McDonald's in Göttingen

Incompetent employees don't listen to you when you order Forgot to pack the food we ordered Unfriendly when cashing out !! Never gonna eat there again

What I ordered was good, but there was no toilet paper in the toilet. I said so when I went out.

Were there at the MC Drive. Milkshake tasted disgustingly like dishwashing liquid. Food was totally hard and inedible! The employees don't seem to be interested in their job either. There is no friendliness here! Terrible service!

When I pointed out a problem at an ordering terminal, the employee reacted very rudely and annoyed. Some of the tables were stained and smeared.

So far everything is okay, but only one toilet for everyone. .. not exactly pleasant and hygienic 😕

The new electronic ordering is a matter of taste, not mine

McDonald's, everything's good so far. The toilet is a disgrace and has the feel of a parking lot toilet on the motorway.

Unfortunately, I just had a very shocking experience on June 25th, 2024 at around 10:06 p.m. 10:06 p.m. Order placed: 2x smart menu and 20 nuggets At 10:25 p.m. our order was incorrectly delivered to another guest. After standing for 20 minutes with the other guest, the waitress wanted to serve it to us. Which we didn't want because the other guest had already touched the food and it was cold after standing for 20 minutes. This is very annoying because we had to wait about 45 minutes before we could eat. The restaurant manager or shift management at this point couldn't even offer a small compensation for the whole thing.

As a professional driver, I have comparisons with restaurants from all over Europe. There are very few vegetables and sauces in the burgers here. On the plus side, it was delivered quickly and was warm.

You can do it, and plant based is definitely delicious.

The burgers didn't taste good at all. They weren't really warm either. If the staff doesn't feel like working at night. It's better to stay at home. It was also very unclean and dingy. The toilet looked just as unhygienic.

Staff very friendly, unfortunately food not fresh. Fries in the happy meal were wobbly, nuggets and chicken burgers not fresh.

Nice opening times, the only thing missing is the glass gate in the outside area

And I wonder how can small children think that the food there is great because there was only one song made there burger fries 1# bad

Unavailable by phone, poor service

We weren't even allowed to choose the toys in Happymeal... and there is simply no choice for vegan citizens. The queue at the drive in lasted 35 minutes. Citizen King is better

My trusted McDonalds. Employees are always eager to please and never had to wait long.

The place is good and the food is the same as in all MCs, but I didn't like the service. Sometimes employees or even consumers are treated badly, service is very bad!!!

The toilet wasn't exactly clean, which is particularly unpleasant for children. Staff otherwise friendly

We were just driving through Mc Drive and encountered a very humorless employee. At first he refused to serve us because the passenger appeared to be laughing. After that we were served very willingly again. All in all not recommended.

Good and clean outlet, the personnel are friendly as well.

Horrible burgers and the smell and taste of them... disgusting - had to take away and unfortunately couldn't eat a single one... it was actually a shame often at McDonald's, never again from today on...

Fast food chain doesn't taste that good. Seller only cares about speed, which I understand. Zero ambience. On average it is only 2 stars.

The food was tasty, the only thing that bothered me was that I ordered mc crispy bacon ts and there was no bacon on it

We got some food in a hurry. It tasted like everywhere else, was freshly made and was warm. Staff was friendly. Sufficient parking options.

They tried to get the order under control. Service was quick, but the food had already cooled down quite a bit. The MC Flury was only half full, which I find totally outrageous for €4

Totally unfriendly service, citizens look like mud. Service really slow and rude to the customers. Never again! Better go to Burger Me, it's a little more expensive but at least you get something decent. McDonald's would have to be banned if citizens get mushy.

Very very unfriendly employee (manager) takes his cell phone in his hand to see the coupob code, then deletes this order (waited before 0:00 order was placed, then demanded the money (full price)

I like to eat there, the staff is also very friendly but the place should be renovated, it no longer seems trendy

So it wasn't just bad, every time you order something something is always missing.

The food was good as always, the service station on the upper floor was unfortunately not stocked and the door to the balcony was locked. Could be better. When cleaning the tables, the edges should also be cleaned!

One of the best McDonald's restaurants I've ever been to. Small, but that makes it cozy and. The food was freshly made, was quick, very hot, just great. The staff is super friendly, you could laugh a bit at the table. Keep it up, gladly again. Other branches can learn a lesson here. For me the best McDonald's restaurant I've been to so far.

The toilet doesn't work at all. After I pointed this out to the employees, they laughed at me.

My experience at McDonald's was disappointing, especially regarding the overpriced prices. Despite the high price of €6.49 for a Double Royal Cheese and €3.99 for a Double Cheeseburger, the burgers I ordered did not meet my expectations of well-topped burgers. There were visibly savings on vegetables and side dishes, which did not justify the price-performance ratio. It would be desirable for McDonald's to improve the quality of its burgers in order to adequately justify the high price and meet customer expectations." It's nonsense to reduce the size of the branch by half in the evening because you think you have to lock the upstairs To supposedly clean at 10 I've never seen anything like that on any Mecces Unfriendly employees Overfilled

Nice atmosphere, but the food is above average greasy even for McDonalds. The curly fries were literally dripping and the cheese on the burger hadn't even melted.

We were missing some things like: all sauces (4-5), one sugar and a spoon. It tasted good, but it didn't have to happen again.

I've now had meat instead of the plant-based nuggets twice in a row. This time even in “Plant” packaging. Maybe just don't sell vegetarian products if you don't want to give them out or warm them up. Apart from the waste of time, I find it audacious that what was paid for is not delivered here.

You can eat delicious hamburgers and fries there

Picking up the food I pre-ordered via the MCD app worked great via drive-thru. The service was very friendly. The only point of criticism was that the McFlurry was not issued with a cardboard holder.

One of the best Asian restaurants??!! The atmosphere is incredible!! Great service 🤤!! And there's lots of food 🏳️ 🌈🏳️ 🌈!! The cell 💀 is of course a cell. Letter💅👀! , . I would recommend it to everyone! 😈😈 him

Waited a long time in the drive

Absoluter Dreck! Terminals gehen nicht vernünftig, Coupons aus der App werden gescannt aber nicht erkannt, Mitarbeiter absolut unfreundlich und wenig hilfsbereit...wieso wirbt man dann mit den tollen Coupons welche nur über die App verfügbar sind, wenn es am Ende nicht klappt...?

Schnelle Zubereitung und netter Tischservice

Ein typischer McDonald's eben. Im Lokal essen, Drive in oder abholen. Alles möglich. Verkehrsgünstig gelegen.

Ist halt nur mcdonald's aber der beste in Göttingen

Bisher immer alles bei der Bestellung gehabt (andre Filialen vergessen gerne mal was) und die Qualität war gut,nur selten etwas viel Soße im Papier gehabt..Kann mich ingesamt nicht beklagen, einer meiner Lieblings-Mäcces-Filialen. Das Einzige,was aber selten bei den Filialen ist, was mich stört: Man kann nicht an den Autos in der Mc Drive Schlange vorbeifahren, wenn man es sich anders überlegt hat. zudem, das hab ich bisher nur von einer gehört, wäre es irgendwie toll, wenn man mit Vorbestellung im MC Drive Vorang oder separate Warteplätze hätte,sonst ist das Vorbestellte kalt, wenn die Schlange lang ist...

Also Toilette ist sehr schmutzig, stinkt sehr unangenehm.

Solides Systemgastronomie Restaurant. Nicht gerade zentral gelegen, jedoch gut erreichbar auch mit Öffis. Essen... Naja. McDonald's halt 😅

Das war sehr lecker und der Service war sehr schnell. Nur leider war oben die tabzecke für Kinder ausgeschaltet so das diese nicht genutzt werden konnte.

Halt ein mackdonalds mit der qualität eines mackdonalds

Ist halt ein McDonald's, Bedienung ist nett und das Essen kommt immer sehr schnell.

Leider ist dort fast immer wenn ich da bin das WC in einem Suboptimalen Hygienischen Zustand .Bürger waren zum Teil fehlbelegt.

Ganz tolle Hilfe bei den Apps. Menge Geld gespart. Neues Produkt kennengelernt.

McDonalds eben :) für schnelles Essen immer gut!

Haben den Neuen McCrispy probiert, der ist mal supergut. Aber zum realen Preis von 5,49€, wäre er mir zu teuer. Aber im Angebot wärmstens zu empfehlen wenn man Huhn Fan ist.

Wer mal auuusgesprochen nettes tolles Personal erleben möchte.. Hier findet man s Cheeseburger und grosser Erdbeershake, mein Stammessen abends. Heute mal BBQ Bacon TS.... Einfach genial Super Essen und tolle Bedienung Komme immer wieder gern her. Fünf Sternchen

Nach der zweiten Renovierung gefalllen mir nur die weissen Kacheln nicht so besonders. Ansonsten alles ok.

Ich hole mir hier öfter Burger, wenn ich keine Lust habe zu kochen. Geht immer blitzschnell, alles absolut in Ordnung. Die Mitarbeiter machen einen guten Job, wurde hier immer freundlich behandelt.

Nur 1 Toilette für alle und die war sauber dreckig! Einfach nur ekelhaft. Das geht gar nicht.

War heute auf der Durchreise dort und es ist eine saubere und ordentliches Ambiente vor Ort. Personal sehr freundlich und nett.

Sehr schnelle Küche und guter Service! Leider ist alles andere nicht gut. Das Ambiente ist eher anstrengend durch hohe Lautstärke. Das vegetarische Essen wird immer schlechter… Schade um das eigentlich gute Konzept. Wenn jeder burger einfach als vegetarische Variante bestellbar wäre: super Sache! So leider nicht.

Bester McDonald's in Göttingen.

McDonald's ist ein beliebtes Restaurant für Burger und Pommes. Die Burger waren lecker und die Pommes waren gut gewürzt. Das Personal war freundlich und die Bestellung wurde zügig bearbeitet. Insgesamt eine positive Erfahrung bei McDonald's.

Wir waren etwas später dort. Gegen 22 Uhr und hatten unser Essen per App vorbestellt. War zwar sehr günstig (für 2 Personen unter 10 Euro) aber hat noch mindestens 20 Minuten gedauert, bis das Essen fertig war. Dafür war es noch sehr warm. Die Tische und der Boden wirkten allerdings schon etwas unsauber. Apfeltaschen waren sehr heiß und ganz lecker. Chicken Burger schmecken auch gut.
