Very, very tasty food and lovely hospitality!
We were visiting Berlin and were looking for an authentic Indian restaurant.
Our expectations were fully met. We had samosas as a starter which were fantastically flavorful. We also had a pair of poppadams with pickles, which were also very good.
For the main course we had Tandoori Chicken (super tender, not too spicy) and the Lamb "Haveli" (quite spicy, but also very tender).
We say thank you for the lovely evening and would love to come back!
The food was amazing. Being from Delhi I was craving for some spicy food. Dhaba will specifically make food according to your spice tolerance. Hussai was a great waiter. The service was great.
Although the atmosphere and service were fantastic, the food didn't really live up to our expectations. We ordered the Iftar platter with biryani and some curries, but everything seemed stale and tasteless. It was served cold, as if it had been prepared two days ago, as the quality of the food seemed to have deteriorated considerably. The only good thing was the bara pav and chat.
We couldn't finish the Iftar platter and left it as it was.
Everything was very good, the food was delicious and the service was very nice. However, the smell of food was very strong in the room, probably just from the spices, where I would have liked an open window.
But still very tasty would recommend it to everyone 👍
We were very disappointed this time!
We had to wait almost three quarters of an hour before we could even order anything. The drinks only arrived after more than an hour, even though we all ordered together and the starters were already there. The employees had a very difficult time taking care of two missing beers. In general, in my opinion, it is a no-go that the drinks are not collected and the drinks should always be there before the food!
Unfortunately this time the main courses were only lukewarm and the bread was very cold.
Because of this disappointing performance, we (8 guests) only ordered one drink and didn't give a tip, which is actually not usual for us.
Furthermore, the table was originally reserved for 9 people, but only eight people could show up and ended up sitting at a table that was intended for a maximum of 6 people! That's not possible!
Great snack. The atmosphere isn't all that great, but the food makes up for it. Everything tastes really good. You can make any food more spicy if you want.
Jaipur Prime is a traditionally run restaurant. The central element is an open show kitchen, where you can see the chefs in their pots and pans.
The service is always very attentive and the spiciness of the food is always well balanced. Everything is prepared fresh and delicious. The portions are big enough to fill you up. Several times during the meal we asked whether everything was OK or whether anything else was needed. If the rice isn't enough, another bowl is quickly served!
Food is seasoned perfectly!
The prices are very moderate. In my opinion it is always worth a visit. Overall top; any time !
There are many different dishes that are cooked quickly. You can watch this from the restaurant.
The food tastes good and is served in generous portions.
The owners and their service are super nice.
There are quieter seats at the back of the restaurant (or outside), while the tables at the front tend to sit in the haze.
The food was really delicious. I haven't eaten Indian food this well in a long time. The service was also very courteous and the atmosphere is somehow totally cozy.
