Never again KFC at Kröpcke... Since I was at Kröpcke for work and was really hungry, I decided to get food there... Everything was still fine up front, so I ordered a bucket. As I went to get the food up front, I started to get dreadful... That stench of a mixture of rat and mouse droppings, and possibly even some of their deceased relatives. Oh well. I probably shouldn't have eaten it, since I'm now commuting between the toilet and bed with stomach pain and nausea. If I were the health department, I would check out this branch more closely.

Truly the most bottomless meal I've had in a long time! I should have set the 20€ on fire :/ And before the haters come here with “it's not free fast food” - people, that's a joke!

I come in at 9:30 p.m. I want to eat something quickly according to the information until 10 p.m. I'm told you're not in the restaurant anymore, only for take-away ...... should change that to 9:30 p.m. closed because drive in is still open until 11 p.m. Can they do it at 10:30 p.m.?? ...... Not possible at all in my opinion...

Food worse than at Mc Donalds, atmosphere like in a train station. The Pepsi Zero tasted like Bronchipret cough syrup, undrinkable. The chicken burger fast food lower category. No service available as it is completely self-service. Almost €10 wasted.

I just think the shop is awesome, the people are very nice, they respond to your special requests and it tastes good.

Unfriendly service, no option to pay for parking in cash. Price per day is 20 Euro including 10 for the restaurant where the food is terrible. First and last time.

Absolute disaster! We placed an order and it was taken incorrectly and then we had to wait 20 minutes at the checkout and in the parking lot! Total 40min!! Still no one came and gave us the CORRECT order!!! REALLY BAD!! Disaster not recommended. How about several employees, day or night?

Cold Food , and not fresh , I got stomach pain after this . Waiting time was not that long.

Unfortunately, things are going very slowly at this restaurant. You can't complain about the cleanliness and the ambience... just like you would imagine in a KFC store. But some device keeps beeping...a background noise that makes you want to stay away.

Best KFC. Both in terms of food and service.
