Wow, what a great atmosphere. The food was excellent and we felt like we were visiting friends. We'd love to come back.

The service in the restaurant was friendly and the table decoration with beautiful candles created a pleasant atmosphere. The background music fit in well and was very pleasant today. Unfortunately, there were also some significant flaws. The cutlery was inappropriately chosen and expired goods were served, which is absolutely unacceptable. The burger was overcooked and therefore dry and unappetizing. The ice cream also disappointed; it tasted very greasy and seemed more like a frozen mass than creamy milk ice cream. Overall the experience was mixed and I can therefore only give it 3 stars.

The food is ok. But the prices are clearly excessive considering the mediocre quality. - What's bad, however, is the cleanliness (toilets dirty, trash cans overflowing, salt shakers sticky, carpet in the entrance in disrepair) - why no effort is made to make the place a pleasant place is a complete mystery to me. The restaurant was completely empty when I was there, but the waitress didn't speak any German, never appeared at the table, I had to ask for the bill at the counter, no smile, no thank you, no "I enjoyed it", no "goodbye".. just the question if I could please pay in cash.. awesome.

Despite having a reservation, we initially had to wait a good 10 minutes in the bar. Cocktails were good but nothing more. Service was good at first, but later it was rather slow because people liked to chat for a longer time at other, larger tables (not a problem in principle, but it would be nice if you kept an eye on the other guests). In any case, we sometimes sat there for a long time without drinks, couldn't order more and then it took a really long time until something came. Maybe we were just unlucky. When it's full it can get a little louder in the large room. It didn't bother us, but maybe too much depending on the occasion. The food was excellent, we had steak and lobster (which could have been prepared a little better in the elegant atmosphere, or you should ask the guest if he actually wanted to use lobster tongs etc. in evening clothes) with various side dishes. The bread that was served beforehand was also very tasty and had a wonderful crust.

The ambience of the burger shop is modern and at the same time cozy, which invites you to linger. The taste of the burgers was okay, but they lacked that certain something that made them stand out from the crowd. In addition, the consistency left a lot to be desired - the bun seemed soggy and unappealing. The service was extremely friendly, but not particularly attentive. Clearing away took place with a significant delay, and both napkins and cutlery were added late. Overall, the visit leaves a mixed impression: solid to good, but with clearly visible potential for improvement.

(Very) little Tokyo on the Reeperbahn! The best sushi I've ever had in Germany, if you miss the Japanese style in Germany, go to Kampai in Hamburg!

Delicious food & relaxed atmosphere We went to the Food Lounge Bergedorf and had an overall pleasant visit. The selection on the menu is diverse, from burgers to pasta to bowls – there is something for everyone. Our food was freshly prepared, tasted great and was beautifully presented. The service was friendly and attentive, even if we had to wait a little at peak times. The ambience is modern and cozy, ideal for a relaxed dinner with friends or family. Prices are a bit higher, but justified given the quality and presentation. Conclusion: If you want to go out for a delicious meal in Bergedorf, you definitely can't go wrong here. We'd love to come back!
