Gorilla´s Kitchen in Kaltenkirchen

Completely and grossly overpriced ready meals!! Not just the fries, sauce, patties, the cheapest industrial cheese—nothing is homemade, which is outrageous given the prices. Additionally, with three orders (yes, we tested before this review), you wait 30 minutes or more longer than stated each time. There's no phone number or other contact options. AND without me, the customer, asking, calling, etc., the orders from Affenfelsen and Gorillas were simply combined. As a customer, I don't give a damn whether these two stores belong to the same place. Gorillas stated a delivery time of 40 minutes, but it arrived after 1 hour and 20 minutes, along with the order from Affenfelsen, which had a delivery time of 55 minutes and was also 15 minutes late. As a trained professional with over 23 years of service and restaurant experience in many different areas, these are reasons enough not to give them another chance.

We ordered from there a while ago and even then it was a disaster! The food took far too long to be delivered, it was cold and it was delivered incorrectly. Back then we had problems even reaching anyone by phone to complain! When we finally did get through to someone after numerous attempts and we complained, the food was delivered again, but it was cold again and of even worse quality! After that we couldn't reach anyone by phone again. After the "boss" called back after at least half an hour, the excuse was that the phone was on silent. Who runs a delivery service via cell phone and isn't even reachable by their customers?! Well, in the end we were promised a credit for the order, with a REQUEST FROM THE BOSS!!! to please call beforehand. When we tried to do this last weekend, we encountered the same problem again: it's very difficult to find the number online, so I checked the emails from the previous order, for which I also wanted to redeem the credit note: Again, no one was available! And this time, no call back either! Conclusion: Customer complaints apparently aren't welcome, and a personal customer conversation is even less so. The food was cold on the first attempt twice and/or of poor quality, unacceptable given the prices! Not recommended!

Not keeping the time order (15 minutes late), order incomplete (further waiting time), rude driver, driver rings the bell instead of calling (children awake too). Successful order?!? It won't happen to us a second time!

I ordered from there twice in one week. Both times, the order was incorrect. When I asked the driver about it, there was a discussion and no solution. Absolutely terrible service.

Food was cold and not very tasty

The delivery was a little longer than stated, but the food was great. AND FINALLY not another pizza service, of which there are now more than enough in the area. This was definitely not the last order.
