Very friendly staff, and the fries were very, very good. The price was also impressive. Absolutely recommended.

Great American style restaurant.

The atmosphere is really cool. The food is all frozen, so it feels like nothing from the kitchen is actually cooked. Plenty of parking, and the staff was friendly.

It was super delicious. Not greasy or soggy. The burger was great. And the fries too. We'll be happy to come back when we head north. Thumbs up👍☺️

I ate here as part of the KaKi festival. With a menu as extensive as this, including pizza, croques, burgers, currywurst, schnitzel, salads, etc., it should be clear to everyone that this isn't fine dining. I was even able to order something from the lunch menu, even though it was no longer valid. But for me, a schnitzel should be breaded, not two (good-sized unbreaded pork steaks). The sauce was warmed-up ketchup with fresh peppers chopped into it. I get the feeling they're trying to do a good job here, but something's still missing. The owner and staff were nice, and they served ouzo (in a diner!?!). I had fun and was happy with the compromises. So, the price/performance ratio is okay, but you shouldn't expect too much.

Unfortunately, the burger had the cheapest industrial patty imaginable, with inferior meat quality. The fries were okay. It was only lunchtime on a weekday, but there were already drunks at the bar, chatting loudly. Also, the prices were way too high. €20 for a burger with a cheap frozen patty from a discount store? Not recommended.

We ordered something today for €80. The appetizer was really poor and no longer fresh. I had brought my own drink with me and was immediately asked not to consume it. When we were finished, an employee of the store brutally insulted us and forcibly took my drink away. We were then disgustingly removed from the place and told to pay our bills. The embarrassment ultimately culminated in a police emergency call. Otherwise, they would have caused us serious physical harm. Thank you, dear police in Kaltenkirchen

Wir mussten nicht lange auf das Essen warten es gab jedoch nur 2 von 6 Eis Sorten zum auswählen. Trotzdesem war das Eis sehr lecker. Die Preise sind ganz gut für die Menge und die Qualität. Die Toiletten sind verbesserungswürdig.

Burgers are okay, fries are super salty. One sachet of ketchup and mayo, well, very little. The restrooms are really questionable; I didn't let my child touch anything. You can charge those prices for a top-notch diner, but yours is too expensive, and the rest just isn't right.

The ambiance is reminiscent of an 80s American diner, looking okaaaayyyy. The place is run by Indians. Special requests were accommodated at no extra cost. The food itself: the cheapest food ever; I have no idea why they give it 5 stars. Better to go get some rolls or something instead of eating them.

The food was delicious. The service wasn't particularly chatty, but it was very quick. Unfortunately, the other customers in the store aren't particularly well-behaved, and this is tolerated. There was some loud shouting. If you can take the whole thing with a sense of humor, it's okay, but otherwise it was rather unpleasant.

The menu leaves nothing to be desired: juicy burgers, crispy fries, delicious steaks, fresh salads and fantastic desserts - everything is freshly prepared and tastes simply excellent. The burgers in particular are an absolute delight – perfectly grilled, creatively topped and served with high-quality ingredients. The vegetarian options are also varied and taste great! The staff is incredibly friendly, attentive and always in a good mood. You can immediately tell that people work here with passion, and that is directly reflected in the relaxed atmosphere. The portions are generous and the price-performance ratio is more than fair. Whether for a leisurely dinner, a quick lunch or a long breakfast – Seven Diners is always a great choice. We love coming back every time and can only warmly recommend this great restaurant - a real piece of America in the middle of Kaltenkirchen!

Very plentiful food. Good value for money

Nice American-style diner. I miss the atmosphere and the right music a little. The ribs meat was extremely tender. I was missing that certain extra - like my own smoke flavor. My husband really enjoyed the burger. We will definitely stop by again and enjoy the diner atmosphere.

Hatten richtig Lust auf einen Burger, also ab ins Diner.... Bedienung schien genervt, aber egal, waren ja für ´nen lecker Burger da... Bacon gab es nicht mehr... naja... anderen Burger mit Wedges bestellt. Getränke haben etwas gebraucht. Dann kamen auch nach langem Warten die Burger.... mit Pommes (kommentarlos) auf Nachfrage: Wedges sind alle, es sei schließlich Sonntag....!! Die Pommes haben alt und trocken geschmeckt. Die Burger waren auch nicht besser! Das Fleisch war komplett GRAU und trocken und bestimmt nicht frisch vom Grill! Dabei haben wir wirklich lange genug darauf warten müssen.... Ich konnte weder Pommes noch Burger essen, war wirklich nicht zu machen. Meinem Gegenüber ging es da nicht besser. Auch er hat nach wenigen Bissen seinen Teller an die Seite geschoben. Das Personal und den vermeintlichen Chef hat es auch nicht sonderlich interessiert, ob es uns schmeckt oder wir zufrieden sind. Ist wohl egal, ob man sich wohl fühlt oder wiederkommen möchte. Fazit: Ein absolutes NO GO ! Dieser Laden sieht mich nie wieder !!!

"Normal" burger was dripping in sauce and fat, fries tasted warmed up like they were at an all you can eat restaurant, veggi burger bun (called a brioch bun) was way too dry, the petty was okay. Generally very "cheap" ingredients used, at least that's what it looked like and tasted like. Very broad menu, in this case nothing good. When asked if it tasted good, I honestly answered no, then nothing came, unless you count "that's €40"... a shame, we were looking forward to a good meal.

We actually just wanted to have a quick coffee while our car was charging. But they were asked to leave with the information that it was currently lunch break. Time October 29th 3:05 p.m. Other guests ate and drank. @Answer from owner: When you respond to reviews, you should stick to the truth. We didn't expect you to interrupt your break, simply because we didn't know you were on break. It seemed open because other guests were also sitting in the front area, clearly visible through the windows. We also left without discussion after we were informed about it. The coffee at Shell also tastes delicious, so that's no problem. Be that as it may, we respect your break and business hours by neither recommending nor visiting them.

Nice real American atmosphere large portions

Stop quickly and snack on burger pizza potatoes milkshake. Better than the "well-known" stores.

Food ok, patties are unfortunately frozen goods, service doesn't really shine with friendliness, it didn't really convince us.

Worst service and food ever!! The personnel was rude since we enter the place and the food was completely awful 🤢 we got a pizza that with no doubt was a frozen one and nachos that were just poured out of a bag with nothing else! The bathrooms were also disgusting and with no light 😨

An American diner as it should be - and you also have a good view of the charging station for the electric car.

Once and that's enough. Burger patties were ready-made and the shop smelled of chemicals or paint. Very unpleasant. The staff isn't really friendly. It has nothing in common with a real American diner.

Wir waren auf Durchreise dort und hatten leider Hunger. Man kann hier eigentlich nur abraten zu essen. Hier ist es überhaupt nicht lecker. Es werden wirklich nur Fertigprodukte verarbeitet. Nichts ist selbstgemacht. Das hätte einem spätestens beim Blick in die Karte und den Preisen klar sein müssen. Naja, der Hunger trieb es dann irgendwie rein. Das einzige was annähernd amerikanisch ist, ist die Einrichtung. Dazu kam dann noch der eigentümliche Geruch von Plastik und Wandfarbe. Wer lecker frische amerikanische Burger essen möchte ist hier definitiv fehl am Platz. Keine Empfehlung! Fahrt lieber weiter.

I can't understand the rating. My husband and I were looking forward to delicious food, but for us it was fast food thrown together out of necessity. Werder taste is still nice to look at. The side salad was on a dessert plate with three leaves of lettuce, 5 corn kernels, 1 slice of tomato and 1 slice of cucumber with peel, a little carrot from the jar and TV dressing, a dead feast for the eyes (irony). My husband had a steak that looked like pork strack. You can't really describe what I had. Unfortunately I forgot to take pictures. But there's probably nowhere else in the area where you can eat. The service was somewhat OK, although there was always a mess on the table due to their TV dressing, which they had apparently spilled, and the plates below were completely full of rum. The quality was more like Lidl.....etc level. The ambience, well, nothing world-changing. It's actually a shame and a waste of money.

Friendly, attentive service! I had baked vegetables and sweet potatoes with dip. Everything was great. In between, beforehand and afterwards Ouzo if you wanted. 👍👍👍

It tasted good. But it wasn't a ripper. TK Pattie, standard bun, I know sauces from the metro. All in all, it's still a great atmosphere and something you can do. The boss is very polite and doesn't skimp on the ouzos either 👍🏽👍🏽

Ambiance is typical diner. A little old. But totally okay. The service is rather unfriendly. Asking if everything is okay is more of a cliché. A: Well. IT'S GOING OK. Not properly understood. Or you didn't want to understand it. The food (steakburger with fries and chicken burger) were not warm and the steak was very tough. Then I'd rather have to wait longer for the food.

Nice burgers, which I personally would like even better if the petties were thicker and you could choose how you want them. The service seemed reserved at first but became more relaxed and better later in the evening. I particularly liked asking if everything was okay. Unfortunately I can't recommend the potato wedges, they were dry without the dip and they wouldn't have gone down.

Everything was very friendly and nice there, attentive service, good food. Only the burger patties could be spicier, in my opinion.

The food is really delicious, the restaurant has a typical American-style atmosphere. The only drawback: there is too much ice in the drinks. If I order a mango lasso, it costs around €5 and the glass holds around 300ml. But at least half of the volume is ice. That's why it's better to order the drinks without ice 😉

The food is really top and plentiful. Prices ok. Ambience nice to look at. Unfortunately, we were apparently forgotten after we were assigned a table. It was only after about 15 minutes and my asking that we received tickets and could order.

The tables and benches were greasy and the whole shop seemed unhygienic to me. The citizens are OK for the price but nothing special at all. The entire citizen is a finished product, nothing is homemade, not even the sauce, the same sauce I had on the salad ;) . The service is totally unmotivated and radiates a negative aura.

Die Aufmachung und das Ambiente grundsätzlich amerikanisch angehaucht, was mir gefällt. Da ich erst vor kurzem in den Staaten war, ist der Vergleich gegenüber einem richtigen American Diner gut herzustellen. Dennoch könnte es noch etwas mehr Charme haben. Der Laden wirkt doch etwas kahl. Das Essen war aber leider gar nicht so, wie ich das aus einem Diner aus den Staaten kenne. Tiefkühlware gab es dort in keinem, wo ich war, hier sind die Pattys aber leider direkt aus dem Froster gekommen. Geschmacklich war das entsprechend sehr dünn. Auch die House-Sauce schmeckt eher so, als käme sie aus der Tube. Zumindest kommt mir der Geschmack nahezu 100%ig identisch zu einer bekannten Marke vor. Das einzig frische waren die Tomaten und der Salat. Auch die Pommes waren eher lauwarm und mussten somit schnell verzehrt werden, damit sie wenigstens noch einigermaßen "genießbar" waren. Wären die Zutaten frisch, empfände ich den Preis als zu niedrig, gemessen an der großen Portion. Da es sich um TK-Ware handelt, ist der Preis allerdings zu hoch. Zusammengefasst würde ich hier erstmal nicht wieder herkommen. Auf der Homepage wird mit "hochwertige, preisgünstige Gerichte" geworben. Das wäre der Fall, wenn es frisch wäre. So wird man als Gast dann aber doch eher getäuscht.

Reviews can be deleted here if the operator doesn't like it. So even one star is still too many. The food is just frozen goods and carelessly prepared. No trace of spices. There are clearly better local stores out there.

Restaurant near the Holstentherme directly next to a gas station. Small menu with a variety of burgers at acceptable prices

People: Fair prices, great service and no pilling: Pure, US diner feeling and enjoy diner food for a fair price and good quality - period. If you want to snab sea rodents or smurf testicles in Ild-Spice on a mirror of truffle groats for the price of an apartment building: NOT HERE! There's a lot on the plate here. Excellent fries and beer, almost as good as in the “Sí” Sapori d’Italia food truck, which is located at the main entrance to the XXXLutz Dodenhof store in Kaltenkirchen.

You can get extremely tasty burgers (also veggie) and fantastic sweet potato fries in an authentic American atmosphere - complemented by free ouzo if you want :D very fun combination! The price-performance ratio is right, the service is great and we had almost no waiting time (around 2:30 p.m. in the afternoon). We have noted the seven diner and will definitely come back :)

We were well famished after a visit to the local bathing establishment there. We all had burgers and milkshakes. The milkshakes were ok. without a special experience… the selection is more standard than exceptional and fresh. The burgers… yes, what can you say…. If you like a lot of sauce that tastes according to the absolute standard and doesn't leave any room for other flavors due to the amount, you'll get your money's worth here. The fries were crispy and delicious. For us it was probably the last visit for the time being. It's a shame actually.

Unfortunately it didn't meet our expectations...a shame We had been waiting for the two milkshakes for a long time until the information came that there was no longer a vanilla milkshake. In my opinion, this shouldn't happen in an American diner in the early evening. But the shakes themselves were delicious. The fries needed a few more minutes and were definitely missing salt. Unfortunately, the chicken smoky burger wasn't good either. The burger bun quickly became soggy and the taste was unfortunately not a highlight, which was a shame. The ribs and wings with the coleslaw were quite okay.

The salad that accompanied me was absolutely top. My citizen was so tasty, the roll was like a milk roll from the supermarket and the meat was like that, the frozen parts from Edeka are better. It was heavy and uncomfortable in the stomach. The store is okay and clean, and the service is nice and quick, but I wouldn't order a burger again. Better than BK or MCD but nothing more. Two stars because there is a lot of room for improvement.

The burgers were very good and the service was good.

We recently visited the diner with a small group and were very satisfied. We quickly got a large table, fixed the menus and quickly ordered our food. The selection is huge and there is something for everyone. The food was at the table quickly and perfectly portioned. We were very satisfied, but for the 5 stars it would have had to have been a homemade pattie and a little better ambience. Nevertheless, we will definitely come back the next time we visit Kaltkirchen.

Unfortunately not what I was hoping for… Staff is unfriendly and doesn't seem to want to serve customers. The milkshakes were good, but unfortunately the mango lassi wasn't at all. The food was carelessly slapped onto the plate and it didn't taste particularly great either. The prices are way too high for what you get, we won't be coming back.

I was there 3 times. I really liked the atmosphere, I felt like I was in a “Grease” musical. There are even classic milkshakes. Service is polite, helpful, flexible & patient. Special requests were implemented. I wanted an original American cheesecake. It was served with ice cream. I asked for the ice cream to be left out, but instead I got 2 pieces of this fantastic cake. Absolutely recommended! Plan to wait if it's busy. And it's best to reserve a place. Anyone in the area should treat themselves to a trip to this diner.

Had reserved a table for 3 people for Saturday evening. Of course it worked. The drinks and various dishes we ordered came quickly. Everything was delicious. The service was very attentive and took care of everything. It was a nice evening for us, we were the last ones 😊😋 Thanks for that 👍
