The food was very tasty and the portions were sufficient. In terms of price, it's okay on average. I was also impressed with the service until it came to paying. Apparently they weren't happy about tipping over 10% of the bill. The look made us feel that we would have wished for more. One star deducted for that.

We have been visiting this restaurant every Sunday for over two years and every time we are not disappointed. The food is authentic and delicious, and the service is always friendly and accommodating. We have tried many Indian restaurants in Munich, but this is definitely one of the best. The flavors are exquisite and the dishes are always freshly prepared. An absolute must for all Indian cuisine lovers!

We were at the Palace of the Winds this Sunday evening around 9:30 p.m. My girlfriend and I were warmly welcomed by the waiter; there were only a handful of tables occupied, which was of course due to the time. All in all, the restaurant was very clean and tidy. The toilets for men and women are also extremely clean. The 'starter' lentil bread with three dips (which were not charged for) were served quickly and gave a good foretaste of what to expect. We ordered number 90 and number 100, lamb and chicken mango curry, both very tasty and tasty. Also worth mentioning is the Garkic Naan, which tasted really good. The prices are also completely fair for such quality of food. But now we come to the crux of the matter... Shortly after we got our food, we noticed a mouse that was quite prominently helping itself to some leftover food on the floor of the table next to us. Another couple behind us who had already finished their food noticed this pretty quickly. Admittedly, that pretty much spoiled your appetite, although the food and the overall restaurant package really impressed us. That's why, unfortunately, we only give it three stars and I hope the problem can be solved as quickly as possible, otherwise it would be a real shame for this restaurant.

Best Indian restaurant in Munich! All Tika dishes are just delicious, you get real grilled chicken and not the baked one as in many others restaurants. Also Masala Chai taste incredible. Try this restaurant and will not want to go to other Indian places in Munich.

The food is okayish 🤔, the waiter blew a candle next to our food (basically blowing into our food), and the waiter piled up plates on top of the food we wanted to bring home (he piled up plates on direct contact with our food). We would appreciate that our food is handled with more hygiene 😓

Palace of the Winds is a real go-to address for many who rarely indulge in Indian cuisine: the dishes are uncomplicated and enjoyable for gentle, European palates. The quality of the food is good, the “density” of the main courses in particular stands out: you rarely get so many chickpeas in a chana masala or so many pieces of chicken or palak in a curry as you do here. The seasoning is always delicious, even if the intensity and spiciness have been reduced somewhat. So maybe not the most authentic cuisine in the city, but a very, very good address for anyone who just wants to immerse themselves in the taste. Tip: Be sure to make a reservation as it always fills up quickly in the evenings due to its central location.

Very good food, chicken very tender and simply delicious. Before the meal there was papdam and after the meal a mango-Lischi liqueur on the house. Furnishings very comfortable.

Solide indische Küche, sehr freundliches Personal Mango und Butter Chicken um Welten besser als im Curry und Cumin 😉. Den Gruß aus der Küche allerdings musste ich bezahlen das hab ich nicht verstanden aber sonst war es gelungen. Gerne wieder

Vorspeise: Gegrilltes Gemüse war nicht gut; man konnte nichtmal erschrecken was das ist und hat eher nach frittiertem “gemüserest” geschmeckt. Papadam hat ranzig geschmeckt und eine der Saucen war ungenießbar. Das chicken in der Hauptspeise war über Salzen und selbst der Reis war so trocken, Alsob er noch vom Vortag war. Bedienung ok, deshalb noch 2 Sterne. Ich verstehe nicht wieso dieses Restaurant so gute Bewertungen hat, alles was bestellt wurde war schlechter als erwartet.

Wir essen hier gern vor Ort oder holen Essen in der Relevobox ab, das Essen ist super und der Service meist auch. V.a. der Chef ist höflich und zuvorkommend.

Sehr gute Küche ...muffiger Service! Auch wenn viele Tische im Außenbereich frei sind ist es nicht möglich Platz zu nehmen. Bestelle nur noch zum mitnehmen. Dann braucht man sich nicht zu ärgern

Das Essen ist sehr zu empfehlen, für den langsamen Service und das Platzangebot (zu viele und enge Tische) gibt es eine klare Kritik von mir.

Superfreundliche Bedienung, selbst im vollen Mittagsstress. Es war uberhaupt kein Problem, ein Essen zu bekommen das nicht auf der Mittagskarte stand (Linsen-Dal) .Ich hätte vollstes Verständnis gehabt, wenn es nicht geklappt hätte, da das Lokal mittags brechend voll war. Alles köstlich und sehr lecker. Tiptop!

Lieber online bestellen. Uns wurden 3* falsche Sachen an den Tisch gebracht und der Reis war komplett kalt.

Wir saßen, wie alle Gäste, bei schönem Wetter draußen an der Straße. Es ist nicht unangenehm, da dort nicht viell Strassenlärm herrscht. Das Essen war sehr gut. Der Sevice ist sehr nett und freundlich, leider etwas unkoordiniert.

Essen war gut, aber nicht überdurchschnittlich. Der Service eine Katastrophe: Von 3 Vorspeisen kam nur 2 und davon war einer falsch. Auch ein Hauptgang wurde falsch serviert. Kellner unhöflich.
