BURGER KING (Drive-In) in St. Ingbert

Restaurant and toilets were very clean, but there wasn't really anything going on here. The food was ready quickly and I felt full. Had the Bacon King. There's a lot on there. Slightly better than the competitor opposite. The negative thing I noticed was that the music was too loud for my taste. Especially in the toilets. It's really ringing in your ears. And there are no hooks for jackets there. Otherwise I can't complain about anything else.

Food was delicious but too expensive and the wait was quite long. Fast food (fast and cheap) has now become slow and expensive (unfortunately at McDoof too). The employee called the wrong pickup number, which is why I didn't get my food until I asked why it was taking so long. Instead of apologizing it was claimed she called the right number and said it 3 times. I had a witness with me who later confirmed that she had called the wrong number. Mistakes are human but not recognizing them is weak. I probably won't come back here again

More people behind the counter than in front of it and still no one managed to bring the rest of my order to the table.

I'll be honest, eating is awesome. A bit expensive, but you shouldn't go there every day. But as far as the service is concerned, I have to say that it is not that good. Usually half is missing, even for small orders. Even if it's not crowded. When you tell them, they look at you so annoyed and pissed off that you feel guilty. Yes, sorry that I would like the double Whopper menu, which I felt like I had to sell my soul for. If a small burger is missing, ok, no big deal, but a whole menu? Nope. But there are some female employees of mom age who are very nice and conscientious. So everything was always right with the drive. But it was always the same person there when I was there. Maybe it's just very reliable.

The new Whopper is being advertised on the monitor. I wanted some and was immediately shouted at by an employee who could barely speak German. There's nothing new Whopper. I point to the sign with the Whopper offer. Instead of 3X3.99, I was supposed to pay over €19 . The boss was called in to cancel and explained in very poor German that the offer had not been available for a long time. Then the advertising should also be removed from the monitors. Meanwhile, another employee came along and became obnoxious. He probably didn't really speak German either. The situation now seemed very threatening. Never again Burger King St. Ingbert

Today I bought food from Burger for almost 30. My walk home is 3 minutes. Now to eat: The fries for the menu were bone hard and ice cold inedible, you had to put them in them Throw trash, my wrap was too salty and spicy Double beef was also lukewarm. This isn't the first time and it's just annoying.

No matter when I was there, there was always something wrong in my order, I only ordered 2 burgers today and the order was still wrong☠️

I redeemed my crowns in the app for a menu in the drive in, ad: it worked! Successfully redeemed. Cashier says it apparently didn't work, but crowns are gone and deducted. Shift management was called and told me to complain digitally, I was told digitally in customer service that the redemption worked. Very bad service I wonder what's going wrong

sometimes in drive; missing things; sauces, napkins; there is still some catching up to do; p.s. what about burps; some of them are ancient toys for the kids and mostly just leftovers; Savings are being made in the wrong place And again and again... ... Addendum... it's getting worse!!! wrong items... wrong items... missing positions... Drinks not made and waiting to see if you leave without them or ask again. Unbelievable... how low the demands on yourself and your work can be... unbelievable

It's just a Burger King and normally it fills you up and that's what you go for. But this time I was there to test the new wrap burger and it was really small and really disappointing for the price.

Always tastes good, very friendly staff is clean and in contrast to Mc Donalds the burgers haven't really gotten any smaller so you get something to eat for your money that fills you up and doesn't make you feel like you're starving like the others, so everything's fine

Staff severely overwhelmed, maybe the first day? I had to keep asking my colleague. It was not possible to order at the self-service terminal because it was out of service. One of the monitors on which you are supposed to see the products doesn't work or is completely purple and you can't see anything. And last but not least, the deep fryer also failed. So no fries, onion rings or chicken. Of course it's stupid if you wanted to get a menu

The employees are unsympathetic and unkempt. That was the last time!!!

No card payment possible today. Everything had already been chosen with the family, so we went to the bank and withdrew cash. Then tried ordering locally and sold out most of the products in our order. Order canceled and went to McDonalds opposite. Sorry, it doesn't get any worse than expensive fast food

The service wasn't that good. I ordered something and when my order was ready it wasn't what I ordered. I then said I was sorry but I wanted something else and the employee said very rudely that she was very busy and I would have to wait. It was a shame because I didn't expect such a reaction, even though I politely pointed it out to him. I wasn't even angry about mistakes happening. I thought the reaction was a shame. So unfortunately I won't be going there anymore.

Switched from 24 hour service to 2 a.m. even on weekends. The only reason to go to this branch was the opening times as these are now over and definitely not worth a positive rating.

Just plastic part on burger, disgusting

We had a quick stop here to get something to eat after a long drive. The three guys from the night shift weren't particularly happy that two people wanted to eat something else. The service was short and sweet. All three looked like they had partied hard and acted like it. Loud techno blared from the music system. No further orders were possible because people preferred to smoke outside or stay in the office. Calls were ignored. The staff made a very unkempt impression. Next time we'll stop somewhere else. Management should explicitly readjust this again. The food was carelessly slammed onto the tray. Fries drowned in cold cheese sauce. There's another way, I'm sure

Sorry but I was in the drive today on June 9, 2024 at 11 p.m. As a greeting with a simple "yes" I was a bit surprised when I wanted to order something and they just kept saying. I then said that the sound wasn't working. It was said there was a lot going on. ??? 5 people at the counter. And 2 cars in drive. Sorry, but it doesn't work that way. A simply incredibly unfriendly employee. We picked something up for our team from you every other day. But no thanks, the burgers aren't that great either.

A nice place to satisfy small or large hunger at night.

Very bad experience... the order wasn't right... there were 9 chili dishes missing, I called them and asked... the response was that we'll get them for the next order.... back yesterday, the operator was informed about the 9 missing ones , of course you get them without discussion, there were only 6 in there when we ate... so we're doing a very good job... never again at the IGB in the drive... will be 100% checked in the future.. 😡

We are very satisfied, the food is always perfectly prepared. So far we have never had the problem that something was missing. We'd love to come back!

I don't know what's going on with the store, but apparently the quality depends on the day of the shift. I've often stayed away from the BK IGB before because it was simply underground. If you specifically ordered a cola on ice, you always got it piping hot without ice. This probably also had something to do with the fact that the branch employed people who didn't speak German for a long time. This evening I was there again after a long time because I wanted to give BK IGB another chance. The venture went down with a bang. I ordered takeaway food at the checkout because the order boards probably have Windows 95 as the operating system and I couldn't make any entries. In the kitchen area, where it used to be always clean and tidy, there was now visible chaos. There were fries on the floor around the deep fryer. I was once in the catering industry myself, no matter how stressful the shift is, you always have half a minute to at least sweep with a broom if you know that customers can see the kitchen area from the checkout. The fact is: when I got home I found that the burger was wrapped in double wrapping paper. When I unpacked it, it looked like a traffic accident, didn't smell very appetizing and tasted really bad. It was put away after less than two bites and then ended up in the bin. Fries and chicken wings were okay, the cola cup wasn't filled to the calibration line and was stale. But people: 20 euros for a stinky burger, a few fries, sugar water and chicken wings?! If at least the quality of the food justified the price, I would have nothing to complain about! I don't have a comparison to other branches, but for me that was it with BK IGB. Never again.

The food was of really great quality for the fast food I know. I especially recommend the King's beef burger and twisted fries. As for the place, it's really clean and tidy, a big plus is the free toilets.

If we feel like it and have a gammer for fast foot😊 we would be happy to come.

I am an avowed Whopper fan. But I only eat 4-6 times a year. The whopper was exactly how I love it. My wife was with me and didn't think the food was that great (not a burger fan). I have to say that the fries were crispier.

Burger King, the waitresses there often seem insecure and overwhelmed, even though they have been working there for years. With the exception of Ruby, it works quickly and without errors. There are now ordering terminals there that work much faster than the competition across the street.

Ran 4 times until the order was almost complete. We ended up skipping the mayo that we noticed at the end.

It's still fast food, that's why 4 stars for the food. The service could be better, friendlier and I like the atmosphere. All in all, 100% preferable to the MC. It's a shame that there is an MC 3 km away from me and not a BK

Just no customer service. They let you in and take your order only to be told when it's handed out that they're closing and you have to take it with you. Half of it is missing at home. That's why I think the service is very bad, as is the behavior of the employees, which was the last time and doesn't work at all

Burger schmecken super , der Emirhan ist ein netter Mitarbeiter aber ich finde es gruselig wie er mich anstarrt beim Essen :O

War in der Vergangenheit gerne hier aber die Geschäftsführung geht viel zu weit und lässt sehr kranke Mitarbeiter die noch nicht mal mehr eine Stimme haben am drive in arbeiten diese Leute gehören ins Bett das ganze ist nicht nur menschlich fragwürdig sondern auch ein Hygieneproblem!!!

War früher einer der besten Burger Kings im Saarland... Jetzt einfach nur noch mies! Extra Salat kostet 50 Cent - wird markiertt UND abgerechnet, aber beim letzten mal gab's einfach ne Zwiebel drauf und dieses mal NICHT EINMAL DAS! Das ist die größte Frechheit und KUNDENVERARSCHUNG und unter aller sau!

Richtig unfreundlicher Mitarbeiter am Drive in. Man wird mit dem Wort "Ja!?" begrüßt. Die Payback-Karte, die ich beim bezahlen gegeben habe wurde dann auch nicht gescannt. Nie wieder.

Un burguer un poco antiguo, no tiene pantallas y los trabajadores que a mí me tocaron no hablaban inglés pero todo fue muy rápido y estaba muy bien preparado

Burger war nicht richtig warm. Pommes waren gut. Service war sehr freundlich. 3 Sterne weil ich im König der Burger war und nicht König der Pommes oder Service. Der Burger muss gut sein, sonst kann es keine 4 oder 5 Sterne geben.

Das einzige, was hier noch schlechter ist als das Essen ansicht ist dieser unterirdisch inkompetente und mehr als unfreundliche Service (wenn man das überhaupt so nennen mag).

Bu yurtdışı fast-food larda güzel sos bulma ihtimalin çölde kutup ayısı bulmaktan daha zor.

Ilhan dürfte ruhig etwas freundlicher sein und deutlich mehr Motivation an den Tag legen oder einfach den Job wechseln. Das der burger mit zwei oberseiten zusammengebaut war, dafür kann er ja nichts, aber wenn er keinen Bock auf Menschen hat soll er Baumfäller werden.

Über das Essen kann ich nichts Schlechtes sagen, wenn man es erhält… ohne nachzukontrollieren werden ständig abkassierte Produkte im Drive through vergessen. In keinem fast Food Restaurant so oft, wie bei Burger King St. Ingbert. Heute war es für uns das letzte Mal. Dafür ist es mir einfach zu teuer.

Burger King halt, immer gute Deals und Coupons

Auch wenn wir Coronapandemie haben, wenn man ins Restaurant reingehen kann um die Bestellung abzuholen, dann müssen die Toiletten offen sein. Ich vermute die Mitarbeiter haben keinen Bock die Toiletten sauber zu machen. Oder? Die nahegelegenen Mitbewerber in diesen Foodsegment sind da anders in der Denkweise. Die drei Sterne sind nur für die Pommes und Getränk.

Nettes Personal, gute Lage auf der Durchreise nach Frankreich 🇫🇷 und gutes Essen 🍔.

Der einzige Burgerking wo du ganz normal bezahlen kannst und Bestellen kannst .

Finde es besser als bei der anderen Fastfood Kette. Keine verschmierten Fettfinger Terminals, an denen man bestellen muss, Burger schmecken besser, sind größer und das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis is besser. Service fand ich auch besser, kompetent, motivierter und schneller.

Service / Mitarbeiter Katastrophe keiner kann einen Satz deutsch sehr unhygienisch und Führungskraft oder was die Person mit der anderen Bluse ist kein Ahnung von dem was sie tun soll

Besonderheit dieses Burger Kings sind die Öffnungszeiten: 24 Stunden am Tag, 7 Tage die Woche und 365 Tage im Jahr geöffnet. Es gibt nicht nur innen, sondern auch ein paar Sitzplätze draußen, bei der Kinderrutsche. Burger sind i.d.R. gut gemacht, was nicht unbedingt eine Selbstverständlichkeit bei vielen BK-Filialen darstellt. Personal ist aktuell auch wieder recht freundlich.

Schnelle Bestellung, Schnelle Abwicklung

Bei unserem Besuch um 15.00 Uhr waren wir die einzigen Gäste. Darum war die Bestellung und die Essensausgabe relativ schnell. Der Laden und die Toiletten sowie der Außenbereich waren sauber. Das Essen war typisches Burger King Menü Essen. Für ein schnelles Essen vor der Weiterreise OK nix für eine längere Pause.

Supper schnell bedient worden nettes Personal alles supper 👍
