KFC in Kiel

Hello dear KFC team, very reliable and delicious here in the Sophienhof shopping center, we continue to send visitors over, we have been here with you more often and would be happy to visit you here. Nice colleagues and employees and clean food. Kind regards 🗽🇺🇸💖🫡

I was at KFC today at 12:50. I ordered 3 chicken pieces. I had to wait almost half an hour for my order. I don't think it's normal that you have to wait almost half an hour for your order. During this half hour I observed that the staff had not made some orders. After a long wait, the visitors asked the staff that they were still waiting for their orders. It's not as good as waiting half an hour for the chicken pieces. If the staff can't handle the orders, they should leave it alone. Like a few other visitors, I won't eat here again

Touchscreen doesn't work, offers not available. The service doesn't speak German and is extremely unfriendly. And on the Hanchen, more breading like meat. Once and never again.

Not very fast food. Waited for over 30 minutes for some few chicken pieces and a soda. Had to leave because our boat was leaving. They worked very slow and didn’t put in the effort we deserved. Very disappointing and I am dissatisfied. Hope someone else got our food later.

I ordered large fries here. The staff forgot my order and then gave me small fries. I asked the employee what it was. He told me they didn't sell large fries, showed me two same sized fries and said one was small and the other was large. I then asked if there was black pepper and was given .50 cents for a pinch of black pepper. This service and product share is definitely the worst among the competing companies. This is a place I won't choose again 👎👎👎

I have to say I was one of the first people who was really happy that KFC was coming to Kiel, people used to go to Hamburg or somewhere else. The food is great but the ambience is not good at all, dirty and sticky, plus there are language barriers with the employees. It's a shame that Kiel can't keep up with other cities when it comes to KFC, do something and move the store forward.

Good food, but the staff did not fully understand English, and therefore not what I tried to order. Got me food, which was very good, but not quite what I had ordered. But, all in all, a good choice. Hope KFC comes to Norway one fine day. 🙂

The food from this kfc is unreal. Everytime i go on the color line, i heavily look forward to going to this kfc, and ordering a large menu, because we dont have the resturaunt in norway.

I love it!!! But!!!!!! Please try the hot wings with peanut sauce from the Chinese restaurant!!! (Also in the Sophienhof) This is the absolute taste orgasm 😀The best time is Thursday when the Hotwings are on offer 😉

Well, it's a small place, nothing special, they're quick when preparing food unless there's a lot going on, the food is Alright, could be better but they got chilli cheese fries, that's nice. Also they deliver, even better for a high calorie individual like myself.

Helpful staff. Fairly clean premises, and Lie waiting time. Food was as expected, fast, ok, greasy.

The food was great, but the rest was okay. Could be cleaner. But there will probably be savings on staff. But what was there. Was nice and very friendly and also in English 👍☺️

The worst KFC I've ever been to. EVERYTHING was cold, even the food I got after I gave the cold food back. + Because the curry sauce was out, we had coleslaw as compensation

I ate here with Jörg. It was very good again. I love KFC. The employees were very, very friendly, helpful and competent. I can highly recommend Kieler KFC.

Delicious food, quick preparation

Really disgusting 🤮 I bought the menu plus chili cheese fries, the chili cheese sauce was more like BBQ instead of what I ordered 🤷🏼‍♂️ I wanted to complain about my food because the wings were also half raw, but they said it wasn't possible to complain at all . Then the cleanliness was really bad. There was rubbish stuck all over the table and the staff were so unfriendly 😵‍💫

Delicious food but almost 15 minutes of waiting for 2 menus and a few hot wings is too slow.

Bad corn, the butter tasted nothing. Poorly whipped mashed potatoes. No normal coke.

Mediocre, food was almost cold and the fries were soggy.

The worst KFC we have ever been to! 🧐 We wanted to eat a little something and I said to my wife: "Come on, at least we know what it tastes like!" Total nonsense! PUSH CAKE!!! I actually had to apologize to my wife for that sentence...😓 Chicken pieces were completely seasonless. Fries limp and saltless! My wife bit into her bites and looked at me desperately desperate. Also without spices. Pepsi, SevenUp and Mirinda are only available as sugar-free versions. Sorry, if I want to drink it that way then I'll order it that way and don't let anyone dictate it to me. Don't tell any vegan that they have to eat meat! Ambience not very pleasant as it was quite dirty. So clearly NO GO!

Disaster - dirt, grease, disgusting One employee was standing around stupidly, two others were chatting. There was dirt, grease, chips, etc. on the floor. The tables were also extremely dirty. Although only a couple with a child, a mother with two children and one other person were present and the employees were standing around, no cleaning was done. An employee walked through the "restaurant" without seeing the dirt on the floor and tables - not even on the way back. Fries lukewarm, chicken n absolute joke. One part (of 3) was smaller than a thumb in size. At least the three employees who had nothing to do said goodbye to us politely - instead of ensuring cleanliness. Disgusting. An absolute NO-GO in the catering industry

I ordered food from KFC Sophienhof. 1) Food arrived cold 2) The delivery person behaved like a petulant toddler on the phone as soon as I asked him to come to the uksh house E. He was standing in a parking garage 3 streets away and told me to go to the parking garage and pick up my food there. It's not possible for a 70-year-old cancer patient. That's why that was the very last time I ordered from KFC. I called the restaurant and complained about what such childish behavior was about. Preferably 0/5 stars!

No toilets available, no wet wipes for your hands, especially after eating.

Cold food and chicken dry and not fresh. Corn on the cob mushy. Stomache ache everytime I eat there. Not coming back.Door also blocked by sign outside.

I order 24 chicken wings to go and I realized at home they only gave me 12 chicken wings ! Really bad service !!!

The food tastes good, it's a chicken chain, comparable to other stores like Mc Donalds and Bürger King, a little more expensive but the meat is of good quality and the Burgers are very juicy with a good piece of chicken

Current update: Kentucky screams Schicken (RTL :-) has reopened and started its steam pressure hairdresser. Questions have come up again and again, but actually there aren't any! The former licensee of their badly run-down chicken shack was finally thrown out and remodeled repeatedly over the course of days! Closed again and rebuilt again. Will this finally make the mess better? ..... Until now, this unspeakable, unclean, unfortunate, inadequate and completely overpriced dirty place could unfortunately no longer be evaluated in an appropriate choice of words. Neither in quality nor in price/performance! Conclusion: Unfortunately only minus stars 🕷 and no rating at all. Sorry!

Poor value for money, small portion. The taste of the chicken was okay, the fries were really bad, but the drink was delicious. Service went like this, here too there was a lack of knowledge of German, but tried hard and largely friendly. I ordered a menu that included a roll, fries and Coke. Additionally, I ordered cheese for the Rolls and Chili cheese sauce for the fries. The roll turned out to be a little dry for me, I had to cope with the help of sauce for the fries))). The room is quite clean, the order is processed quickly. My favorite was the chili cheese sauce. I recommend trying it))).

Instead of collecting money, it is better to have a chat with friends. Other customers just have to wait. Luckily, there are numerous alternatives in the immediate vicinity where you can spend your money on good food.

Didn't get everything we paid for.

Worst KFC I've ever been to, forgot mayo sauce, service rude and unmotivated never again!! No more corn just one so there are better stores in this chain e.g. Neumünster

As always, I had the chicken box, 3 pieces of chicken with fries and salad. The chicken pieces were totally dry and poorly seasoned. The lettuce looked like it was about to wilt. In other Kfc s, for example in HH, the chicken box is always great, but in Kiel Kfc it is always not nice.

Co tutaj dużo mówić. Lokal z naszym ulubionym jedzonkiem. Kanapki bazujące na smażonym kurczaku dobrze znanej na całym świecie marki KFC. Lokal oceniłbym bardzo dobrze, jedzenie również klasyczne smakujące dokładnie tak jak powinno w lokalach pod tym szyldem. Menu dość obszerne. Dostępne są również dania dla wegetarian oraz zestawy dla dzieci. Każdy na pewno dla siebie coś znajdzie. Dobre miejsce na szybkie przekąszenia czegoś dobrego . Bardzo szynka obsługa.

Der Service war bemüht, etwas Ordnung zu schaffen. Das Essen war gewohnt gut.

Personal stand mehr herum als sich um die Lobby zu kümmern. Getränke waren gut gekühlt und das Essen war gut warm aber nicht mehr saftig.

Lecker, wie es noch aus den 60er - 90er Jahren, beim  Fifth Corps US Army, Camp King Oberursel und der 130th Engineer Brigade, aus dem heutigen Hanau 9 (Großauheim), kannte. KFC's 'It's Finger Lickin' Good. Lecker Kohlsalat, 3 Hähnchenteile und dazu Kartoffelpüree mit Sauce. Und dazu eine Pepsi Zero. Leider zu wenig Personal, die Tische könnten sauberer sein. Sehr gute Bedienung. Ansonsten Top, wir sehen uns wieder.

Modernes KFC-Restaurant mit freundlichem Personal. Leider sind die Tische meist nicht ganz so akkurat abgewischt was in der aktuellen Zeit auch dem Personalmangel geschuldet sein kann.

Verhältnismäßig sauber, direkt am Bahnhof zentral gelegen. Bestellen am Automaten möglich.

The food is exactly what you would expect from a fast food place, nothing more. The place is fine but if you want a seriously delicious meal this is not the place.

Ich glaube, dass dieser KFC den Besitzer gewechselt hat. Seit dem hat sich jedenfalls einiges zum Positiven geändert. Es gibt nun Automaten zum Bestellen, das Restaurant ist nun auch viel sauberer als vorher. Das Essen hat jetzt auch eine bessere Qualität. Es ist nur schade, dass die Anzeige mit den Bestellnummern irgendwie nicht richtig funktioniert. Ich hatte das Gefühl, dass die Zahlen nicht aktualisiert wurden und man daher nicht genau wusste, wenn man länger warten musste, ob das Essen nun bald fertig sein wird oder noch 15 min brauchen wird...Es ist auch schade, dass nicht alle Mitarbeiter englisch sprechen. Es kommen viele Ausländer in den Laden.

Freundliche Angestellte,neu jetzt, Bestellung auch am Automaten,kurze Wartezeit,sauber, Bargeldlos und bar Zahlung möglich

Bei unserem Besuch am Samstag Nachmittag war es nicht sehr voll, der Laden war sauber und aufgeräumt, das Personal nett und das Essen wurde schnell geliefert. Die Bestellung am Terminal verlief ohne Probleme. Lediglich ein Burger war von der Temperatur her nicht optimal, aber gar.

God kylling og pommes frites med tok litt tid og få mat når vi måte rekke en båt.

Bei meinem Besuch Anfang Juni 2023 wirkte es schmuddelig. Die Milchshake Maschine war defekt und der Burger ziemlich trocken. Schade, da ich von Kfc im allgemeinen besseres gewohnt bin.

God mat, og gode sauser. Servicen var helt ok, men stemningen var helt i taket.
