Burger King Bahnhof Göttingen in Göttingen

Ich hatte einen Zwischenaufenthalt am Bahnhof zwischen verschiedenen Verbindungen. Da die Toiletten in den Zügen heutzutage offenbar alle kaputt sind und auch die Bahnhofstoilette defekt und geschlossen war, wollte ich als BK Gast die Mitarbeiter Toilette verwenden. Mehrere Mitarbeiter haben mir das verwehrt - ich finde das eine Unverschämtheit, insbesondere da sie wussten dass die Bahnhofstoilette defekt und ich ein Gast war.

Richtig schnell gings und trzd lecker, hatte nur 11 Minuten Umstiegszeit. Denke, das waren die Avenger der Burgerking MAs. Gerne wieder (Bacon King, Crispy Chicken und n 3rdbShake)

Im Vergleich zu anderen Burgerking-Filialen bin ich hier bisher noch nicht enttäuscht worden. Das Essen kommt frisch an den Tisch und auch die Pommes sind noch einigermaßen heiß.

Der manager mit halbglatze ist unfähig und ignoriert kunden

Ich war schon öfter bei Burger King in Göttingen und war jedes Mal sehr zufrieden. Das Essen ist durchgehend gut und schmeckt wie erwartet. Die Bedienung bzw. die Abwicklung geht sehr schnell, und das Bestellen über die Terminals funktioniert problemlos und unkompliziert. Die Mitarbeiter sind außerdem immer freundlich und hilfsbereit, was den Besuch angenehm macht. Auch die Sauberkeit ist sehr gut und der Laden wirkt insgesamt optisch sehr ansprechend und modern. Praktisch ist außerdem, dass es Steckdosen gibt, an denen man sein Handy aufladen kann. Insgesamt ein sehr guter Laden, bei dem ich bisher nie Probleme hatte und vor allem die schnelle Bedienung schätze.

Zusatz Bbacon im bestellten Bürger war kalt und labrig ! Traurig. Verbesserungswürdig wurde aber anstandslos richtig gestellt 👍

Kein guter Service extra ein Menü bestellt um eine Tasse zu erhalten um dann bei der Abholung zu hören wir haben keine mehr keine Ausschilderung keine Alternative großes minus geht lieber nicht hin

Ich habe einen Mc Sunday, 2x9er Onion Rings und 2x Double Cheeseburger bestellt. Das Eis wurde als Erstes fertig gemacht mit 2 anderen von einer anderen Bestellung. Ich schaute natürlich auf meine Uhr, weil ich auf meinen Zug wartete. Nach 9 Minuten, nachdem das Eis dann schon so lange da stand, war der Rest fertig. Der MA gab mir alles rüber. Ich meinte zu ihm, ob das Eis immer 9 Minuten (wir haben ja mittlerweile über 20 Grad draußen) fertig da steht, bevor der Rest fertig ist. Die Kommegin, die das vorbereitet und hingestellt hatte zuvor machte nur große Augen und ging weiter. Seine Antwort:“Das ist ganz normal!“ Ich finde das nicht normal, dass Eis solange im Warmen steht und bin einfach extrem enttäuscht von dieser Gleichgültigkeit, der mangelnder Empathie und dem schlechten Umgang mit Lebensmitteln. Die Bewertungen lassen ja generell zu Wünschen übrig, aber man muss es ja nun nicht auf den Gipfel bringen. Als Kunde leider verloren. Da hole ich mir doch lieber nen Döner im Bahnhof oder nehme mir etwas mit. Schade.

Der Chili Cheese Beef Tortilla ist ein Chili Cheese Burger mit einem Wrap statt Brötchen. Dafür 8,69€ zu nehmen ist eine absolute Unverschämtheit! Die Preise sind so schon unglaublich gestiegen -- und zwar weit mehr als die Inflation es erklären könnte. Dann noch ein neues Produkt noch unverschämter überteuert anzubieten ist Wucher!

Cola zu teuer 4fache vom Einkauf Markt

Das essen für 12,79,kalt,gitterkartofeln war ungenisbar,kalt und reste.wopper,pampig,und kalt.zu schade.

Schmeckt super, viele Sitzplätze sogar draußen. Leider keine Toiletten vorhanden und Punkte können nicht eingelöst werden.

Der Saftladen besitzt nicht mal eine Toilette! Nie wieder

Das Essen ist klassisch Burger King. Das Restaurant ist nach der Renovierung, vor allem im Bestellbereich echt hübsch geworden. Ich nutze diese Rezension aber primär für eins: Vielen Dank an die aufmerksame Mitarbeiterin, die am Dienstagnachmittag mir und meinen Töchtern mit dem verschüttet Getränk geholfen hat ❤️ Das habe ich in der Form noch nie in einer Systemgastro erlebt.

Ein hervorragender Burger! Saftig und riesig für nur 3 €. Ich habe meine Bestellung innerhalb von 2 Minuten erhalten und meinen Zug sogar noch rechtzeitig erreicht.

Sehr leckeres Essen kommen gerne wieder.

Holy moly seit längerem hatte kein bürger king mehr weil es nicht so gut war vor 2 Jahren aber am diesen Abend wollte ich es wieder ein Versuch geben habe mir ein chicken bürger Tender Menü gekauft mit den chicken dip boah.. geil für die 14 euro hat es sich gelohnt. McDonalds good bye

Ich bestellte und musste 20 Minuten warten. Als ich die Toilette benutzen wollte und nach einem Toilettenschlüssel fragte, sagte der Manager in einem unhöflichen Ton, er hätte keinen. Ich fragte ihn erneut nach der Münze, die man für die Toilette bekommt, und er gab sie mir schließlich. Ich fragte ihn, wie er reagieren würde, wenn ihn jemand nach dem Toilettenschlüssel fragt. Seine Reaktion war, als müsse er meine Toilettenbenutzung bezahlen 😒. So sollte Burger King nicht mit Kunden umgehen.

Ich hab eine Coke Zero getrunken, sie hat erst gut geschmeckt. Dann sind die Eiswürfel geschmolzen und sie hat wie eine Chemikalie geschmeckt und auch so gerochen. Mußte sie entsorge,wehe ich muss jetzt in eine Notaufnahme!!

After a terrible day on the German railway, I ordered a €10 burger without cheese. I specifically asked for it without cheese. It's written on the receipt. ...what's on it: cheese.

It's open until midnight. At 11:35 PM he arrived and said it was closing time. He stood by the patio door, smoked cigarettes, and walked into the building.

Never again!!!! You can only place your order at the super displays. We did that. The receipt was printed out. We took it to the cashier to pay and then wait for the food. No sooner said than done. After paying, we noticed that the receipt the cashier gave us said something completely different from what we had ordered. So we approached the people there. They argued with us bitterly. They accused us of cheating. We didn't receive any food and didn't get our money back. The cashier didn't remember us, and our original order was apparently not found either. The very last straw

Visited twice this weekend! Orders were prepared quickly, were warm, and very fresh! Would drive back to Göttingen just for this special event!

Ordering is only possible via these displays, it takes forever, then you get a number, have to wait five minutes, are asked to pay, and then the bong doesn't even say what you ordered. Ordering at the counter from a human is no longer possible. Not that we really wanted any of that Wallraff stuff, we just wanted milkshakes; it was hot. It was impossible to get them. We got out of there quickly and ordered a drink from a human across the street, which was in front of us within 30 seconds. You can close up.

For a quick burger, this is always the place to go^^

Food as usual from other Burger Kings. Despite being busy, the wait was short. The outdoor seating area at the station forecourt was pleasant for us.

I had to return the burger twice because they gave me the wrong one, and I received the wrong one again. The staff is absolutely incompetent.

The food was cold and felt like cardboard, the cheese was cold on top... The health department will be notified because the meat was old! Finally, my wife was denied access to the restroom after eating! The coins are your problem. You have to allow customers to use the restroom! This is being reported for assault! Regarding the food, nothing to say, the food is like a standard Burger King, however I kindly ask if there are toilets, after ordering. They just look at me and the very sour person leaves without saying anything to me, I come back to ask again and he says no in an angry tone, great atmosphere

The food is disgustingly tasteless, the ketchup is too sour, the chicken in the burger tastes awful.

Exceptionally nice staff. I was there on June 6th at around 7pm and was treated so lovingly. Thank you, the iced coffee tasted great.

I'm sorry to read that some people have occasionally had bad experiences at this branch. Personally, I've been a more or less regular customer here for many years and have always been satisfied, both with the food and the service.

Neat and clean bk. The lady with the headscarf stands out positively in terms of service orientation.

It was a very nice atmosphere, the employees were also very nice, only the churros were a bit dry.

I was there again the other day, and there were these electronic things where you were supposed to order your food. After that, you're just a number, like at the job center. That's not for me, and your prices are way too high. I turned around and left.

Food preparation takes time, but otherwise like any other Burger King

After ordering a cheesy BBQ lover chicken with extra bacon, I discovered that a hot salsa sauce had been used instead of the BBQ sauce that was in the burger. I then returned the burger and asked that I use the right sauce because I am allergic to hot sauces. The team leader then made me a new burger. When I opened the new burger I noticed again that the hot salsa sauce had been used. I went to the counter again and asked for attention to the incorrect preparation. The team leader's reaction then became aggressive. I was angrily presented with instructions on how to prepare it and told that I was wrong. After I asked to compare the sauces, it turned out that the sauce bottles in the kitchen had probably been filled incorrectly. I received a new burger which had additional raw ingredients (bacon) and was simply “slapped on”. That was thanks for a tip!!! Save yourself the visit! Simply an impudence! Very unfortunate.

Very slow processing of the orders - then I was still missing half of the order, luckily we noticed it on the spot and then we got everything. The taste was okay, but the churros probably should have stayed in the deep fryer a little longer.

Always order in reusable cups. It costs €2 extra and will then be returned. Unfortunately, the staff is often unable to carry out the order correctly. Today 2 of the three drinks were prepared in disposable cups and then poured over. The cups were then discarded. Unfortunately, no employee was able to respond appropriately to the tip that reusables didn't work that way. It was simply ignored.

On January 7, 2025 at 6 p.m. I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience at this branch. I ordered a chicken burger to go for lunch. But when I opened the packaging later, I noticed the handwritten phrase “Don’t eat me” on it. This remark was completely incomprehensible to me and left me very unsettled. I was wondering if there was a problem with this burger. Because of concerns about food safety, I couldn't eat my burger and stayed hungry until after work. After work I went back to the branch to clarify the situation. When I described the situation to the female employee, she simply said: "It's nothing, it's just a joke from the kitchen, she likes to have fun like that!" I find such a statement to be extremely unprofessional, as I am taken seriously as a customer want – especially when it comes to food. When I asked further, the employee took the burger, simply changed the packaging and put the same cold burger back in my bag - without any apology or serious clarification. When I explained that I no longer wanted to eat the burger under these circumstances and asked for a refund, the male employee disrespectfully said, "Then just throw the burger away." To me, this behavior was not only unprofessional, but also completely disrespectful. To make matters worse, the female employee turned to her colleague in front of me and made comments that she couldn't understand my behavior! Such behavior is demeaning and made the situation even more uncomfortable for me. I emphasized several times that I was in a hurry as my train was leaving soon and asked that my request be dealt with quickly. But the female employee ignored my request and instead went to the kitchen and had a new burger prepared - even though I had expressly said that I didn't want a new burger. At the same time, she explained to me in a harsh tone that a refund was not possible “under any circumstances”! Ultimately, the branch manager was called in, but he showed no understanding of my situation. There was neither an apology nor any appropriate solution. I was forced to take the newly prepared burger with me in extreme time to catch my train just in time. The entire experience was extremely stressful and ruined my day. In summary, I am deeply disappointed with this branch. From the inappropriate behavior of the kitchen staff to the disrespectful and ignorant reaction of the employees to the complete lack of customer focus from the store management - this experience was simply unacceptable. I can't recommend this branch to anyone!

We've been waiting for our food for 45 minutes. Shop is very dirty, tray return is overflowing. The staff is hopelessly overwhelmed and sometimes very unmotivated. Food was also cold, as expected.

There is understanding among many customers, but the work here seems to be done without a system or urgency. Waiting times of 40-60 minutes are not uncommon - and then the ordered content is missing.

After ordering a "milkshake", I waited for a full 15 minutes, only to finally be told by an employee named Marius in an incredibly rude and disrespectful tone that there were no milkshakes. He made no attempt to resolve the situation politely or professionally, but simply disappeared, called another employee over and spoke about me in a contemptuous tone in my presence (!). He claimed that he had offered me “everything” and portrayed me as the problem because I had the audacity to refuse the ice cream as a replacement for the milkshake. But that wasn't all: The employees Zina and Christina, who apparently didn't understand a word of German, stood at the checkout in pairs for a full five minutes to process each individual order. It was obvious that they didn't know what to do or how the process was supposed to work. Such chaotic and disrespectful behavior is absolutely unacceptable and should be urgently reconsidered!

Good day, We went to Burger King during our break today and ordered 2 burgers and churros. The Cheesy Rösti Lover Chicken King we both had was just a disaster. Extremely dry chicken absolutely not juicy. I also ordered bacon on my burger, which was completely raw. I don't even want to talk about the churros, they're soggy, raw and taste like old frying oil. Sprinkling the cinnamon-sugar mixture on top didn't help either because the sugar didn't stick to the churros. I would also like to add that it is very cold inside and everyone except a few people is sitting in jackets. All in all, it wasn't a nice experience and we will avoid coming here in the future.

The BEST Burger King ever. You are treated very nicely and even if there is a lot going on, you don't have to wait long and anyone who says otherwise has already been screwed over by all the unfriendly, grease-smeared branches. Everything is right in this King, every customer request is taken into account and the staff is great, even if the best of the best of the best unfortunately no longer works there, a lot of heart was put into it and everyone was well instructed and that's why there is still great nice employees. I hated BURGER KING until I came to the one in Göttingen train station, nothing tastes burnt and everyone is friendly and you sometimes have to wait 10 months when it's full, it's still within limits and everything comes to the customer fresh and hot. Of course there are also many who take fake photos and talk badly because if, for example, my cola doesn't taste good, I ask and it's always sorted out, seriously people, these are still machines where the drinks etc come out and if nobody says anything, nothing can be changed. The people who complain here are just stupid because everything can be sorted out calmly and satisfactorily for themselves in the restaurant and anyone who is not in a position to do so is, in my OPINION, just stupid. Everyone be happy that there is such a good King in Göttingen, you also open your mouth when you eat, so if you don't like something then talk to the employees and everything will be sorted out calmly and you even get things replaced so whoever feels bad about them Shop talks don't know the shop and then stop badmouthing it. There was hair in my food today. That's why I'm writing this review. Otherwise it was always ok. Except that sometimes you take your time. and that's not so cool when you have to catch a train.

No touchscreen part ordered I have to interact with real people not nice

I still had some time until the connection arrived and thought, hey, you could grab two chesseburgers or something. But unfortunately work is going on at a snail's pace and I or had to let it go. I know this better from other branches.

The staff always tries to prepare the food quickly, which is essential for travelers at the train station. The staff is friendly. The ambience is well maintained. At the end of the day it is of course a fast food restaurant, so the food is of the usual Burger King quality.

Yesterday I was at this Burger King branch with a friend of mine. A staff member came up to us and rudely warned my friend to sit properly. This behavior was extremely inappropriate and offensive. It is unbelievable to me that a brand with 18,000 branches worldwide would tolerate such seemingly sexist behavior from its employees towards its customers these days. How can you employ someone who dares to even criticize a customer's sitting posture? I will not buy anything from your brand in the future and will also pass this recommendation on to my friends.

You can sit there. which is very good. Unfortunately it was very warm in there today. The staff was quick and friendly. Unfortunately the carts were where you could put the trays etc. Full. Doesn't make a good impression.

Before the train I ordered a Coca-Cola so I could sit on the train and drink it. As soon as I took a sip, I didn't understand what the problem was. All in all, I paid €3.79 for unflavored brown sparkling water.

For the third time in a few weeks, they screwed up my orders. You pay and you just don't get it. How can you fail twice in the same order?!

After three tries I have to say that it is the BK with the worst burgers that I know. The buns are doughy and the burger and fries are only lukewarm.

I ordered something, was actually just in transit. So I didn't have much time. I then waited at least 15 minutes for my order. It was just 2 Vheese burgers. There were probably 5 orders that were finished before me even though I ordered before them. These were also mostly cheeseburgers. Therefore a very bad rating.

The food was relatively okay but the seller refused to provide a drink that was included in our menu. In addition, the meat was veggie without us ordering it. I also had the impression that the salespeople weren't interested in their job at all. No recommendation

The food was ordered at the terminal and paid for at the cash register. The young man clearly had no interest in his job. Actually no one looked like that. Well… then we had our food. It was cold and just plain disgusting. It looked disgusting. Terrible that you paid for it and got something like that. Then there aren't even toilets. So you have to pay another euro at the train station. Very child-friendly because you have to go back to the store with your screaming child to get a diaper. Never again!!!!!

In general it was nice, but one of the managers intervenes in work so badly, which makes it horrible for everyone to work in, especially in the kitchen, 'cause they were pretty speechless there. He confronted me all the time, as a result I complained and was fired shortly after. If you have any sense of support, avoid this place.

Unfortunately, no one pays attention to what is going on in the seating area upstairs. There are sometimes people walking around begging you and wanting to eat while you eat. When the employees were made aware of this, the only answer they got was: They have to get something too. Not very helpful.

I bought a set with cola which I couldn't change the menu to sth else at the kiosk. Asked for changing to zero cola, and they just rejected.

Ordered food. There was almost nothing going on. The order came with lukewarm fries, instead of Vio still we had medium, the burger without sauce or anything else came with sauce. In contrast to mine, my daughter's fries were hot, which was the only positive thing.
