Excellent restaurant with an interesting concept. The food is prepared here in different variations and put together in the kitchen by the guest as desired and picked up. The service is very attentive and friendly.

Unfähiger Service am Ausschank und am Tisch. Trotz unseres Hinweises: "Riesling ist Silvaner!" behaupten die Kellnerin und die Fachkraft am Ausschank und lässt sich davon nur mit Mühe abbringen. Das Etikett sah halt ähnlich aus. Krass! Essen okeee..., geht besser, war aber korrekt. Gästen am Nachbartisch erging es auch nicht besser. Zander oder Scholle, egal, ist doch Fisch. Fachkräftemangel... Das Restaurant lässt die Bewertung auf Maps wegen angeblicher Diffamierung sperren, geht einfach so. Das ist jedoch in der Tat eine Diffamierung meiner Bewertung, denn genau so hat es sich zugetragen.

First of all, you have to say something from the old days ;-) a location (to put it in the words of the youth) that is second to none 😉 such a nice ambience and that right in the heart of Hamburg Central Station is second to none. An institution... management that is second to none... unique from the staff to the boss... and I'm definitely not exaggerating... this has remained the same for years, for decades. What's crucial is the atmosphere, the audience, you get to talk to great people and you can observe what's happening around you. Now we've said enough about it... it's this cozy atmosphere in... this location and the service... a very clear distinction 🥇... Let's hope that this continues for a long time... Great people, great location… everything is just right…

We wanted to eat something delicious here today, December 31st, 2024, and a table became available straight away. Unfortunately, the waitress immediately turned on us harshly, she wanted to clean the table first, that was okay...then the next ones came and were served immediately, also a bit rude, but they got their table even though it wasn't cleaned. We then left because I prefer to give my money to those who enjoy their job

I can only recommend, very nice and attentive staff. The food is super delicious. For my friends and me, AGAIN
