We came from Spain and we stopped at this KFC, there was a misunderstanding when placing the order with the machine but then the staff solved it for us and gave us a supplement. Clean bathrooms and good atmosphere, maybe it was a little hot inside. Except for that, everything is fine.

"KFC really has an insider tip at the start - and no, I don't mean the secret recipe! The guy with the cap, who looks like he could catch chickens with his bare hands, made my visit a highlight. Never had a meal as bad as it was there. Absolute disaster. The staff is also rather so-so... but the absolute highlight are the pissy toilets... which you can't even lock

You can do it... but you don't have to... Personally, I'm not that into KFC. The taste is ok, but nothing more. You have to like it and want it.

The food was delicious, we had crispies, fries and salad. When it comes to service, there is none. The behavior of the staff is strange. You order from a computer right at the front of the counter. The employees are standing right behind them, waiting for the orders. But you don't really get noticed. Even though 3 employees packed the food, it still took almost 20 minutes before I could take the food with me. No idea what was going on there. But the food is recommended

In the drive-in, order 5 stars for the ambience so as not to be unfair. Food wasn't really my thing, I'm sure there are people who like it. When I order a burger I actually want the whole burger filled and that's not the case here, you get a kind of chicken nugget with a coarse breading that's half as wide as the bun. It took too long for me to make things go faster in the drive-in. You can't say it was extremely busy, we were the second car so there wasn't much of a queue. What's positive is that the food was really hot and not as lukewarm as you get from other fast food establishments.

Because our hotel didn't have service at that time, I wanted to take a snack with me. The parking lot looked like a garbage can and inside you had to collect the products at unspeakable terminals. I didn't succeed and a 25-year-old with his girlfriend also surrendered. Two employees lounged behind the counter, neither taking a direct order nor willing to help outsmart the terminal. We left at the same time. 100 meters away there was a friendly Turk who was selling his good kebabs. Everything was great there!

I ordered a menu to take away. When I got home and wanted to eat the fries, I noticed that the fries were too limp and completely raw; partly inedible. The fries were really just oily and watery, barely edible. Up to that point I had told the employee my problem very politely and then an insult was thrown at me, what's that supposed to mean?! I was then threatened that if I didn't hang up, the employee would call the police. I would like to file a complaint immediately. I won't accept such insolence.

Food and service as you know and are used to in fast food restaurants. Nothing fancy but you can eat it. Service does its job but shines neither with competence nor with charisma. All in all OK. Even our children said: are these baby portions!? So value for money....very bad!!! The staff only responded to our questions with a shrug of the shoulders. A pity !

Yesterday evening I was in the kfc around 8 p.m. a young man with a goat's beard and wise shoes served me. He was very friendly and motivated about his work. He was very happy with the way he served me. I always like to come to the kfc to eat like that You always need a staff thank you 😎

Lecker, aber einfach viel zu teuer

Das Essen ist nicht besonders gut. Einmal probiert . Muss man nicht haben . Und teuer ist es auch noch für nur Parade. Pommes schmecken auch nicht sind wie gummi.

Bewertung bezieht sich auf den Laden weniger auf das Essen, wobei einem der Appetit vergeht. Der komplette Laden ist fettig!!. Vom Boden über die Sitze bis zu den Tischen klebt und schmiert alles. Man kann kaum laufen ohne auszurutschen. Die Arme kann man nicht ablegen beim Essen. Einfach nur ekelhaft. Gedauert hat es auch ewig da nur ein Mitarbeiter an der Ausgabe eingeteilt war. Nie wieder.

Die Schälchen waren nur zu einem drittel voll und Reklamation wurde nicht bearbeitet.

Zu lange Wartezeit Essen war gut!

Essen war sehr gut. Hat uns allen geschmeckt. Sauberkeit im Restaurant war ...naja...Boden hat geklebt, Tische waren verschmiert. Verbesserungs bedürftig.

Das Essen war gut, jedoch auch teuer. Das Personal wirkt sehr unmotiviert. Mundwinkel zeigen alle nach unten!! Aber immerhin haben wir das Eingepackt bekommen, was wir bestellt hatten.

Meine Frau hat 2x vegetarisch bestellt und beide Artikel waren mit Fleisch. Ob es an abendlicher stunde lag weiss ich nicht. Der Burger wurde schnell ausgetauscht. Pommes waren Gut, dabei Hähnchenteile recht geschmacklos, dafür saftig. Puree ist wirklich eine Pampe, der Coleslaw gut. Die Wartezeit wegen Schichtwechsel /mangelnder Besetzung ca. 20 Minuten ist schon heavy.

Essen hat dort nachgelassen. War viel COVID deutlich besser...

2 mal essen gewesen, 2 mal Salmonellen eingefangen. Bin selber schuld dass ich dem Laden eine zweite Chance gegeben habe. Geht lieber nach Saarbrücken oder forbach

Ich finde das KFC definitiv das beste Fastfood Restaurant ist im Vergleich zu den anderen ist. Natürlich muss man Chicken mögen, aber wenn ja dann ganz klar die erste Wahl.

Waren gestern Abend hier. Mussten 20 min warten und hatten einen falschen Burger. Allerdings hatte ich den Eindruck für soviel Gäste zu wenig Personal. Die können auch nicht mehr als arbeiten. Schade.

Ziemlich teuer, 6 fritierte Chicken Beinchen u. 1 kleines Getränk 10 €.

Trotz Vorbestellung Online halbe Stunde vorher sind keine Hotwings fertig und müssen "frisch" paniert werden. Bei dem Preis eine absolute Frechheit. Wenn es nicht so gut schmecken würde, wäre das definitiv das letzte Mal gewesen.

Nach einem Tagesausflug nach Saarbrücken noch schnell zu KFC, weil wir in Trier leider keinen haben. Diese Hot Wings ... 😎

Hallo an Alle! Das Essen hier ist super Lecker -wie von KFC zu erwarten ist. Fettig und geil! Ist ja schließlich Fastfood. Nichtsdestotrotz gibt es leider etwas zu bemängeln. Gerade das billigste Fleisch (Hähnchen), wird am teuersten verkauft. Im schnitt gibt man bei KFC 20 Euro aus um satt zu werden. Im Vergleich sind andere Konkurrenten, dessen Produktepaletten RIND enthalten viel viel Billiger. Das macht leider KFC nicht zu einem Empfehlenswerten Restaurant. Bei Lieferando haben Sie bis vor kurzem noch 3 Euro Lieferung verlangt was es noch schlimmer macht. Mittlerweile ist es wieder Kostenlos, was ich viel mehr gutheiße. Zu dieser Filiale Trifft das vorherige zu. Ich empfehle: Original bites 18er oder 24er mit Sweet Imperial soße und die Crunch Burger einzeln. Mittlerweile leider auch 2,99 statt vorher 1,99. Kann man machen aber leider ist es zu Teuer, was den doch so guten Geschmack leider kaputt macht.

Der Abholvorgang (Online bestellt, vor Ort abgeholt) lief reibungslos ab. Die Bestellnummer wird oben auf dem Display mit "K" versehen. Wenn man die einzige Bestellung ist, die nicht vor Ort aufgegeben wurde, kann man sie so leicht im Blick behalten. Die Qualität vom Essen war gut. Die Mitarbeiterin war freundlich, sie musste einmal bei mir nachfragen, ob die Bestellung zum hier essen oder zum Mitnehmen ist, da man dies online nicht auswählen kann... Die Bestellung vor Ort läuft über 4 große Bestellterminals, alle nebeneinander aufgestellt. Im Restaurant war es sauber und es war nicht all zu viel los, ich musste ca. 10 Minuten warten.

Eigentlich mag ich KFC ganz gerne. Hier in Saarlouis ist der Laden allerdings eher schmuddelig. Toilette nicht sauber, Wasser im Handwaschbecken läuft nicht ab, Tablettwagen überladen voll trotz wenig Betrieb und Unterhaltung der Mitarbeiter untereinander und die Mitarbeiter meinen sie müssen mit coolen Sprüchen glänzen anstatt mit Freundlichkeit. "Türe öffnen kostet Zehn Euro" naja wenn dann höchstens nur noch durch den Drive in

Pommes sowie der Burger waren nur lauwarm ,Tische schmutzig sowie auf dem Boden überall essen Reste .

Dir Warteschlange war groß. Mussten 45 Minuten aufs Essen warten. Die Abarbeitung der Bestellung ergab für Miche keinen Sinn. Die Bestellnummern wurden durcheinander aufgerufen. Die Gruppe die vor mir das Essen bestellt hatte, war schon fertig mit Essen als unser Essen Ausgeben wurde. Die Cola und Cola Zero waren leer und wurden auf Anfrage nicht aufgefüllt. Es gab keine Seife auf der Toilette als ich ankam, hab einem Mitarbeiter bescheid gegeben. Als ich fertig war, gab es immernoch keine Seife auf der Toilette. Also sowas habe ich bei den anderen großen Schnellrestaurant noch nicht erlebt.

Top! Zuletzt waren wir dort als der Laden 3 Monate geöffnet war, damals eine Katastrophe. Heute, das krasse Gegenteil, es ging schnell, nichts wurde vergessen, die Tische alle abgewischt und sauber. So wünsche ich mir das, so darf es bleiben. TOP. Gerne wieder.

Klebrige Stühle, Tische nicht gereinigt, Maiskolben war nur noch lauwarm, die Butter fehlte ganz, Chili Cheese Fries nicht so wie auf dem Bild in einer Schale mit der Soße drüber, sondern kleine Portion Fritten in Papiertüte und die Soße in einer Plastik Einmaldose dazu. ( lecker war es trotzdem)

Milchshakemaschine seit einem Jahr defekt

Kalte Pommes sowie lau warme Burger sind nicht so der burner.
