Super great team, friendly and very fond of children. Food was super quick, great service. Only recommended.

The staff is really friendly and competent. Unfortunately, the food didn't quite measure up. The regular fries were unfortunately oversalted and had a rather unpleasant texture, suggesting they might have been reheated. The sweet potato fries tasted a bit better, but they were also more expensive, and the portion was smaller, which isn't entirely understandable. The burger was rather disappointing in terms of taste and, unfortunately, too small. Furthermore, the plate on which the burger and fries were served was significantly too small. The mayo also costs extra, which is simply not justified for the price of the burger. Overall, unfortunately, there's little positive to report, apart from the friendly staff. Therefore, the visit wasn't worthwhile for me.

One of the worst fries i have ever eaten, burgers were ok at the best. On positive note delivery was very quick.

Food is not good. Especially for these prices. 🍟 fries cold Chicken 🐔 burger 🍔 small and the bun was totally dried out. ! Food is poor at best.

Very good food, unfortunately our orders were mixed up 3 times in a row. Sprite became sparkling water twice in a row and a chocolate milkshake quickly became a strawberry milkshake, but the food was a 10/10 and perhaps there was just a mix-up due to the many visitors.

This place is the best for delicious wings!!! We always go for date night with friends, and they never disappoint! The fried pickles are amazing.. the flavor options for wings are incredible, and for desert, we highly recommend the fried oreos!

Zusammenfassung: - Reservierung hat problemlos funktioniert. - Keine eigenständiges austeilen von Speisekarten - lange Wartezeit (sum. 1h), obwohl eher leer - ersten Hauptspeise (Pizza), leider einzeln serviert - restlichen Hauptspeisen, ein Burger zunächst vergessen - Essen leider nur lauwarm serviert, geschmacklich jedoch gut. - Tisch wurde zwischendurch nicht abgeräumt, trotz regelmäßiger Getränke Bestellungen oder Vorspeise Fließtext: Wir hatten für den 05.04. um 15:00 Uhr einen Tisch für sechs Personen im Lakeside Inn reserviert. Die Reservierung hat reibungslos funktioniert, und wir wurden sehr freundlich zum Tisch geführt. Dort lag bereits eine Speisekarte aus, sodass wir nach etwa zehn Minuten unsere ersten Getränke bestellen konnten. Leider erhielten wir von den Mitarbeitern keine weiteren Karten, weshalb wir uns selbst darum kümmern mussten, was schon etwas ungewöhnlich war. Nachdem die Getränke gebracht wurden, konnten wir unsere Speisen bestellen – keine komplizierten Gerichte, sondern eine leckere Vorspeise und Hauptspeisen. Die Vorspeise kam relativ zügig (30min), doch danach begann das Warten. Nach rund 30 Minuten kam dann endlich die erste Hauptspeise, eine Pizza, allerdings alleine. Das führte dazu, dass eine Person alleine essen musste oder das Essen kalt geworden wäre. Die anderen Hauptgerichte folgten erst deutlich später, wobei auch ein Burger zunächst vergessen wurde. Dieser wurde dann aber schnell nachgereicht, was sehr nett war. Ein weiterer kleiner Kritikpunkt war, dass das Essen bei allen Gerichten nur lauwarm war – geschmacklich zwar sehr gut, jedoch definitiv nicht ideal. Außerdem wurde der Tisch nicht zwischendurch abgeräumt, obwohl die Getränke zügig bestellt wurden. Als zum Schluss abgeräumt wurde, geschah dies leider sehr hektisch, wodurch ein ziemliches Chaos entstand. Zusammenfassend war der Besuch im Lakeside Inn leider durchwachsen. Die Atmosphäre war sehr angenehm, und ich hoffe, dass der Service und die Organisation in Zukunft noch besser werden.

Even though we didn't have a reservation and the place was almost full, we were served very well, the atmosphere is so nice you feel like you're in one of those typical American TV shows and the food is simply great (even the meatless version).

The fries were reasonable on the first shift and below there were fries that were either fried the second time, completely full of fat or thrown into the deep fryer when the fat was too cold because you, as a guest, surprised the employees on Sunday food comes. The last time we ate there was four years ago and said never again after the quality deteriorated so dramatically when ownership changed. Now someone told us it would work again and this test showed that that wasn't the case. I strongly advise anyone not to buy food here for this kind of money. A decent snack bar can be found several streets away. . .. This is not a fake review either, we also asked the waitress about it, but she then discussed it briefly with us, dismissed a lot of things and never showed up again and sent a colleague ahead. And this despite the fact that we conveyed it very matter-of-factly and calmly, because we assume that things can go wrong sometimes... We went with a child as it is not recommended as nuggets with fries for a smaller child already cost well over ten euros. Unfortunately I can't say anything good about it. The buns on the burger were beyond dry. A complaint was out of the question and in the end we really just wanted to leave quickly, which we weren't granted because the waiters were apparently invisible.

The veal cordon bleu from the daily menu wasn't tasty and was more the size of a meat praline - it won't fill you up. The supplements were not correct. The first and last time.

Not only are the dishes delicious, they're also delicious here. Hey, you can make it taste good. The service is also friendly and relaxed. But things like that often depend on the guest themselves ;-) I'll have to come back to try the sweet things. So please keep up the good work, Knusperz crew.

Very good food, extremely friendly service and the ambience is exactly how you would imagine it to be in an “American diner”. Good portions.
