Everything is great as always, but you no longer get a paper drinking straw when eating indoors (for soft drinks, not for shakes). Not even when asked. Order from the top, they say. But the drinks are so cold that your teeth hurt! That's not so nice...

I have never encountered a worse restaurant from this chain anywhere in the world.

Super nice employees, despite the fact that they are always under a lot of stress. Food is inexpensive and tastes good. Likes the large selection of coffee :) Can highly recommend Chicken Citizen.

Reasonably clean, food still hot

A classic Maces on the highway! He is clean and tidy! But you should always have a little more time - I usually waited more than 10 minutes for my food! But the staff was always nice and accommodating! It's also clean, including the toilets - which isn't always a given in places like this! A decent shop that is recommended!

Well... somehow MC Donalds is slowly losing its footing. Unfortunately, the people there are always completely lame at the moment. Food somewhere between lukewarm and limp... and yet you still go. A flaw in the system on both sides.

At best, MC "Doof" would simply at least thin out its branches in Germany, because you can see that the concept of mass processing is no longer up to date. The last time I had something to eat here was more than 10 years ago, but then the service area started to decline and people just stopped what needed money. In any case, for me it's a good idea to overestimate your overestimated abilities when making a simple order and to make jokes with frustration-induced quibbles, which results in you suddenly being left without the money you urgently need. However, hygiene is definitely declining at the moment and I would advise everyone to go somewhere else, because things now look the same not only in St. Ingbert, but also elsewhere.

I hate HATE HATE HATE these stupid terminals for ordering, nothing works with such a slow system. The world's first computer probably ran better than these stupid things.

Never seen such unfriendly, incompetent employees as here. Orders are simply left behind. There are no positive aspects to mention regarding cleanliness. Employees walk around the kitchen in street clothes. Absolutely the worst McDonalds in Saarland

We were there for dinner. Ordered at these terminals and this device had a delay where you sometimes had to press it three or four times until it was registered. After ordering, we went to the self-appointed shift leader and asked kindly if he could provide us with table service for our order. We were then informed in a mushy tone that we should have done this when we ordered, it was no longer possible. As we waited, the aforementioned “shift leader” looked at us again and asked whether it was to eat here or to take away, to which we replied that it was to eat here. Then we noticed that he didn't feel like it, and said that it was on the order in his computer for take-out, when we then said that the terminal was going crazy, he started laughing and said that we shouldn't blame the computer, and that it's not the terminals that are crazy, it's me as a person. This comment is impossible and not respectable from an idiot in such a position.

The branch is small and cramped, there are only 2 ordering terminals and analogue ordering is not possible, even though the staff is bored. Burgers were small and sticky as usual, fries were ok.

Even if you only order 3 items, something is always checked and I only noticed it after 20km.

Mc Donalds St.ingbert is when you order a BigTasty bacon + 9 nuggets in Mcdrive and get 5 chicken burgers + 5 cheeseburgers. Who orders 5 chickenburgers + 5 cheeseburgers

Ordered four McFlury, two were only half full. When asked why that was the case, they replied that the half-full cups were correct and only the others were too full and that the new colleague had done it wrong. Well, I don't think so because it wasn't the first McFlury in my life and you know how much else is in it! Expandable!

Unfortunately, we did not receive the Double Royal TS Burger we ordered when we ordered. With a menu price of €12.59, it is unacceptable that you simply can't get the burger, for which you paid a hefty price! The Burger King across the street probably would have been a better choice.

Good McDonald's restaurant... but a slight deduction because the last time I went to Mc Drive at home, all the sauces were missing and there was actually only 1 napkin.

1 minute ago NEW Switched from 24 hour service to 2 a.m. even on weekends. The only reason to go to this branch was the opening times as these are now over and definitely not worth a positive rating.

A paradise for fast food lovers I recently had the pleasure and I have to say it was an absolutely amazing experience! From the moment you walked in to the last bite, everything was perfect. First of all, the ambience is fantastic. The restaurant is clean, modern and inviting. The friendly staff immediately gave us a warm welcome and made us feel welcome. The ordering process was efficient and we didn't have to wait long for our food, even though it was busy. The highlight is of course the food. The burgers are simply heavenly! Juicy, perfectly seasoned and topped with fresh ingredients, they offer a taste experience that you won't quickly forget. The side dishes are also first class. The fries are crispy and golden brown, exactly how they should be. The selection of drinks and shakes also leaves nothing to be desired. What I particularly liked is the fact that sustainability is also taken into account. The packaging is eco-friendly and there is a good selection of vegetarian and vegan options that are just as tasty as the classic burgers.

I was scammed. I bought and paid for 5 pizza bags. However, there were only 4 chicken nuggets in the bag of bags. Brazenly cheated by the staff and cheated out of my money. Never again. Such audacity.

Ordered burger without tomatoes and received with tomatoes. The burger was cold and so were the fries. So much too freshly prepared

The food was actually good, we ordered a lot, everything was ok with the other things but there was a hair in one of the burgers were there again there was something wrong again toys were forgotten and the fries at the happy meal weren't cooked!!! What I find quite outrageous, it was a lot of activity but you have to do your job well!!! Won't go there again!!!!!!

Been there twice in a short time now Staff are either always overwhelmed or they never feel like working. No matter whether I'm driving through the drive or going to a restaurant, the employees always make a long face and you immediately lose your appetite. What I find unfortunate about Drive since the new system is that you always have to wait forever before you can even place your order. Only 3 cars are accepted at a time, the rest can wait. Forget about the numbers/times and focus on customer satisfaction.

Everyone knows what awaits them there. The ordering machines obviously have an allergy to my fingers. In any case, it didn't work for the second time - and probably the last time. During the personal service, I noticed the price for a small portion of fries (€3.69) too late. Won't eat there anymore. It's also healthier.

Very good food, clean and quick

When we visited, the McD was clean, including the toilets, and tidy. We didn't have to wait long for our food either. However, the ordering machines are sometimes a challenge. Scan code: probably not Reaction: 1 out of 4 = no reaction, the rest rather sluggish At least the codes work 👍

On the day of the disaster, everything inside said yes, of course, outside the car half was missing again after waiting 1.30 minutes.

Food was okay. Service was also very nice and friendly. Everything was neater than the last time we visited.

I have never seen a McDonald's branch as dirty as the one in St. Ingbert Mitte. The food took forever and was brought to the wrong table. After the customer complained, it was served from his table to ours. Incredibly unhygienic. I couldn't eat it and threw it away. Some dishes were missing anyway and they were cold. There was shouting in the "kitchen" and the staff was extremely overwhelmed. Never ever again St. Ingbert

The visit to this McDonald's was not the nicest. The place itself was overcrowded, it was crowded inside. Most of the menu items we wanted were unavailable, so in the end we settled for Oreo iced coffee and limited edition Magic McFlurry. While taking the order, the employee spilled the above-mentioned coffee on us, although that was not the biggest problem. The worst thing we remember is the taste of this unfortunate McFlurry. I don't know who created this flavor composition, but it is completely inedible. Now I'm not surprised that this flavor was the only one that wasn't sold out.

The waiting times at Mcdrive are too long. Not the first time. For me, I think it will go from a fast food restaurant to a park restaurant.

One McDonald's is basically the same as another, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. You don't have to say a lot about the food because the recipe (at least in Germany) is always the same. You either like fast food or you don't. We like to eat a burger or nuggets at McDonald's. The simplified handling via the app makes the visit seem even faster and you can order on the go. The branch in St Ingbert is clean and you feel comfortable eating there. The process through the Drive Inn goes quickly and smoothly.

On our last visit, two out of four burgers were relatively cold, as were the fries. This isn't the first time we've had this experience there. You can see the listlessness of the staff from afar. We will avoid the chain even more in the future.

You stand in the drive forever and the things you ordered are missing from the bags, it used to work much better... The question is, why doesn't it work anymore?

Unfortunately, I'm becoming more and more disappointed with McDonald's restaurants. The splendor of the past is simply gone. The restaurant is not really clean. Neither on the floor nor the chairs and benches or the toilets. The changing room was so small that we could hardly manage to properly change our child's diaper there. We preferred to do it in the back seat of the car. That was easier than in the local changing room. The food is OK. But nothing more. There are already so many better burgers than those on offer today. At the same time, the prices have skyrocketed to such an extent that it is really questionable whether you would rather go here or just go to the pizzeria. You also have to wait for your food at MC Donald's. Maybe only 5-10 minutes, but that used to be much faster. The ordering process at the machines is now very confusing and the reaction speed of the panels is extremely slow. And annoying. I want to order from people again, it's simply more efficient and better. If they are nice, friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, that can no longer be said about the employees who seem dissatisfied. Just a shame. :-/

Such a dirty restaurant in the middle of a Sunday lunchtime. There was nothing going on. All the tables were dirty and the floor looked like....... Plus the prices MC is getting more and more expensive and the quality is getting worse.

Dirty tables, lots of rubbish scattered around. Since we couldn't find a clean table, we politely asked if we could wipe a table. The employee said she didn't have time and left us the McRib towels so we could clean the table ourselves.

When ordering with a coupon, where you can freely choose 2 burgers, you were told no, that's not possible, you have to take a royal bacon and can only choose the second burger. Which is simply not true. Totally annoyed employee, the tables were ALL dirty, even though there were really only 5 people there and enough employees. The request to wipe the table was simply ignored. 15 minutes later, the “annoyed” employee rubbed all over the tables without washing the cloth in between. The tables weren't much cleaner afterwards. She left out the one we were sitting at, even though we had asked before! The toilet door couldn't be locked, let alone closed at all. Really, of course McDonald's is not a star restaurant, but that's just not possible!!!

Drive in - food was fresh and still warm which was very good, but there were no towels and with the smart menu with 2 chicken burgers it was only 1 chicken burger and a cheese burger. The woman who gave us food was also unfriendly. Never again.

The floor of the restaurant sticks, squeaks, is slippery - I don't know how the franchisee can care about such a condition. The sanitary facilities, both men's and women's, smell like a train station or motorway toilet in Germany. This restaurant is still a long way from the feel-good character of a well-run McDonald's branch. A pity. She was once number 1 in Saarland.

Die Qualität des Essen hier lässt immer mehr zu wünschen übrig. Die Pommes sind meistens kalt, ebenso die Burger. Beschwerden diesbezüglich werden komplett ignoriert. Das war heute unser letzter Besuch hier in St. Ingbert.

Bzgl. des Drives. Fast jedes Auto muss auf die Seite bzw. Ein Stück nach vorne fahren bei der Essensausgabe, damit die Wartezeiten die gemessen werden besser ausfallen. Das kann man bei einem Kunden machen wenn es länger dauert klar, aber nicht fast bei jedem Auto. Das ist einfach nervig. Wenn das Mc Donalds wirklich mal schlecht läuft und man will herausfinden an was es liegt, wird der Punkt Wartezeit somit nicht auffallen, weil nicht korrekt gearbeitet wird.

Cool fanden wir die Getränkebecher und die Pommesboxen. Wäre auch eine Idee für Deutschland.

Warum wenn draußen Minusgrade herrschen die Klimaanlage auch noch das Restaurant kühlen muss, verstehe ich nicht. Da muss man schneller essen, sonst wird das Essen kalt....

lange wartezeit am samstag nachmittag-verständlich, warum war pommes kalt???? bestimmt pommes hat schon halbe stunde auf tablett gewartet bis naggets fertig waren wieso kann man nicht pommes nach naggets servieren, ist doch immer vorhanden????????

Jedesmal wenn wir mit unserer Gruppe aus Metz nach Hause fahren halten wir hier an und essen bzw. trinken eine Kleinigkeit. Autobahnnähe ist perfekt aber das Essen und die Getränke sind in gewohnter McDonalds Qualität. Also nichts Besonderes aber dafür besser und günstiger als an der Autobahntanke!

habe hier zum ersten Mal über die App bestellt und muss sagen das hat wirklich tadellos funktioniert.... am Restaurant angekommen, bestätigt das man da ist und sich am Drive Inn anstellt und als man an der Reihe war wurde nach 3 min warten das Essen gebracht.... also einfacher geht es wirklich nicht.... War echt 5 Sterne wert.... Ambiente ohne Bewertung... War ja nicht drin

Klassisches McD man sollte nur mehr auf die Einrichtung achten, weil manche Sitzgelegenheiten schon kaputt sind

Große Auswahl, Eismaschine funktioniert! Nur leider sehr viel Andrang, also mussten 10-15 min auf unser Essen warten, Tablet rückgabe war gerammelt voll, und voller Müll. Ansonsten normaler McDonalds.

Toilette/Handwaschbecken müssten öfters gereinigt werden

Sauber, freundliche Mitarbeiter, leider ist die Auswahl für Mc Cafe nicht mehr so reichlich.

Brak organizacji i zachowania profesjonalizmu. Byłam większą grupą w tej restauracji, jestem w stanie zrozumieć jeszcze to że danego produktu może zabraknąć, choć mimo wszystko to jest bardzo słabe. Jestem również w stanie zrozumieć to że drukarka paragonów przestałam działać, a system przyjmowania zamówień przestał funkcjonować...w sumie bardzo dużo zbiegów okoliczności. Ale w sumie to nie ważne, ważne jest to że obsługa (zresztą bardzo wybrakowana) całkowicie nie mogła sobie poradzić z taką sytuacją. Ponieważ skończyło się na tym że wraz z ekipą czekaliśmy na posiłek 2.5h, ponieważ komunikacja z personelem również była utrudniona.

Möchte heute berichten wie es mir ergangen ist kam leider mit eurem Automaten nicht klar ,war mit meiner kleinen Enkelin bei euch,leider keine Hilfe von eurem Personal ....Von oben hätten sie Bescheid bekommen nicht mehr am Schalter zu Bedienen....Ich wünsche euch da oben mit euren absurden Anweisungen ihr werdet auch älter meine Empfehlung meidet dann solche Lokale, den ich werde es tun.
