A rip-off! Unfortunately, you can't give it 0 stars!

We were on a family trip and we came across this KFC on the road. This is my son’s favourite fast food so we normally visit KFCs all the time. This one particularly is not our favourite, the food taste was not good and we did not like it much. After that for almost the next 24 hours, all of us had stomach problems and were not comfortable. We won’t visit KFCs for a while I guess.

Today 03/20/2025 at 6:00 PM they ordered additional corn for Family Backet, so they weren't the freshest, sour. Very upset. And instead of a large potato, we wrapped two smaller ones with ourselves - whether that must look like a large dose, is not understandable. And after corn, there are doubts regarding the suitability and quality of the food. Absolutely not recommended, ordered online, according to the order email you should pick up at the drive-thru, but when I got there there was no one there. Then I continued to the drive in counter, again no one there 😂 after waiting a few minutes, went into the store, and surprise, no one there again 😂 finally after a few minutes someone from the kitchen just said a moment and came and served the order. After eating the food one of us had a bad stomach, the only thing different in our orders was the coleslaw. Please don't go to this store.

Food was good as usual at KFC, service was okay - nothing more, nothing less. Ambience Zero.. only suitable for food pickup

Ordered food online and paid for it via Paypal. Drove there after 1 1/2 hours because no one answered the phone. Found out on site that the store has been closed for 2 months. Cancellation via Paypal is very complicated, I hope we get our money back!

An order for one person on Friday evening takes over half an hour.

Better to control food to go. Unfortunately, I can't explain how you can forget the main ingredient on a burger? That would be like ordering a cheeseburger from the big M and there was no burger batty on it. There was also no extra sauce that was ordered. There was a bad mood in the team today, and you couldn't ignore it. We won't get anything more there

So far everything was fine. It can happen that not everything is as warm as it should be.

Moin Moin ✌🏻Kfc tastes really delicious, I really have to say the staff are top notch, very polite and nice, but there was one employee, a small employee like 50cent, who was really cool 😎 and funny 😂 and every time I get served at the drive-thru counter with Moin I'm immediately in a good mood thanks to him and very quick service. Keep it up, you're top 😎✌🏻

⭐☆☆☆☆ Disastrous experience at this KFC - rather go hungry! What a complete mockery. I thought KFC was known for chicken, but what I got was more like a dried out piece of cardboard with a crust. When I kindly asked for a warm and juicy piece of chicken, the employee literally held it in his hands for three minutes and handed it back to my container without batting an eyelid. Scandalous. As if that wasn't bad enough, I was stared at by a robot throughout my entire meal. No, not figuratively – literally a KFC robot watching me like I was going to break out at any moment. Felt more watched than a criminal in a high-security prison. And then the chicken sandwiches… or should I say cheese sandwiches with a trace of chicken? You would think that at a fast food chain specializing in chicken, the chicken would be the highlight, but this was a dismal, dry failure. If I had the choice between never eating again for the rest of my life or going back to this horrible KFC just once, I would choose starvation without a doubt. Save yourself the misery and go elsewhere – even cardboard with ketchup is a better meal than this.

The pictures used on lieferando is not what you are getting. As example is here a picture of the ‘pizza buns’. Food quality overall is bad.
