The food also arrived very quickly and was more than just delicious. Authentic Indian cuisine, well-seasoned and balanced. Very nicely presented, too.

Had a very tasty tandoori dish. Service was very friendly and quick. Lunch was worth it, and the evening meal was just as good.

We visited this restaurant recently and food was pretty good. It is close enough to what we get in India. Service is extremely nice and guests are well taken care of. I recommend to everyone to try this restaurant.

Being a vegetarian i find very less options. The restaurant assumes that all inDians will love spicy food. Tegen though we asked for less spicy food,both panneer kadai and dhal fry were spicy. Food was good. If u r a tourist pl note that if u order a gravy they give with rice. If u need breads u need to order separately. So be specific in ur order on spice level and rice

Indian food as it should be. Everything is done right; there's nothing to complain about here. Very tasty and relatively inexpensive. The restaurant is nicely decorated; rather modern. Super friendly and fast service. The kitchen is open until 10:30 p.m. and saved my evening. It's hard to find good food this late in Munich.

I visited this place while travelling for work in Munich and was craving for a good Indian food when I came across Dhaba Mûnchner. The food here is excellent, its soulful mouth watering food with amazing flavours and freshness, especially their “chicken tikka masala and the garlic naan was very soft The service was top notch. The food was served within 15 minutes of ordering and the staff are very friendly and polite. They also helped me feel at ease. A must recommended place if you are in Munich or visiting munich!

Indian restaurant with a good selection of dishes (including vegetarian and vegan), a pleasant ambiance, and friendly service. We ordered the bhindi masala (okra) and a vegetable korma. Both dishes were delicious. The korma in particular was super spicy and creamy, something we'd never experienced before. With the bhindi masala, which I ordered very spicy, I was proactively asked if it was spicy enough and then served a portion of very hot chili sauce. The service was also very good. Everything is priced at a normal restaurant level, but you get good quality and good portions. The ambiance is nice, especially the decor. Overall, we had a lovely dinner at the Dhaba restaurant and can wholeheartedly recommend it.

1 star because one man who was serving was very angry when I asked for big empty plate. I personally felt bad. Chicken tikka masala was supposed to be baked in Tandoor and he served Butter chicken which was damn sweet. ( chicken not baked in tandoor).

The first Indian in a long time that tastes really authentic. Everything was great, would be happy again at any time!

I wouldn't want to go there again. The toilet is huge.. as far as I remember it is in the basement.. Atmosphere is limited to the bare essentials as well as the food. A bit small for the price. It is located a few meters from my father's office.. who once took me there. Obviously he would have to go there more often. He probably likes it... but I've found better Indian restaurants myself.

I ordered the most spicy curry on the menu and it was okay, probably turned down a notch to suit the German palette, and it was pretty good. but I also ordered my favorite food, the garlic Naan, which made me sad, almost no garlic on it, basically just dry bread and reduced the experience.

Absolute favorite restaurant, have tried many dishes, always to my liking. The staff is also very friendly and accommodating.

The food was amazing. Being from Delhi I was craving for some spicy food. Dhaba will specifically make food according to your spice tolerance. Hussai was a great waiter. The service was great.

I would not highly recommend this. I have shared a photo of the Garlic naan. Yes you read it right.. Garlic naan ,which had no garlic. Lol. If possible, rather choose another better option.

The first time I ate dhaba was in Landshut. I didn’t expect that there was one near my house. It had the same taste, the same deliciousness, and the same portion. Just rush and that's it.

Great chicken tikka biryani. I’d have preferred more quantity but that just might be because it was so good. Gave free papad as a starter and chocolates when done which was nice!

I ate here spontaneously and had the following feedback: The restaurant is well furnished, the service is absolutely perfect, friendly and on point. The restaurant was open all day on Sunday and was still pretty busy in the afternoon. That speaks for satisfied guests. The food was beautifully presented and delicious. However, I ordered the Chicken Tikka Masala spicy, but it tasted rather mild. It tasted good, but not spicy. And two types of typical Indian tea were out, which is why I switched to green tea. It can happen... Maybe the waiter didn't pass on the request for spiciness or it got lost in the kitchen. It's certainly not dramatic and I would come back, but I'll still deduct one star from the overall rating.

Best Indian restaurant in Munich - very good food, fresh ingredients (the vegetables are crunchy, not frozen stuff like in many other shops) and beautifully presented. It's also very comfortable to sit in, it's very clean, there are always beautiful flowers and the waiters are also very friendly and attentive. You can also take your dog with you :) We always enjoy coming here

I've eaten at both Belgrade and Herzogstrasse several times and am impressed by the consistently good quality of the food and service. The lamb palak in particular is absolutely amazing, and eggplant in almond sauce is my second favorite dish.

Me and my friend had tandoori chicken biriyani and that was delicious. One of the best Indian restaurant in Munich, if you are a biriyani lover you should try this. we took non-spicy one and that is absolutely delicious.

Absolutely fantastic! The best Tandoori chicken I’ve ever had. It’s less spicy than I’m used to, but it is so well made, they don’t need to cover up bad cooking with an overload of spices. Will definitely come back next time I’m here!

Don't miss out if you are around. Hospitality is very good. Taste like actual recipes not like every curry same. They will serve you till until you are satisfied even offered additional rice for the left curry. Best part is small south Asian style salad of onion , Kakdi, nembo and hari Mirch.

For me the best Indian restaurant in the area. I've been going there for years and have never had a bad meal. The staff is quick and courteous and the restaurant itself is atmospherically decorated. Only when the rooms are full can it get a bit stuffy. Plus there's a lunch menu during the week with unbeatable prices.

Poor food, service slammed cutlery and plates when picking them up. At least the venue looks nice.
