McDonald's in Lübbecke

I ordered a chicken burger at the drive-in on Friday and ate it straight away and unfortunately got food poisoning less than 5 hours later!! Danger!!

It was a nice encounter with many young people we didn't even know. And it was about our meeting place, Wertvoll, and we talked about the story of how Cafe Wertvoll came into being in Gestringen. Was very nice. Invitation goes out on Saturday from 1:30 p.m. Cafe/cake and Tuesday co-laborate from 4:00 p.m. to come and learn. We look forward to seeing you.😊

Over the years the quality deteriorates.

The citizens were older and no longer fresh. Ordered the MC Rib without cucumbers and onions and with Zwizbekommen and very little ketchup. Sign for not freshly prepared. And the fries were older and tasted stale.

Easy to get to, tastes good and is inexpensive too.

Unfortunately I have to give one star, I would prefer to give minus stars, substandard service, in my opinion, I'll never order again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone

This McDonald’s location is simply great! The staff here is always super friendly and attentive, no matter what time you come. Orders are prepared quickly and I've never had to wait long here. The restaurant is always clean, including the toilets. I particularly like that there are always fresh fries and hot burgers here. A big plus point is the cozy seating area, perfect for a short break. Absolutely recommended!

There was no more alpaca. I'm angry. 1 star is still too much. Update 2023-06-22 Ordered and picked up on site. The most important thing was missing: the toys with the Happy Meals. Big disappointment. Very unprofessional. 2024-09-26 I waited 24 minutes for my order (3 burgers, 3x 6 nuggets, 3x fries, 3 drinks) and one burger was cold. No understanding of that sort of thing.

The gentleman at the drive-in reception in Lübbecke, named Kevin, is the best order taker ever. He understands everything immediately, is intelligent, very friendly and accommodating. Congratulations for this good work. 👍👌👏

A typical McDonald's branch. But what's really wrong are the voucher apps. You can only redeem a coupon once per day. But what do I do if several people in a group of friends want the same thing? This is not a good solution!!! Not only are some of the prices now outrageous, but to top it off, the waitress will also grumble at you if you raise this issue. In the future I will prefer to visit local restaurants and spend a nice evening there for a few euros more. Sorry, but those with the capital M should really think about a few things!

With an unrestricted voucher for a free McMenu (paper voucher) you will be turned away here. It would not be valid for so-called "promotional goods" (Der M), although the voucher does not exclude any promotional goods and there is no reference in the terms and conditions from the shift management. In addition to being incompetent, the female shift manager was also very rude! 2 other branches in the Minden-Lübbecke district redeem the voucher without any problems when I ask over the phone. Lübbecke will never see me as a paying customer again!

Well-run branch. I'm mainly a McDrive customer there. Despite the sometimes long queues at peak times, the waiting times are relatively short. So far I have always received what was ordered. Always fresh, warm and complete. Thanks for your good work! When things have to happen quickly, you are a real lifesaver!

I liked this branch. The service was quick, the restaurant was clean and the food was properly prepared. I would like to come back here again.

The employees on site were very nice...despite the fact that only half of the food and drink arrived, improvements were made immediately after they were informed. And apologized several times. Unfortunately, the toilet rooms are far too small and I almost had to climb onto the toilet so that the door could be closed behind me. Furthermore, my daughter wanted to pick up her toys and then noticed that there was a sanitary napkin stuck under our table, which she grabbed into when she crawled down. Unfortunately, this has contributed to the fact that I find the hygiene here really bad. The tiles in the toilets were also sticking and you should pour water into the floor drain every now and then because it absolutely smelled like a drain. There was nothing wrong with the food. Fast and fresh and, above all, warm despite the faulty delivery as described above.

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. 😅 Went there at 10 a.m. to get a coffee. Even though the day had just started, there was no soap in the toilets, the toilet was full of piss. If you want to get into the cabin, it's sooooo small, you can't get in, you have to climb on the bowl to get the door closed, I've never experienced anything like that. 😅

I won't go there again because the lady at the Mc drive was very rude for the second time and we then got the wrong one. You order something and suddenly she calls you to the window and gives you an order card and you have to order again.

Yeah, you can't say anything against it. So other than the three apple slices - sorry - four apple slices in a plastic bag. At least organic, 5 stars for that. I've had better McFlurry elsewhere. Today was chaotic again! We would have to ask several times about missing orders. And then one of the employees starts to close the door, then walks away and we stand and wait. After asking a thousand times, things eventually moved on. Simply CHAOS!!!

Staff is always friendly and accommodating. Attention is paid to cleanliness. Food tastes good. Compared to many other branches, this McDonalds is really good.

One napkin for 3 people with a child in MC Drive. No balloon when asked, even though everything was full at the first window. Staff was totally unfriendly. Thank you once and never again.

On Sundays, only 1 out of 4 order machines work. Your number is not displayed on the monitor at the checkout...and you still have to order two children's soccer teams. There is no longer any talk of fast food. Waited 30 minutes to order. 50 minutes until I had my food

The parking spaces and access to MC Drive are very tight! Personalized orders will not be recognized/taken into account (with or without)!

Unfriendly and unfocused work, the lettuce and tomatoes are missing on the burger, it should be a Hamburger Royal TS.

To be honest, because of our children, we are here more often than we would like. But I really have to say that we are actually always very satisfied! Food, service and ambience are 95% always good. Extra requests are taken into account - TOP! Of course there are always little things to complain about, but I find the staff to be mostly very helpful and friendly. The store always seems to be well attended, Mcces is often very full at peak times, which makes it sometimes more difficult to get a seat for the whole family. So I'm wondering when this branch will be expanded ;) our children definitely love it here...

I give a solid 10 stars for the men's toilet. If you're ever sad, you can cuddle with the wall while you're playing. And it's not the toilet bowl that's crooked, it's the room that seems crooked, which is probably due to gravity. There is no shortage of space there either. It is recommended to open the door after the shaft and then stand up and pull up the socket ;)

I ordered a plant based burger... I was given a burger in veggie packaging, but real meat. Thank you for nothing.

We got ice cream, ice cream was delicious, but for the price the cup had to be full and not just half to three quarters full. I think it's a shame that something like this is being exploited.

1. McDonalds, dem ich 5 Sterne gebe. Der hat eine schöne Innenausstattung und, und das ist maßgeblich für die Bewertung, es gibt einen Papierständer anstatt des Luftreinigers. Der Rest passt natürlich auch

Wir waren seit langem wieder bei Mäces. Die Automaten zum bestellen finde ich schrecklich. Die Preise sind heftig. Kein Vergleich zu früher.

Empfinde die Speisen und Getränke als überteuert!

Essen war gut und warm. Der Service ist auch gut. Manchmal überfüllt.

Bei den letzten VIER malen hat jedes mal etwas gefehlt. Es nervt !

Ich finde die Mitarbeiterinnen sind nicht wirklich freundlich zu den Kunden und das Essen schmeckt auch nicht wirklich z.b Chili Cheeseburger sind zu wenig jalapenos drinne nur 3 ich finde es sollten mehr sein. Mc Donalds wird auch mehr gemocht als Burger King aber in Burger King wird der Chili Cheeseburger mit mehreren jalapenos gemacht (6/7) und in letzter Zeit finde ich auch Burger King sogar besser weil so oft wie ich in McDonald’s war in lübbecke, wollte ich lieber zu Burger King direkt.

Die Preis Leistung stimmt absolut nicht mehr. Bei den Preisen kann man mehr erwarten

Gute Beratung, gutes Essen, Personal super nett, würde ich immer wieder empfehlen.

Nette Bedienung. Wartezeit war auch vollkommen okay. Die Bestellung war sogar vollständig, was man nicht von jedem MC Donalds erwarten kann.

Sonntag Abend -musste schnell gehen wir hatten Hunger -haben uns was zum Mitnehmen bestellt. Leider haben wir nicht in die Tüte geschaut und kontrolliert es fehlten 2 Bürger. Der Weg nach Hause waren 20km . Klar die Bude war voll das kann durchaus passieren und wir hätten selber nachschauen können,aber bei den Betrieb wollten wir nicht zwischen den 20 Leuten am warte Bereich noch ein auf Almann machen :/ im Nachhinein ist man schlauer. Ansonsten alles wie man es kennt bei McDonald's

Das Design ist nicht das schönste, aber sonst ist das Personal sehr nett.

Sehr gut und gemütlich haben wir hier den Urlaub ausklingen lassen. Sehr freundliches Personal und leckeres Essen. 😋

Ich war abends dort es war relativ wenig besucht das essen war frisch und warm Service war deutlich netter als bei anderen Filialen

Super Service, mit Abstand das beste Restaurant in dem ich war.! Burger sind immer frisch und warm, die Mitarbeiter sind immer Herzens freundlich und hilfsbereit ( und sehr humorvoll ) 👍🏾

Ein weitestgehend durchschnittlicher Mc Donalds, mit sehr nettem Personal und frischem essen. Einzig und alleine die Wartezeit war sehr hoch, was durch zu wenig Personal an der Kasse bedingt war. In der Überfüllung des Ladens kam auch leider der Reinigungsservice etwas zu kurz, weshalb überall Reste von Essen und Verpackungen Herumlagen. Aber ich kann auch vielleicht einen schlechten Tag erwischt haben, daher hat sich der Mc Donalds Lübbecke immernoch 4 Sterne verdient.

Also ich weiss nicht was die dort anders machen, aber es schmeckt hier 100 mal besser als in anderen Mc Donalds Filialen. Essen immer heiss und nettes Personal.

Leider war das Essen wie schon so oft nur noch lau warm obwohl wir am Drive bestellt haben !

Also jetzt mal wirklich, gefühlt müsste ich für ein Jahr umsonst bei McDonalds essen können. Ich fahre immer durch den McDrive und nahezu bei jedem 2. mal fehlt etwas. Hin und wieder schaue ich nach ob alles dabei ist. Immer wenn ich kontrolliere ist alles dabei, wenn ich dann mal nicht nachschaue fehlt etwas. Auf diese Art und Weise kann man auch Geld verdienen. Ich habe den Eindruck das da System hinter steckt. Wirklich, es reicht. Wenn ich hier die Rezensionen lese, bin ich nicht der einzige mit diesem Problem. Es fällt auch auf das nur auf recht positive Bewertungen reagiert wird.

Ich weiß nicht, warum ich Mc.Donald bewerten soll ??? Ich esse hier überhaupt nicht. Und seitdem es diese Bestell Terminals im Restaurant gibt, gehen Freunde auch nicht mehr hin. Ich kann nicht sagen, ob ein Burger schmeckt...nie gegessen.

Habe mir heute ein Shirin Eis bestellt. Ich habe das Eis ohne Erdbeersauce erhalten. Habe es angesprochen, es gab wohl keine Erdbeersauce mehr. Das hätte man aber auch vorher bei der Bestellung sagen können, dann hätte ich es auch nicht bestellt.
