Delicious food with great service. In my opinion, the meat was a bit dry, and I would have liked more seasoning. The lassi wasn't homemade either. The really friendly service deserves special mention. Edit: Today's lunch special was very good and very reasonably priced.

Every visit to this restaurant has been worthwhile! The food is excellent, absolutely delicious! I highly recommend the lamb dishes, especially the "Karahi Ghosh." It's incredibly tasty! I also find the restaurant's ambiance very pleasant; it's tastefully decorated in an Indian style! The owner and his staff are very friendly, which makes the experience truly special!

Kashmir Leonberg is a very good restaurant. The food is always delicious, and there's a wide selection of vegetarian dishes. The staff is friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is authentic, and the restaurant is decorated with attention to detail. However, it can get a bit noisy when it's completely full.

We ate here with the family. I love Indian food, but I've never had Indian food this good. A huge compliment! Be sure to make a reservation on weekends, because we're not the only ones who know this restaurant is fantastic.

Delicious food and friendly staff. Reservations are highly recommended, as the restaurant is very popular. Update: We've eaten there several times now, and the food is always delicious. Unfortunately, the bench covers are in terrible condition. Sitting on the rips and holes in the faux leather is not comfortable.

There are better Indian restaurant - Maybe not in LR but in other cities. Butter chicken wasn’t tasty and I expected a different taste. Garlic nan was a good size. But I have after the visit some stomach pains. That’s why 2 stars

Ordered Kashmir lamm seekh masala, and received a curry with sausages terrible when I asked the waiter and he was blatant enough to tell that is how they make the seekh. Tip: Avoid lamm seekh here

It starts as soon as you approach the building and catch the aroma from the restaurant... Then the joyful anticipation when the food arrives, and—whoa—there it is, the explosion of flavor! Whether it's Dal Makhni (black lentils in a creamy sauce), oven-baked fish tikka, or one of the many curries, such as Chicken Kali Mirch, we love it and will gladly return again and again.

A culinary revelation for us as a couple. Very friendly service and, in our opinion, unbeatable value for money. We ate our favorite dishes there, were truly delighted and stuffed, and the bill, including our large drinks, came to less than €42 for the two of us. We love the Kashmir and its friendly team.

Just when you've finally come to terms with the fact that eating out is no longer worthwhile and that established restaurants are cooking increasingly poorly, a BIR restaurant that was essentially written off serves you two of the best curries I've ever had at once. After this Thali, I'll never again pity vegans for the mushy nature of their spinach sauces, because I finally know what they're supposed to taste like. What's going on here? Has the spirit of Sitara from Konstanz overcome the local chef like a bewitched muse? Has Taphiritsa revealed the true, nondual nature of the sauté pan? Is the dizzyingly good Namsté stimulating the competition? Is cardamom simply cheap again? Let's find out!

The food was good. We all enjoyed it, but I wasn't really full. The staff was very attentive and friendly, and the food was prepared quickly. The music and decorations took some getting used to, but that's due to the cultural difference. However, I find the price too high.

I ate here 5 years ago and it was great! Now not enough food, taste: rather poor. (lunch menu) The service only spoke English - but still didn't understand us. It's a shame, it used to be really good :-( Oh yes, the great Thursday lunch menu is no longer available either...

We've eaten at a lot of Indian restaurants all over Baden-Württemberg (Heidelberg, Böblingen, Karlsruhe, Stuttgart etc.) - but each time we notice that no one can actually top "Kashmir restaurant level"! It is and remains uniquely delicious - every dish you order is truly delicious! The taste of the dishes is in a completely different league, in contrast to “standard Indians”! It is and remains our absolute favorite restaurant! ... large selection of different dishes, especially for vegetarians! The naan bread from the tandoori is exquisite! The waiter has a sense of humor and always likes to joke - I think he's just part of this restaurant! :-) ...small point of criticism: the price is rather high. But we're still happy to come because we love it! Otherwise, a full 5 points from the bottom of my heart!

To put it bluntly. The food is worth it. If you order Indian spicy, you get Indian spicy. Super!!! The rotis were great. The tamarind sauce is a poem. Chicken Madras excellent. Chicken Alu perfect. Now for the negative. The waiter is superficial and inattentive. You feel fobbed off. Price is reasonable. We will come again. The food was too good 😂

I'll keep it short: Food was ok, but not great. I've been to India a few times and given the background, the selection was "hot", not very hot, or spicy. Tip to the restaurant: Please also offer “Indian Spicy”. And...., an hour's wait for food is a very long time. Another tip for the restaurant: Less selection, but faster. The map is really very long. Regarding the ambience, it was very warm in the restaurant. You could say like in India, but there air conditioning is usually running in the restaurant. ;-) Conclusion: Bring your time and it's best to order an appetizer for when you first get hungry.

Everything was very good, the food was delicious and the service was very nice. However, the smell of food was very strong in the room, probably just from the spices, where I would have liked an open window. But still very tasty would recommend it to everyone 👍

A 10/10. Halal meat The food was super tasty. The ambience is very nice. The waiter, possibly the owner, was very nice and friendly. We misjudged the sharpness :). If you don't like it that spicy, you should stick with mild. We also drank mango lassi, very creamy and delicious. Will definitely come again

I had butter chicken and shrimp biryani. Butter chicken was a bit too sour taste, and Biryani was more a shrimp fried rice. Average ok indian food.

The food and service are great, and the waiting time is absolutely bearable. However, the restaurant is packed with tables to the maximum (or perhaps more). The atmosphere suffers as a result, it is very loud and not comfortable.

We had a fantastic dining experience at this Indian restaurant! The paneer was absolutely mouthwatering, cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. The overall cuisine was authentic and flavorful, with a wide range of options to choose from. especially appreciated the ability to order dishes with real Indian spice levels, which was a fun and enjoyable way to customize my meal. And we got even the special spicey sauce as side. The prices were very fair for the quality and portion sizes, and the rice was also delicious. Service was great, too. Very polite guys. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for authentic Indian cuisine!

By far one of the best Indian restaurants in the area! I think it's really nice to highlight the way the food is packaged for pickup. We packed it in high-quality packaging and gave it away. Don't worry that half of it will work into the textiles while you're driving. When you eat on site you can enjoy friendly and courteous service!

Live: we've been sitting at the table for 70 minutes, have ordered but haven't received any food yet. The first time I asked, the waiter just walked away and didn't say anything. When I asked him a second time he said (in English) that the serving takes place in the order in which the orders are placed. When asked that 3 tables that ordered after us received their food beforehand, he walked away without a word. 5-6 minutes later the food suddenly arrived. We were then surprised at what took so long to prepare. In the end it was a bowl of rice to be shared between two people and a small bowl of sauce with 8 or 9 pieces of chicken per person. See pictures. Due to the long waiting time and the good reviews, we had high expectations that unfortunately were not met. The food was okay, but nothing more. We find the price of 17 euros per portion too expensive or unreasonable for the long waiting time and the relatively small portions. For this amount I buy 2 kebabs and am already full after the first one.

We've been there a few times with different people and everyone was impressed. The service is super nice and the food is always very tasty. The selection for vegetarians in particular is very diverse.

Das essen ist zwar lecker zum abholen kriegt man jedesmal kleinere Portionen als wenn man dort isst und das Service ist unfreundlich mann wird beobachtet beim essen vom Personal was sehr unangenehm ist meiner Meinung nach man wird häufiger gestört gefragt ob man mehr bestellen möchte.

To join in you get very small portions which I think is very approximate for the price. The staff is very unfriendly. The staff watches you while you eat and more often than not disturbs you while eating. The man is pressured into ordering more, which is very annoying in my opinion.

Huge menu and there is something for everyone. Great vegetarian and meaty dishes. The spices and smell of the food make you want to visit again.

Saturday evening 6 p.m., the restaurant is already full except for 3 tables. Nothing works here without a reservation. There's probably a reason, right? Yes it is, the selection of dishes is very extensive. First of all, the food is delicious, the staff really works hard and is friendly. Price performance is impeccable!!!!

I am a typical Swabian of old age who rarely eats what he doesn't know. About 5 years ago my girlfriend persuaded me to go out for Indian food. And since she lives in Stuttgart, a visit to the very well-rated Kashmir in Leonberg made sense. After our first visit, we were both impressed by the food and the very friendly service. Many family celebrations and a good 100 regular visits to restaurants here in Kashmir later, as a friend of this house I can say that I always receive excellent service here. Kashmir is a family-run business in the best sense of the word. The kitchen is very flexible and also caters to special requests. The diverse flavors typical of Indian food combined with the selectable spiciness flatters my palate. And last but not least, and not entirely unimportant for Swabians, the price-performance ratio is unbeatable. But to be honest, we would pay twice as much because Kashmir has long since conquered our hearts with its staff and their performance. And what is the moral of the story? Well, even rose-billed Swabians are capable of learning. Yell.

You can spend a very nice evening here. Nice staff, nice atmosphere and very tasty food.

I recently visited this restaurant and was impressed by the variety of curry bases they offer, which is quite rare in Europe. We ordered the Pindi Chole, Kashmiri Chicken Masala, and Kaali Mirch Lamb, each with our customized spice level. The Kaali Mirch Lamb was especially noteworthy, with the perfect hint of black pepper in the aftertaste—absolutely delicious! The Kashmiri Chicken Masala and the Chole were equally delightful. The owner took the time to interact with almost every customer, showing genuine interest in the food and customer experience. Overall, a fantastic dining experience!

Kashmir is love, Kashmir is life. I've eaten at a few Indian restaurants, but none of them come close to Kashmir standards. Starting with the always polite and courteous staff, through the selection of dishes (also vegetarian and vegan) to the best and most delicious dishes I've ever had the pleasure of eating. Dear Kashmir, no matter what happens, you are always there for me. No other restaurant is even remotely comparable to you. Thank you, see you next time.

I was here with a large group for work and wasn't expecting much, so I was even more surprised at how delicious it is here (especially Bhindi Goscht and the naan)! I liked it much better than the Indians in Stuttgart. Despite the large group, the service was really quick and polite. Only the climate in the room requires the windows to be opened more regularly. I would be happy to come back at any time.

If the Marsala Chai is authentic. The spiciness of the Chicken Madras is as spicy as in India and the team are also real Indians, then you have arrived at Kashmir. Very rarely have Indian food been eaten so well for so long.

It is one of the best Indian restaurant in Leonberg area. Many North Indian dishes are available. The taste was good. The Lamb meat was slightly overcooked and it seemed hard. Apart from that, there were no problems. The employees were very friendly and cordial.

Delicious food and great ambience!

Very busy Indian restaurant on the first floor of a building directly opposite the LeoCenter. The stairs are a bit narrow, but there is also an elevator. The restaurant is a bit old and the noise level is extremely high and is made worse by the loud music. The choice of food is extensive and we (8 people) were all extremely satisfied, only the curry soup wasn't great in terms of taste. Price/performance fits.

We came here specifically because there is a diverse vegan menu, especially with the chicken-like soy alternative. Very very tasty. I've already eaten various vegan Indian dishes with vegetables or chickpeas and wanted something different and the vegan lababdar turned out really well. The service was also attentive and friendly. Gladly again.

Very tasty food and large portions. I had dinner here with my husband and the two of us took a menu. After the starter we were almost full. The food tasted delicious and we were happy about the leftovers the next day. Would definitely come again. The ambience is a bit sparse, at least from the outside it's not exactly a nice location. Inside but lovingly decorated in Indian style.

Incredibly great food! We had a menu for 2 people and it was definitely more than enough. We had to pack up the leftovers even though we had already eaten a lot. With the menu, the food came super quickly. We hardly had to wait between dishes. The atmosphere is very nice and we got a table straight away. A little tip, the restaurant is on the second floor and can only be reached via the stairwell. There is a parking garage under the building. We will definitely go to Kashmir often ;)

If the salty lassi tastes exactly like your father's, then it is worth 5 out of 5 stars. But also the food, the service, the ambience. Everything is great here. As an Indian, I have no reason to give less than full marks here.

This is for the Leonberg location. This was an absolutely beautiful experience. I have been to a lot of Indian restaurants because my wife is a huge fan, though it's usually hard for me to find something I like. Kashmir is amazing!! The menu is guaranteed to have many things on it that even the pickiest eater will try. The food is absolutely wonderful. There are so many great flavors and heat. The heat will not be so bad as to mask the great flavors. It was so amazing that I ordered a dish to go so I could have it for lunch the next day, and it was great as well. The staff is wonderful and welcoming. They will take care of anything you need and are ok with making any substitutions for you. You will leave full, happy, and very appreciated

Super delicious Indian food, we really like going here. Small drawback; The tables are very close so there isn't really any privacy. Be that as it may, the food is fanatical and that's what matters.

We have enjoyed coming here again and again for over 20 years. The food is unbeatably good. The service is attentive and courteous. The price-performance ratio is right. Because warmers are no longer used, the air is good.
