L'Osteria Kamen in Kamen

Leider wird man sehr unfreundlich behandelt hier in Kamen in der L’Osteria. Im Restaurant waren sehr wenig Gäste (kurz vor 16Uhr an einem Samstag und trotzdem war es nicht möglich einen vierer Tisch ohne Reservierung zu bekommen. Wir wurden einfach des Tisches verwiesen und sollten irgendeinen Zweiertisch nehmen. Es waren keine Reservierungsschilder vorhanden. Wir haben, da man uns sagte es wäre alles reserviert, das Restaurant verlassen und sind lieber nach Dortmund in unsere Lieblings L’Osteria gefahren.

Ich verstehe die 3 Punkte nicht. Die schönste L‘Osteria, die ich kenne. Das Essen war wie gewohnt super lecker. Der Service war spitze. Die Toiletten picobello sauber. Wir kommen gerne wieder. 🤗

Extraordinary environment to visit both for a romantic dinner and a business dinner, all good, very kind and knowledgeable staff, highly recommended.

The ambience is now a bit old, but the employees who make up the whole restaurant keep the restaurant alive. The pizza is always recommended, as is the lemonade. You really don't notice anything from the highway and in the summer you sit outside like in Italy❤️

Went here recently on a Thursday evening. Food was A1 but somehow the staff were a bit overwhelmed - that can happen - and since we were seated near the door, some guest was constantly scurrying around us.

Be tempted to eat here instead of McDonalds. This isn't much better McDonalds. Search further next time. Service below par, food okay, otherwise no experience in terms of atmosphere

The restaurant tends to be very loud as soon as only 3/4 of the tables are occupied. Tables are even placed in front of the doors, which are often open. Then unfortunately there is a draft... One wonders if the pizza has to be so big, why are the plates so inappropriately small? This means that eating alone isn't really fun. A single cramp. The Pizza Vegetariana skipped the grilled vegetables. You could expect more toppings for the price. Or even better: make the pizza normal size and top it properly. The 4th star is only there because vegan versions are possible. Unfortunately it's still not common in all restaurants in 2024...

I like to go to an Osteria every now and then. Basically everything is good but not perfect. There wasn't much to complain about here except that the floor was relatively dirty in the form of crumbs or something, that didn't have to be the case. The rest was as expected and we would like to come back.

Everything great. If you want a quiet place, then probably not. That’s just how modern restaurants are 😀

We went to this restaurant for the first time today. Very nice and courteous service! The food was really great. The tortellini with the great seasoned sauce were super tasty. My girlfriend's pizza was also very tasty - and huge! 😜 The ambience was also great. We'd love to come back.

Food was ok, only I suspect we were forgotten as our pasta looked and tasted pretty stale. At least the food was no longer hot… You could completely forget about service. As mentioned during the meal, we were probably forgotten. The drinks menu was also stolen from us. We're not allowed one drink or more? Whereupon, after we were asked for new drinks and we no longer knew what was on the menu, we gave up and just wanted our food. Ambiance... we were allowed to light the candle on the table three times ourselves because we were given the spot right by the patio door. Now I have an easy explanation because guests and staff went outside a total of three times to either smoke or get something inside because of the rain. Conclusion: All in all, it was a disgrace that we waited 1.5 HOURS for our pasta (which was also pretty poor. I was still hungry afterwards). I was there last time…

There were two of us there and we were unfortunately disappointed with the staff and the food. We had to wait over 1.5 hours for the food and were not served anything to drink in the meantime. When the food finally arrived (we had ordered pasta) the sauce on the dish was already dry and cold. It seemed like it had been forgotten. Unfortunately the first and last time for us.

We were in the restaurant for the third time today. Unfortunately we didn't like it at all this time. The service staff's clothes weren't clean and we definitely weren't showered with friendliness. We expect a certain level of friendliness and accommodation in a restaurant like this, where we also pay good prices. Unfortunately, the children's pizza was burnt, which we noticed too late because the children didn't tell us. The shrimp that the children had ordered were also very black and we complained about this later, and here we noticed the friendliness of the waiter, which was not there at all because the remaining burnt shrimp were taken away without comment and we were told the exact number The burnt shrimp was brought back in non-burnt shrimp, this was also done without talking, without excuses, without comment. You felt a little stupid for complaining about the quality. What is also important for parents who go there with their children is to definitely take a sharpener with them, because the pencils there are not sharpened and even if the children are supposed to paint there, they cannot do so because the pencils there just do that Don't give it away, we were told by the waiter that he was looking for a sharpener, but in the entire time we sat there, no sharpener came. Of course, the photo in the review isn't crucial because we didn't plan to write a review, but after thinking about the evening, we wanted to share this review. Be braver than us, if something is a little burnt or something doesn't taste good, say so and complain immediately!

Waiting time until order is accepted 15 minutes. Lasagna was still cold in places (thawed frozen product?) without the pizza rolls that are obligatory at real Italians. Too expensive compared to other restaurants with a similar menu! Never again!

Wir gehen gerne in die Losteria Kamen. Am WE ist es doch schon recht voll. Wir wurden meistens sehr gut bedient in du das Essen war auch sehr gut. Einige Kellner sind allerdings eine Katastrophe (der Azubi). Dies haben wir auch schon vor Ort angesprochen. Ansonsten TOP:).
