We tried the kebab burger once, but we won't become fans.

A good Burger King. Friendly staff, food arrived quickly, plenty of seating.

He was very friendly and funny. We laughed a lot. I think his name was Aven.

The tables and seats are filthy. I spoke to the worker and asked if he could clean our table; he agreed, and I'm still waiting for him to come and clean it.

The people are very nice and the food is delicious too.

I'd like to give a huge compliment to Mr. Bariev, the employee who served me today. He was incredibly friendly and patient, and despite the stress, he remained completely calm and respectful. It was clear he takes his job seriously and is truly passionate about what he does. Unfortunately, you don't often experience service like this – absolutely exemplary! A truly friendly and dedicated employee – please keep it up! 👏

Extremely long wait. The cola tasted flat. I was extremely annoyed. It was a restaurant!

My criticism is that in all Burger King restaurants, you have to order your meal via the ordering screens, which is cumbersome. It takes longer, and it doesn't feel like a restaurant at all. It's more like being served food in a cafeteria.

This Burger King is an absolute disgrace!! I just wanted a burger, not an adventure through chaos and despair. Today at roughly 7:51 PM, I ordered a "meal" that was supposed to include a large bag of fries, a long chicken burger, a 0.5L Coke, and an ice cream with a chocolate-flavored sauce. Everyone who sees this review can guess three times whether that's what I actually received. :) Well, service in Germany is a joke. I got a bag full of all sorts of rubbish except for what I ordered. What a place! Total chaos! Things are really going backwards! It's like they're not paying with Monopoly money here. This is a complete farce.

I paid 80€ and only got 3/4 of the food I paid for, fries are as hard as bricks, several orders were "forgotten" but of course they charged me, a dirty shop and absolute fraud

Give the employee at the drive-thru a dictionary. It can't be that this guy is so incompetent that he wrote down half my order incorrectly. Set up vending machines in the drive-thru or simply hire people who speak the local language. I said exactly what I wanted, but in the end, I still got a grab-and-go bag with everything in it except what I ordered. Best regards, an angry customer

Absolutely overwhelmed! My partner asked twice while ordering whether the employee had understood the order correctly, and he repeated the question, but we still didn't get what we ordered. A complaint wasn't possible because the employees were overwhelmed ;)

Respect to the young man who did everything on his own in the front while the shift leader in the kitchen did a good job but a big minus to the Andean restaurant manager who preferred to show off his colleagues outside instead of helping out. That was a bottomless impudence. The guests had to wait a long time for their food and that is not acceptable.

A very tidy BK! The staff cleaned all the tables in an exemplary manner. The restrooms were also clean. The order was completed quickly.

I found hair and coffee grounds in the bread. After biting into it, I was extremely disgusted and wanted to throw up. When I looked inside, I saw an employee named Martin playing around in the work area. That was really disappointing.

I was just there, ordered takeout food, no sauces were added, and the burger tasted like plastic. I'll never eat at Burger King in Göttingen again. And I found hair in the burger.

The ordering process via the machine is confusing, takes an excruciatingly long time, and the food was ready in a very short time. The "large" portion of fries was a joke. The Cheese Whopper was completely soggy, the meat tasted OK, but the bun was soggy like a wet sponge, and the flavor was completely overpowered by the tartar sauce. At least the hunger was gone after the meal, but it also reinforced my decision to steer clear of BK in the future, especially since you can get better food for the same price. Disappointing!

With an ideal location near the highway, this fast-food restaurant offers seating on two levels. The food has always been good, and there have been no complaints. The staff are reliable when it comes to questions, although they were a bit hesitant at first, in my opinion. If the seats are dirty, they make sure they are cleaned immediately upon inspection, and even if your own seat is a bit crumbly or sticky from the previous guest, they will clean it immediately upon request. Always a good place to stop when you're a little or very hungry after a long drive.

As usual, our first choice when it comes to Burger King in Göttingen is the one at Kaufpark, the one at Kaufpark is great, sometimes the employees are annoyed. At lunchtime the stress level increases enormously, but I would attribute that to the location, it is right on the A7 and there is a lot going on. The outdoor area needs to be cleaned. There are butts lying around everywhere, especially at the window front where you can sit.

The service and food were excellent! Mr. Mersovski entertained us well! The kitchen also did a very good job!

Pretty much the last Burgerking to recommend. Long chicken was so dry and cold, as were the rest of the burgers. And that even though there were only 2 or 3 people there and the burgers were supposedly freshly prepared. At 12:15 a.m. at night. Horrible food, you can really mess up burgers. Sorry, definitely not going there again.

Wed April 2, 2025 - 2:00 p.m. In 2 out of 3 women's toilets the toilet roll was empty. Toilets dirty, full of urine. Stinky. Music in the entire “restaurant” was very loud, so that you could hardly have a normal conversation. However, it was the volume in the toilets that really hit the fan (ladies) It was so loud that some children had to cover their ears. Absolutely impossible!! Don't know what the purpose of this is?! The prices here for a menu are just outrageous. Ambiance is chic.

The staff is always friendly, in a good mood and works efficiently, even when it's busier. I am particularly impressed by how quickly the orders are prepared without compromising the quality. The burgers are fresh, the fries are crispy, and the menu selection leaves nothing to be desired. The branch is always clean and inviting, so you feel comfortable there. All in all, a great experience that I would happily recommend. Keep it up!

You can eat there with friends or in a group or go in alone. What I like is that everything is very simplified thanks to the digital boards. The app has additional coupon benefits that should not be underestimated. Especially for a menu for 2, it's twice as profitable. There are great toys for the children and there are plenty of restaurants on the motorway even when all the other shops are closed. I really like the new churos that came in.

What a dirty shop. Everything takes forever because the manager prefers to flirt with the employee instead of dealing with customers or helping his employees. Sad.

Disastrous and extremely unfriendly service, that was our last visit.

It's been a long time since I stopped by BK, ordering via the displays was quick and I got the food even quicker. Ambience appropriate, you don't have to expect much, but for what you get, it's enough. Clean toilets is a plus. The only drawback: as I said, I haven't been to BK for a long time and when I saw the prices I felt dizzy - I'm happy to pay for service, but it was a bit too much for a fast food restaurant.

Worst burgers I've ever eaten at a Burger King!

I had to wait a long time for the food, the staff worked with a high degree of disinterest and little motivation. The burger didn't look anything like the advert and there were fewer onion rings and bacon on it. I find misleading advertising.

It's just like any Burger King. But there's really nothing to complain about.

One of the nicer BKs but the food was just subpar compared to others. Crispy Chicken tasted the same as if the patty had been left out for two days and then fried again. The onion rings were also completely done. I want my money back...

So I've been to Burger King (near me/Bad Orb) several times recently, but I've never experienced such friendly staff as here and certainly haven't had such freshly prepared burgers and fries.
