Toni´s Pizzeria + Kiosk in Kamen

The cook used to be great, but now he's just terrible. Instead, he drives a taxi. LoL

Unfortunately, I had to realize for the second time that the opening time doesn't mean that you can get what you would like to eat. Open at 12 p.m. and 12:15 at the earliest. Can you order something with meat because it isn't ready before then. Then I drove again.

A large selection of different dishes at reasonable prices. I enjoyed the dishes I ordered. Everything was freshly prepared and appetizing.

It's a shame. We've always enjoyed ordering from here. The fact that the already long delivery times aren't being met and it's taking even longer—well, we've gotten used to it. But now they've completely forgotten about us, which is a real shame. That was the last straw, so to speak. One less regular customer :(

To this day I have always been satisfied. Reasonable food at a reasonable price. I probably would have been today if it hadn't been for a small problem, but right from the start. Today I ordered three kebabs, picked them up and when I opened them at home I saw ants in the kebab. In all of them. The friend gets a shock, the child looks panicked. Reacted quickly, packed everything up and sent it back. Friendly as always, I'm asked if I have a problem with the food, I open the bag and show them the ants. The first gentleman reacts in shock and doesn't know what to do. The pizza maker asks me what problem I have and I point to the ants. I would have expected an apology or something to reassure me as a customer, but what came next was anything but. I was shouted at about what problem I had, it's just ants and then only a few. Further statements were: 1. Are you an animal rights activist or why don't you want to eat this 2. They're just ants, not maggots 3. You put them in there yourself I should take your food and leave. Then my hat went up a bit. I then told him that I would throw the food through his shop but not take it back with me. Well, it wasn't until his young and friendly pizza driver agreed with me that the situation calmed down. I then got my money back and was insulted again as a pig when I went out. Conclusion, it used to be good, it probably still is, I also understand ants, that happens, but the way I was treated is not possible at all.
