The store looks a bit shabby from the outside but the food and service are great. One pizza is enough for three people, as it says on the menu, I just read it too late.

Very unfriendly Food is delicious

We were in the restaurant in Kamem today, October 19th, 2024. We were there at 6 p.m., at that time there were around 7-8 other tables occupied, the majority of which were already eating. The restaurant was nowhere near full. We waited for over half an hour until we finally got a ticket. After another half hour we went to the head waitress (?), a lady with glasses and blonde hair about 30-40 years old. And they kindly pointed out that we had been waiting for almost an hour before we could even place an order; we couldn't even order drinks. In response, the waitress fobbed us off with the words "Yes, it is very crowded here. And YOU are welcome to try out some work here." We then told the waitress that we were leaving now. Since we don't accept such insolence, the tone and manner of the waitress were very arrogant and cheeky. After many years as regular customers, we are not used to such service and an outrageous tone. Of course, we understand that there are situations that can be very challenging for employees, but the restaurant was nowhere near full. You can definitely check this based on the orders; there were rows and rows of empty tables and benches. We think it should be possible to at least get drinks shortly after arrival. We left the restaurant after an hour without being able to order. The waitress called after us that she couldn't stop us. We are now sitting next door in L'Osteria and after just 10 minutes we received our drinks and were able to place our food order.

We were here on the 1910th. The shop was empty, only 4-5 tables were occupied and these guests had already had their food. After 20 minutes we dared to ask for the card, and the blonde waitress was then forced to give us the cards. Kindness is different. That's about it. After another almost 30 minutes of absolutely ignoring us (despite eye contact and hand signals), we left. I wish the store that no other customer wastes time here.

Went there on October 19th around 6:00 p.m. and waited over 40 minutes until the menus were brought after repeated requests. The restaurant was moderately busy and there were enough staff. We left after an hour after still not being able to take our order. Then we went to the competition next door, where you could order within 15 minutes, even though it was packed and we had our food after 30 minutes. You can see it works. The head waitress with blonde hair and glasses was absolutely rude and asked me to try out work. That was the original sound. I don't have to say more. We won't eat here anymore. Too bad.

Pizzas etc very expensive! The pizza I put together myself was delicious and filling (pan, size S). But prices are already steep. Paid €25 for a small pizza and a drink!!!!! And, for example, the “special” one with a cheese crust is unfortunately not available in “S”. Unfortunately it was very cold and drafty throughout the restaurant. When asked by the staff, it could not be regulated differently. We then left the jackets on, which of course isn't very comfortable.

We've been waiting for 2 pizzas for over an hour now, the shop isn't even full yet. Guests who came after us have already had their food and some have already finished eating. Simply an impudence. We're gone now. Addition: and the owner's standard response was sent again that the criticism was taken seriously. A s--- is what you do. Look at the reviews, always the same standard text and always the same complaints. Nothing is taken seriously here, so please refrain from using these standard texts as an answer.

As always, the food was delicious. The service was also great. I just love Pizza Hut. But now to the negative side, from the outside the building looks like they will be closing soon. Logo on the front is incomplete and the foil on the sun protection is coming off. That could be more inviting. I don't think that has to be the case with a company like this. Otherwise, the first port of call for good pizza 🍕

Very nice service and very good price/performance ratio

We ate there on October 3rd, 2024 (2 people) and ordered a large pan pizza and a classic which was not delivered. Only when one pizza was already there did another waitress tell us that there was no more classic dough. So we've only had one pizza so far. Instead of the classic, we actually wanted to have a specific potato dish with it, but without barbecue sauce. The previous waitress said that this wouldn't work when we picked up the pizzas because we originally wanted the potato dish. However, when the other waitress came to tell us that there was no longer any classic dough, we asked her again if the dish could not be made without the barbecue sauce. Whereupon this waitress said that this was possible. The question arises, was the waitress just not in the mood? Since there were already so many delays, we wanted to have the rest of our pizza packed and the potato dish as well, which fortunately was possible FOR THE FIRST TIME. When we were in the car on the way home, we realized that we had gotten the wrong food. We'll never go there again!!!!!!

In my opinion the prices for a pizza are outrageous. The outdoor children's area was closed. Men's toilet was dirty and partly broken. As a family we won't be coming back for the time being.

As usual from Pizza Hut, super delicious pizza with different dough variations. Nice atmosphere and friendly service. Only the price is hot! I won't come without a two for one voucher.

My favorite Pizza Hut in NRW. Best team. Great location. Tesla Supercharger and First Class Car Wash next door.

The food was good Pizzahut standard, but the decor is really showing its age.

This time we ordered pizza meat lover but the sauce wasn't tasty and some parts of the dough were completely without sauce.

Very cheap with a Groupon voucher. Pizza was delicious and the staff was super friendly and quick.

Prices too high. Cheese crust only in mega pizza. There was hardly anything going on and we waited a long time. Pasta dishes too dry. Ambiance well...not entirely clean and a bit shabby.

The pizzas were good, but guys, a regular sized vegetarian pizza with regular toppings for 22 euros? The prices don't suit us at all. It's a shame that neither service, ambience nor taste can justify it.

Service was good and friendly. The cheese crust was fresher and tastier 10 years ago. Why is everything becoming more and more artificial and unnatural? And then almost 30 EUR for it?

We really enjoyed it here today. The 3G proof was checked very carefully, the service was friendly and the food was very tasty. Price-performance is okay. There is a separate card for the little ones. For example with fries and breaded mini chicken schnitzels. Update from August 16, 2024: Somehow it's not as nice as it was back then. The service seems listless and not very motivated to interact in a friendly manner. The premises are not particularly clean. The high chairs stick. The playground equipment will soon fall apart. No card with pens for the children to color. Only the food tastes exactly the same as usual. Very unfortunate.

Best place to eat pizza, service is always great , All staff are nice

First of all, the pan pizzas were good, as long as the taste was restored after drinking the Pepsi Zero. On Friday, August 2nd, 2024, I ate with a friend at the Kamen restaurant. The order consisted of two pan pizzas and one "Pepsi" each. The waitress took the order without comment. When she brought the drinks she EXPLICITLY mentioned ! that it is Zero Pepsi! Nice to find out then! Other Zero products were mentioned to us as alternatives. It seemed to us that the waitress was having fun with it. In response to my friend's friendly comment about whether the lack of the "normal" Pepsi in the product range could be passed on to management or headquarters, basically nothing came up. She looked right through us and didn't change her face. After a slight shrug of her shoulders, she left again. We kept the drinks and reluctantly drank this black, metallic, artificial tasting liquor. While we were sitting, three other guests came to the neighboring table. When we talked to the waitress there, we also heard that they would like “normal” Pepsi!!! Unfortunately, as long as they only offer this zero stuff, we won't eat in these restaurants anymore. The overall impression of the service was between annoyed and not interested. Nice restaurant, but somehow it was a strange atmosphere. I also wrote a complaint about the homepage right after the weekend. No reaction yet. A pity..

Pizza Hut always wanted to be an experiential restaurant. The weeds in front of the house/parking lot are now knee high. Inviting is different! Good thing there are alternatives there...

Service completely bad. The waitress only brought drinks after half an hour (it wasn't busy that day). Then she started flirting with some guys at another table. Chairs ripped open. No table was cleared or cleaned. Food never came. Left after an hour of ordering the food. That was pathetic for a chain.

Cozy and beautifully decorated Pizza Hut. The pizza was delicious as usual, but the service wasn't quite as quick as in other branches. Unfortunately there are no normal soft drinks here anymore! Only Zero or Light Plörre :( My husband complained.

We were there with two adults and five children to celebrate the start of the holiday. Unfortunately, our experiences were very mixed: The food was excellent as always. The pizza exactly as you know and expect it. The starters were also excellent. Unfortunately, we found the service to be less good. Two of the children are even younger. Of the coloring pages that Pizza Hut has, only one of them received one and only after asking. In other restaurants I know it is standard for the employee to actively offer this when greeting you. Two of the employees interacted with each other in an unfriendly tone so loudly that it could be heard throughout the restaurant. We received one of 7 drinks incorrectly, even though the employee had repeated everything correctly when ordering. We ordered the salad for the King Caesar separately so that it would be easier to take any leftovers with us and reheat them. The kitchen also served this very well in a bowl and a bowl. When we finally asked for containers for the salad and the sauce, we received exactly one plastic bowl. This then leads to absurdity the idea that the salad should remain as crunchy as possible. After we received the drinks and food, no one came to the table to ask for anything else. So the planned dessert fell through. If I spend over €150 on pizza (!) then I expect better service. Since this isn't the first time that the service here is significantly worse than the food, we won't eat here again. My recommendation is to pick up the food and eat it at home with friends and/or family and save yourself the overpriced drinks.

Incredibly expensive and long waiting times for an industrial and greasy pizza. Next time I'd rather go to an Italian pizzeria

The entire staff can be replaced because it was better back then, but now it's no longer worth going there, so you'd better look for another branch, just not that one

Pizza is simply delicious. Price is probably a little too high. There is nothing to complain about in terms of service. Ambiance can be improved. Seat covers need replacing and the parking lot doesn't look very inviting with weeds, deregistered vehicles and trash.

Most fast food chains are looking for new marketing strategies. But Pizza Hut doesn't develop. Pizza doesn't taste like it used to. When ordering, you should ask whether the drinks were served with ice cubes. I fully agree with the expensive prices.

Very nice service, even ordering something to eat at 10 p.m. is no problem. We'd love to come back.

Cool American furnishings! Were here for the 2nd time now and were immediately served in a very friendly manner. Ordering went smoothly and we waited about 10 minutes for the pizza. Of course it tasted good too.

Staff very friendly. Food very tasty. Toilets clean. Suitable for young and old. Sufficient parking spaces available. Nearby charging stations for e-cars.

Service great, food great, atmosphere great. It is clean and the employees are always very polite and accommodating. I like regular Pepsi. It's not possible to get regular Pepsi at Pizza Hut. Exclusively Zero. One star deducted for that. In my opinion an impossibility. Selling unhealthy food is okay, but now make the drink healthy?

Service in a reasonable time. The preparation time is not the best, but OK. Pizza is really delicious. The price is around €10-20 per person including a drink. The parking lot is clean and big enough. Unfortunately the selection online is very limited, so it's best to order locally.

No....just no...from 25€ for a pizza that's dripping with fat. Ne Cheesy Crust 5€ extra and for Cheesy Bites (It means Cheedy Crust in pieces ---> a cutting movement!!! 2€ surcharge!!! A glass of water of 0.5 L for 4.99. Doesn't work at all... So just going out for pizza costs the equivalent of just under 120 marks...nope nope nope...never again...

The last time I ate there was about 2 years ago. Everything was always perfect, as you would expect from such a chain. Since then, however, prices have increased by around 30%. This is absolutely out of proportion. For 2 people: 2 medium pan pizzas, 1x garlic bread and a coke for 52€ I think it's a house number. As nice as the store is and the food was always delicious, I will unfortunately have to avoid it in the future. I don't support that!

There was a new employee at the checkout but he made a great effort and was very accommodating despite the stress and was happy to go through everything with me again since I haven't been here often before. I can't say much about the ambience (pick up), but the overall impression is 5* and the food too!

The store is now in need of renovation. The service seemed very listless and everything took quite a long time, including asking if anything was missing. Prices are also pretty high now, or I remember it being cheaper. But it tastes good.

It's just a Pizza Hut, it tastes pretty good there. It's expensive and the offers are a bit confusing, but otherwise the staff is nice.

Prices online don't match! I had to pay four euros more! When I asked, I was told there was nothing we could do 😩 €7.90 for the menu then cost €9.90. After a long discussion, I got my four euros back, but threw it in the donation jar. For me it is customer fraud! Give wrong prices and sell at high prices! So people be careful when ordering!!! Nice service, I felt comfortable

Restaurant equipment is getting old, seat cushions are clearly worn everywhere, this is where you should invest. The same goes for the staff, two ladies who have far too much to do, even though the restaurant wasn't overly full, they had to take on take-out sales in addition to waiting tables. Pan pizza was delicious, unfortunately I didn't like the garlic sauce, it was rather very fatty mayo with garlic.

It was our first time there, the service was very friendly and accommodating, the pizzas were very tasty, the dough was nice and fluffy, the toppings were delicious. The salad was also nice and fresh. The only drawback was the high price, for a medium pizza €16.90 is already a proud price.

So. We were very disappointed today. We're not petty at all, but today was a complete disaster. We had to wait a very long time for the table to be cleared away from the customer and then only by asking us. The waitress walked past us a lot and saw all this! After an eternity I had to ask the waitress if we would even get the menus. At some point she came too. Without tickets, he then asked us if we would like to drink and eat. Eating without cards was bad. After another eternity we got the drinks. We finished our drinks and when no one came to take our food order, we went to the checkout and paid for the two drinks. We weren't the only ones who went today. The bad thing was. Those next to us, who came later after us, got their food orders earlier and we, basically, on the right side, had to wait a very, very long time. And it wasn't that crowded. We won't be coming back for a while. A pity.

I bought pizza multiple times from here and I must say it's some of the best pizza. My favorite is the pepperoni lovers pan pizza.

Mega delicious pizza restaurant. Great service and very good American pizza. The Cheezy Crust in size L is gigantic. The remaining pizza can be perfectly taken away.

With 2 for 1 you really have to do the math to see which is really cheaper. Our salami was burnt. Every little pizza maker does it better.

Wirklich richtig gut. Nichts so ölig wie bei Italienern.

Essen gut aber zu teuer, Service war beim letzten mal wirklich unterirdisch. Erst bedient man uns 15 minuten gar nicht dann bringt man nicht bestellte Getränke nur um uns dann 10 Minuten auf die richtigen warten zu lassen. Zu guter letzt hat man vergessen die falschen Getränke wieder von der Rechnung zu nehmen. Gut das mir das noch aufgefallen ist. Der Laden war sehr wenig besucht an dem Tag kann also auch nicht daran gelegen haben.

Top Service leckere Pizzen . Ein bisschen teurer als bei anderen Pizzarien , aber Qualität , Größe und Geschmack passt dem Preis her . Kleiner Tip wenn man dort Essen geht bestellt mit Käse im Rand , mega lecker

War sehr lecker. Die Bedienung war nicht so freundlich. Normales Wasser zum trinken gibt es nicht.

Schneller Service, leckere Pizza. Wenn man American Pizza mag, also mit viel Käse. Auch die Hausgemachte Watermelon Limonade kann ich empfehlen.

Ich war am 12.12.23 zur Mittagszeit während eines Ladestopps bei EnBW im Restaurant und hatte das Mittagsmenü mit einer Pizza Barbecue Lover´s. Die Pizza war super lecker, die Mitarbeiterin im Service sehr freundlich und auch über die Wartezeit kann ich mich nicht beklagen.

Wir waren insgesamt 3 Personen was bestellt und nur 2 essen bekommen die aus sage von der Service Kraft die haben angeblich eine tono statt salami gemacht wir haben 45 min Auf das Essen gewertet der Rucola Salat war nicht frisch die Tomaten auch nicht nur der Parmesan war in Ordnung und es wurde gesagt das der Balsamico nicht läuft und deswegen es nicht gibt dann stelle ich mir die frage warum das auf der karte nicht weg getragen wird es waren 2 Mitarbeiter auf der Fläche 1 am Tresen und der Herr war am Service und musst sich um darum kümmern es wurden nicht die Tische abgeräumt stehen gelassen und es war an eine Samstag abend wo allgemein schon viel los ist

Freundliche Mitarbeiter. Gleichbleibend gute Qualität. Wie immer hochpreisig und kalorienreich.

Das Essen war wie immer sehr lecker, da gibt's nichts zu meckern. Der Service gut. Über die etwas abgewetzte Bestuhlung kann man hinwegsehen. Sauberkeit war in Ordnung.
