Loading the last piece of junk, you can never redeem your codes there, they say you can't work here, etc.. it's strange that every other BK can do it.. Waiting time is a disaster, it takes far too long... with 2 hamburgers and 1 milkshake almost 45 min waiting time WHY?? THIS IS NOT SERVICE... I will avoid the store. BK IS INFORMED. The lights don't even work outside, you'd think it was closed...

Frozen his ass off on December 17th, 2022 and then you drive to the Burger King Lübbecke around 8:30 p.m. to warm up and get something delicious to eat! But warming up wasn't possible. It was cold as hell in the store, even the employees worked with jackets on. And 4 other people can confirm this. And then you order your favorite burger from the Double Steakhouse with one of your friends. And you get a burger but not a Double Steakhouse. Other sauce on top Fried onions Not on top No steakhouse rolls but sesame rolls. When I asked what that was supposed to be, I didn't get a reasonable answer, let alone a new one. But this review probably misses the operators' asses if they can't even communicate properly on site. So this pinnacle really gave me the rest. Attached Happy 2nd Wine Night

At the drive-in the ordering station is broken. You then drive to the window to order there and then it says: You can't order here. Only at the order station. You are ignored. I don't think anyone can speak German. It is said that the coupon does not exist. It says (I'm alone) even though there are more than 4 people there. I've never given just one star in all categories, but even that is still too much here. Based on Team Wallraff's reporting and what has been uncovered about Burger King in general, you should actually avoid the chain anyway. What the branch in Lübbecke has been doing here for years borders on organized bodily harm. For one thing, the store is always dirty. Everything sticks, crumbs everywhere and often puddles of drinks. I haven't dared to go to the toilet yet. If you look at the faded parasols outside alone, you'll know from afar that you don't care about anything here. The staff is a complete disaster. They prefer to play on their cell phones or with each other. Something is forgotten with every order and basically everything takes forever. It definitely makes sense to have a sleeping bag with you in the drive-thru. Hardly anyone here understands German. Unfortunately no English either. Please don't get me wrong, it's good that you give them a chance to work, but they obviously don't feel like it. Incredibly rude and ignorant. When it comes to eating, you know what you're getting. But here it gets twice as bad. Mostly cold, thrown together carelessly. Aggressive vomiting diarrhea is available here for free. If Team Wallraff is on the road again, they should definitely stop here. The place should have been closed years ago. Apparently the health department doesn't stray here either. Either way, you should definitely avoid this store if your mood and health are important to you. Pooh!

Absolutely disorganized and incompetent. 3 visits so far and each time I've had a lot of complaints about the poor processes and the corresponding waiting times, as well as complaints (each time I forgot something - then even stupid inquiries about please looking in the bag again.../ The query came from the branch manager - Very unfriendly and unprofessional!). Fortunately, the Lübbecke location is a sad exception. Other BK branches have this much better under control.

Not recommended..!!! It's incomprehensible how you can have the best location in all of Lübbecke and still not be able to hire decent staff. Burgers are cold even when told, it is claimed that this is the requirement. Nuggets cold and hard as stone. No wonder this store isn't running!

Computer crashed again... Simply complete juice shop! Not recommended! Also just rejected today. Went to Burger King in the middle of opening hours as a student with only an hour lunch break and was yelled at by an employee that it was closed due to a lack of employees. Of course that's not possible, but I don't care because I'll never set foot in that store again.

We ordered a fries, which were very hot, a chili cheese burger and a Whopper. Unfortunately the chilli cheese wasn't to my taste. The Whopper then more. And was fresh and delicious. The service was very friendly in the drive. Would come again. :)

Extremely bad BK. Extremely long waiting time. Even if there's no car there, you'll often find yourself stuck in the driveway for more than 20 minutes. The restaurant looks dirty. Even after 6 years, they can't manage to implement the standardized processes. It's all uncoordinated. The restaurant refuses to participate in app promotions. I really like Burger King but I absolutely cannot recommend this branch. Then I prefer to go to Bünde or Herford even though I live in Lübbecke.

Always had nice staff, but the guy today was a blast. Instead of serving us at the drive, he preferred to spend money at his cash register. After I honked, he came to the window in a really snotty manner and snapped that he had other customers. We have them asked where, since the store was empty. That was his answer. We then left the drive. Someone like that should get in line very quickly at the big A, that's the right place. Customer service is far from the mark. It would be better to clean the windows and the surrounding area instead of scaring away customers. Complaint to BK Germany has been filed.

Packing the wrong things on the drive seems to be standard practice at Burger King, but the fact that they don't give out the right things in the store is new to me. Worst Burger King there is. We wanted to order food there during our lunch break today, but the "nice" man behind the counter said we couldn't order anything from him because he was alone and would only take care of the drive-thru unless we had a lot of time ..... By far the rancidest and most poorly organized fast food restaurant I've ever been to for, I don't know how many years. The only thing that is constant about the store is the diarrhea you get from the "food". In addition, the opening times are simply not right. Every time I was disappointed and annoyed by the service. Either they don't understand you at the drive-thru or they forget to pack food. Today, April 5th, 2024 at 6:22:50 p.m. the lady (cashier 901) forgot to pack a Big King XXL. Since she seemed very competent at the drive-thru, we thought we'd trust her to pack everything. Besides, there was nothing going on and she wasn't rushing either. So for once it wasn't checked (yes, that was partly our fault). At home we discovered that the burger in question was missing and €6.99 was lost. In addition, the cashier apparently “treated” herself to Payback points through our order. I was wondering why there was a Payback card number and points received on the receipt. So cashier with cashier number 901: You owe us either €6.99 or a Big King XXL and of course the 20 Payback points that I would have been entitled to if you had asked for the card.

If I could I would give 0 stars, I had to wait 10 minutes to even pay, the food was terrible and the chairs caused back pain.

You order a Hot Bowni White with ice cream and caramel. Get a bownie hot dark with ice cream. You go to the checkout and say this is wrong. 7 LOYAL CUSTOMERS LOST!! Burger King makes its own rules, absolutely unfriendly and disrespectful behavior from employees is standard. The door was locked and a corpulent employee with long black hair saw us and other people standing in front of the door and simply ignored them! The knock was also ignored!! Their supervisor should take a closer look at what the employees are doing!

On a rainy night, five friends decided to brighten their mood with a visit to their favorite Burger King. Excited, they reached the store at 9 p.m., only to find that it had closed early. Disappointed and standing in the rain, despite the drive-in being open, they decided to look for a shared experience inside the cozy interior. As they stood outside, they noticed a female employee with long black hair who, instead of being helpful, seemed ice cold and indifferent. The friends who expected their regular place and familiar faces felt ignored and frustrated. They decided to use the drive-thru despite the bad weather, but the disappointment of missing out on a cozy atmosphere remained. Worst Burger King within 150km. It is the third time in a row that the lady, who apparently enjoys a burger or two for breakfast, has entered the wrong vouchers after repeating the vouchers several times. And then instead of a Bacon King you get a delicious tasting Plant Based Long Chicken. Better drive to Mecces and collect the leftovers from the parking lot and save yourself the best restaurant in Lübbecke.

Absolutely unmotivated staff. An employee is told that the floor is sticky and dirty, but is then ignored and simply left dirty. The floor is sticky in the entire gastro area. 90% of the employees also looked very unkempt with greasy hair and dirty clothes that were way too big (not even their work clothes.) The expectations are not high at a fast food chain, but where food is sold, the customer expects basic things that are a must. Above all, cleanliness!!! And you had to eat in a jacket because the shop was super cold.

This is and was the worst thing I've had at Burger King. My Sprite was just water and the cheeseburgers were dry and tasted nothing. The men's toilet was really a disgrace because the food came up like crazy...

Great when there's little going on. If you have two customers in front of you, your lunch break will be tight. This branch also does not take part in all voucher promotions. On January 25th, 2024 I found it quite annoying that when you enter the restaurant you are stuck to the floor in almost the entire restaurant area. Laden kalt. Sanitäranlagen verdreckt. Pommes alt und labberig. Selbst einfachste Bestellungen werden nicht korrekt bearbeitet. Nicht mal vom Computer ablesen klappt halbwegs. Mitarbeiter zwar freundlich aber leider unfähig.

Wir hatten gestern Abend eine gute Zeit in ihrem Restaurant. Danke dafür. Burger King ist Burger King. Nicht immer ganz 100% "perfekt" aber das erwarte ich auch nicht, bzw. das macht ihn ja auch gerade zu dem was er ist: ein "Burgerladen". Wenn ich in ein Szenerestaurant gehen möchte, gehe ich in ein Szenerestaurant. Wenn ich einen richtig guten Burger ("Beef") für kleines Geld stilecht essen möchte, dann gehe ich zu Burger King. Und nicht zur Konkurrenz mit den kleineren Burgern. Ich war gestern mit meiner kleinen Tochter abends zu Gast. Krankheitsbedingt konnten wir an einer Familienfeier nicht teilnehmen. Da war die Kingbox ("Juniortüte"?!) genau richtig. Das Geschenk dazu und die schnulzige amerikanische Weihnachtsmusik passten perfekt. Dazu bekam ich meine zwei Whopper... Ein gelungener Abend, trotz aller Umstände. Bitte so bleiben und weiterhin ein 'Burgerladen" bleiben, bei dem man für kleines Geld gut einen Abend verbringen kann. Danke auch an das Personal, das trotz des Feiertags die Stellung gehalten hat.

Leider sind die Öffnungszeiten leicht irreführend. Ab einer gewissen Uhrzeit kommt nur der Drive In infrage da geschlossen ist.

Hier Arbeiten die Freundlichsten Mitarbeiter, die ich bis jetzt gesehen hatte. Essen wurde frisch zubereitet und ein echt guter Service. Die Tischfüße fangen an zu rosten. Die Toilette hätte auch mal gereinigt werden können. Aber nicht schlimmer wie in anderen Filialen.

Für Burger King Verhältnisse echt schlecht! Bei Fast Food Ketten wie BK/McDonalds erwarte ich schon im vorhinein weniger jedoch waren die Produkte sogar noch schlechter als sonst. Es war nichts los trotzdem hat das Essen schon relativ lang gedauert. Pommes sehr trocken, Chili Cheese Nuggets zu lang frittiert und Burger labbrig. Ein mal und nie wieder.

Sehr nette Mitarbeiterin, die stets gut gelaunt und hilfsbereit war, auch wenn viel los war.👍 Sauberes Restaurant und schmackhafte Burger😋

Essen und die 2 Angestellten waren Top 1 Frau um die Bestellungen an der Kasse, über Headset, vom drive in anzunehmen, und dabei noch die Bestellungen zusammen zu packen und zu kassieren, fragen zu beantworten ect. Und ich dachte Fluglotsen hätten einen Stressigen Beruf 😆. Der absolute Wahnsinn 2 Arbeiter für hunderte Menschen. Da kann man nur mit dem Kopf schütteln.

Essen war schnell fertig. Qualität wie erwartet. Sanitäre Anlagen Katastrophe. Sowohl die Damen wie auch die Herren Toilette stinken und sind verschmutzt.

Man kommt aus Lübbecke und würde gern positives schreiben aber die Wartezeiten eine Katastrophe und das Personal ist völlig überfordert. Kann aber auch nix dazu wenn natürlich 1 Mann bedient und Bestellung annimmt und einer in der Küche hockt. Vllt Personal erhöhen? Nur so n Tipp..

Hatte diesen Laden schlechter in Erinnerung ... Der vegetarische Burger ist wesentlich besser als der des Mitbewerbers Mc Doof.

Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und trotz technischer Schwierigkeiten kam das Essen recht flott und vollständig :-) Geschmeckt hat es auch noch 😉

Ich kenne nen paar Burger King Filialen, aber diese ist mit Abstand davon der Beste. Die Schichtführer und die Mitarbeiter die vor Ort waren, waren sehr Freundlich, Komepetent und sehr Nett. Besuch war am 18.06.2023. Alles wirklich alles war sehr Frisch zubereitet und war Lecker. Wartezeit war sogut wie keine. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, weiter so! T<O<P<

Whopper Menu und drei Cheeseburger bezahlt, einen bekommen.... der Laden wird von mal zu mal schlechter.... Finger weg. Update, nach langer langer Zeit mal wieder dort gewesen, es ist inzwischen besser, aber noch nicht total zufriedenstellend. Pommes fast kalt, Bestellung ging recht schnell und zuverlässig. War jedoch nicht sehr viel los dort mehr.

Typischer Burgerking. Burger sind nichts besonderes, aber die Bestellungen sind vollständig und es ist lecker genug zum essen 😁 Es dauert manchmal etwas länger, sonst ist es wie der durchschnittliche BurgerKing.

Eine durchwachsene Erfahrung haben wir heute erlebt. Nachdem wir knapp 10 Minuten darauf warten mussten, unsere Bestellung per Barzahlung zu zahlen, warteten wir erneut gute 20 Minuten auf 3 Burger und 2 Pommes. Nachdem jedoch Dominik das Ruder in die Hand nahm, sparte er uns vermutlich 2 Stunden kostbare Lebenszeit. Die Crispy Chicken Burger und der xtra long chilli cheese waren soweit ok, ebenso wie die Pommes. Dominik falls du das liest, du bist der Mitarbeiter des Monats für uns.

Das war nichts: Burger nicht richtig warm und gefühlt auch nicht so gut, wie sonst bei Burger King.

Wir waren zum Essen dort. Die Temperaturen im Restaurant waren gefühlt kälter als draußen. Die Bedingung ebenso.

Wir standen jetzt 10 Minuten vorne an und es wurden alle dran genommen die hinter uns waren warum auch immer. Vielleicht lag es an meinen aussehen oder was weiß ich. Das beste ist das an einem Wochenende wo der Freewaycup stattfindet einfach mal mit Notbesetzung gearbeitet wird. Da hat sich jemand wahrlich nen Orden verdient

Chorizo Burger 👎 die Patties waren nicht durch gebraten / gegrillt, waren innen komplett roh und sehr wässrig. Zubereitung hat sehr lange gedauert, obwohl es nur eine Bestellung für 1 Kind und 1 Erwachsenen war. Drive in für 15 Minuten (gefühlt) blockiert. Im Restaurant waren zu dem Zeitpunkt 3 Gäste, die ihre Bestellung bereits erhalten haben. Ich weiß, warum ich Fastfood Restaurants jeglicher Ketten meide, habe es nur für mein Kind getan. Hier nicht wieder!

Ich weiß ja nicht, wer für den Laden verantwortlich ist, aber es wäre m.E. sehr hilfreich, wenn dort besser bezahltes Personal bedienen würde, die idealerweise auch die deutsche Sprache verstehen UND sprechen !

Sehr lange Wartezeiten. Oft falsche Bestellung erhalten bzw. einzelne Produkte nicht vorhanden. Ambiente ist sehr stumpf und einfach gehalten. Das Essen könnte mit etwas mehr Mühe zubereitet werden. Teilweise kalt servierte speisen und nicht ordentlich zubereitet.

Keine Eiswürfel keine Sprite, gibt wohl keinen Nachschub über Weihnachten
