Kentucky Fried Chicken in Hannover

Chicken is always best. But the staff forget always something from the order. And a few times I saw mouse running on the floor between dinning hall, WC and kitchen.

The food was okay, apart from the double down (see picture). Employees an absolute impudence and impertinence. I would never go there again. In the future only to other locations.

I ordered an XL menu but only received a regular one and my special requests for the menu were not taken into account. Plus they didn't have any change. The drink was also not chilled.

So apart from the fact that I liked the spoon in my mashed potatoes with gravy sauce take-away order, what I saw in the toilet shocked me. The toilet is completely flooded with urine and no one cares about it. Horrible! I would like to give 0 stars but you have to give one star but apart from all that there was a man with children who waited an hour for his order and then went to complain and I don't even want to talk about his rude children "Pinocchio nose" to an Asian child so really the staff was as careless as their customers with their upbringing!!

Best KFC in all of Germany. A month ago I got 10 crispies instead of 6. Then last time I also received an extra hot wing and an extra crispy ❤️

Very bad service, unfriendly, disinterested, no hello, nothing, number is called and the food is literally thrown away. There have often been no toys for the children on the menu, food was cold and inedible. In the back where the food is prepared, people simply prepare food privately and give it to families and friends or eat it themselves, which customers wait for. My menu was prepared incorrectly and suddenly an employee took my burger and left the KFC restaurant. There you also have to pay 50 cents for the toilet, which is impossible. Something should be changed with so many complaints.

Complete catastrophe...1 star is too much! We were there with our son and his friends and wanted to end the children's birthday party... We got wrong and cold food, the drinks weren't marked and the staff didn't let anyone talk to them. To top it off, we had to pay for the toilet even though we bought food for 70 euros. We ordered this Zinger. The Zinger had mayonese on the burger. Just disgusting. The food came very quickly but the fries were cold and they didn't want to give us new ones because supposedly the fries were ``warm'' at the beginning. I recommend Not at all and if I could I would give 0 stars

Just bought 12 hot wings to take home and only got 7 home.

I was there with my family of 3 people and had chosen 3 menus in one order. But this was provided as 2 menus, where I had to get my son's addition out because it was packed with it. Even a drink labeled Zero, it was not labeled accordingly. My two relatives went to the toilet there, which was in poor condition for both the ladies and the gentlemen. I was 1.5. In Laatzen, the condition was considerably better.

Someday this establishment will teach its workers that guests are not pigs, and they can see how their food is packed. And he will also teach you to read, because how can you mix mayonnaise with ketchup and so on 3 times... I have no other explanation. Thank you to this establishment for making me not want to ever go to KFC again.

The food is ok. Unfortunately you are not allowed to go to the toilet in this store if you don't have 50 cents! I find it a complete disgrace that as a customer you have to pay to use the toilet! I just wanted to wash my hands and unfortunately I didn't have any cash with me and I wasn't allowed access to the toilet!

The ladies in front of the toilet is a Terminator. They only know one word - pay. Even though I have an invoice that I was a customer, she threw me out. She had me pushing and screaming.

Unfortunately 0 stars are not possible. This is hell on earth and I definitely advise everyone not to visit this horrible branch. Not only does it beep from 5 different noise sources (very loud, not to mention the heat), you are also FORCED to eat there. Ordered takeaway? Bad luck, we don't pack it. Our mistake? Unlucky. Digital ordering even worked exceptionally. And even though you're basically forced to eat there, you're not even allowed to choose where you sit. Due to social anxiety, I wanted to sit in a somewhat empty area. The area was completely open and accessible. We were then told that we had to change places for some inexplicable reason. The only thing that saves the store is that I STILL don't have food poisoning.
