Tasty and nice staff. Absolutely recommended.

We are not the first nor the last time here. I've been coming to Oops with family and friends for years. Over time the ambience has changed but it looks very inviting in the different corners. One corner is made of Cola, the other is made of Captain Morgen, etc. The food is always good, but if you have something to complain about, you can report it to the waitress and it will be changed. E.g. the food is lukewarm instead of hot. (Can happen when there is a lot going on) If you don't just feel like playing billiards and darts, the poker club is also happy to invite you to play a game.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. My husband's burger and my friend's schnitzel were absolutely amazing. I had a cheeseburger 🍔, which tasted good but was so poorly prepared, with no sauce, and the bun wasn't even toasted or even briefly baked, which I found very disappointing ☹️. That's what makes the food taste so good. There's still room to improve that.

I've been waiting for 3 hours every time I ask. Gies it in 20 minutes, it's because at the end of the day nothing came up, not recommended

Disgusting behavior from the kitchen staff as well as the drivers I waited over 90 minutes for a simple cheeseburger and fries The food came completely cold and Steinhart refused to pay and gave the driver his organic garbage back That was the last order from this store!

Great ambience, friendly service, great 60s music was played which is a must. Rap music was played in Sixxties Mariendorfer Damm, a NO GO. Breakfast delicious, cocktails too.

Tasty food, but better to take away.

So the food was poor in school grades. How come? Well the burger smelled like a microwave burger. The patties looked and tasted frozen. There was definitely too much sauce, so my hands were very dirty. You could hardly feel the tomato or the cheese. The twisters were okay, but could be crispier. I wouldn't eat here again or have it delivered.

If it were possible to give a rating lower than one star, I would. My delivery took twice as long as the estimated time, which was very disappointing. Additionally, I felt extremely uncomfortable during the delivery process.

Good Asian with great fresh sushi! I can't judge the delivery service because I picked up the food there personally. The food was of very good quality and was ready quickly
