You feel very comfortable. Huge burger, very tasty, friendly service, would be happy again

The food was excellent, the service was very friendly. Unfortunately we had to wait 2 hours until the food finally came.

We asked for our food after 1 1/2 hours on a Wednesday and were told that we would have to wait at least 45 minutes. We then canceled our order and left hungry.

Food Good but not great. I took burger. Good solution connected with ordering on-line.

The ambience was great, I like the digital and quick ordering system, but the food and price/performance ratio were really not ok. The meat in my spare rib burger was tough and gristly, bread was sticky, and the wedges were clearly frozen/convenience without any real taste. Paying €28 for this (with a drink) is not possible.

We actually wanted to eat there, but they raised the prices so much that we went back. Cheeseburger now without everything for 14.50 and each side dish for another 1.50. Drink prices also increased. Sitting on 3rd class wooden benches and one card per table. The burgers there are okay, but not world class and the prices on the menu are very inconspicuous in small print. There are better ones and at a reasonable price.

"For quick service" it's best to just order online using the QR code at the table. Nevertheless, ordering a bottle of mineral water and an apple spritzer takes what feels like an eternity when the restaurant is half full. Although apple spritzer is a lie. The mineral water with a dash of apple juice was so thin that even the wasps weren't interested in it. The burger was quite good. I also ordered French Fries. There weren't any. Instead there were cracked thick fries, some of which were still raw inside.

Super nice attentive conditions. Food was super tasty and warm. Always happy and we came from 140 km away to eat. We paid just under €81 with 5 people. I was there again yesterday and I have to say it was great again. We came unannounced and finished eating after 60 minutes!!!

20 minutes after we ordered drinks, we picked them up from the counter ourselves because no server brought us our two finished drinks. These stood there for 10 minutes. The ice cubes had melted and there was an old, shriveled slice of lemon in the Cola Zero. The food was okay, although the spare ribs were not seasoned but were drowned in BBQ sauce. Last time we were happy, now it really wasn't good. Let's not go back any time soon. If I want self-service, I go to the All You Can eat restaurant. But the atmosphere is chic!

The burgers are good and ordering via QR code on your cell phone also makes ordering super easy. All in all good restaurant, but a bit pricy. For a simple dish with a side dish and drink, you always end up spending at least €30.

Unfortunately, the meat and buns of the burgers were very dry. The potato wedges weren't crispy. Basically the burgers tasted good. Since the wait for the burgers was quite long and the plates were very hot when they arrived, I suspect that the burgers were kept warm for a long time, which would explain why they were so dry. Price performance is therefore not right for me.

The order is placed via mobile phone. You have to scan a QR code and then place the order online. Unfortunately, I accidentally ordered the wrong drink. After I explained to the waitress that I wasn't familiar with the system and had ordered one drink too many, they insisted that I pay for the drink. I would have expected that from the restaurateur's point of view, people would show understanding and take the drink back. Especially with the prices. There is no reason for me to visit this store again. Neither in terms of taste, high prices nor service.

Very friendly staff ! Really good food, eaten there many times. Constant quality! Nicely decorated! Clean ! Everything you can expect can be found there! Love to eat there. For years !! Reasonable sanitary facilities!

Everyone should visit Conny's diner once. The boss is a very friendly woman. There is a Tesla Supercharger right outside the door and charging the car to the toilet is no problem. Just ask and everything is fine.

Food was okay. Ultra long waiting time approx. 90 minutes. Service is almost non-existent. Ordering and operation via app and robot - takes some getting used to. Reordered drinks not received. Tables were not cleared. Customers were held back. Conclusion: No thanks!

Waited almost 2 hours for food. Actually, a table was reserved for 8 people, 6 of whom were children because of a children's birthday. Nothing was really reserved. We were brought to a table that was still missing four chairs. Brought, set. The store was frequently visited. Most of the tables were empty or occupied with the leftovers from the guests who had already left. It took almost 20 minutes to take our order. After well over an hour we asked if we had been forgotten. The answer was that we have to wait another 25 minutes because everything takes a little longer today. This information would have been helpful at the beginning. Especially when you're sitting at the table with 6 hungry children. Half an hour later the food came, unfortunately not complete. Some children had to wait for their side dishes. Almost two hours for a few burgers with fries and the staff accepted this knowingly from the start. Neighboring tables shared the same suffering. Not even an apology or an offer of ice cream for the kids. I saw a 50% discount for almost 2 hours of waiting time as reasonable. We could have gotten up and left long ago. The “management” only offered a 20% discount. Any good restaurant would have put the meal on the house for such an inconvenience. “Management” didn’t want to have a personal conversation. Extremely cowardly and unprofessional. That's what happens when you save on staff and hire robots instead. We're definitely not coming back.

Bad: No food after about 2 hours (1 hour waiting time was communicated from the outset, which would have been fine). No accommodation in any form afterwards. Food is fine then; Price-performance, however, is not. Many thanks to the young service staff, who really worked hard and responded to the criticism with understanding.

I am really disappointed! We waited 2 hours for our food. There was an old lemon wedge in my Coke Zero. Everything is far too expensive, we paid almost €5 for a cola and €7 for onion rings. The staff is almost non-existent. Never thank you again.

The food is okay, but since I don't leave a restaurant if I've already gotten the menu and the children would have been disappointed, I stayed. Bad mistake. Two small Fante, a small Cola, a medium Cola. Plus 2x normal bacon burgers, 3x fried potatoes, 1x Twister. Plus 1x nachos. 75€? Really now? I didn't want to buy the store, totally overpriced. And the portions are also too small. I therefore advise against it, the price is not worth it at all. Almost €5 for a 0.4 liter cola. ridiculous I'm really totally disappointed and angry, never again. Oh yeah, toilets dirty.

Great selection of food. Delicious. Food stylishly prepared. Very friendly service. If this operating robot hadn't driven around the restaurant loudly, the ambience would have received full stars.

The food was okay, but not for the price. Anyone who knows Base Burger, the Food Brothers and the like will probably not be happy there. The Robbi service is a nice gag, but at least when we were there, one or two real people would have helped, even though it was rather empty.

Hello, service and ambience is good but the food, especially the ribs, wasn't good, I expected more for the price, it was probably a shame for the first and last time.

This diner thrives on its ambience; the outside reminds you of the American provinces, and the interior is also wonderfully furnished. Unfortunately, the robot that serves the food doesn't fit into the picture at all, especially since we had to wait a relatively long time for our food despite the robot. The food is tasty so far but relatively expensive, there are no children's menus (food + drink), so it quickly becomes quite expensive for a family. But I'll come by again when I get the chance.

Luckily we didn't trust the bad reviews on the internet and went out to eat there today for the first time in years. You order by scanning a QR code, which you get at the beginning, where you are redirected to the ordering app. At the end you can also pay for it, which we thought was great! Easy and uncomplicated. During the evening we were able to reorder again and again without having to wait for service. The drinks were brought quickly. If the waitress had any questions about our order, she came to our table shortly after we placed it. The food was brought with the help of a robot. The food was handed over by the waitress. The bill You can tell that digitalization has arrived in the restaurant and we can't complain about that. The food was super tasty and the portions were more than enough! The price for the food is quite high, but the drinks are okay. We can only recommend Connie’s Diner and would be happy to come back.

I had the crispy chicken burger. Carelessly topped with a ready-made pad that was heated in the deep fryer. A leaf of lettuce, a few slices of cucumber and some sauce. For 13.80 I expect more. It's a shame, the ambience promises more.

I was there on a Thursday evening and it was completely empty (only 2 or 3 other tables were occupied). Still, the meal took a really long time. We found ordering using this code and not the service terrible and insisted on ordering normally, which was possible when asked. That's a plus point! The dishes were a good/normal size and were also tasty. The ambience was actually great, but it was marred by this robot that didn't fit in and couldn't contribute anything. It's hard to put into words how outrageous this store is. Make sure you don't order anything to go in these brilliant rental reusable containers from Vytal. I re-weighed the spare ribs and steak because the weight was stated in the menu and it looked so puny. Spare ribs according to the menu 350gr, reweighed 186gr and the steak according to the menu 160gr and reweighed 85gr. I pay full price and get half price? What's wrong here? And then you have to wash the old cans for them and bring them back. End, I'm at a loss for words. Oh yes, the food is quite nice, but there are better Americans.

Super tasty cheeseburger, dressing delicious. Really quick preparation, a quarter of an hour and the burgers were delivered by R2D2 with Star Wars music. The price of everything there hasn't skyrocketed that much, actually just very moderately.

Anyone who knows Connie's Diner from before will leave here shocked! Today we waited an hour for 2x ribs, 1x quesadilla and a few simple appetizers. The meal was announced to us "next" after we asked if we had been forgotten. As an unprofessional excuse, we were told that there was a shift change in the kitchen (at 2:30 p.m.?!?), so there could be waiting times. The store was only moderately busy! Here one would have wished for honesty on the part of the service. The food came after 60 minutes of waiting - absolutely no value for money. Sauces from the package, coleslaw mass-produced, salad not fresh, quesadilla that didn't even see the cheese in passing. The ribs were prepared and literally slapped onto the plate - we communicated this directly to the waitress. Instead of an apology, the later cheeky question was whether everything was OK. What can you say as a guest!? Despite honest communication, no response. Never again at Connie's Diner! A reasonable restaurant will take drinks or dessert on the house as an excuse, but we still had to pay the full price, which was in no way worth it. Plates like these wouldn't have left my private kitchen. Only the drinks and the ambience deserve full marks.

So that this doesn't become a long review, I'll write everything down in bullet points. - Service actually non-existent. - Order via mobile phone - Food comes with a robot that has absolutely no place in an American diner - Price/performance is not right at all. As others have already written here. - Waited 1.5 hours for food and even though we called the waiter 4 times, no one came to us. (there really wasn't that much going on that would justify such a long wait) Now for the individual reviews: - The ambience and location is really very nice, hence 4/5 ⭐️ - Spare Ribs 1/5 ⭐️ - Fries 0/5 ⭐️ - Bread with herb butter (starter) 3/5 ⭐️ - Fried potatoes 1/5 ⭐️ - Schnitzel with asparagus (Special Menu) 3/5 ⭐️ - Chicken Wings 1/5 ⭐️ Conclusion: So after a far too long wait to receive a meal that was really below average, I can't recommend this restaurant to anyone. I have been to many American Diner restaurants in Germany and Conni's Diner was one of the worst. Today was the first and last time I ate here.

Unfortunately there are only a few staff left for a robot 🙄 Food too expensive and onion rings and sour cream (herb quark) have little taste. Everything has to be ordered separately.. Too bad 😔

The robot is a little kitschy, but of course it also replaces staff, so it takes away a bit of the flair of back then. Otherwise everything remained just as good, although the fries also became greasier.

Selecting and ordering dishes with your cell phone... It's a bit funny, but nice service makes the whole thing more livable... Proposal, abolishes Robbie Tobby and employs human beings... You can then praise them or tell them if the steak wasn't medium rare... Not my thing, everyone can see it differently

We had 4 burgers, all of which were cold. Fries were dripping with fat. Not to forget the baked potato, which wasn't even remotely cooked through. Conclusion: €160 for cold, partly inedible food.

Basically you can say that you get what you order. The question is when and how. We were there on a Saturday evening, had a reservation and it worked out well. The place was full, just Saturday evening. The order was explained to us at the table via cell phone, it worked well, no problem. Now for the unpleasant part: the drinks arrived 50 minutes after ordering, the food after 80 minutes. That was definitely too long, especially since there wasn't even bread or anything like that offered to bridge the time. Not even the cute operating robot could lighten the mood. The service was always friendly and put you off. It didn't help the hungry stomach. The food was ultimately OK...but not so great that it was worth the long wait. A pity....

We weren't a fan of self-service. Food was okay, a side dish (fried potatoes) was forgotten but no more was charged. The prices were too high compared to the service offered. I remembered the restaurant from before as being much more pleasant. Why is there a normal radio playing here when it's an American restaurant?

To wash down the anger we ordered 2 lines of Aquavit. These came in fake glasses and not iced, which is essential for this drink. Our conclusion: We won't be eating here again anytime soon. And the prices are high too.

The food was actually quite ok. I found the ribs and barbecue sauce terribly sweet and the SloppyJoe Burger as well. If I have to eat something with my hand, it would be nice to have something to clean my hands with afterwards. Service was nice and tried hard. Price/performance doesn't fit.
