The restaurant is very child-friendly. The food tastes good. The service is very friendly and accommodating. What I didn't like so much was that the table and the children's chair were dirty.

Unfortunately the burger was cold and there was hair on the pizza, a real shame.

By far the best burgers in Bergedorf! However, the sirloin steak is particularly recommended - grilled to perfection... no wonder for a chef who had his own TV grill show in Luxembourg...

Very tasty food for every taste: fresh ingredients, no preservatives (as far as I know). Therefore recommended for anyone who is sensitive to additives in food. The burgers are simply great! Pizza and pasta taste just like in good Italian restaurants. In addition, the team is always in a good mood.

Hello dear visitors, I was only in the location once, but I don't have a good memory of it. It was crowded, loud and everything smelled incredibly strongly of food. The service was overwhelmed, nervous and planned. My companion's order came after I had finished eating. After several requests for a bill, no one came to the table, so we took the initiative to pay at the bar and go home.

Everything was great here, the best burgers...I've ever eaten...I'm already looking forward to the next visit...

My mother and I are guests there at regular intervals. Whether the restaurant " "empty" or well attended, it's always a pleasant atmosphere. From the friendly welcome to the food.. And I'm very special about that 😅 BUT, there will always be the constant complainers... Until then... be happy us already on Saturday, with the whole family👍‼️

Food wasn't served at the same time, the pizza wasn't fully baked and the fries were cold.

Unfortunately there are not enough staff for the size of the restaurant. When we visited, almost all the tables were occupied, but the two service staff who were really hard-working and friendly couldn't keep up with the rush. Perhaps the number of visitors should be limited if there is a staff shortage? There were several visitors around us who left without ordering. The food and drinks were okay, but the (understaffed?) kitchen had a hard time keeping up with the preparation. The fact that food ordered via delivery services also has to be prepared probably doesn't help.

Nice welcome, relaxed atmosphere, random live music and the large Zwickel beer for 4.50 are ok. I don't think it's a burger, not very big and without any side dishes for 10, but it was tasty, the service was a bit inattentive, so a star deduction, I think we'll still go there again. So we went back, the shop has really come into its own, the food is great, the service is very attentive, popular with families with children thanks to the play area and also with disabled people, everything is on the ground floor, a very colorful crowd, we really like it. So I have to edit my review now, 5 stars are really deserved, they are working hard here... to keep the customers happy, we are here often and would always come back.

Unfortunately our visit to this restaurant was a bitter disappointment. The atmosphere initially seemed inviting, but this illusion only lasted until the first contact with the boss. He was incredibly rude, stroppy and completely disrespectful, both towards us as guests and obviously towards the staff. The toilets were dirty and the coffee also tasted disgusting.

Six of us were there on Saturday lunchtime. The store was quite full but we still managed to get seats. We had several burgers and a children's pasta dish as well as gnocchi once. The food was just average at best. The service was friendly but very slow. We waited about an hour for our food. Overall, I might go there again under certain circumstances, but I wouldn't recommend the place.

The fries were very greasy. My daughter ordered a pizza with spinach, she got a pizza margarita with 5 leaves of spinach and she didn't even like it. Never again

I had a wonderful visit to this restaurant! It's really a very nice restaurant with a welcoming atmosphere. The team is extremely friendly and attentive, which makes the stay even more pleasant. The food was simply delicious – every dish was a delight! I can only recommend it and am already looking forward to my next visit.

I was there with my 3 buddies. We ordered everything from starters to desserts. Really EVERYTHING was very, very tasty. The self righteous ice tea was very refreshing. The burgers were prepared with love and the meat was super tender. Actually one of the best burgers I've had, thank you very much. The ladies in service were very attentive and friendly. The owner is very personable and you can tell he enjoys his work. I will 100 percent come back with the boys

I'm going there for lunch this afternoon. Participated in a 2 for 1 promotion. 2 pizzas as a single person is hard here and I can eat very well. I ordered tuna pizza and have to admit that it is one of the better tuna pizzas I have ever eaten. The staff is very friendly and the store is generally quite welcoming. Directly at the Mohnhof so a very good location, there is pizza, burgers, pasta etc. here which is a good selection. Even €13 per tuna pizza is a fair price for the quality. At lunchtime you even get a free side dish when you buy a main course From the outside the shop is always so dark and therefore not very inviting, but it's worth stopping by.

We were lucky that there wasn't much going on at the moment. Therefore we had a relaxed and quiet stay. Due to the open concept, it can get louder when there is a lot going on. However, it wasn't unpleasantly loud last time. The restaurant is nicely decorated. The waitress was very friendly, helpful and nice. Thanks to the open kitchen, we could already see our food in the kitchen ;) which of course whets our appetite. The ribs were very, very tasty! We also had nothing to complain about with the burger. All in all, we'll definitely be back.

The food was really expensive at first, especially the €8 fries and the fries were worse than frozen fries from the supermarket, they were really floppy and soft. I recommend it to anyone who wants to eat here!

We were in the food lounge as part of a gourmet tour and were able to try a burger and fries there. The burger was really tasty and - as my father would say - nice and sappy, not boring. The homemade ginger lemon lemonade was amazing. The staff was extremely friendly. The washrooms are located one floor higher, although there is a toilet downstairs for people with limited mobility. Only the ambience has a bit of a canteen style, although you can look past it with good food and friendly staff.

Very tasty and inexpensive burgers. For lunch there are also fries, which are really extremely crispy, large and tasty.

The burgers are some of the best we've eaten so far. I like it when the meat is still slightly pink (only if it is of good quality). The buns are also good here. This is where many other burger shops fall short. Sometimes you have to wait a while because there aren't enough staff. But the problem affects almost all restaurants. But always nice and accommodating. Side orders are all delicious too. Good fries. Thumbs up ;)

Both of our burgers were delicious and so were the cocktails and fries. The service was quick, considering that the shop was full, although the (I assume from his behavior) owner or restaurateur's saying at the beginning was superfluous - "great luck getting a seat... always make a reservation" - is In Bergedorf, it's not the end of the world if you have to move a restaurant further because you're out and about spontaneously. When it comes to price, well on the one hand it's justified by the quality that it's significantly higher than fast food chains, but on the other hand you can make comparable food and cocktails yourself without too much skill for a fraction of the cost. If you look at what you get elsewhere and what you pay, the price is absolutely right. Gastronomy seems to be a rather tough place at the moment and in the end it should be worth it so that it is preserved and you can enjoy the luxury of being cooked for and served from time to time.

Nachmittags kurz beim Vorbeischlendern nachgefragt, ob das EM Finale gezeigt wird. Allein schon diese erste Begegnung war perfekt. Nett geschnackt und mit purer Überzeugung nen Tisch für abends reserviert - optional mit Essen, welches bereits schon als sehr gut angepriesen wurde. Und siehe da. Schon einiges früher da gewesen, denn wir hatten Hunger und wollten den großen Worte von Lars natürlich auch Taten folgen lassen. Einfach lecker diese Burger, begleitet von belgischen Fritten und bestimmten Saucenkreationen. Wir fühlten uns gut aufgehoben bei guten Essen und sehr netten und freundlich Service. Danke nochmal an der Stelle bei Lars & Merit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We were served warm wheat beer without foam. A waiter (German) was very unfriendly. When we complained about warm beer without foam, he was very offended. Banned us from entering the house. I hope he will be terminated very soon. A racist waiter doesn't need a restaurateur.!

Not my kind of food. Burgers, fries and pizza. But in the context of Bergedorf it is definitely a place where you can go out to eat. We came here by chance, as part of a “pleasure tour”. My companion thought it was quite good. Tastes are different ;-)

Hello, hello from Hamburg. I was there today for dinner with my mother. Yes, they still exist, the nice restaurants with a personal atmosphere.. Thank you for that.

My Tyrolean burger was tasty, but could have been a little juicier for my taste. Belgian fries hot and crispy and not over salted. My large pilsner tasted fresh and good. Prices are reasonable (everything for €22.60). The service is good and the staff is super friendly! This was my first of subsequent visits.

We (family with two children) were completely thrilled. Steak was good, pasta was excellent and bruschetta was highly recommended as a starter. They really make an effort here, everything was beautifully prepared and little things make a difference, like a slice of orange in the Fanta. The children were given something to paint and there is also a play area. Sanitary facilities clean. Special mention should be made of the service, which was really first class! Super friendly and accommodating. We'd love to come back.

Highly Recommended. I had a great visit to the restaurant. The service was super friendly and quick. The homemade iced tea was super tasty and is served in a separate carafe so you can really enjoy the full 0.5l. The burger patties are homemade and my Giggly Burger was great, the patty fried just right. I can only recommend!

So we were eating here and I wanted to order a small pizza and a burger, which the waiter didn't allow me because I wasn't a child. He said I HAVE to order a large pizza or none at all. No sooner said than done, I had a large pizza and wanted my burger meat. When the food arrived, my burger meat was pink. When I told him that, he took the food out of my hand and said he would make me a new burger, well, when the new burger arrived the meat was pink again and then I had to have a burger Pay twice even though it was the cook's mistake. I've never really seen a worse waiter. But the pizza was very tasty and the pesto noodles were good, the fries were unfortunately very hard, dry and cold. :/ well I wouldn't go there again.

We spontaneously decided to eat here. We got a place without a reservation (4 people). It didn't take long from ordering to eating. The food was very tasty. We had a Margherita pizza, a cheeseburger, a BBQ burger, a chicken burger, sweet potato fries and bolognese fries. You pay around 10 to 12 euros for the burgers... when the burger came, we first thought "it's too small for the price" - BUT the price is justified. Super tasty burger that fills you up! We actually didn't manage to eat all of the fries. So: price/performance ratio is very good. 👍🏻

There are burgers and the like here as well as Italian food. The burgers and fries in particular taste really excellent here, I haven't tried pasta or pizza. The portions are large, the prices are mid-range, definitely reasonable. The service is usually very attentive. There are delicious spritzers, good homemade lemonade and beautifully bitter Alster water.

Food was very tasty, my husband's burger was great. There is a 1 star deduction for the rather small portion of pasta and the fact that there was no bread beforehand, as is the case at other Ciao Bella locations and generally at other Italian restaurants where I have eaten.

I accidentally became aware of Ruff's Burger on Instagram, a burger chain founded in Munich in 2008 with 25 branches in Germany and one in France; Luckily there was a branch in my catchment area in Hamburg-Bergedorf, so I bookmarked it. The Hamburg branch apparently shared the premises with an Italian restaurant "Ciao Bella Bergedorf", which together formed the "Food Lounge Bergedorf"; In addition to Ruff's burgers and BBQ offerings, the menu also included Italian dishes. Reviews: (Yelp: 4.1 stars from 52 reviews) Google: 4.4 stars from 507 reviews Uber Eats: 4.8 stars out of 50 reviews Note: I doubted the validity of the Yelp review because the reviews were from 2017 or earlier and referred to a sushi restaurant, hence the brackets. Next came the obligatory look at the burger offering: the pictures on Instagram and Google were very promising. The Ruff's menu included burgers with beef and chicken patties as well as vegetarian and vegan versions, as well as a small BBQ selection, side dishes and desserts. I liked the beef burger “Big Mission” (triple beef, 3x cheddar cheese, 3x bacon, jalapeños, BBQ sauce, lettuce, tomato, cucumber) the most. The opening words of the burger offer in the menu were: "We only work with the best ingredients and fresh beef so that we can achieve maximum enjoyment in our daily preparation." Since the opening words were all about beef, the beef patty burgers seemed to be the focus. The food lounge opened at 12 p.m.; When I arrived shortly before 12 p.m., a small group was already waiting in front of the entrance. We were let in promptly at 12 noon by a cheerful waiter. I found a spacious and comfortably furnished guest room, the large window front let in lots of daylight. There was a waitress on duty next to the waiter who opened the door for us; I saw two cooks in the open kitchen. I ordered the burger from the waitress; I actually didn't want to have a side dish because of the large burger, but since small side dishes were free at lunch, I ordered a small salad with it and a Cola Zero Sugar as a drink. The drink and salad were served quickly, with the burger only about 10 minutes later. At first I tried to eat the three-layer burger properly, but when it began to lose stability after the first few bites, I switched to using a knife and fork. The burger was a huge and tasty portion; The three patties were a little overcooked for my taste, but still juicy enough and very well seasoned; clearly not frozen meat. I was supposed to pay €27, I paid in cash and rounded up to €28. Absolutely recommended for burger fans!

Most dishes are also gluten-free! E.g. homemade gluten-free burger buns, gluten-free fries (i.e. from a separate deep fryer), all burger sauces are gluten-free, pasta made from zucchini, etc. and the staff is well trained. There is a corner with toys for children, great!

Wir waren positiv überrascht, an dieser Stelle, direkt an der Hauptstraße, so einen netten Laden zu finden. Das Essen war klasse, wir hatten unterschiedliche, sehr vielseitige Burger in klassisch und vegetarisch. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Den Köchen kann man in der offenen Küche zusehen. Und das Restaurant selbst ist sehr offen, hell und freundlich und alles wirkt neu. Für Kinder gibt es eine liebevoll eingerichtete Spielecke. Wir wohnen leider am anderen Ende der Stadt, aber wenn wir mal wieder durch Bergedorf kommen, wissen wir schon, wo wir wieder einkehren werden! Merci!

Vielseitiges Restaurant mitten in Bergedorf. Die Speisekarte bietet für jeden Geschmack etwas an. Ob es ein guter Burger, eine üppige Pizza, Nudeln oder gar ein Steak ist. Ich hatte das Steak 🥩 und bei einem anderen Besuch nen Burger 🍔. Kann beides sehr empfehlen. Der Service ist sehr nett und nimmt sich auch Zeit für ein kleines Gespräch. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Food lounge ist sehr geeignet für jede Mahlzeit und man kann mit Familie Freunden usw hin. Es ist zur jeder Jahreszeit sehr schön dekoriert und man hat sehr viel Auswahl was trinken und essen betrifft

Ich war heute mit 2 Freunden zusammen bei Ruff’s Burger essen und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Unser Kellner Linus war super freundlich und hat uns noch Shots auf‘s Haus gegeben! Der Smash Burger war auch super Lecker. Preislich ist es auch akzeptabel! Alles in einem ein guter Laden um essen zu gehen oder um mit ein paar Drinks einen schönen Abend zu haben.

Huhu zusammen, waren heute das erst Mal da und waren sehr begeistert. Das Essen war Mega und der Service sehr gut. Wir hatten einmal die Vegetarische Bolognese und Penne Speciale. Zuvor hatten wir Bruschetta, war auch Mega Lecker. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Atmosphäre ist angenehm und entspannend.
