The atmosphere is pleasant, but the food prices are higher than at other restaurants. The salad bar is a separate purchase, while at others it's included in the price of the meal.

One star for the delicious food. I only park at the Autohof when I need a washing machine, but it turns out it doesn't work, even though everything looks fine. I woke up early on Sunday morning, took down all four curtains in the car, packed my things, took off the bed linen, and went to the washing machines. I loaded everything and tried to pay for the wash, but alas, nothing happened. I went to the gas station, and they told me the washing machines were kaput. WELL, PUT UP THE SIGN!!!!!!!!! And there are an incredible number of rattling refrigerated trucks here, and if you manage to park in silence, you're incredibly lucky. In general, German service leaves much to be desired! 45€ wasted; I'd rather park at the Forester, free and in silence!!!

The food and coffee were very bad, and the access road wasn't very good either; I had to find it myself. It was too expensive for a rest stop. I had a bratwurst that was inedible – a very strange taste – and the coffee tasted like it came out of the sink. Never again!

A very nice place to refuel, stop and just eat, everything is always fresh, prepared in front of you, the staff is always polite, everything is clean, neat and tasty, the portions are large, we are always satisfied, there is always a place at the table, a place to refuel the electric car and so on, and the wait for the food and preparation is not long

I found a place after 00:00 and there were still seats. The restaurant serves breakfast, a very nice girl cooks it in front of you, it’s very tasty.

Great truck stop. The food is delicious and the service is very friendly. This is our second time here. We're traveling with a few dogs, who are also welcome at this truck stop. We'll definitely be back.

Very good rest stop, good prices

Extremely bad. Loud music outside while refueling, the area around the pumps is cramped and there's little room to maneuver, the rest stop is loud, cramped, and crowded, using the restroom costs €1, but there's loud bird chirping when you pee... and you can't use multiple vouchers for one product. We will definitely avoid this rest stop in the future.

Good stay with our motorhome. Overnight parking costs €20 for 14 hours, but we get a €12 voucher for the delicious restaurant. Good sanitary facilities, including a separate changing room with a children's toilet and sink – very nice :) There are very few other campers there, so you feel a bit lost among all the trucks.

Not only can you fill up quickly here, but you can also enjoy excellent food!

I was pleasantly surprised by how clean the rest area was. The food was delicious, and the staff were very friendly and attentive.

This autohof was designed by someone after eight beers and four shots. Chaos, confusion, panic. The prices here are properly set. The first 15 minutes are free, and then you pay handsomely, the next price is 2 euros for 2 hours. You get a voucher for two euros, but even a regular coffee starts at 4.99.

It's okay. The food is okay. The service and cleanliness are also okay.

For the price of food, it can even be improved.

It was my first time staying overnight at a truck stop and unfortunately, I didn't sleep well due to a disturbance (though that's not the hotel's fault). Thanks to a voucher from the parking lot, I treated myself to breakfast. That saved the whole day! Uschi, who was also very kind and friendly, prepared it with so much love that it was quite a sight to behold. It was delicious, too. I'll be back here if I find myself in the embarrassing situation of having to spend the night on the road.

The parking lot is good, but it fills up quickly in the evening. It costs 20 euros a day, plus 12 for food. You pay for the parking lot at the entrance using the machines. Also, don't even think about driving against traffic on the parking lot. It'll be a long, painful backing up, and there's not much room to maneuver. There are two exits from the parking lot. You need a ticket, so don't throw it away.

Hi everyone, there's a free restroom too, but you have to go up to the second floor to use the shower, and you can use the free restroom there. Only the showers on the second floor are paid. SIA KREES.

Sealing work is currently taking place on site, and the manager of the rest area came to me (standing at the Ionity charger) and was extremely arrogant and unfriendly. I've never encountered anything like that in my life. It's clear that someone would take on such a position again. Never again.

At the entrance, you get a ticket, then you go to pay through the parking meter, located in the middle of the gas station! 72 hours = 45 euros, of which two tickets for 15 euros = 30 euros! Shower 4 euros on the second floor - great without time restrictions!!! There are washing machines near the gas station! There is a pizza machine! On Sunday morning, there was a fair! I recommend the parking lot! 👍👍👍👍👍

Delicious food from the all-you-can-eat buffet for a super price of €12.80. Clean restaurant with friendly staff. We'd be happy to go again.

Shell's high parking fees for trucks. Shell is merciless, especially since drivers often not only stay there overnight but also fill up their diesel tanks. The shop and restaurant, with a chef, are excellent and delicious, and a bit more expensive than outside. I think the shop and restaurant have their own management, as do the fueling and parking, since the parking fees are paid via a machine and not at the shop cash register. This means that Shell is ripping people off with parking fees without doing any work, while the shop and restaurant are professionally run by a tenant, which is labor-intensive.

Very friendly service, food tastes very good, large selection

The Autohof is large, payable at the machine. 14 hours - 20 euros, including a voucher for 12 euros. The restaurant's food is clearly fresh (and good – according to a friend). The voucher has a strange issue. At every Rastpark I've parked, the voucher can be used in the morning by grabbing coffee and sandwiches from the gas station. This isn't possible here; the voucher can only be used at the restaurant.

Autohof is standard, with a wide menu, clean bathrooms and showers, and ample parking.

A good car park, with prices similar to those in the entire Eurorastpark chain (before 2 PM - 20 euros, 24-25 euros, 72-45 euros). There's a washing machine and toilet/shower. Good food. Breakfast is served until 10:30 a.m., and a full menu is available afterward. The grocery store is ±2 km away, and there are three restaurants within walking distance: KFC, McDonald's, and Burger King.

Well accommodated with the caravan for one night

There's no parking for trailers. If you take the truck entrance, you have to drive into a paid parking lot (barrier) or exit the road facing the direction of traffic. The gas station entrance is also quite narrow.

The worst car park I've ever stayed in, I wanted to leave and leave the truck and trailer in the parking lot for 6 days for a fee, of course, I paid the full amount for the entire duration, they didn't, they said a maximum of 5 days, I said ok I'll pay for 14 hours and move to another car park, I wanted to go to the toilet, the POS didn't work and I didn't have cash on me, I went home to pay the 1 euro fee there to be able to use the bathroom, it wasn't possible either.... Thank you, I'll never come back here again

The facility was clean and the staff was friendly.

Good salads, wraps, and various lunch specials with great deserts. Comfortable inside or outside tables. The German lady was nice enough to bring our dog fresh water and she even heated the apple strudel with vanilla cream and then added fresh berries -- a dream.

Basically a nice truck stop with plenty of parking spaces. When I drive south with my truck, I always stay there overnight. The food is delicious, and the showers are clean. I would give it five stars. But the service station prices seem like someone is trying to get rich by force. €4.19 for a coffee? €0.99 for a simple dry roll? Truck overnight stays cost €20, which includes a €12 meal voucher. Pee also costs €1, which you can refund as a voucher. I always eat for €14. Truck drivers always carry other provisions with them.

The fried potatoes, salad, and gravy were super delicious. Large portions, clean, and friendly staff. Unfortunately, the schnitzel, roast, and dumplings were a bit dry. And you have to pay extra to use the restroom. We didn't finish our portions.

We parked at the truck stop with three trucks over the weekend. The parking price is reasonable. The staff is incredibly friendly and the place is truly a favorite. Thanks again to Uschi for the delicious eggs and bacon. Everything else was also delicious. We'd be happy to come back.

Never again at the Pfaffenhofen rest stop. We were there on August 23, 2025, at 7:30 p.m. The cashier in the restaurant was unfriendly. We've been coming here several times a year for 20 years, but we'll stop now.

Not really recommended. The staff was quite overwhelmed, the veal schnitzel was rather mediocre, and the fried potatoes were quite good. The lady behind the counter, in a very bad mood and at times quite unfriendly, thought it would be a good idea to loudly complain to her colleague about other colleagues, and she did so in the sales area – truly irritating and very annoying. I found the prices to be extremely excessive for what was offered – I think in this case, it would have been better to go to the top-notch American restaurant next door...

The schnitzel was just money how can you give something like that out it's a catastrophe but the main thing is to get angry about your colleague Enola that she does her job badly and she doesn't even get a schnitzel fried herself

We were getting a coffee from the vending machine. When it reported an error and canceled the transaction, I approached the cashier and explained the problem. He simply replied that there was no problem without even looking. After several back and forths, he finally looked and saw that there really was a problem! After a heated discussion, we got a coffee from another vending machine. The staff were very unkempt and unfriendly!

The first rest stop we stopped at in Germany. And I'm shocked how they can charge €1 per person and not even manage to have a working soap dispenser. And the restrooms weren't particularly clean either. They should take a leaf out of our neighbors' book, like France, Austria, or even Italy. Every restroom there was free, and there was always soap and water...

Everything is fine. But I couldn't leave in the morning, although I paid for a day. I went to the cockerel at the cash register, he waves his hands, like go to the machine. There was probably some glitch in the system, the machine can't find my barcode. As a result, the cockerel opened gate 2 and I left. I lost 30 minutes.
