The only thing that was good about the service was the robot… the only thing that was good about the food was the seasoning. The ambience was quite ok

Were here for the first and probably last time. Saturday afternoon, restaurant really not full and waited over 1.5 hours for our food (for 2 people, burger). Several tables, including larger ones (4 people and more), came after us and have already received and eaten their food. There was no information in advance that it could take longer or anything similar. Only after 1 hour the comment “Food is coming soon”. After 1.5 hours we got the information that something went wrong with our order, but it would come soon. Ambiance is very nicely designed. In terms of price-performance quality, we would have been better off going to Burger King or McDonald's next door

Friendly but a few snarky comments weren't nice. The food was American dishes but not very good either. All in all it wasn't very good and we will NOT come back a second time. And after we paid we had to leave VERY quickly…

The ambience is nice and American rustic. Ordering via smartphone with “delivery” by robot works well, but we sometimes had to wait a long time for service. Unfortunately the price/performance ratio wasn't right for us. The food was okay, but not better than anywhere else. Unfortunately the prices are too high for that. We won't eat there again.

Just went to Connie's Diner for the first time. Super nice reception (without reservation). Get a table straight away. Ordering quickly and easily. Food tasted very good and large portions. What made the stay perfect was the sensational service from Sarah. Thank you, we'll be back.

Food was very good but a little more expensive

Always worth a visit... it was a bit strange to see the robot waiter drive up to the next table, but the device didn't seem to be fully developed yet. Otherwise, everything at the table can be ordered and paid for via cell phone and, in our case, was brought by friendly waiters 😀

OK. Portion of the chili con carne was a little too small. The burger came way too quickly and neither was really hot. Price performance is not quite right. That's better.

Were not satisfied. Burgers were dry and the ribs were absolutely not sufficient for an American restaurant. It's a shame that the quality has deteriorated so much.

We were here today with our small children. It was just wonderful. We were served by Sarah and felt really comfortable! The burgers are just amazing!!

Everything was very tasty, especially the milkshakes as well as the burgers and hot dogs. We can unreservedly recommend them. We were there on a Saturday afternoon without a seat reservation. However, it is advisable to make reservations if there are several people.

We ordered 3 meals, were delivered very quickly and the staff was friendly. American style, just better quality food. More than enough choices and recommended over other surrounding fast food Restaurants.

We recently ate the vegan burger and absolutely loved it. The plant-based patty was super tasty! There is also a plant-based mayo alternative available for the fries, which is also super tasty. We really hope that there will be even more selection of plant-based burgers in the future. Keep it up!

We always charge here on the way to Holland. Now, the superchargers are brand new and Connie’s Diner is as always a blast. Fast service and I love the hamburgers. Better than the fast food bs close by.

We ordered as a family with 2 kids. The heating was broken and it was quite cold in the restaurant - it can happen, but you could also charmingly counter it with a free hot drink for the guest. But there was nothing... Our food was good, really tasty. But the two children's burgers were about 2/3 the size of a Happy Meal Burger, plus a few fries and that for €10.90 + extra mayo?! I don't think it's okay. Unfortunately, the special requests for the burgers were not implemented appropriately, but you cannot complain to the robo waiter.

Good restaurant with delicious burgers. You can conveniently order via a tablet, which makes the process pleasant. The order arrived quickly and the burgers tasted really good. Perfect for a relaxed burger evening!

We're just sitting in the diner and are disappointed at how negatively things have changed. You come in, are shown a table and have to order online using the QR code. Each individual item must be selected. Ketchup €0.80? Seriously? Of course everything costs money, but the prices for some things are simply exorbitant. The burger is ok, the red bun is supposed to be hip, but all in all it's nothing that will make you come back. The waitress is nice but they don't exchange more than three words. But what's really annoying is this stupid robot that plays the Imperial March from StarWars and drives past you. It's silly, annoying and completely out of place in a diner. Conclusion: 4 soft drinks, 3 burgers, 4 fries with ketchup €87.... We'd rather go somewhere else

The food was delicious and fresh. Of course you have to plan some time. But the prices are very high and I think they are too high. So we left a whopping €60 for 2 adults and a child with a drink each. I would go again, but not more often.

We were at the diner today with a small child and received a very warm welcome. The service was super friendly, we really enjoyed the food. And above all, everything went smoothly. Especially with small children, it makes going to a restaurant a lot easier when you don't have to wait so long for your food. Everything was great, we would love to come back.

A shop where you can spend time

Visit on 11/04/24 We were there for a business lunch at lunchtime. We found it unusual that it was pretty empty. I found the QR code somehow inappropriate when there is nothing going on in the store. I also prefer browsing a map to scrolling an app. The waitress quickly realized that we didn't necessarily want to order via the app. There is also the option in the app to simply call the operator. Unfortunately, newer burgers can only be found within the app. So the app is more up to date. Basically all the dishes we ordered were ok. These were also delivered with a robot to support operation. It wouldn't have been necessary given the number of guests. What I found strange that there was no more coleslaw...? This should be the side dish at a burger joint/diner. All in all, I would give the restaurant another chance. Maybe it was a bad day for testing.

Ate there again after a long time, unfortunately the day was a disappointment. 6 people in the shop, service was nice but not very present and an hour wait for the food, that doesn't have to be the case. Burger was a disaster, the bun must have been left over from Halloween, the meat died three or four times.

The two of us had dinner at Connie's today. The service was very nice and competent (thanks Sarah), the food fully met our expectations and the ambience is what you would imagine an American-style restaurant to be like. We definitely weren't there for the last time.

Nice diner with a good selection of food and drinks. The typical American style is mixed with modern aspects such as ordering and paying via app or food delivery by a robot. The food tasted very good and the side dishes for the burger were particularly generous. We didn't manage to do everything and had something packed up. The service was very friendly. There is plenty of free parking available around the restaurant. Price/performance was ok, going to the restaurant has generally become very expensive.

The restaurant has gone downhill. We waited 1 1/2 hours for our food. I had ribs which tasted very sour. Inedible!!!

Waited 45 minutes for the food, it's a shame... They could have given notice that it could be a few minutes longer. But otherwise it was delicious, unfortunately it wasn't that warm anymore.

We come here to eat often and everything is great Except the blonde, short-haired waitress often pointed out to us about tips when paying by EC, but when we refused, she became rude and told us that you should always have something left for a tip. And that it is normal in the catering industry. And I don't think that's okay. Everyone should be able to decide freely whether there is an inheritance or not. And it is only possible to tip in percentages 7%, 15%, 20%.

The food has become very expensive and the ribs are tough. Large fat content. Tasteless baked potatoes. But there is no skimping on the sauces. We won't be back any time soon

Unfortunately, it has to be said that business has declined significantly over the years. The portions were once larger. The price borders on exorbitant. It's ok and legitimate to raise prices in such times, but then I also expect top quality. The burger was 17.80, the fries were 4.95 and the mayo was another 0.80 cents. The plate would have had to be full and not everything packed in small bags. For the money you'll at least get full somewhere else. Service. We barely sat down and were asked twice if we wanted to order and we could barely look at the menu. After we politely pointed out that we wanted to take a look and put the cards away long ago, it took 30 minutes until someone came. I then wanted to order online using the qr code. The taste is good but for the price I expect a lot more. At the beginning of the CD, people were really excited and the map was more unusual and more extensive. It's ok but there's really no reason to come back. Unfortunately that was different.

The atmosphere in the restaurant is very pleasant. The feeling of being in an American diner really comes across here. The food was also very tasty, but nothing extraordinary. However, in my opinion the rice was really very high. Especially since you have to pay extra for the fries with the burgers... The idea with the robot is quite funny, but also a little disturbing. Certainly exciting for children. Ordering via your cell phone using a QR code also worked great, but I always find that a shame because you see the staff a lot less and feel left alone for a while. For a portion of burger with fries around €25 (without drink) is really a lot. At first, I thought, the prices are so high because the portions are perhaps very large, but it was just a normal amount. I can't recommend it.

War auf meiner Geschäftsreise hier und habe ein Filetsteak gehabt. Es war wirklich perfekt zubereitet und die Beilagen waren auch gut. Ich würde auf alle Fälle wieder kommen.

So we went in spontaneously without making a reservation. You get a printout like a receipt with a QR code. You have to scan it with your mobile phone and this will take you to the digital menu. You choose the right one and order on your mobile phone. After about 20 minutes, a robot brings the food to the table. Actually simple and perfect for the crew. At the end of the month we are going there again with about 12 people but we have already reserved beforehand. Is recommended. I would definitely recommend the restaurant. 5 stars.

A nice diner where an effort was made to convey an American vibe. Thanks to ordering on your cell phone, you can get your food relatively quickly. The food is then brought to the table by a robot, which shortens the time until you get your food. The selection of vegan dishes could be a little larger, but the vegan burger is by no means standard.

The portions are huge, you'll definitely be full! The staff is friendly and quick (including the robot :D) The waiting times are completely okay, sometimes you wait 20 minutes, but you also have freshly prepared food. The only negative point: It is really expensive, the two of us paid almost 75 euros.

The price for burgers with frozen patties is not right at all. Waiting for 1 hour for food (3 people) was also quite long (and then you had to clear your plates out of the strange robot yourself). Another shop that has clearly declined. Next time we're craving burgers we'll go somewhere else.

I used to eat here regularly with my wife, but the quality has declined massively and the prices have become even higher. There used to be the best ribs around here. Now you get a very gristly piece, very dry. Instead of the excellent bbq sauce there was mayonnaise! Only the fried potatoes were ok. My wife's salmon was completely overcooked and neither of us could place the sauce. Ordering via barcode is nice, but not all of the items on the map are included. How can you make an established store so bad?

Very nice service, food very tasty and plentiful. What impressed us most was the dog-friendliness, water bowls at the table and the little dog even got a plush basket. Always my pleasure.

Top!! We absolutely cannot understand the bad reviews. We were warmly welcomed and escorted to our table. We had the option of ordering via the app or from the nice lady on site. The prices for food and drinks are completely reasonable and both were wonderfully tasty! The food was brought by a little AI helper, which I think is absolutely appropriate in this day and age and with the current staff shortage! Great solution! We were completely satisfied!

As a guest, you are forced to order your food online using a QR code. The service staff tried hard when available. To make the service even more dubious, a robot drives through the restaurant and delivers the orders. The prices are rather high for what is on offer and are not appropriate. It's a shame 20 years ago there would have been 5 stars.

It's going ok. The ribs were significantly better. Lots of fat and tasted old. The steak I ordered medium rare was almost rare. But everything was well seasoned.

Unfortunately, the quality of the food has decreased since Corona. Things definitely used to be better. I hope it picks up again, especially since prices have gone up. The ambience is right and the staff is nice and attentive. I only give the service robot a neutral rating because it takes the personal and hospitality out of the service, but for the children it is a highlight

Were there in a larger group. Ordering via the app was offered and explained, but personal ordering was also possible. This (presumably) caused a delay in the delivery of both the drinks and the food. We waited about an hour for food. Even later, personal ordering was only possible sporadically. Food was good overall, apart from a few weaknesses. But here it is always a question of personal taste. Ambience trimmed to American style. You have to like it.

We always enjoy going to Connie's Diner. Delicious food, nice atmosphere and you can charge your Tesla at the same time 😉 Price/performance is right here.

Four of us had dinner at a cozy American diner near the highway. Large, fresh portions and a very special highlight: a 900 gram rib. A blonde waitress was particularly friendly and advised us when we ordered and served us personally. Keep it up

This stay was simply top notch no matter what you say, but the service is friendly, nice, accommodating. The food was completely sufficient and worth the price without compromise. The exceptional possibility of the ordering process is simple and understandable. Conventional ordering is of course also possible. If you're hungry and want to get full, it's better to eat here than next door ☺️😉 It's an option while the electric chair is charging next door and you can enjoy delicacies here. Service a disaster. Over an hour for food; up to 30 minutes for drinks. Although the store wasn't very busy. A deposit was required beforehand so that we didn't miss out on the bill. Unbelievable. Food is pretty average, nothing special anymore.

Here a wonderful and at the same time entertaining opportunity was found to professionally address the shortage of skilled workers. But the food is brought by a friendly little robot with cheerful music.

Not suitable for vegetarians. There were three of us and we were all vegetarians. For vegetarians there is only a plant-based burger and a Mexican fajita dish as the main course. In the end we all decided on the burger and the 3 dishes were there within 5-10 minutes and were lukewarm. The short preparation time alone screams convenience food. The portions were large and with a drink each we came to just under €25-30 per dish. The service is friendly and we really like the little operating robot Bella. It's really an eye-catcher and something special in the restaurant. The American ambience is very nice, like a typical American diner. Unfortunately, due to the poor selection of vegetarian products and the convenience nature, it is not recommended, especially for vegetarians and picky eaters.

Three of us went there spontaneously on a Friday afternoon and got a seat straight away because it was still quite empty. The ambience is really very appropriate and seems authentic. Handling the card also works great and didn't cause any problems. The food came in a reasonable time and tasted excellent.

Very tasty and a lot to eat. In the store, some of the food is brought by a robot. Order via app or via waiter. Payment is also possible via the app (Paypal, credit card, etc.) and also with the waiter.

You can eat something quick and tasty when you're in transit :) Modern ordering solution via QR code and mobile phone app! I doubt whether my parents would be able to cope with it. But the conditions are trap :) I don't have a Tesla but there is a power charger right next to it.

There's nothing wrong with the food. You order food via your smartphone. You are directed to the menu using a QR code. The ordering process is straightforward and using the menu is intuitive. After you choose what you want, sometimes a robot brings the food to the table. This is occasionally accompanied by staff, and sometimes the service comes in person. The payment process can also be made via QR code. Credit cards or Google Pay are possible. I found it a bit cheeky that a 10% tip was automatically selected. In my opinion, tips are given for good service. Service has been largely streamlined in Connie's Diner. It's a shame for the staff, because if they were allowed to, they could definitely do a good job and earn tips. The ambience feels very authentic. There are booths and old American decor. Children are also welcome. There is a separate area for families with children, while guests without small children sit on the other side of the restaurant. Conclusion: If you like delicious American food, you can't go wrong here. If you want good service... well, decide for yourself. I like it, I'll be back.

We asked for our food after 1 1/2 hours on a Wednesday and were told that we would have to wait at least 45 minutes. We then canceled our order and left hungry.

Food Good but not great. I took burger. Good solution connected with ordering on-line.

90 Minuten aufs Essen gewartet, keinerlei Entgegengenommen, sauteuer und kalt. Absolute Frechheit trotz Vorreservierung mit kleinen Kindern. Missmanagement ohne Gleichen! Wir ärgern uns, den Laden gewählt zu haben!

The ambience was great, I like the digital and quick ordering system, but the food and price/performance ratio were really not ok. The meat in my spare rib burger was tough and gristly, bread was sticky, and the wedges were clearly frozen/convenience without any real taste. Paying €28 for this (with a drink) is not possible.
