I waited for over 30 minutes for an order, it was not busy . The employees where busy chatting with their friends who don’t work there . They are not professional

Wallah billah, even the biggest Ayris, bro, waited 40 minutes for a small meal and I said my train was coming in 5 minutes, they looked at me, said something indistinct, and then ignored me.

Tasty KFC chicken. The staff always forget one item. Make sure and check it before you eat. Toilets with soap. Huge dining hall with multiple seatplaces.

Very good food and friendly service

Worst experience ever! I had to wait a full 10 minutes for my order, and the chicken was cold and tasteless, with far too little sauce. When we complained, they just said there was nothing they could do about it. The tables weren't clean either – we had to wipe them ourselves. I will definitely never come back here!

What a mess and a mockery. Dirty and potatoes with salt in a bucket, pepper and some more spices. Toilet that can be left open to air out in the room where people eat. How do they get a sanitary license for such locations in the 21st century in Europe?? Strange... I think I'm done eating at KFC. Order received quickly and tastes as expected.

Like everywhere else, prices have gone up here. The quality of the chicken pieces was disappointing. They must have been sitting in the display for hours. Dry and lukewarm. The fries were no better, completely soggy. I will avoid this restaurant in the future.

The food is mostly too salty and often not even warm. The staff is overworked, annoyed and often rude. When asked to help out the refuse. There are a lot of rude people coming inside and trying to start a fight or behave very poorly. When asked for the staff to intervene they either refused, shrugged with their shoulders or it took them way too long to send someone to see what is happening. The toilets are not cleaned throughly. The doors of the stalls often don’t lock or they’re hard to lock.

The food was basically okay, not exactly delicious, but edible. The burger had very little sauce, and there were two completely incompatible varieties! I don't recommend going here at all. Maybe other KFCs are different, but this place is just awful. Better go to the McDonald's nearby.

KFC used to be delicious. A lot has changed since then, and honestly? You can, but you don't have to. But everyone has slacked off: KFC, BK, MCD.

I ordered food for my daughter and myself. It took a very long time. There are only three people working here, so you can't get anywhere. A woman complained, and they were very rude to the customer. Instead of talking normally! Everyone who ordered after me already got their order, but I and a few others didn't. Absolutely terrible. The fries have also been changed, which is unacceptable. They don't taste the same as before.

I have nothing to complain about with the staff or the food, but I had a moment of shock a while back. I used the restroom there for the very first time, and it was so dirty that some motorway restrooms would be perfect for a picnic. I almost threw up. Since then, I've never been able to go back to that restaurant.

I waited for my order to be taken for about 5 minutes or more. I waited for 20 minutes. Is this really fast food? It's in the center of Hanover, and there are only two employees and one person in the kitchen, one of whom is an intern who didn't give me 3 euros in change.

It's long, stuffy, and unprofessional. I've never seen a worse KFC establishment. The staff doesn't work as they should, and I'm incredibly disappointed. It's in the center of a big city, a popular chain... It's simply embarrassing. I'll never come here again.

It was good but when I got up from my meal and had to go to the toilet they took my food even though I wasn't even finished

I was very dissatisfied with my visit. I noticed something that seemed unhygienic, and overall, I didn't have a good feeling about the cleanliness. I also found the behavior of two employees unprofessional, as they laughed at me as a guest. It was a very unpleasant experience for me, and I won't be coming back!

On August 22nd, at around 10:40 p.m., the receptionist was particularly rude while packing food. I simply pointed out to him, in a friendly way, that he shouldn't give any food that had fallen from the tray to the table to the guests. However, he simply responded coldly and dismissively: "We don't do it that way." I didn't want to start a discussion, but simply politely point it out to him—nothing more.

Food is good. This place as always is a quick snack joint for any outing at any time. Toilet is well maintained. But waiting time is too much, we went during the afternoon. Otherwise everything is okie. Update: 06.08.2025 The employee (a lady who claimed herself to be the manager) was very rude and was shouting that noone came to pick up the order. Actually, my daughter was standing there for 20 minutes but no one called out the number. I informed the same but she kept on shouting. Now also I realised it is a very unfriendly place. She outrightly told me speak Deutsch or Syrian language but no English. KFC being an American enterprise doesn't have a single employee who can speak English.:((

A very bad experience. The staff is rude, aggressive, and offensive to people. They charge you for food and then don't give it to you, and they charge more than they should. The bill was a very bad experience. They should change the staff. The manager was very rude and disrespectful.

Good value for money for a quick meal

This was one of the worst KFCs I've ever visited. We were there half an hour before closing time. Everything was still displayed on the terminal. I ordered a nan bread as a menu and three additional crisps...they weren't there anymore. I could only get wings or a part as a replacement...the fries were limp...the drinks were filled incorrectly...sticky tables everywhere and not very friendly staff. We won't be going back...it's a shame that a shop can bring such a bad reputation on a chain.

I ordered a Zinger Burger takeout meal on July 27, 2025, and July 31, 2028. Some terminals were broken, and the staff seemed significantly overwhelmed with the preparation. However, I highly recommend the Zinger Burger.

Very rude employees. They provide three free hoteliers, but when you give your feedback and do it, they make a big deal, saying they won't do it or ignoring you for 10 minutes. They also claimed you were being ripped off, which is an insinuation, and then they laugh in your face. The food is good, but the service and the cooperation aren't even worth a star.

A bit dark and generally not nice

Rather delicious food. The service was fast and the cashier was very nice. Total was around 60€ total for 2 bucket meals. In my opinion, the drinks arent worth it by price, but by taste, they are a must-have. Would recommend.

KFC as usual. Located underground on the mezzanine level. The atmosphere is rather uncomfortable.

First, our bong got stuck in the machine and no one helped us. Then, while we were eating, someone swept under our table. Then we didn't get any napkins and had to clean our hands on the new bong. Not recommended.

Excellent fried chicken. Their fries and other sides are very “average”. After visiting numerous times over the years I can genuinely say… The fried chicken, and friendly customer service consistently exceeds my expectations.

The first thing I noticed negatively was that the drinks machine was broken and therefore there were no soft drinks. This is of course annoying, especially with a menu. Unfortunately, the fries weren't to my taste - but all the chicken products, whether burgers or individual pieces, were really tasty and fresh. Ordering via the app is very convenient overall, but could still be improved: Once you have decided on "take away" or "eat on site", it is no longer so easy to adjust it later. A more flexible solution would be desirable here. What should be highlighted positively is that there are ordering terminals, similar to those of a well-known competitor with the golden M. These work well and make the ordering process much easier. The staff was friendly and the overall impression of the branch was clean and well-maintained.

You can see mice running around while you're eating and sometimes there's a mouse in the food. Whoever's eating there has taken his own life and washed down the towel. The employee I ordered from couldn't speak German and I had to speak to him in Indian. The food was good. The chicken wings were delicious (unfortunately more breading than chicken but well seasoned). Pepsi Cola was an imposition (far too sweet) You should consider another product. The new fries version was also delicious. Unfortunately, the men's toilets were incredibly dirty. A toilet was not accessible because there was no door handle. I recently went to KFC in Hannover and unfortunately my experience was anything but satisfactory. The food was okay, but the staff seemed listless and unmotivated, which affected the overall service. The cleanliness was particularly disappointing - both the toilets and the guest room were in an unhygienic condition. This shouldn't happen in a fast food restaurant. Overall, not a pleasant visit and I will avoid coming here again. It's a shame, because with a little more commitment from the staff and better hygiene the restaurant could do much better.

Great food, I have nothing to complain about Store is also clean and chic But I sat there for 30 minutes eating and during that time 3 people (beggars) approached me and wanted money. My experience at KFC today really left me feeling extremely dissatisfied. All the customers have received their meals, but I am still waiting. I originally thought it was because there were so many people, but after waiting for a while, I decided to go to the counter to ask. I found that my order slip was left on the table and no one was handling it at all. If I hadn't taken the initiative to remind him, I might have just kept waiting today and not gotten the meal at all. What's even more annoying is that when I reminded them, they actually told me that the chicken legs hadn't been fried yet and that I had to wait. I waited for more than thirty minutes in total for this whole process. For a chain fast food restaurant, this kind of service efficiency is simply incredible. Here you get mediocre food at extremely overpriced prices. 6 chicken stripes with a small fries and coke for over €10?!? Here you know how to take money out of people's pockets. The absolute worst KFC I have been to in Germany. The service was super slow although the kitchen was fast to prepare the food. The counter employees engage in long conversations with clients, other employees and food delivery workers. They openly discuss with clients and complain out loud about the work and the clients. They seem very distracted while putting the orders together. Regarding the food, the chicken was very salty and the chips missing salt. We wanted a vegetarian burger in menu but it was not an option, although you can buy the vegetarian burger on place.

Fries were super dry and like sticks which we can beat up a person, burgers were hell and we asked the staff there to try one piece and he answered that here it is like that.
