Food is what counts, that's why 1 star. The chicken is not edible. Too bad about the money. Interesting how people give 3 stars even though they say the same thing as me

The food is okay, the prices are good. It's just too crowded.

The food isn't always really hot. You often notice that the chicken pieces have been kept warm for a long time, orders are loudly warm. Eating in the restaurant is almost impossible. It is very loud and there is no coziness. When ordering, you should count the number. Not every operator is a math genius. Criticism is not welcome and is taken personally. Unfortunately not the best KFC

Extremely unfriendly staff The food is cold

I ordered from KFC via Uber One and was extremely disappointed. I found a long black hair in my fries – absolutely disgusting! Since I don't have black hair myself, it definitely couldn't have been mine. It had obviously been in the food for a while, which indicates poor hygiene. The fries were also extremely oversalted and inedible. The fact that the food was prepared so unhygienically is also confirmed by other reviews. Apparently, the employees aren't wearing gloves and prepare the food with dirty hands. This is absolutely unacceptable. For me, that was the last time – never again KFC.

Wir waren kürzlich bei KFC auf dem Kiez und wurden auf ganzer Linie enttäuscht. Das Essen war komplett kalt, die Burger wirkten alt und die Buns waren weder getoastet noch frisch. Die Pommes waren noch halb gefroren – als wären sie seit dem Wochenende übrig geblieben. Trotzdem wir die einzigen Gäste im Laden waren, wurde ein Teil unserer Bestellung einfach vergessen. Statt aufmerksam zu arbeiten, unterhielt sich das Personal lieber lautstark mit Freunden, die gemütlich auf dem Tresen saßen. Für diese miserable Qualität und den schlechten Service dann auch noch so viel Geld zu verlangen, ist schlichtweg frech. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist katastrophal. Definitiv nicht zu empfehlen.

Had the chicken wasn't bad but considering that there are other shops around it I have to say I would get it again in the future from the competition where in my opinion the price/performance ratio is even better, the shop itself looked as if it would benefit from a renovation, the furniture was old and partly damaged and everything was extremely cramped and definitely not pleasant to eat on site (what surprised me was that it is probably a kebab shop so it seems like a kebab / kfc mix although I personally had no interest in the kebab in any of them The ingredient was dill, which I personally found very exaggerated. Why do you sprinkle dill everywhere over lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, red cabbage and onions? I don't have anything against dill per se, but the amount was too much for me, especially if you actually wanted to taste something else. It was also interesting that the prices were simply rounded up without asking (not that extreme, but still) if something costs 16.99 you also expect to get your 1 cent back. I would say it's up to the customer But then I find it strange to simply say it costs 17 even though it is on the ad (minus the one defective one) and then just write it out like that. On the whole, if you are nearby and take these points into account, you can definitely go there, but personally I will simply prefer one of the other locations not 20 steps further away in the future.

New operator. Probably from the kebab shop next door. It used to be delicious, but not anymore. Advertises Maximilian Curry sausage, but according to the packaging it isn't.

Unfortunately my experience at this branch was very disappointing. *Staff behavior was not at all professional and friendly even though I was there at a quiet time. * The food was served completely cold. *I don't think this quality and taste is really up to KFC's standard. If so, that would be very surprising — especially when the prices are so high. Especially when the prices are so expensive, you expect significantly better quality and better taste. * Even though I ordered through the order machine, some things were forgotten. I had to go to the counter twice and remind them. Only after some discussion did I get the missing items. Do you really have to keep remembering to get your complete order? * Who is actually responsible for cleaning the tables? The tables were dirty and full of leftover food. You didn't even know where to sit because everything was dirty. I don't think I'd want to eat here again.
