I had to wait a long time for the food, the staff worked with a high degree of disinterest and little motivation. The burger didn't look anything like the advert and there were fewer onion rings and bacon on it. I find misleading advertising.

One of the nicer BKs but the food was just subpar compared to others. Crispy Chicken tasted the same as if the patty had been left out for two days and then fried again. The onion rings were also completely done. I want my money back...

So I've been to Burger King (near me/Bad Orb) several times recently, but I've never experienced such friendly staff as here and certainly haven't had such freshly prepared burgers and fries.

Our go-to stop when traveling on the A7. The visit is an absolute tradition on longer journeys.

The room music a bit loud. We would like to have a little chat after an hour-long drive.

Typically BK. We originally wanted to come here because of the Coca Cola Freestyle machines. According to the Coca Cola website, this Burger King is supposed to have these machines, but unfortunately that wasn't the case.

A Burger King like many others. Comparatively small and not really clean at the time of my visit. But in my case, fast food every few years is definitely enough.

Fresh, tasty and everyone was nice

Impersonal fast food. Self service, digital, very little animating. However, the food was ok, nothing went wrong as such, the ordering gizmo was not very cooperative all the time and we got more than we had actually ordered.

Wasn't too crowded and food was brought to my table! Nice staff there.

If the head wasn't attached to the body they would probably have forgotten it at home🙂... We ordered a lot of food... with 4 dips... Not a dip... very very few fries in the bag... what a shame! Job missed or incorrect communication!

Order 730 Invoice number: 1153730: Plant-based nugget burgers obtained with normal nuggets. When I spoke to an employee, a new one was simply made and given to me without an apology. It's a shame, I'm actually used to something different here.

Unprofessional staff and shift leaders, they first have to LEARN GERMAN, they are totally unfriendly and irresponsible

the worst place to work, the people who work there as shift leaders barely speak and understand German, they are very rude and not reliable. I don't recommend it to anyone

I think these machines for ordering food are terrible. My 🍔 were lukewarm, but still good. I didn't have any fries because the machine wasn't working properly. I hardly go to Burger King and Mac Donald anymore. Because of this machine.

THE GOURMET TEMPLE among the BurgerKings!!! I don't normally write reviews for fast food restaurants... One thing is the same... But here: it's different here! A mega meal... There's no other way to say it. The best fries I've ever eaten in a fast food restaurant. Potatoy, crunchy, crunchy, super delicious!!! The burger ingredients look like they're fresh from the shelf... Crisp lettuce, crunchy, al dente onion rings, meat well fried (with a slight grilled taste)... Perfect!!! If you know BurgerKing, try this one... Crystal clear recommendation!!! Can't be done better. Restaurant seems almost new (but it's been there for a while) nothing broken, super clean, very cozy atmosphere, fast delivery, friendly staff with a plan... Seriously...!!! I get nothing for this recommendation, but this BurgerKing really deserves every star. Awesome!!! P. S.: I can't choose fries from the recommended dishes... But you have to try them!

Where is my damn sauce???? The unfriendly BK ever! At least the staff at Dive in! No desire to talk, no thanks & please! It takes forever and the food is faulty! You should seriously revise your work ethic or schools. That just doesn't work at all

The burgers were just lukewarm, the cheeseburger had so much mustard on it that it was inedible and the fries were already soft. I won't be coming back!!!

Something is advertised that no longer exists. Cold fries! Lukewarm burgers - that's a no-go! The staff was a bit snotty! Comes good!! You definitely won't come back! The last shop!! Never again!!!

The chairs and tables were very dirty, the men's bathroom too. Needs better attention from the manager.

A good fast food place with good locations, even when traveling by car. It was also nice to find an icon with offers on the ordering device. It's great that you didn't have to use any apps or coupons to get the benefits. We were just buying a cold drink, the price of which was €3. When the offer included a cheese meal for less than €4, it was an easy decision to also buy a hamburger and French fries for almost the price of a drink.

Really annoying, you have to control. The Whopper menu was missing fries, and the Chicken Crunchy Pepper is absolutely not worth 9.49. Much smaller than pictured and you had to look for the advertised yogurt-pepper sauce with a magnifying glass. Therefore totally dry and hardly any taste. An order for 33 euros that you couldn't enjoy.

The ambience and the food taste really good. This is the only Burger King in Göttingen that I like to visit because the food there is always delicious.

We were in the drive at 11:20 p.m. and our order was no longer accepted even though the restaurant was open until 12 p.m. If it worked, no star would be awarded. The rest speaks for itself

The food (my fancy nugget burger) was really as it should be. The service is normal for Burger King (no table service and poor to no knowledge of German). You just have to be satisfied when you get what you ordered. The ambience is ok. It was clean and there was soap in the toilet.

Depending on the time of day, sometimes good, sometimes bad. The quality of the food is always the same, but service sometimes takes longer.

Ordered a milkshake and only got milk with a vanilla flavor, when I complained that it was just milk the answer was that a milkshake would just be milk. Personally, I thought it was pretty cheeky since in every other restaurant, ice cream parlor, etc. you don't just get flavored milk, but there is ice cream in the milkshake

A milkshake here is just cold milk with syrup, not tasty and very disgusting

Burger King located directly on the A7. Food is freshly prepared. Drive works quickly. Everything's okay, happy to travel through again.

Once and not again. Prices like those in Trump Tower, but despite an intensive search I couldn't find the gold leaf. And the boys are so clever and know how to stop the clock.

Went to BK in the evening and ate a little something. Food came relatively quickly and there wasn't much going on. The shop was really dirty, tables dirty, leftover food on the floor and the pill dispenser was overcrowded. It's a shame because there was definitely time to clean up 🤷🏻‍♀️

We had burgers with Camembert twice, one cold and flaky and the cheese was slapped together carelessly without any taste, the portion of 13.99 is not a gift either. Not one of them looked like the ones in the advertisements. If you only go when time is short, it's a shame

You can take a break and eat without hesitation

We got warm drinks. When we asked how that could be, we were simply given ice cubes in the cups. In our bag of vegetarian nuggets was a chicken nugget. How can that be?? The deep fryers are separate from each other. Something like that doesn't work! I complained again to another lady and my feedback was taken seriously.

Everything was great, ordered at the terminal and my friend went to the toilet before she got back and the food was already on the table. It was hot and tasted good.

Quick preparation, food was as usual. I was just passing through, but the restaurant itself is in good condition.

Disappointing guest again for a long time now it will be a lot longer until the next time.

From ordering to completion it takes less than 5 minutes, 15 € for the Big King XXL in the menu is now a house number but everyone has to decide for themselves. Unfortunately there were no paper towels in the toilet. Otherwise everything was relatively clean. The service was nice. There was relatively little going on at 11:30 a.m. The food was okay in terms of temperature, I've eaten worse😏

When you take your food with you, people tend to forget to put a burger in the bag, which quickly appears when asked. The seller also knows which burger is missing even though you don't know which one is missing. strange coincidence. Not the first time experienced at Burger King if you take away.

Stood in front of the store for 40 minutes. It should be open at 10. They just aren't open.

Fine for a little hunger in between. The only thing that was a bit annoying was the full return terminals for the trays, which were already overflowing.

The food tastes good (the taste varies from one BK restaurant to the other (slightly, but there are some branches where the food tastes worse, despite the same ingredients)). Old experience: (The negative thing is that the customers would have to come back from me because part of the order was missing. I hadn't thought anything of it either, but I also realized at home that I had also forgotten something. That can happen, but it doesn't but with two customers in a row. Better checking of the order by employees would be nicer... For this very reason 2 stars deducted.) Upd: I have recently ordered food to take away and eat on site a few times. Service was excellent. Staff very friendly and even with complex menus (3 menus + various) nothing was forgotten! The food in the restaurant was also very pleasant. At a late hour everything was clean and tidy. Bestellung wurde nicht richtig verstanden. "BIG" BURGER sind lächerlich klein. Viele unbesetzte Tische die nicht sauber gewischt waren. Der Fußboden voller heruntergefallener Essensreste. Die besten Zeiten scheinen vorbei zu sein.

Gutes normales Schnellrestaurant, wie man es erwartet.

Habe mich dort in der Vergangenheit oft geärgert da niemand meine Sprache verstand das ist nun egal da man nur noch am Kiosk bestellen kann.

Schnelles und vor allem warmes Fastfood und das zur fortgeschrittenen Stunde.

Wer hier freiwillig hingeht hat selbst schuld. Ich habe es leider getan, die Enkel wollten.

Netter Services, es ging sehr schnell und die Produkte waren lecker und warm.

Bestellung wurde schnell erledigt, alles war heiß, die Pommes knusprig. Schon öfter in anderen Läden schlabberige bekommen. Ambiente halt fast food Kette, aber Dennoch angenehm.

Country Potatoes vertrocknet und ungenießbar. Pommes Frites trocken und fettig. Burger war ok.

Schöner, recht moderner Burger King. Essen wie immer gut für Fast Food. Das Restaurant und die Sitzplätze waren sehr sauber, einzig die Toiletten und der Wickeltisch ließen beim Thema Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig.

Kleine Portionen und recht teuer. Die Bilder und die Burger unterscheiden sich grundsätzlich... aber es schmeckt recht gut.

Geduldiges und verständnisvolles Personal, megaschnelle Essenslieferung, sogar mit Servietten! Das ist heutzutage nicht mehr üblich. Alles super - empfehlenswert!

Es sieht schön aus wenn man dort auf den Parkplatz b.z.w in den drive in fährt.Das Personal hat nett und freundlich gewirkt,nur leider kann das nett wirkende Personal das Essen und die Getränke meiner Meinung nach nicht richtig zubereiten.Einen schokoshake bestellt aber ohne vorher was zu sagen einen vanille shake bekommen und als es angesprochen wurde wurde nur gesagt das das normal sei und man könnte ja schocko Soße rein tun. Beim king float wurde das "softeis" ganz fest nach unten geklopft und mit Cola aufgefüllt was ich so garnicht kenne in keiner anderen Filiale wird es so gemacht ,da wird das soft Eis fluffig gelassen und schmeckt so auch besser. Die Burger die wir bestellt haben waren kalt und haben auch nicht so geschmeckt wie in den anderen Filialen.Das ist unser Eindruck von dem ersten Besuch dort gewesen und ich muss leider sher vielen Rezensionen mit ihren Aussagen recht geben.Schafe für die für die es so ist aber bekanntlich hat jeder seinen eigenen Geschmack und unterschiedliche Vorstellungen von gewissen Dingen,deswegen denke ich das es jeder für sich selbst entscheiden sollte und selbst schauen sollte ob es eben passt oder halt nicht.Und hey,wir leben noch und uns ging es auch nicht schlecht nach dem essen.
