Kentucky Fried Chicken in Leipzig

One of the worst KFC's I've been to. Not clean enough, portions are smaller than usual, and drink choice is poor (only drinks without sugar). I wouldn't recommend visiting this KFC if you like the franchise in general, as you'd be pretty disappointed.

Regular KFC. Quite expensive anyway, but what do you expect at the train station? Otherwise everything is good.

Burgers were cold. Is the burger grill defective? Second order a few days later was flawless :) Service impeccable

Unfortunately the atmosphere was very bare and dirty in some places (not particularly inviting). The service was good and the food itself was good too, unfortunately there was almost only spicy chicken (I don't really like it) so 3 stars for the food.

We're sorry for what we're writing here now, but the food was ice cold, so many people are employed at the kfc but don't feel like working, the tables are very dirty and the restaurant in general.

Yesterday I have to buy 1 box and take away,so sad Only one piece of fried chicken was freshly fried, but the other two pieces of fried chicken I'm not sure how long they were fried, they were hard and very salty. Every week I would buy fried chicken, but from now on I won't eat it anymore.

Vallah will never eat KFC again

Crew were really awesome! I was late on telling them that I wanted thigh part but they already prepared the breast part for me. But the manager was really kind and offered me still the thigh part. Good start for a vacation.

There is no such thing as a regular cola! Just "Zero". The showerhead is also “Zero”. All that remains is iced tea or apple if you don't want sweeteners for good reasons.

One staff is very rude (without name tag). I ordered take away online. Came to the counter and asked politely if it's already avalaible to pickup. She yelled at me, then changed my 2 cups from large to small size by again screaming at me, asking me give them the large ones back. Food is in small portion in comparision to price I would not recommend here untill they improve their customer service

I ordered two chicken cheeseburgers and got two chicken cheeseburgers that were spicy, I specifically said that I didn't want spicy sauce, no one listened, I think it's a real shame.

KFC LEIPZIG HBF Order ok as always. But …unfortunately I’ve never had such terribly bad bites before…. Firstly, extremely tiny (the nuggets at McDonald’s are bigger) and secondly, totally over salted. Just can't happen!!!!! Unfortunately I only noticed it when I got home. I therefore have to advise against the restaurant in Leipzig.

Unfortunately, you have to check your order at the counter every time because something is always missing, even though the order is now electronic. Today I paid for coleslaw and mashed potatoes with gravy but didn't get it. There was also watered down Fanta in the dispenser for Schwipp Schwapp. Either this is a clever business tactic to save money or the staff is fundamentally untrained and overwhelmed.

The Crew Personal are so unfriendly! I respect the foreigners who are working there but to some point they are so unrespectful! I asked if i can use the Toilet and have the code and a crew foreigner shouted at me to not talk to her ! The other crew just stared and did not answer for help! I understand she has language barrier but at least she can say it more friendlier! At least learn some manners!

Just a joke. Citizens on the billboard look really tasty and at the end you get a dry roll with a thumb-thick chicken on it. Demanding a lot of money for this is a disgrace. It doesn't taste good either.

Price performance ratio very strange… 1 chicken part €5.99? Um, but hello? I don't know what that was supposed to be but the others who walked past us had full bowls but I'm serious that we got it that way Once and never again :(

Possibly the worst KFC in Europe. Chicken very salty (is that because it's old), coating burnt, salty or very pale. Crap selection of drinks just the cancer causing sugar free with sugar is more healthy but it doesn't tell you this when ordering. Miserable staff. Avoid like Moscow

Before eating: You can order at the terminal (4 pieces) or at the counter. This stands out very positively from the competition (Burger King), where I was recently refused an order at the counter and was sent away to the terminals. I think it's good to have the option here. I took the terminal because I wanted to browse first. Somehow I had the impression that the same 3 cuts of meat were being offered in ever new combinations. As a result, the appearance of a wide range of products is deceptive, but the branch can't do anything about it - it's probably the standard KFC offer. Among other things, I took a very simple burger for €2 (just to try it). But the disappointment was very great: the “topping” didn’t even fill the roll, which was somehow sobering. The preparation was as good as possible, nothing was squashed or anything like that. Waiting number was announced in German and English. You can expect it at a train station, but it's not a given (with the competition), I thought it was good. Conclusion: Very good branch, KFC's product range is rather sobering. The products themselves taste good.

Had to correct my last review, and for the worse. Unfortunately there are only zero drinks left, I ordered a double Chessburger, what did I get? A spicy burger... You didn't respond to my email, so save your standard sentence!

Friendly staff, really cleaner than expected for a main station, the food looked good and tasted delicious, the waiting times were perfectly fine despite the restaurant being full!

I can't judge the food because I had to get to my train after 20 minutes of waiting for a standard burger(!). Money gone, no food, never here again!

I was at KFC a week ago because I haven't been at KFC for a long time, but the food was delicious, I barely paid for it and the food was ready, highly recommended😄😊.

This was the first KFC branch where I couldn't choose the menu items myself. Well, you got your own drink anyway, but when it comes to side dishes you usually have the choice between fries, coleslaw, corn on the cob or mashed potatoes. Unfortunately there were only fries here. The burger, which was ready after a surprisingly short wait, was still lukewarm at best, only the fries seemed fresh. By the way, there was no ketchup or mayo either. The "ambience" was okay for a shop at the train station, but could definitely be better.

They wanted to tell me today that the vouchers can only be redeemed online. There are two types of vouchers in the app, one that can actually only be used online and the other that can be redeemed directly at the counter. Funnily enough, I redeemed a voucher on site at this branch a week ago. Here the world is made as the operator likes it...

The large fries they provide are smaller in quantity compared to those at McDonald's or Burger King. However, a positive aspect is the availability of soft drinks, which can be refilled any number of times.

Very nice service, no unnecessarily long waiting times. Unfortunately the BBQ crunch was taken out of the range… unfortunately it was the best burger…

Ordering a “large” fries for €4 and receiving a mini portion is pretty cheeky! Shame on you KFC

This was the third attempt to enjoy something at KFC today. We had a burger and a few bites. With the burger the bread was just soft and falling apart. In terms of taste, it didn't taste like anything except peppery. The bites were also eaten immediately on the spot and were not crispy. Probably fried way too short. All in all, we generally wouldn't eat at KFC again. The breading just tastes spicy.

During these 3 years, many products were removed from a normal meal. Such as the tissue papers, boxes of burgers.... The spices have unfortunately changed multiple times. Such as the ones for colonel fries and burgers. The dining room was more comfortable, and now it's just redesigned to have more chairs. However, I like the self-order machines more than waiting to get my order taken by an employee. I noticed that everything shrunk in size, too, in addition to increasing the prices. But hey, inflation.

I think it's great that the employees shout the numbers into the crowd so that everyone knows that number 33 is ready. Order some throat lozenges to support your vocal cords ;)

Yesterday I visited this place for the fifth time and the truth is, I am not going to return, the woman who served me seems to be from India and is very unfriendly, she does things reluctantly and her attention was actually unpleasant.

Probably more general than this restaurant specifically, but still: The Chick & Chill Bucket (now a different name, same price) used to contain two sauces, not only is that now gone, no, the "meat" consists of 65% breadcrumbs, the fries taste like cardboard. I'm not exaggerating here, they literally taste like pure "substance". No spice, limp. For these 10 € we ate a filling and wholesome meal in a restaurant. The €9.99 deal used to make us want to stop by KFC. Now they have definitely lost two customers. Never again.

I ate at KFC today. That was my first time. It was extremely crowded, so the employees were very stressed but still friendly. I ate the 18 HW, highly recommended and super tasty.

I was in this KFC restaurant today and ordered Original Burgerbox with you. Because of my book fair ticket I got a 10% discount, this is a great promotion. The staff was very friendly despite it being very busy and the food was very fresh. Unfortunately some tables were dirty, but that's understandable when there's so much going on. But I'll definitely be back

Sometimes employees are incompetent

As a traveler, I can only say that the fries are extremely bad, the burger works like that and the waiting time is extremely because the staff is very slow when preparing the order. Advise everyone from this Kentucky.

Terrible. The food is pure crap. You pay half a fortune for nothing. Staff incomprehensible. Pigeons walk through the restaurant. Never again, I'd rather go to mc's, it's more worth it!!

Today I wanted to sit at KFC for 20 minutes (for a drink) and wait for the train time. I sat there for almost two minutes before ordering. Afterwards an employee came and told me that I wasn't allowed to sit without ordering. I understand, this is normal. Maybe many people come in the day just to sit. But although I said that of course I would order, please wait a moment, she waited by my side. Is there a sign on the door that says “Place your order first”? No. Can't I buy something after I leave my thing? How can your worker instruct me like "IMMEDIATELY"? The normal thing is to give the customer two more minutes. If you see I'm still sitting without an order, then tell me you want me to leave. Your employee's attitude was very rude and demeaning. Location: Leipzig train station, at 2:55 p.m

If the coleslaw is the best part of the meal, then a lot went wrong. The cleanliness on and under the tables left a lot to be desired. When it came to the chicken pieces, it seemed like there was just a lot of pepper in the breading. It was a shame for every cent.

Didn't get any fries. It also cost €2 or more and didn't pay €2 for anything. Pepsi also simply tasted like syrup and felt like it was sticky

Unfortunately, this branch makes an unclean impression. We chose our own food from the ordering machine. Ok we had to wait a while but the food was hot and looked freshly prepared. There was no feel-good factor here because there was rubbish lying around everywhere. It's a shame because we'd actually rather go to a rapid test facility than to the competition.

Service at the checkout when you have complaints is terrible, cold food is given out and when you complain that it's cold, the unfriendly gathering of people wearing headscarves mumble something in Arabic and look at you very badly, service is apparently at the very bottom in this culture ...

Mashed potatoes get cold after 3 minutes, and this time the mashed potatoes taste like run of the mill and not particularly tasty as usual. The behavior of the (female) staff behind the counter left a lot to be desired. Only one male employee checked on the well-being of the customers during his tour, especially thanks to these armies. And you should have a conversation with the staff behind the counter about "work ethic" and "friendliness towards the customer"...

It's fast food. What else is there to say.

Were there on Sunday, wanted to go to the toilet and then eat something. A very unfriendly employee complained to me that it wasn't a public toilet. To which I said I had to go to the toilet and then wanted to eat something, which the employee wasn't interested in and wouldn't let me go to the toilet. Very customer unfriendly.

I saw one of colleague puting frozen chicken in Oil. I thought the chicken of KFC was fresh and not frozen😞😞😞😞.

normalerweise immer ziemlich zufrieden mit dem essen. bei der letzten bestellung wurden jedoch etwas vergessen, was ich leider erst zu hause gesehen habe.

Die Hotwings waren super. Nur leider waren keine Servietten dabei.

Bodenlos. Service wird hier sehr kleingeschrieben. Kleiner ist nur der Inhalt des Menüs, wofür man dafür umso tiefer in die Tasche greifen darf. Winzige Pommestüte mit kalten, labbrigen Kartoffelstreifen kombiniert mit einem lieblosen Pappdeckel, in welchem man nach mühsamer Suche ein paar winzige Hähnchenbites entdecken kann. Die Asiatin an der Ausgabe, die bei der Vergabe der Höflichkeit wohl gerade ein Nickerchen gemacht hat, ist heillos überfordert und hat keinen Überblick über das aktuelle Angebot. Auf dem Monitor kann man Ketchup zum Hähnchen auswählen, welcher genialerweise nicht auf dem Kassenzettel auftaucht und auf Nachfrage hin auch nicht ausgehändigt wird. Sinnig. Der prinzipiell kopfschüttelnde Burgerschlichter verdeutlicht das gern auch der ahnungslosen Kollegin. Wer hungrig ist und satt werden will, bringt am Besten die Fuffis mit und lässt den Ekel draußen, denn beim Anblick des Teils noch blutigen Fleischs kommt der Appetit auch nicht beim Essen. Mieser Schuppen, der noch nicht mal als Saftladen betitelt werden kann, denn selbigen sucht man hier vergebens. P. S.: Zwei Sterne, weil man bei effektivem Einsatz der Nachfüll-Trinkbecher trotzdem noch preis-leistungs-technischen Gewinn erzielen kann. Prost!

Mit den Jahren gehen wir des öfteren zu KFC. Aber uns ist aufgefallen das es zu den einzelnen Filialen gravierende Unterschiede gibt. Wir haben den am HBF mehrere Chancen gegeben.. aber in die Filiale gehen wir nicht mehr. Ständig fehlt etwas oder es ist das falsche.. Und wenn man darauf anspricht wird gegühlt nichts verstanden.. ist bei den Preisen nicht ganz so toll... wir gehen lieber in die andere Filiale..

Wir waren dort sehr zufrieden und kommen bei unserem nächsten Leipzig Aufenthalt gerne wieder

Immer ein guter Snack für Zwischendurch, allerdings ein bisschen teurer als bei der Konkurrenz. Dafür qualitativ definitiv besser. Mit Gutscheinen lohnt es sich noch mehr!

War sehr lecker und frisch zubereitet, also dementsprechend richtig schön heiß.

Schmeckt gut aber die Preise sind Wucher

Schade finde ich es das an den Displays nur mit Karte zahlen kann, somit vorne an der Kasse fühlt man sich gedrängt was zu bestellen obwohl man noch nicht alles durch gelesen hatte. Essen ist aber sehr lecker.

Das Essen ist immer schnell und frisch zubereitet. Die Getränke Auswahl ist in meinen Augen nicht so schön aber das ist Geschmackssache. Das Personal ist meisten schwer zu verstehen und macht nicht immer den sympathischen Eindruck, da könnte man noch einiges verbessern. Ansonsten ist es super!

Essen ist gut, mir jedoch zu wenige Terminals

Service kann ich nicht bewerten, da wir am Automaten waren, das Hunh wurde zum zweiten Mal getötet und mein Mann der sonst immer dort hin wollte, ist jetzt auch kuriert. Das Restaurant ist durch die Lage am Hbf leider sehr dunkel und erdrückend.

Lecker vor der Zufahrt. Die Location ist nah an den Gleisen, innen ist es gemütlich und das Essen schmeckt.

Das Essen beinhaltet Pommes, aber keinen Ketchup, was wirklich unverschämt ist☹️

Wie auf den Fotos zu sehen, besteht eine erhebliche Diskrepanz des Angebotes zur erhaltenen Ware. Erstes Bild zeigt die Werbung Zweites Bild die Übergabe auf dem Tablett Drittes Bild den Inhalt Zudem war das Essen sehr kalt und lag bereits vermutlich entsprechend lange zur Entnahme.

Exzellente Bedienung und der Geschmack ist für Fastfood recht deluxe sehr besonders gönnt es euch einmal kann es sehr empfehlen. ;)

Unerwartet kurze Wartezeit. Ansonsten ist es halt ein Fastfood-Dienstleister in einem Bahnhof; wer hier gehobenes Ambiente erwartet verhält sich unrealistisch.

Came here late at night, food was cold and they put the wrong sauce in the bag. I should be use to this by now and check bit was in a hurry. Had no diet pepsi/Pepsi max on tap so poured 2x diet lemonade, wasn't until we got to the hotel and found out it was just soda water but too late then to change. Moral of the story "always check your food bag for correct order and drinks for the correct drink when going KFC".

Aus welchem, mir völlig unerfindlichen Grund bekommen es eure Angestellten nicht hin, die Dips mit einzupacken? Bereits zum dritten mal haben es eure Helden der Arbeit vergessen, diese depperten Dinger mit in die Tüte zu geben. Bei drei Bestellungen kein guter Schnitt 👎

Ich bin persönlich kein großer KFC Freund. Trotzdem bin ich hier rein gestolpert und bin wirklich positiv überrascht, besonders von dem Personal!! Das wirkt alles sehr gut organisiert und vor allem freundlich und zuvorkommend. Bei jeglichen Fragen wird einem geholfen, das Essen ist sehr schnell fertig und das alles mit einem Lächeln im Gesicht!! Zusätzlich hat man Steckdosen an den Plätzen was einem (wenn man zwischen den Zügen Zeit hat) erlaubt auch noch etwas produktiv zu sein.

Essen KFC Standard. Aber hier muss unbedingt mehr auf Sauberkeit geachtet werden. Alle Tische schmutzig! Und das während die Damen zu dritt an einem Tresen stehen und schwätzen und der Laden voll ist.

Meine Bestellung wurde falsch gepackt, mein Burger hat gefehlt, dafür 3 Tüten Pommes die nicht bestellt wurden, zumal die geschmeckt haben wie ne Woche drin gelegen, 10€ zum Fenster raus geworfen, nie wieder...

İnternational Name and teast i cant say any thing

Dreckig. Leute an touchscreens zu langsam. Das Display für die Rufnummern ist völlig unlogisch platziert (man kann nicht gleichzeitig einen Platz suchen und auf den Schirm schauen). Getränkestation völlig unlogisch sortiert. Müll überall, nur nicht in der Tonne. Küche ist sauber, das Essen auch. Schade um den Rest.

Sehr angenehmes KFC-Restaurant. Die Tische werden gereinigt, das Mobiliar ist sauber, freundlicher und schneller Service. Weiter so!

In agosto 2021 siamo stati in questo ristorante, non siamo stati per nulla soddifatti le patatine sono state fritte con olio rancido lo stesso il pollo che non siamo riusciti a mangiare abbimo lascaito tutto anche il panino con aìhamburger era di pessima qulaità. Mai più. Unica cosa positiva le cameriere sono gentili.

Visité esta comida para llevar a un partido de fútbol, ya que se encuentra dentro de la estación principal de trenes de Leipzig. Tengo tres mini hamburguesas de filete, 1 barbacoa y 2 chiles que a solo 1, 50 euros cada uno eran una buena oferta. Sin embargo, mis chips grandes que no parecían grandes no tenían una buena relación calidad-precio a 2, 99 euros. La comida era buena, caliente y comestible y vale la pena visitarla si te gusta tu KFC.
