I like the food very much. Delivery is always on time. I most often order “Homestyle Burger” because it is high quality beef, very good ingredients and with a tasty sauce on the side.

I stopped by for a shower and paid 3.50 euro. but for 30 minutes of parking they made me pay another 3 euros. In 6 years of working at any autohop, I have never seen anything like this.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend the restaurant. The service was extremely disappointing: there was no welcome or any form of customer focus. The employees seemed disinterested and overwhelmed. What was particularly annoying was that the restaurant was completely overwhelmed with the app for ordering and paying. There were numerous technical difficulties and the staff seemed to have no idea how to use the systems. This caused unnecessary frustration and a very unprofessional atmosphere. It also gave the impression that the focus here was primarily on money, without any interest in a positive customer experience. At the end of the evening I had to go to bed hungry as my order was never processed correctly. Overall it was a very disappointing experience. I hope that management will address the issues to improve service and technology.

I got myself a pizza. The cheese was just in a pile in the middle. The salami was inedible and for some reason they put at least 5 tablespoons of gochujang paste on it (I didn't order it). Never again! Absolutely no recommendation!🤬🤬

I always get my pizza there with extra cheese and extra tomato sauce..pizza is always juicy and the dough base is crispy…

Completely and massively overpriced ready-made meals!! Not just the fries, sauce, patties, the cheapest industrial cheese - nothing is homemade, the prices are outrageous. In addition, for 3 orders (yes we tested before this review) you wait 30 minutes or more longer than stated EVERY TIME, there is no telephone number or other contact options AND without asking me, the customer, calling, etc., the orders were placed at affenfelsen and gorillas simply summarized like that As a customer, I don't give a damn whether these two stores belong to one. At gorillas the delivery time was 40 minutes and it arrived after 1 hour 20, together with the order at affenfelsen, whose order was 55 minutes and which was also 15 minutes late. As a trained person with over 23 years of service and catering experience in many different areas, these are reasons enough not to give you another chance
