Sehr schönes Restaurant, super nette Bedienung! Essen und Getränke kamen sehr schnell und Portionen waren auf jeden Fall ausreichend. Eines der besten Curry, dass ich in Deutschland bislang hatte! Bei meinem nächsten Besuch in München komme ich wieder!

Place has a great vibe, food is delicious. We ate here after a full day of running around like tourists, it was a satisfying experience.

Sehr gutes indisches Lokal mit starken Gerichten. Das Chicken Tikka Masala war sehr lecker, definitive Empfehlung! Der Service war insgesamt solide, jedoch nicht all zu freundlich. Zusätzlich waren die Tische am Abend nur für eine begrenzte Zeit verfügbar, da sie mehrfach vergeben wurden (hatten nur gut eine Stunde Zeit zum Essen, war für uns aber nicht all zu schlimm). Alles in allem konnte der Laden überzeugen, ist auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert.

Vor knapp 2 Jahren war ich das erste Mal hier. Obwohl es damals sehr gut geschmeckt hat, habe ich lange mit einem weiteren Besuch gehadert. Grund ist u.a. das sehr volle Lokal an einem Freitagabend gewesen. Mein zweiter Besuch war an einem Mittwochabend. 18 Uhr wollten wir uns eigentlich treffen, aber das ginge nicht, entweder 17:30 Uhr oder frühestens 19 Uhr. Ok, dann wählten wir die frühe Essenszeit. Als meine Freundin nur wenige Minuten vor dem Öffnen das war, standen schon andere Gäste davor und warteten. Die Tür war noch verschlossen. Punkt 17:30 Uhr wurde sie aufgeschlossen, aber nicht geöffnet. Als meine Freundin dann die Reservierung nannte, wurde sie gebeten, doch gleich die Speisekarte mitzunehmen. Guter Service geht anders. Generell zog sich das den Abend durch. Der Service war sehr flott, keine Frage. Aber so richtige Begeisterung sieht anders aus. Die Küchentür wurde in einer Regelmäßigkeit sehr laut mit dem Fuß aufgestoßen, so dass sie auf der anderen Seite an die Wand donnerte. Die Karten sahen auch diesmal nicht so wirklich appetitlich aus, der eine oder andere Fettfleck hatte sich darauf verewigt. Ich konnte meine Freundin überreden, ein Samosa Chaat (7,50 Euro) zu wählen und ich wählte Palak Chaat (7,50 Euro), was ich noch nicht kannte. Bei dem Palak Chaat handelt es sich um knusprigen Baby Spinat mit Joghurt, Zwiebel, Tamarind Chutney und Tomaten. Die Portion war riesig, die Spinatblätter mega knusprig. Alles in allem sehr lecker und eine gute Entscheidung. Meine Begleitung war ebenfalls sehr begeistert von ihrem Samosa Chaat. Ich durfte probieren und es war leicht scharf und mega. Die Teigtaschen sind bei diesem Gericht zerkleinert und werden mit Kichererbsen, Joghurt, Curry und Chutney gereicht. Da wir uns beim ersten Gang Zeit ließen, wurden die Kellner schon etwas ungeduldig. Aber alles noch im Rahmen. Die Hauptspeisen bestanden aus Pav Bhaji (12,50 Euro) und House Black Daal (16 Euro), beides vegetarische Gerichte. Bei dem Pav Bhaji handelt es sich um ein Gericht mit einem Mix aus Tomaten, Paprika, Erbsen, Karotten und Kartoffeln mit hausgemachten Brötchen. Bei den Brötchen handelte es sich um vier halbe Semmeln, schön buttering und vermutlich mit Knoblauch eingerieben. Sehr lecker. Das Gemüse war gut scharf und sehr lecker. Das ganze wurde in einer Art Silberschale serviert. Insgesamt war es zu viel für meine Begleitung, da die Vorspeise mit den Kichererbsen schon sehr mächtig waren. Meine schwarzen Linsen waren der Hammer. Hierbei handelt es sich wohl um ein indisches Nationalgericht, das überall in Indien mehr als 24 Stunden gekocht wird. Dadurch war es schön eingedickt. Dazu gab es Reis und ein paar Kartoffelstücke. Das Gericht war mittelscharf. Die 0,7l Flasche Wasser kostet hier angenehme 6,50 Euro, der Spritz meiner Freundin wurde mit 8 Euro berechnet. Nach knapp 2 Stunden merkten wir, dass einige Gäste am Eingang auf frei werdende Tische warteten und bezahlten. Die verlangte Rechnung wurde nur als Zwischenübersicht gebracht. Im größeren Teil des Gastraumes gibt es noch immer Tische, die durch Glaswände getrennt sind und wildfremde Menschen nebeneinander sitzen müssen. Für mich inakzeptabel.

Schönes Ambiente; meist sehr voll -unbedingt reservieren. Essen war tatsächlich sehr lecker - interessant gewürzt und sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Kritikpunkt sind die Toiletten - hier bitte mal renovieren, aufräumen etc !!! Das alte Sprichwort: schau Dir die Toilette an und dann entscheide ob Du dort essen möchtest würde hier leider negativ ausfallen.

Good food, the atmosphere is rather modern, not like the typical Indian Restaurant. I asked for my curry to be hot like authentic Indian food. It came out a little spicy and far from hot instead, but it was still good :-)

Nice looking restaurant. However the chicken Khadi was not at all good. Very small portion of meat and instead the bowl was full of barely cooked/ raw chopped paprika. This was not a satisfying curry. Also the service is very unorganized.

My wife and I were walking through the neighborhood and happened to walk by Bindass.... at first, we said... "Oh, interesting!" and kept walking. For whatever reason, we turned around and went in for a late lunch. As it turns out... it was an excellent idea. My wife lived in India for awhile and has tough opinions on what good Indian food is. Bindass definitely held to that standard. The restaurant is very cool, the staff very friendly and helpful and the most important part... the food, was fantastic as well as looking so.

Super leckeres Essen, nette einrichtung große Auswahl. Ich kann die Samosas sehr empfehlen extrem nice. Vorsicht es gibt gesunde schärfe das Chicken tikka masala ist aber milder und schmeckt auch richtig gut. Ich komme defenitiv wieder her.

Ein nettes, gut besuchtes und sehr schön dekoriertes Restaurant im Zentrum der Stadt. Die von uns gewählten Gerichte haben uns grundsätzlich überzeugt, die Getränke/ Cocktails sahen auf den ersten Blick sehr umwerfend aus, Leider hatte ich nach Speisen& Trank etwas Sodbrennen (vermutlich waren das die zu süßen Getränke/ Süßstoffe i.V.m.d.fettigen Gericht), was ich die letzten Jahre bei mir gar nicht kannte. Service bekommt leider etwas Punktabzug, da verschiedene Kellner uns bedienten, es kam bspw.erst zu wenig des bestellten und als wir fertig mit Essen waren, kam dann leider viel zu spät der Rest der Speise. Das Lokal war zu diesem Zeitpunkt nur zu 70% besetzt und der Service war nicht genügend präsent, aber freundlich. Wir kommen wieder:).

One of the finest Indian restaurants in Germany. Great quality and good quantity. Definitely recommend making a reservation in advance for the weekend. The staff speaks English, German Hindi and Punjabi :)

I have been to this place about 3 times. The food as always was very good, but what bothered me, is that when I asked for the bill, when I wanted to pay by debit card they told me that I can only pay cash (whenever I have gone there they have always taken a card). When I told him that I didn't have cash, the waiter made a bad face and took out the machine to charge with the card, that is, you could pay with a card! I don't understand why this kind of situation happens. If the place allows you to pay by card, why lie and say that only cash?

Trotz Reservation haben wir keinen Tisch erhalten,wurden zuerst nicht einmal wahrgenommen. Unverständlich warum dieses Restaurant so gut bewertet ist...

Just loved their food . Parvinder is the Best .. And serves the best food . They specially made chole bhature for us , despite of it being not available today . The hospitality is just wow and food is the best I v had in the whole of Germany . I in fact prefer their food to India food in mumbai . Can’t wait to be back here . Love love love

The most bad experience in our life they treat us with racism and bad behavior so rude, he kept us waiting under snow weather then when we went inside we had the very bad experience the way they treated us We are 6 people 4 from UAE one Indian and Lebanese.

The good part was that the food taste was nice. The not so nice part - when you order a "samosa chaat" in an indian restaurant ANYWHERE in the world - you would receive 2 samosas crushed into the chaat part. This is the first restaurant that served a single samosa into ours. The overall quantity on each main course plate fell on a less generous side, even the quantity of rice was small. One should not let a customer leave feeling hungry, even after having ordered one appetizer and one main course per person. That's not done.

Das Essen ist wirklich lecker, aber die Portionen sind manchmal etwas klein. Die Auswahl ist groß. Das Auge isst mit. Die Bedienung ist recht unterschiedlich von sehr freundlich bis etwas herablassend. Bei gutem Wetter kann man auch draußen essen.

Ich war mit Freunden dort essen. Das Essen is super lecker und dort is alles sauer und schön eingerichtet. Leider haben uns die Bedienungen nicht freundlich behandelt. Zudem wurde uns nicht gesagt, dass der Mindestbetrag für Kartenzahlung bei 25€ liegt.

Wir sind aufgrund der guten Bewertungen zu diesem indischen Restaurant gekommen und wurden leider enttäuscht. Begonnen hatte es mit der Reservierung, gleich an Telefon wurde uns gesagt, dass wir hier nur 1,5h verweilen dürfen. Dies ist nicht gerade „indische“ Gastfreundschaft. Angekommen war das Restaurant wirklich sehr schön eingerichtet. Es ist modern mit indischem „Tuch“. Das Essen ist ebenso gut. Es hat uns zwar nicht vom Hocker gehauen aber das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt alle mal. Nun zum schlimmsten Teil, die BEDIENUNG! Diese war sehr unfreundlich. Uns ist auch aufgefallen, dass diese scheinbar ausschließlich aus Männern bestand. Hier fehlt definitiv etwas weibliches Feingefühl. Einer der Kellner kam mitten im Hauptgang an unseren Tisch und fragte ob er den Rest zum mitnehmen einpacken soll?! Der nächste Kellner (beim bezahlen) fand wohl die Wörter „Danke und Tschüss“ total überbewertet. Wir hatten natürlich Trinkgeld hinterlassen und er bedankte sich nichtmal oder dass er uns einen schönen Abend wünscht, so wie man es von einem gut bürgerlichen Lokal gewohnt ist, nein, nichts! Wirklich sehr enttäuschend! Die Inder in diesem Lokal geben nichts auf Ihre Kultur, denn so wie diese sich benehmen hat dass nichts mit indischer Gastfreundschaft zu tun. Fazit: Von außen HUI und innen PFUI!

Bindaas delivered an amazing dining experience. The food was superb, the music added to the great atmosphere, and I had an overall fantastic time. Easy 5 stars.

Sehr gutes indisches Essen in einem schönen Ambiente. Die Bedingungen sind höflich und alles geht sehr schnell. Ein bisschen 🇮🇳 Indien in München. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder.

A friend of mine recommended this restaurant, and I think she did a very good job and doing so. I came here on a date with my girlfriend and it definitely hit the right mood. We came here a little early and unfortunately we had to wait a little, but that wasn’t a problem. The staff was really friendly and they seated us at the bar to take a drink before we finally got our table. We got a table at the corner that was very private and quiet, which made it a lot more romantic. I was in India before a few years ago and I definitely think this probably is the closest it ever gets to the local kitchen over there. So if you’re looking for a real culinary experience, this is the place to go in Munich!

Das Essen hat sehr gut geschmeckt, das Tiki Taka Tak besonders. Das Huhn war super gegrillt. Leider war mir nach dem Verzehr schlecht, was ich auf nichts anderes zurückführen konnte da es meine erste Mahlzeit an dem Tag war. Trotzdem empfehlenswert, das Ambiente ist auch sehr schön.

Unglaublich leckeres Essen, wir waren von den Vor- und Hauptspeisen restlos begeistert, so gut habe ich lange nicht mehr beim Inder gegessen. Und das alles zu einem absolut fairen Preis, bei der Qualität würde man definitiv auch mehr bezahlen. Service war gut und sehr schnell, absolute Empfehlung!

Der Laden an sich schaut ganz schön aus und ist gut eingerichtet. Es ist allerdings sehr laut. Die Herrentoilette braucht unbedingt eine Renovierung. Für so viele Menschen zu klein, runtergekommen und schmutzig. Das Essen ist okay aber nichts wirklich besonderes. Für die Preise schon happig. Der Service ist nicht gut. Relativ unfreundlich und wir sollten unbedingt bar bezahlen, obwohl man auch mit Karte zahlen kann. Essen und Getränke wurden einfach auf den Tisch gestellt, ohne sie zu verteilen?

Ich war vor einigen Jahren als das Bindaas neu eröffnete mal dort u damals fand ich es richtig gut. Gestern war die Experience leider keine gute! Das Essen war viel zu scharf, wo bei anderen Indern viele Gewürze enthalten sind und Gemüse wird hier mit Milch gestreckt und irgendwas war sowohl im Essen meiner Freundin als auch in meinem nicht genießbar. Wir haben nach 2h beide mit Bauchschmerzen den Laden verlassen u heute zieht es sich leider weiter. Dazu war die Bedienung nicht gerade „Serviceorientiert“ und freundlich. Eher vergleichbar mit einem Bringdienst. Zudem war die Geräuschkulisse so enorm, dass wir sowohl uns als auch den Kellner anschreien mussten. Schade, aber da gibt es in München wirklich bessere Inder, wir kommen erstmal nicht mehr wieder.

We are visiting from the US. This was the best Indian food we had in Germany! Very authentic and tastefully done. Sukhwinder provided extraordinary service and reminded of warm Indian hospitality. Try this place out! It will make you fall in love with Indian cuisine.

The lamb pav bhaji is excellent! And all their chaat items are quite delicious too.

Very nice ambience. Food was fantastic and had an authentic flavor to the entrees that we ordered. Like that rice was served with the entree without needing to order separately. We needed low spicy items for kids and the staff already told us the dishes we ordered for kids are for german palate and therefore were not spicy anyway. Thank you.

Wow, simply wow. This place certainly lives up to its name, no fuss just great food in a relaxed and rustic atmosphere. The food is just so yum and hits all the right spots (if you want it desi style, ask for the Indian spicy level). And the chai is the icing on the cake, simply heavenly. For authentic desi food, you can't pick a better place in Munich

We had prebooked our table. Located in the middle of the city, we got here via tram from Hbf. It was really busy, despite being a week day. The ambiance was great, staff friendly and service prompt. We ordered a mix of starters and mains (pav bhaji, samosa chat, biryani, butter chicken...), all of which were excellent - authentic Indian cuisine. Every member of our group thoroughly enjoyed the meal.

Wonderful atmosphere, great food and friendly staff. Although we came on a Saturday evening, without a reservation, the guys found a table for us. It's a very interesting mix of modern and traditional in all aspects. We had a very nice evening. Wir kommen wieder!

A good place with good vibes. It was so good to have food here while travelling. As an NRI, you hardly find good restaurants selling authentic Indian taste, but this one was a pleasant surprise.

Bindaas was my favorite Indian restaurant in Munich. Previously great food and service and reasonably priced. Sadly something has changed. The restaurant was closed for a while for “renovation”, but nothing inside appears any different. The same menu as before, but very few items were actually available last evening when I was there with a friend. None of the lamb dishes for example, and nothing with cheese. Just a few chicken and vegetarian items were available. Also the service was very slow and the waiter seemed disinterested. Half the tables were empty, which was not normal in past for a Wednesday evening. Another group walked out after being told not much was available their order would take a long time. The large number of empty tables suggest many regulars are aware it sadly isn’t the same place as before.

We had two palak paneer curries , garlic naan and two mango lassis- simply delicious. Great service ( I think the waiter was called Areef - sorry if I got the name wrong). Location is great too , close to Gartnerplatz . We will be back

We had a wonderful dinner here, arrived without reservations but the wait staff was helpful and got us a table despite the crowds. The butter chicken and bhartha were to die for, the samosas delicious, and the cocktails much better than I expected. Don't miss it.

I think that Bindaas is one of my favorite indian restaurants in Munich. There's not such a wide choice as in normal Indian restaurants, is more street-food style, but absolutely worth it. Taste and serving is amazing, atmosphere like in Mumbai, service nice .

Reasonably priced. This restaurant was recommended and did not disappoint. Staff were very cheerful under pressure on a busy evening. Food was delicious and well presented. Good range of dishes to choose from. Menu is generally in German but reasonably easy to understand and our waiter spoke good English which helped.

They're food in general is tasty, but they're starters are simply delicious. Although I've enjoyed their mains, since the 3rd time I was there, I only order different starters, because the taste is simply fabulous. Looking forward to going again. They're located in the heart...

New Indian street food restaurant offering a large variety of authentic dishes. Loyal to the Indian way of cooking and presentation, and not any touristic configurations. Delicious and fresh and very fair prices. Very nice environment too.
