Wow, where do I begin... The service was unfriendly and impatient with my order. The food was terrible. The buns and fries were completely dry and hard, and the meat was practically just breadcrumbs. The tables throughout the entire store were uncleaned, and there was food and packaging lying under and on top of them. Disgusting tables covered in grease and leftovers. Sure, some people leave the table like that. But then they also have to be cleaned for new customers. We lost our appetite and left. I've never seen anything like that in other KFCs. I don't even want to know what goes on in the kitchen when the tables look like that... not to mention the completely exorbitant prices.

Delivery almost 1 hour late... instead of 4 burgers we got 4 fries delivered and if that wasn't bad enough, the entire meal was cold. Nobody responds to calls. Absolute no-go.

Order placed but never received. At first the delivery time was simply extended, then nothing happened. Several calls went unanswered. Absolutely unreliable and disappointing.

I've always eaten at KFC, and everything has always tasted great. However, I was very disappointed when I saw that the new fries had a new seasoning and were completely soggy. They were completely inedible and simply no longer enjoyable. They should consider making the old version available.

Order was wrong and incomplete! Not for us again.

Do this 2-3 times in a row as if you were disturbing. It's a shame about the food because the chicken isn't bad, but for the rest, NEVER AGAIN!

Every third time I get severe diarrhea from the food, every tenth time the ordering robot doesn't work and refuses to issue the payment receipt. But I've gotten my food every time so far. For the same money you won't get full at McDonalds - the waiting time is never longer than 10 minutes - you often get what you ordered. Mix-ups or missing products happen...sometimes. 5/5 - Great.

You should change the staff at the counter. They are extremely unfriendly. I had a very bad experience today. I visit this place every Tuesday and from today I probably won't come here again. Biggest dirty shop I've ever experienced. 60% of the order was ordered there. When I queried it over the phone, I was told that it wasn't their problem and the purchase price reduction that was offered afterwards was a joke. For the missing goods value of 20.70, I was offered a reduction of 3.2. Only recommended if you like being ripped off
