The food is quite good, but the prices are very high for fast food.

This time it was nothing... despite pre-ordering via cell phone, something wasn't packed again! (corn cob) This time, however, an absolute disaster. 35 minutes in drive! In the end we decided not to include chicken pieces in the bucket because, according to the employee, the item would need another 15 minutes... no apology or interim information from the employee.

Not significantly different than any other fast food joint. Many years ago it was an event to eat here, but today it has become very expensive to eat chicken here.

We were there on June 22nd around 4:30 p.m. and ate worse than we had in a long time. First of all, the waiting time was very long, even though it wasn't very busy (20 minutes) and after we got the food, we noticed that there was no ketchup, the drink syrups were out and we only got a soup made of brown water Fries were dried out and almost cold, as was the burger. This shouldn't be the standard for a fast food place.

I find the prices outrageous now... and there are dirty tables like floors on site... only zero drinks and waiting times that are far too long...

I recently visited the KFC kamen, and I was thoroughly impressed by the outstanding customer service. From the moment I walked in, the employees greeted me warmly and made me feel welcome. The staff members were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready with a smile and eager to assist with any questions or special requests. Their positive attitude and genuine kindness significantly enhanced my dining experience. The food, as always, was delicious – crispy chicken, tasty sides, and everything served hot and fresh. However, what truly stood out was the exemplary service provided by the team. They went above and beyond to ensure that I had a pleasant visit, and it made all the difference.

Unfortunately, all of the staff can be sent to the employment office. No motivation, no attitude, no pace. You're about to go behind the counter and pack all the junk into bags yourself. Anyone doing the PEP here should also look for another job. So few employees on a Sunday? Food ok, it's just a franchise

At the beginning, 3 order terminals were already broken. The fourth then no longer had any paper as receipt. If you were lucky, the order number was shown to you long enough. We then waited 30 minutes for our food because the gentleman behind the service counter simply couldn't manage to put the orders together. No, the gentleman then had to talk to someone at the checkout for 15 minutes. When several people who were waiting for their food (around 10 orders) asked how long it would take, they were told that it would be ready soon. Another colleague or a gentleman from management who was actually there privately did not seem to like this behavior. After a short announcement, the original waitress was ordered into the kitchen, the colleague/manager changed and then continued serving. That works then too. But fast food after 30 minutes is already borderline. I have also rarely seen a dirty fast food restaurant. Tables dirty, not even cleaned within an hour of our presence, the serving trolleys were packed. And the toilet...I won't go into it any further! For food: Like any other KFC. But I definitely won't come here anymore.

This branch was okay for a quick stop from shopping for furniture, but not particularly recommended if you want to "dine" sensibly. Unfortunately, the tables are largely stuck despite there being little activity, as is the refill station for the drinks including the floor, super unpleasant. You could choose Pepsi Lime at the terminal, but it wasn't available in the store. If I had known that, I wouldn't have chosen a drink and would have given away money right then and there. Staff works quickly according to instructions, waiting time is super short - but no communication with the customer. Unfortunately, my Colonel Burger was very dry, I can't explain it any other way. Unfortunately, sauce was also in short supply, which of course made the dryness even worse. Hotwings are super tiny, almost zero edible meat available. Fries + puree, however, were good! Unfortunately, if I have a choice, I wouldn't visit this store again. Too many simple little things that could easily have been done better or that simply shouldn't happen!

The sign with the menu above the employees is not included in the menu for self-ordering; for ordering from employees, payment can only be made in cash. The food is delicious, three stars for that. If there were 0 stars I would happily give even less than this one! After our visit to Ikea, we wanted to quickly pick up two burgers from the drive-thru for our return trip. However, nothing came of it quickly. There were 4 cars in the parking lot, the store looked empty and when we got to the drive-in we were told to please wait a moment. After 5 minutes I asked when we could place our order and the lady greeted us as if we were two new customers who had just driven up. After ordering, we went to the counter. Through the window you could see 4 employees standing behind the counter talking and looking at their cell phones. After a short time the waitress came to collect and shortly afterwards she gave us our 2 burgers. When I unpacked the supposed Colonel Burger I was horrified! I had to look for the literal piece of meat as well as the salad. In addition to absolutely no piece of meat for the price, there were a few shreds of lettuce next to the burger, but many of them didn't make it onto the burger! And that for more than 7!!!! Euro is an absolute disgrace! Absolutely not a masterpiece as KFC claims it to be and no comparison to the burger advertised in the official photos! Overall, you had to eat more breading and burger bun than anything else and unfortunately it wasn't really warm anymore. The work morale of the employees also leaves a lot to be desired. It's definitely more worth the trip to one of the other fast food restaurants nearby! Absolutely no recommendation and never again!

They're not the fastest for a fast food restaurant. In the toilet you can hardly breathe because of the smell of urine.

I don't understand why a shop like this doesn't close! Not a single clean table, the customers had to wipe themselves with napkins, but the employees throw straws at each other out of boredom! I'm not even talking about the toilets!!!

Went there today on April 6th, 2024 at around 7:00 p.m. The food is okay, but could be better. The drive-in is extremely run down and not at all inviting. The undergrowth is growing there and the intercom system has never been maintained due to its condition. The worst thing was the employee who didn't know hello and goodbye. But he seemed to be interested in the girl in front of me in the car. Really unfriendly, strange guy!

All the tables were dirty, the refill station was completely dirty and sticky, the fried chicken pieces were horribly greasy, the fries on the other hand were very tasty, hospitality was not taught to the service staff, but the worst thing was the sanitary facilities, something disgusting like that should be given to "guests" not to offer. Never come to KFC again!

Ate at KFC for the first and last time. Waited half an hour for the food. The tables and chairs were unclean and the floor appeared to be mopped with oil. It was so greasy that it was dangerous to walk there. In the kitchen area, three men stood at each other's feet while a colleague tried to keep the guests happy. The fart-dry chicken meat was oversized covered in breading. The burger was so dry you could hardly chew it. We also topped it with the side dish (Coleslow) so that you could eat it. The "2hat4you" wasn't spicy at all and only tasted like cumin. The Pepsi lacked carbonation. In short, more than half of the food ended up in the trash and we ate our fill compared to the competition.

Surprisingly clean restaurant, food very tasty, but in my opinion the price-performance ratio is not right, too expensive.

The waiting time during today's visit was really bad. Apparently you don't expect there to be more than one guest in the restaurant on a Sunday. The employees seemed very demotivated. And above all, the work processes seemed to be worse than bad.

Pretty much my favorite KFC in the area. Others sometimes don't have milkshakes or something else, but here they always have everything at the start. It can get a bit hectic if it's too full, so you just have to wait longer. Employees are okay but sometimes a little overwhelmed, I feel.

The first time in my life at KFC Kamen: a larger order on Saturday, December 23rd, 2023. Afterwards it turned out that there were no products. 2 days later, for the second time in life at KFC Kamen on December 26th, 2023, an incorrect product that had not been ordered was issued, which of course was only discovered afterwards. First and last time in this KFC! What we found on March 9, 2024 reflects most of the reviews. The hygiene in this FAST FOOD restaurant? gets a straight “6”!!! in all areas!!! In addition, my son slipped on the slippery floor (GREASE) in front of the checkout area. CONCLUSION: Save yourself the VISIT and look for other fast food chains!

When I was there, the database was down. Drive in didn't work properly. The dishes we wanted weren't there. But no drinks either. We didn't order anything after all.

A Kentucky Fried Chicken like any other. What is quite negative, however, is that on a Sunday lunchtime when there isn't much going on, the toilets are as dirty as if they were a public toilet. It smells of urine and the floor is sticky. This is really a shame for such a fast food restaurant. The service wasn't exactly nice either, came across as quite annoyed. Luckily we were just passing through and charging our electric car.

Today, February 16, 2024, a meeting was held at lunchtime, which led to long waiting times despite there being few customers waiting. Only one employee tried to handle everything alone while another collected trash in the parking lot. This meeting was attended by an employee whose cough sounded so bad that I left the entire paid order in the restaurant. This man belonged in a bed but definitely not in the kitchen.

Why are the employees sooo demotivated?! We ordered online and went to the drive in. After a short 'go ahead' we stood in front of the window for 3-4 minutes as ordered and not picked up. Then the window opened and we were told the amount to pay in a demanding tone. Paid and hey presto, windows closed again! A while later I was finally able to watch as the food was carelessly 'thundered' into the bag. Fries instead of mashed potatoes, a lump of chicken instead of bites and a large fries were completely missing. The fries in the kids menu seemed warmed up and tasted old and soggy. The Miranda was quite watery. If I hadn't been very hungry, there would probably be €40 in the trash can. We used to enjoy being in Kamen when there was still one capable and friendly employee there. What happened to make it so bad now? We won't come to you anymore!!!

Essen ist ok Aber Toiletten könnten mal nh Reinigung gebrauchen. Stinkt extrem nach Urin und starker Schmutz am Waschbecken.

WC Pisovoir Anlage sauber, am Waschbecken Mängel in der Verfügung sollte mal erneuert werden. Wird bei den nächsten Besuch nachgeschaut.

Das Essen an sich ist gut. Leider funktioniert seit Ewigkeiten die Milchshake-Maschine nicht und es wird oft etwas vergessen einzupacken. Zudem ist die Wartezeit schon recht lang. Ich kam bisher auch bei einer kleinen Bestellung eines einzigen Artikels nie unter 10 Minuten raus

Es stinkt wie auf einer Bahnhofstoilette sobald man den wc Raum Betritt, ich musste mich fast übergeben obwohl ich nur Hände waschen wollte. Zudem gibt es auf keiner Toilette Seife

Ich war das erste Mal bei KFC und es hat mir gleich nicht gefallen. Das Essen total fertig, überall standen noch Tabletts herum die nicht weggeräumt werden konnten das die Wagen alle voll waren. Und von den Tischen und vom klebrigen Boden fange ich garnicht erst an. Fazit. Erste und letzte Mal.

Essen war gut, wie man es von den meisten KFC Filialen gewöhnt ist. Leider lässt die Hygiene, gerade auf den Toiletten stark zu wünschen übrig. Ein Urinal defekt und verkommen (aber nicht gesperrt), der Boden dreckig, das Waschbecken gammlig und schimmlig.
