Kentucky Fried Chicken in Kamen

Unfortunately, things are going very slowly at this restaurant. You can't complain about the cleanliness and the ambience... just like you would imagine in a KFC store. But some device keeps beeping...a background noise that makes you want to stay away.

The chicken was delicious, the breading was bomb.

Completely incomprehensible why the office doesn't make the store so conscious of hygiene is zero. The food is cold and tastes like cardboard.

Tables and floor were dirty. Leftover food on the tables, napkins and rubbish lay on the floor. The tablet cart was hopelessly overcrowded, and instead of emptying it, the employees preferred to chat among themselves.

Disaster, drinks were sold out... Too long of a wait. Scoreboard broken as always.

I would like to give -5 stars, I'm just doing that imaginary. I would strongly advise anyone not to visit this KFC. I waited over 50 minutes for my food. It was a ridiculous children's menu, with 3 components. Within the 50 minutes 3 other customers were served. The scoreboard was broken, there was dirt and rubbish everywhere, so it was a hygienic disaster. If the health department saw how dirty the store and the kitchen were, they would close the store for a week or two. Please ensure that your employees are properly scheduled and organized so that there is always enough goods. If the boss is overwhelmed, then wake up and organize a new one who is capable of doing so. It can't be that difficult, can it? It would also be desirable if, as a restaurateur, you responded to customer feedback. I'm really close to reporting what will definitely have consequences. I expect improvement within the next few weeks. I'll convince myself again then...

I don't know if all branches are so economical when it comes to portion sizes, but not starving costs a fortune here. Mc Drive takes way too long.

It was my first time there and I was hoping for more in terms of taste. Everyone has their own taste, but it's not mine. Disgusting fries 🍟 no taste at all, chicken was very tasty when fried. Service was great, gave me good advice. Cleanliness was catastrophic, tables weren't cleaned and toilets weren't cleaned either.

Chrispyi Burger is truly the biggest laugh ever, with a small piece of meat on the big bun (also cold). Fries tasted very strange, almost a hint of old rancid fat and cardboard taste. Even a dog won't eat it.

Food was not complete, half of the order was missing and the fries were half raw.

Noisy, long wait, monitor didn't work, no salad dish available to order (even though it's advertised), overpriced.

Ordering takes forever. No fast food

Like all the other guests, we waited over half an hour for our FAST FOOD. The digital display didn't work, so you had to keep asking for your number after it was literally called out. The food was basically the KFC standard and tasty, but unfortunately not hot anymore. The tables were mostly dirty or greasy and you had to hand the trays back to the front after eating because both tray trolleys were overfilled. The trays were even stacked on top of the cart. I have never experienced anything like this in any of the established fast food chains. My first 1 star review.

Worst KFC I've ever been to. You wait forever for your food! I waited 50 minutes for a small box and 2 chicken burgers! And then it turns out I got the wrong order and I have to wait again! The shop is dirty, there are leftover food everywhere on the floor. I didn't see anyone cleaning during my stay. The bathroom is a disaster - dirt and smell. I've had a lot of time reading reviews about this store and I see similar complaints everywhere about employees who clearly don't care. Why doesn't the shop owner respond to the reviews?! NEVER AGAIN !

Clean shop and clean toilets. However, my fries were half raw and inedible. My crispies were already cold and no longer very crispy. The shop wasn't full, so I have no understanding of this food! My order was for takeout and I realized it too late. Hence the worst experience with KFC.

I only give one star because nothing less is possible. Actually not worth a rating at all. We were at KFC in Kamen and the whole store was full of customers wanting to be served. Unfortunately, none of them did. Order numbers were simply left out and only added to the processing plan when the customer asked. And even then it still took forever. We ourselves had to wait an hour for our food. The displays were all full, so it was due to the slow motion of the employees. I asked for my order three times and was just put off. I asked twice to get my money back and was simply ignored. Every order had to be checked because everything was forgotten. Several people simply left because the staff didn't pack anything. The tableware return was already full when we entered the store and the new trays were simply distributed to the adjacent tables. So all in all, absolutely underground shop.

So the kids wanted to eat at KFC again. We don't have KFC and on the way back we thought this was a good idea but NO. On a Sunday between holidays, this KFC is staffed by three people. Drive in, kitchen and counter. We waited a good 30 minutes for our food in an almost empty shop. Unfortunately not everything came complete, but the last burgers came about 10 minutes later. The restaurant wasn't clean, but should it be cleaned? Nobody was there. The restaurant doesn't seem to be profitable if the heating is off when the outside temperature is 1 degree. We could only eat in the restaurant with a jacket. Really sad......better go over to Connie's Diner

We waited 10 minutes in the drive-thru for the order and then we realized at home that something was missing. What a shop 🙃

Long waiting times, staff overwhelmed

Place was clean. Burgers ok. I remembered him somehow differently. Unfortunately, a lot of guests were already waiting for their food. I guess there just weren't enough staff. After initial difficulties with the help from the kitchen, the two employees at the “front” eventually got the food out quickly. Nevertheless, I waited half an hour.

Staff is a disaster! We waited 30 minutes for a burger and nuggets. The employees need many minutes to read the receipt due to their poor knowledge of German. Every second customer had something to complain about while we were waiting. The employees can sole their shoes while walking!!! Then I paid the amount we had to pay in cash. It took the employee 5 minutes to calculate the correctness of the total. Thank God there are enough alternative options at the location. Never again !!!

The food is delicious but €6-7 for a burger with hardly anything in it is cheeky. I was shocked, not even a handful of lettuce, a small slice of tomato. I opened the burger and it looked like a tragedy. I don't like the fries either, too unseasonal. The vegetarian options are okay and taste very tasty.

Employees unfriendly. No hello, no goodbye. Everything is always defective. The branch has a can't-be-done attitude so you lose your desire to eat.

Last time I got the wrong food in the bag. Seems really complicated. This time at the Drive Inn, I first "wait a moment"...10 minutes later I asked briefly...the answer was "wait a moment"...after another 10 minutes of driving. No one else in the Drive Inn, very few people inside. Worst service ever for a lot of money!

I go to this KFC about once a month... Every time there's something wrong here... Currently there are no more chicken parts... Why so often. Apparently there is blatant mismanagement here... strangely enough, some of the food is cold... although freshly prepared. I can't really recommend the store.

Clean restaurant, orders can be placed via self-service terminals. Order was processed relatively quickly. The food was still very warm even after it was transported home. If the order had been processed even faster and the restaurant had been nicer on the inside, then I would give it 5 stars. Defective digital display, defective door which created a negative pressure and the main entrance door could no longer be opened. The suction made the door make an impossible noise, which the staff didn't care about. Boss couldn't be spoken to. 20 minutes waiting time, staff reacted overwhelmed. 25min wait in a fast food - after ordering ???? With 6 people in service? Everything is not very coordinated. It's a shame - I probably won't come back.

Absolute disaster. The store is dirty and the employees don't feel like it either. I had to wait 40 minutes for 10 chicken crispies, the other guests were also annoyed because they had to wait so long. The crispies were cold and the fries had probably been on display for more than an hour. If you don't change the staff, I see a loss for the location. Friends and acquaintances are already traveling to Dortmund because they have only had bad experiences in Kamen.

It starts at the entrance doors, totally dirty before the expensive meal, having to touch glass doors with fingerprints is very unsavory. The burgers were filled as if it was internship day. The sauce from the burger rubbed off on the table due to the packaging and didn't look appetizing. In my opinion, the shop has nothing to do with fast food, as the waiting times are extreme and the food is totally overpriced, so every small business owner in the restaurant is insulted. In any decent restaurant you would have left after a reasonable waiting time, but here you had already invested your good money at the ordering terminal and were now at the mercy of this hustle and bustle until the bitter end, because the prices are very high (in contrast to the service).

Because of the drive it means no matter what you order it will take at least 15 minutes ridiculous then it said you should drive backwards out it's not possible 3 cars in front of me 3 behind me just not recommended and then instead of the waiting ones the 15 mi. To wait for food in the parking lot, a very rude and barely German-speaking little dwarf says no, it's not possible then bad luck
