Kentucky Fried Chicken in Schweitenkirchen

The food wasn't great, we were more or less pressured into writing a good review, but we did get three chicken wings in return. In the men's restroom, two urinals were filled to the brim with urine. And the waitress simply signed off on cleaning without ever having entered the restroom.

I've been to this KFC branch several times: cozy and clean atmosphere, quick service, friendly staff, and all products are consistently of the same quality. I always enjoy stopping there during my highway drives.

A bit confusing. You order Fanta Zero and the tap only says Orange. This could be dangerous for diabetics!

It was our first time at KFC. Unfortunately, I wasn't impressed. The food was okay, but the price/performance ratio didn't meet my expectations. For example, €0.50 for a small packet of ketchup is simply too expensive.

First of all, it's fast food and, in my opinion, can't be compared to a restaurant. We love the hot wings and the crispy bites. The food was served hot and quickly. Everything we ordered was there, including the sauces. The restaurant seems clean. I didn't see the restrooms. There's plenty of parking in front, even for RVs or vehicles with trailers. We always enjoy coming here.

Fast, professional, freshly prepared...clean, top-notch! UPDATE: Top-notch, over!! After a long day, I bought three chicken pieces with coleslaw at the drive-thru and went home. For the REPEATED TIME, it was completely dry and old. Simply disgusting, completely unacceptable, and always in the evening when the parking lot is almost empty. You're charging over 12 euros, but for that, you should expect FRESHNESS! How long is the maximum storage time in your hot counter??? Way over.... Conclusion: Today was the last time for me.... Think about it!!!!

I've always enjoyed it. But they've gotten so expensive that I don't go there anymore.

The fries were soggy, and the Sprite tasted like sugar water. I think the "Korean Wings" were a poorly executed idea. The sauce lacked any kick, and the sauce made the wings soft. Overall, it was an impressively bad meal.

Yummie in my tummie! Delicious chicken pieces, although some of them could have been a bit crispier. The cheese fries were rather bland, and instead of the expected cheese, there was only cheese sauce on them. Okay for a snack on the go!

Bad service, unfriendly staff, and on top of that, they serve raw chicken. I got a box of three, and two pieces were raw and disgusting.

It doesn't stand out from other locations. Accessible via winding, narrow streets through a narrow commercial area.

The food was very good, as you would expect from KFC, and the service at the drive-thru counter was very friendly.

I went to KFC again after a very long time and noticed that the quality has declined considerably. The branch was quiet, the tables weren't clean, and the food was served quickly, but unfortunately, it wasn't fresh. The fries were cold and soggy, and KFC has changed the fries. They are very overseasoned and a real downgrade. My burger was cold, dry, very poorly prepared, and sparsely topped. The chicken fillets were cold and soggy. It's a shame that the quality has declined there. Therefore, I don't see any reason to visit this KFC branch anymore. The price-performance ratio was definitely not right here.

Unfortunately, the sinks in the restrooms were out of order during our visit; according to the note hanging by the toilet, we were supposed to use the disabled toilet to wash our hands. But it was locked! The waitress was completely overwhelmed, even though it wasn't busy. Unfortunately, she also seemed totally unmotivated, as did the presumed shift manager, who made a DHL delivery driver wait a good 10 minutes before she even bothered to take a package. The food was also poorly packaged; the only good thing was the coleslaw salad 🙈. A complete disappointment, unfortunately. Perhaps we'll give this KFC branch another chance in 2 or 3 years! What a shame, we were looking forward to it so much!

we chose to get a coffee and a sandwich here to wait for charging but it is convinent and clean. food is KFC .... so nothing out of the ordinery .-)

There's nothing to complain about! Everything was clean. The food was hot and fresh, and the burger was amazingly good. I also liked the new fries, and I can get refills for free. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful!

It was simply nothing. The staff were very sluggish, even though the place was packed. 30 minutes for two burgers and a coffee is just too long. Better not stop there!

The wait was incredibly long; I didn't get my food until 56 minutes later. The staff aren't stress-savvy; I have no idea if management will take action against this kind of work ethic. If you want something quick to eat, it's better to go to the McDonald's next door.

Absolute disaster! We waited 50 minutes for the food, and then parts of our order were missing. The staff were unfriendly, unhelpful, and irritated when we pointed out that ordered items were missing. This was definitely our last visit.

Please address the faucets!! This is my go-to place, and all the staff are friendly and polite. The food is as it should be, but please fix the sink issue! I had to use the women's restroom to wash my hands. I didn't want to deduct any points because of the friendly staff. They are very attentive people 🫶🏻 thank you.

This is a real disgrace! You paid €8.49 for three chicken pieces and only got bones! Unfortunately, you will have to do without us as a guest in the future! Never again! There's no internet either.

A KFC with good prices and offers

Horrible, the chicken was completely pale and not crispy, and neither the fries nor the chicken were edible. It's a disgrace to sell something like that!

Unfortunately, we had to wait quite a while for our order. The fried chicken pieces were very soggy, the fries were cold, and the drinks (a syrup-water mixture from the vending machine) tasted stale and lacked any carbonation. It wasn't worth the money.

The food came quickly and was hot, but that was about all the positives. The chicken wasn't cooked all the way through, the drinks tasted like dish soap, and the sauces were very warm.

I went to KFC today after a long time. Unfortunately, it was another bad experience. Since the renovation, there are no longer any illuminated signs showing customers which menu items they can order. Instead, there was just a small flyer on the counter. Generally, I don't like the menu structure at all. To even get an acceptable amount of food on your tray, you have to expect a €15 meal price these days. And even if you invest that money, you'll be quite disappointed because of the massive cost-cutting measures being implemented here. I ordered a €15 Zinger meal, which was supposed to include a Zinger burger, three hot wings, and two sides (coleslaw and corn on the cob). When I received the tray, I felt truly "cheated." Of the three hot wings, two were minimalistic, and one was literally just "a bone with skin," which I found truly outrageous. The Zinger burger tasted of NOTHING. Poor-quality bun, virtually no sauce, too little lettuce, and no seasoning at all. Completely soulless, so to speak. The corn was also cut and therefore unfortunately much too small. The only thing that was really okay was the coleslaw. And that's definitely too little for a 15-euro meal. What you're doing is not only lacking in passion, it's a complete rip-off. I will never go to this KFC again.

The food is generally very tasty, although occasionally the chicken is a bit soggy (it sits for a while). The staff are generally friendly, but I have to criticize the fact that items from the order were repeatedly forgotten. Unfortunately, this often only becomes apparent when you're on the move.

Three of us came here for dinner today. It was very clean, and the lady at the counter was very friendly. Even when my friend had problems with the card reader, another lady helped us. We didn't have to wait long for our food. The fries were fresh and the burgers were amazing. It's nice to still have such friendly people at a fast food restaurant. We'd be happy to come back!

In my opinion, what is being offered here constitutes fraud. We ordered the product twice, but both times a key ingredient was missing without any comment. When I asked why this ingredient was missing, I received the succinct answer: "I can't block all products just because this ingredient isn't available." This deliberately withheld a substantial ingredient from the customer without any information. To top it all off, the children's playground was closed and the soap was missing from the dirty toilet. Thank you very much – but never again.

We just ordered food for two people. The place was almost empty, and even after five reminders saying "something's missing," the lady at the counter still didn't have everything we ordered on our trays. She simply forgot to include two side dishes. We paid for large drinks and got small cups. We had to beg for all the sauces except one, and in the end, we still didn't get all the things we paid for. I asked three times for the butter that went with the expensive corn on the cob, even though it was all on the receipt. How about hiring people who can read an order? Really bad experience here.

The worst meal we've ever had at KFC. The meat was barely cooked and the breading was soggy. The food tasted just peppery and spicy. They didn't use any proper sauce on the burgers, just mayo and chili. The buns are better quality from any supermarket. Sorry, but this was a total disaster.

Unfortunately, the selection isn't very large. But the flavors were delicious. 🙂

We just wanted to grab a quick bite to eat on our way down the highway. We encountered a very unfriendly woman at the drive-thru counter. When we pulled up to the window, she was very rude and extremely rude. We also waited a very, very long time for our food.

One of the worst KFCs I've ever experienced. If not the worst. We received a very unfriendly greeting when ordering – and that continued throughout the entire order. We were in the drive-thru and just wanted to grab something quickly. Talk about fast food… We've been standing here for almost 20 minutes. There was nothing going on. Neither in the store nor outside. The employees seem completely stressed – even though there wasn't a single order and not a single customer in the restaurant. I definitely recommend driving 30 minutes further and stopping at the KFC in Greding.

Compared to other representatives of the US American catering system, KFC is simply much less terrible. This one is also blessed with extremely friendly staff at Kiosk 4. You can really do it, even if this sauce for chili cheese fries tastes really horrible. 🫩

Delicious food, clean place and with ordering machines in the easiest English language for our group.

The waitress at the checkout told me without asking that the veggie tenders tasted like cardboard and that she only liked meat. I replied that I, on the other hand, like animals

Absolutely horrible! The delivery is almost not working. I understand that the number of orders can be tiring, but making a customer wait over 30 minutes for food is outrageous! One order in 5 minutes issued by the way. Absolute horror!

Food is fine but the wait time is just atrocious. The employees do nothing for 5 minutes and then pack a SINGLE order for another 5 minutes. We have waited for our small order for over an HOUR. Please don't go there if you value your time.

An absolute disaster!!!! We were passing through and regret visiting this KFC. We waited a solid 60 minutes for our order. Absolutely overwhelmed, unmotivated staff. Made the wrong items and then got bored when you complained. Many guests asked for their money back after 45 minutes. This has nothing to do with fast food. KFC should name this location Slowfood. Never again !!!!

We love KFC, no matter what country we are in. 😃 Out of curiosity, however, I will say that in Pl and De Hot Wings are much spicier than in one of the Czech regions.

Unfortunately the crispies are not crispy at all. And the curly fries were also floppy. Also, it's quite expensive for the amount you get... we won't be coming back.

Chicken pieces fatty and average in taste. It cannot be compared to KFC in the Czech Republic. The burger was pretty good - compared to KFC in the Czech Republic, it wasn't overloaded with sauces (it's better to save a little on this 🙂)

Been there 5 times. Ate fries 5 times. 5 times they tasted like cardboard. What's going on at this place? There's always something missing from my order. This time the fries are so bad that I'm writing the review while I'm still in the restaurant.

On March 25, 2025 around 1:00 p.m. I placed my order and am waiting for it. Even though I was waiting with a few other people, the female employee just put my order on the table without saying anything and continued with her job. Shouldn't this woman say my order number? Or am I wrong? There is no number on my order. And when I asked if this order was mine, she looked at me askance. Do you force your employees to work that we are treated like this? KFC is finally finished for me and everyone around me.

Order placed at the terminal, order “in preparation” then appeared on the display above the counter. Only 3 standard chicken parts were ordered. It was quite well attended. The staff in the visible front area worked at a very leisurely pace; they seemed quite disorganized to me. After 15 minutes of waiting, I left the restaurant frustrated without my goods. It was simply not ready for collection, even though guests after me were handed entire menus. Please check workflows and service urgently!

It's just a KFC. I like the food. There's never much going on here if you look at the fast food neighbors. It's your turn straight away or the order is there almost immediately. Definitely worth a visit.

Sander would have imagined it differently. * Shortage of staff and digitalization: * Switching to terminal-only orders can be frustrating for many customers, especially if the technology isn't working properly. * The loss of personal contact with the checkout staff is often perceived as a negative aspect. * Price increases: * The significant increase in prices, as you experienced with mashed potatoes, is a nuisance for many customers. * In times of rising living costs, such price jumps are particularly difficult to understand. * Condition of the terminals: * Greasy and poorly functioning terminals are an absolute no go. Alternative options: No !! only drive in!!! * It is understandable that after these experiences you would look for alternatives such as McDonald's or Burger King that are in the immediate vicinity. * The local competitive situation gives customers the opportunity to avoid.

Always delicious, but the prices are starting to speak for themselves... a bit too high... even if everything gets more expensive, at some point you should leave the church in the village! Still, delicious as always! 😋

My colleague and I ordered buckets for two persons. It was on offer and we enjoyed the food. We had 30 mins to spare for our lunch and we managed it because it was not crowded at 12pm. The food met my expectation and the service was fast.
