We had a truly wonderful visit to Pizza Hut! A special shout-out to Johann – he was incredibly friendly, attentive, and simply warm and welcoming. He provided excellent service, the food was absolutely delicious, and he even held the door open for us as we were leaving. Service like that really leaves a lasting positive impression. Thank you so much for the fantastic evening; we'll definitely be back!

The wait time was perfectly fine, and the garlic bread was good too. The service was okay, and everyone was friendly. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the melts. Six pieces for €25... they were as small as sandwiches, barely any dough, and you had to search for the toppings... my husband wasn't full for that price... apart from cheese, there wasn't really anything in the melts.

I was there again today after 6 years and have changed my rating from 2 to 4 stars. The food was good and the service couldn't have been better.

We ate there yesterday, and unfortunately, the entire experience was very disappointing. As soon as we entered the restaurant, we noticed how cold it was inside – despite the sub-zero temperatures outside. Only after asking were we told that the ventilation system was broken, something we felt they could have informed us of when we were seated. My wife ordered a dish without meat (she's a vegetarian), but was served a portion with meat. The food was replaced, but only after I had already finished my own meal. Furthermore, the staff was barely attentive – we had to shout several times just to be acknowledged. Even after a considerable wait, we had to ask for the menu at the beginning, and the service was anything but friendly. Mistakes can happen, no doubt. But a small gesture like a complimentary drink or dessert would have been appropriate given the overall experience, especially considering the prices. Unfortunately, even that didn't happen. Overall, we cannot recommend this visit and we will not be going to this branch again.

Finally, the all-you-can-eat buffet is back, every Wednesday from 6 pm... so you can eat lots of different pizzas...

The food was as usual at Pizza Hut. Unfortunately, the heating was broken, and we had to sit at the table wearing thick jackets. A notice at the entrance would have been appropriate. This is no way to treat your guests. To make matters worse, both urinals were out of order. One had even been removed.

The ambiance was standard for a fast-food chain. The staff was friendly and helped us navigate the initially overwhelming menu. The food was terrible, the prices far too high, and it had a slightly strange smell. We didn't think much of it at first, but after a few minutes, it proved counterproductive because the food immediately upset our stomachs. However, the cleaning staff deserves high praise for the spotless restrooms. The staff's helpfulness and friendliness actually deserve 5/5 stars. However, in any other restaurant, we wouldn't have had to pay full price for spoiled food, and at €26 for a pizza, I would have expected some compensation.

Absolutely disastrous! The pizza was abysmal. It had hardly any flavor, and the price was outrageous. Even a frozen pizza tastes better. The restrooms were about as clean and well-maintained as a train station toilet.

Today, we spontaneously dined at the €9.90 buffet for lunch. The staff member who greeted us, who seemed to be the sole manager of the dining room, was very nice and attentive. During the meal, there was always plenty of fresh pizza with three or four different flavors on the buffet, and you could help yourself to whatever you wanted. Even though we ate from the buffet self-service, the service was extremely friendly and attentive.

The pizza was undercooked, the dough was practically raw. My husband and I had stomach aches for a few days. The service... no time for the customer, dirty inside... We don't recommend this place.

We recently ate at this restaurant and were unfortunately very disappointed – both with the food and the service. When our pizzas were served, they were still raw: the crust was completely white on the bottom and undercooked. We had also ordered extra cheese, which was initially missing. When we told the waitress (Ms. Aleyna) this, she unfortunately reacted annoyed. Shortly afterward, we even heard her say in the kitchen, "I'm going to freak out about this table." The pizzas came back later, but the cheese had only been briefly applied and was barely melted. Some pizzas were even almost burnt from being recooked. When we wanted to speak to the manager afterward, it turned out that she was the manager herself. Unfortunately, she was very unfriendly, loud, and barely listened to us. Instead of showing understanding, she even shouted at us. Overall, the visit was truly disappointing – a shame, we had been looking forward to a lovely evening. We will never visit this restaurant again—and will not recommend it to our friends or acquaintances.

Unbelievable. Standard Pizza Hut pizza. So far, so good. But the real highlight was when my three children each wanted a scoop of ice cream. The menu said it was Ben & Jerry's (€2.99 each), and the staff, despite the shop being empty, still hadn't brought us dessert after half an hour. Completely incompetent, unable to read their own menu or understand what was on offer. The absolute worst: instead of Ben & Jerry's ice cream, it was cheap ice cream from a large carton. It was easy to observe from where we were sitting.

The food was truly disappointing. The cheese crust was only available in large portions, but you can have different toppings if you want to share. The mixed appetizers tasted like frozen goods from a discount store, and you spend over €50 for two people on that? 🤬 The lemonade was very good, the waitresses were very friendly, offering tips and asking questions. I would have given it 5 stars for that. Conclusion: Never again. Better go to the local pizzeria, where the food is delicious and you pay much less.

I don't usually write reviews if I don't like the food—after all, everyone has different tastes. But this time... yes, this time I just couldn't help myself. My husband and I went to Pizza Hut today, full of anticipation. We were really looking forward to the meal; after all, we've been quite satisfied there so far. My husband ordered a broccoli casserole. The first few bites were wonderful, everything was good. But then the special edition arrived. In the middle of the casserole: a fat, black, dead fly. My husband innocently asked me what it could be. Well, I knew immediately: the menu isn't called "Broccoli Casserole," but "Broccoli Surprise." Of course, we immediately informed the waitress. At least we didn't have to pay for the casserole—generous! Unfortunately, after this protein-rich addition, the rest of the meal was over for us. The best part? No apologies. Not from the waitress, not from the management, not even a little "Oops, our mistake" from the kitchen. Apparently the bow tie is a secret extra that you are supposed to accept without comment.

Suuuuper delicious and very friendly too! They even pointed out to us that we'd ordered way too much. But we had already planned to eat some of it the next day. It was still very nice!

The food there was really tasty, I had a beef pizza in size M. But I have to honestly say that I could have eaten in a nicer and better restaurant for a total of €27. The menu was a bit complicated, but maybe that's just because of the American style. On Sunday afternoon there was somehow only one staff member responsible for the entire store, which led to slightly longer waiting times. A person from the kitchen also greeted us somewhat strangely. It would be better if the waiters took care of this in the future. So I think 3 stars are quite appropriate.

You order a pizza in advance by phone. Arrive at the specified time to pick them up and then you stand at the front for 25 minutes without being noticed in the slightest. There was no good evening etc. Just nothing. Instead, I see how my pizza has been ready and cooling down nicely since I entered the restaurant. Result: Cold pizza, long waiting time despite pre-ordering and for €23.99 per pizza. My expectations are much higher!

Very bad service!!! 12/30/24: After a visit to Ikea, my sister and I are looking forward to a delicious pan pizza - puff cake... we enter the store at 1:00 p.m., are greeted with a listless, quiet "Hello" and choose a table. Well, until then things won't be that bad, I understand if the staff may have a lot to do at the moment. There was exactly one young lady waiting tables, at least I didn't see any other staff. After a relatively short time we get the menus. After a short search we know what we want, but we wait half an hour for someone to come up to us and take the order. They didn't even ask for drinks. Even wherever she passes by, we simply don't care about her. This would probably have gone on for longer, so we decided to leave the store. Even on the way out there was no goodbye, let alone a friendly look. We went next door, we were warmly welcomed at L'Osteria and had great food on the table after just a few minutes.

The pizzas are great, the staff is friendly and everything is kept clean. I have been here several times and can recommend it to everyone.

I usually like to eat at Pizza Hut. But what are the opening hours for? At 10:30 p.m. on a Friday you're already standing in front of closed doors and the employees inside just look at you as if you were invisible. Service is different! KFC is next door and was a good alternative.

We were here on the 1910th. The shop was empty, only 4-5 tables were occupied and these guests had already had their food. After 20 minutes we dared to ask for the card, and the blonde waitress was then forced to give us the cards. Kindness is different. That's about it. After another almost 30 minutes of absolutely ignoring us (despite eye contact and hand signals), we left. I wish the store that no other customer wastes time here.

Went there on October 19th around 6:00 p.m. and waited over 40 minutes until the menus were brought after repeated requests. The restaurant was moderately busy and there were enough staff. We left after an hour after still not being able to take our order. Then we went to the competition next door, where you could order within 15 minutes, even though it was packed and we had our food after 30 minutes. You can see it works. The head waitress with blonde hair and glasses was absolutely rude and asked me to try out work. That was the original sound. I don't have to say more. We won't eat here anymore. Too bad.

We were in the restaurant in Kamem today, October 19th, 2024. We were there at 6 p.m., at that time there were around 7-8 other tables occupied, the majority of which were already eating. The restaurant was nowhere near full. We waited for over half an hour until we finally got a ticket. After another half hour we went to the head waitress (?), a lady with glasses and blonde hair about 30-40 years old. And they kindly pointed out that we had been waiting for almost an hour before we could even place an order; we couldn't even order drinks. In response, the waitress fobbed us off with the words "Yes, it is very crowded here. And YOU are welcome to try out some work here." We then told the waitress that we were leaving now. Since we don't accept such insolence, the tone and manner of the waitress were very arrogant and cheeky. After many years as regular customers, we are not used to such service and an outrageous tone. Of course, we understand that there are situations that can be very challenging for employees, but the restaurant was nowhere near full. You can definitely check this based on the orders; there were rows and rows of empty tables and benches. We think it should be possible to at least get drinks shortly after arrival. We left the restaurant after an hour without being able to order. The waitress called after us that she couldn't stop us. We are now sitting next door in L'Osteria and after just 10 minutes we received our drinks and were able to place our food order.

Pizzas etc very expensive! The pizza I put together myself was delicious and filling (pan, size S). But prices are already steep. Paid €25 for a small pizza and a drink!!!!! And, for example, the “special” one with a cheese crust is unfortunately not available in “S”. Unfortunately it was very cold and drafty throughout the restaurant. When asked by the staff, it could not be regulated differently. We then left the jackets on, which of course isn't very comfortable.

As always, the food was delicious. The service was also great. I just love Pizza Hut. But now to the negative side, from the outside the building looks like they will be closing soon. Logo on the front is incomplete and the foil on the sun protection is coming off. That could be more inviting. I don't think that has to be the case with a company like this. Otherwise, the first port of call for good pizza 🍕

Very nice service and very good price/performance ratio

We ate there on October 3rd, 2024 (2 people) and ordered a large pan pizza and a classic which was not delivered. Only when one pizza was already there did another waitress tell us that there was no more classic dough. So we've only had one pizza so far. Instead of the classic, we actually wanted to have a specific potato dish with it, but without barbecue sauce. The previous waitress said that this wouldn't work when we picked up the pizzas because we originally wanted the potato dish. However, when the other waitress came to tell us that there was no longer any classic dough, we asked her again if the dish could not be made without the barbecue sauce. Whereupon this waitress said that this was possible. The question arises, was the waitress just not in the mood? Since there were already so many delays, we wanted to have the rest of our pizza packed and the potato dish as well, which fortunately was possible FOR THE FIRST TIME. When we were in the car on the way home, we realized that we had gotten the wrong food. We'll never go there again!!!!!!

In my opinion the prices for a pizza are outrageous. The outdoor children's area was closed. Men's toilet was dirty and partly broken. As a family we won't be coming back for the time being.

We really enjoyed it here today. The 3G proof was checked very carefully, the service was friendly and the food was very tasty. Price-performance is okay. There is a separate card for the little ones. For example with fries and breaded mini chicken schnitzels. Update from August 16, 2024: Somehow it's not as nice as it was back then. The service seems listless and not very motivated to interact in a friendly manner. The premises are not particularly clean. The high chairs stick. The playground equipment will soon fall apart. No card with pens for the children to color. Only the food tastes exactly the same as usual. Very unfortunate.

First of all, the pan pizzas were good, as long as the taste was restored after drinking the Pepsi Zero. On Friday, August 2nd, 2024, I ate with a friend at the Kamen restaurant. The order consisted of two pan pizzas and one "Pepsi" each. The waitress took the order without comment. When she brought the drinks she EXPLICITLY mentioned ! that it is Zero Pepsi! Nice to find out then! Other Zero products were mentioned to us as alternatives. It seemed to us that the waitress was having fun with it. In response to my friend's friendly comment about whether the lack of the "normal" Pepsi in the product range could be passed on to management or headquarters, basically nothing came up. She looked right through us and didn't change her face. After a slight shrug of her shoulders, she left again. We kept the drinks and reluctantly drank this black, metallic, artificial tasting liquor. While we were sitting, three other guests came to the neighboring table. When we talked to the waitress there, we also heard that they would like “normal” Pepsi!!! Unfortunately, as long as they only offer this zero stuff, we won't eat in these restaurants anymore. The overall impression of the service was between annoyed and not interested. Nice restaurant, but somehow it was a strange atmosphere. I also wrote a complaint about the homepage right after the weekend. No reaction yet. A pity..

Service completely bad. The waitress only brought drinks after half an hour (it wasn't busy that day). Then she started flirting with some guys at another table. Chairs ripped open. No table was cleared or cleaned. Food never came. Left after an hour of ordering the food. That was pathetic for a chain.

Pizza Hut always wanted to be an experiential restaurant. The weeds in front of the house/parking lot are now knee high. Inviting is different! Good thing there are alternatives there...

We were there with two adults and five children to celebrate the start of the holiday. Unfortunately, our experiences were very mixed: The food was excellent as always. The pizza exactly as you know and expect it. The starters were also excellent. Unfortunately, we found the service to be less good. Two of the children are even younger. Of the coloring pages that Pizza Hut has, only one of them received one and only after asking. In other restaurants I know it is standard for the employee to actively offer this when greeting you. Two of the employees interacted with each other in an unfriendly tone so loudly that it could be heard throughout the restaurant. We received one of 7 drinks incorrectly, even though the employee had repeated everything correctly when ordering. We ordered the salad for the King Caesar separately so that it would be easier to take any leftovers with us and reheat them. The kitchen also served this very well in a bowl and a bowl. When we finally asked for containers for the salad and the sauce, we received exactly one plastic bowl. This then leads to absurdity the idea that the salad should remain as crunchy as possible. After we received the drinks and food, no one came to the table to ask for anything else. So the planned dessert fell through. If I spend over €150 on pizza (!) then I expect better service. Since this isn't the first time that the service here is significantly worse than the food, we won't eat here again. My recommendation is to pick up the food and eat it at home with friends and/or family and save yourself the overpriced drinks.

Pizza is simply delicious. Price is probably a little too high. There is nothing to complain about in terms of service. Ambiance can be improved. Seat covers need replacing and the parking lot doesn't look very inviting with weeds, deregistered vehicles and trash.

Most fast food chains are looking for new marketing strategies. But Pizza Hut doesn't develop. Pizza doesn't taste like it used to. When ordering, you should ask whether the drinks were served with ice cubes. I fully agree with the expensive prices.

Very nice service, even ordering something to eat at 10 p.m. is no problem. We'd love to come back.
