Great shop, I love the food, but unfortunately it's a bit more expensive now.

We were there today and I'm shocked. Absolutely filthy, no table was clean, and there were leftover guests' food everywhere. The floor also looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in a week, and the drinking station was a complete disaster. The employees seemed very annoyed/unmotivated (which I'm really sorry about), but that's not acceptable in a restaurant. Then, at the end, they placed an incorrect receipt from the previous order on our not-so-clean tablet. It wasn't crowded, but no one thought to clean the tables or anything. One guest sent back a burger because it was very hard. The fries were completely cold and soggy, and you pay 50 cents extra for ketchup. I found 50 cents for 17g of ketchup absolutely too expensive. In general, the portions have gotten smaller, in my opinion. The fillet bites were better than the crispies, when they cut them in half and then sold as two pieces. The place used to be so good, but today it's absolutely not recommended.

Delivery almost 1 hour late... instead of 4 burgers we got 4 fries delivered and if that wasn't bad enough, the entire meal was cold. Nobody responds to calls. Absolute no-go.

I thought it would be KFC again for a long time, because it always tastes good... the young cockroach was quite quick 🤢, but not the preparation. I had never waited over 20 minutes for a few wings, a coleslaw and a drink from KFC.

The food was okay. Unfortunately, the burgers were a bit cold, but the rest of the food was pleasantly warm. The drinks weren't very well-balanced (they were syrupy). It's good for a quick snack.

Unfortunately, KFC in Waiblingen has also switched to this nonsensical "number-pulling" system, which has already reduced the term "fast food" to absurdity in other fast food chains. That's why nothing works at Kentucky Fried Chicken anymore, completely as expected. 2 people in "service": One person puts orders in at the checkout and collects them and the other, who is still somewhat motivated but still hopelessly overwhelmed, tries to somehow process the huge number of orders. Ergo: absolute chaos and the 20 people who were there with me agreed: You definitely can't go there anymore! Oh yes: and to make matters worse, a burger was missing from my order. When it was delivered, it was the wrong one...

If you need help you can't get it when ordering on the touch screen. I had to ask the woman then I wanted something to drink and nothing went to DM. IN RNZ VIERNHEIM

Had to wait half an hour for an appointment,came to grab in the meantime a snack, the food made by Chef Sándor was good and properly prepared and served, only one thing caught my eye, since it was raining outside coming into the building the floor was very slippery so take care with it, don’t fall 😅😁

Fine KFC, great pommes frites. But it is a bit chaotic regarding toilets. It would be better to have the code on the receipt and perhaps change it daily.

First of all, to the people who criticize that there are no toilets: There is a restaurant in the train station and they are more or less forced to forego the toilets so that you can use these toilets to pay. Now to the restaurant itself: The taste of the food was a bit strange and I felt really sick towards the end of the evening, hence only 2 stars

Not worth it!!!!!! The food isn't good. The floor in the restrooms is sticky. The entire restaurant doesn't make a good impression.

I'd like to point out something that might be important to many, especially Muslim guests: In both branches (Skyline Plaza and Eschborn), I observed that all pizzas are cut with the same pizza cutter, regardless of toppings. This means that pizzas with salami or other non-halal ingredients are cut with the same knife as vegetarian or halal-friendly versions. This can be problematic for people with religious or ethical dietary requirements. I think Pizza Hut should show more sensitivity here and either use separate cutting tools or offer a clean alternative upon request.
