestellung war dann standardgemäß Käse auf der Pizza! Smileys ließ mich 5 Tage warten Nachdem ich mich beschwert habe! Angeblich würden sie Kamera Aufzeichnung überprüfen, was der Chef der wilhelmsburger Filiale nun am Telefon belustigt hat! Smileys pizzaservice will die 9 x fehlenden Käse nicht erstatten!

Die Pizzen sind sehr lecker. Die Lieferanten sind auch immer sehr freundlich und schnell unterwegs.

Bin Stammkunde und die Pizzen sind nach American Style die besten! Fahrer sind immer freundlich so wie man es sich wünscht. Lieferungsdauer hängt stark ab, wann man bestellt, aber das ist normal.

Heute war ich sehr enttäuscht. Die 2 Sterne gibt es nur weil das Essen sehr schnell da war. Ich hatte ein Pastagericht. Das Essen war kalt, die einzelnen Komponenten wie Spinat und Schinken waren nur auf einem Haufen. Außerdem war der Spinat total wässrig. Bis her war das Essen immer gut aber heute ein echter Reinfall.

Pizza kam nach 50 min an und war leider nicht mehr warm. Sonst super lecker

Essen ist bis jetzt immer heiss/warm angekommen. Mit Abstand der beste Smileys in Hamburg. Glaubt mir Leute,die anderen Smileys in Hamburg sind definitiv schlechter.

Ich mag ja die Churry-Chicken-ohne-Ananas-Pizza sehr!

Einfach nur köstlich der Käse rand und der dünne pizzer teig sehr gut haben mir auch die Snack Rolls geschmeckt 😋
