Very friendly and accommodating guests. Our apartment was modern and beautifully furnished (close to the church... ;) ). Particularly nice: the roof terrace/balcony in a maritime style, so we were able to have breakfast outside with the whole family this morning! Only recommended.

You come into a smoky room... You're looked at suspiciously: "What do THEY want here? " No greeting, no welcome... You're not welcome here!! We went backwards out again. It's probably only intended for local carpenters. Just don't go there!!

The panoramic restaurant offers a breathtaking view of the Elbe, which perfectly complements the ambience. The menu impresses with a fine selection of regional and fresh dishes. The DONNERS Pannfisch – fish of the day with spinach, mustard sauce, scrambled eggs and fried potatoes – is particularly recommended. The dry-aged fillet steak was also prepared to perfection and of the highest quality. The service was attentive and friendly, which further enriched the evening. The extensive wine list left nothing to be desired and rounded off the culinary experience. A special highlight is the view from the highest panoramic restaurant in Cuxhaven, which makes the visit an unforgettable experience.  We will definitely be back and can recommend DONNERS Wein & Küchenbar to anyone who wants to enjoy excellent cuisine in an impressive ambience.

Worth a visit again and again!!! The food is amazing - in addition to the classic meat version, there is always a vegetarian alternative. The service is attentive/quick/nice and has a relaxed attitude, especially on stressful match days. The atmosphere is also very inviting - it simply fits the motto of football/coal and steel ⚽️⚒️.

Price performance okay. Staff great. Some of the food tastes like pre-prepared food (e.g. no one should expect that the spring rolls taste better than the frozen ones). For my taste, the dishes could use a little more spice (beef tortilla). Of course it's a matter of taste. Definitely worth it because of the long opening hours and nice dark atmosphere.
