Fast service, delicious dishes and friendly staff – perfect for a lovely evening!

We spontaneously decided to have dinner there as a group of six. The restaurant was pleasantly full, and we easily found a table. The red-haired waitress was incredibly friendly and attentive. The food was absolutely delicious and reasonably priced, especially since there's a student discount. The cocktails were also really tasty. The name says it all. We'll definitely be back!

We had booked a table at the restaurant in advance. We arrived in the evening, ordered quickly, and still waited over 40 minutes. Afterwards, we were told that such a wait was to be expected. The restaurant was only lightly to moderately busy at the time.

Summary: Super delicious and exotic food, in the sense that you can't find it everywhere. The staff is very friendly and competent. The prices are absolutely fair and affordable.

I highly recommend it, not just during happy hour or special offers, but also with very fair prices, a great atmosphere, and incredibly delicious food. Recommendation: Chicken Caesar quesadilla Or the burgers. If you like avocado, you should try the Avocado Mash.

A very good restaurant with extremely delicious burgers. I went there on a Saturday evening with my partner and two of his friends. Reservation: We went there spontaneously. I tried calling on the way, but no one answered. So I checked the website to see if I could still make a last-minute reservation. According to the website, it looked very unlikely because everything was booked. Nevertheless, we gave it a try and went on a whim. A nice young woman greeted us and escorted us to one of the available tables. Although everything appeared full on the website, there were still plenty of seats available inside. Surroundings: Although the restaurant is located directly on Bahnhofstrasse in Pforzheim, it was surprisingly quiet. The restaurant itself is very well-maintained and looks beautiful both inside and out. It has a very nice American feel, which I really like. Menu: There is a wide selection of food and drinks -> see photo. We ordered three of the classic burgers with cheese and one of the classic burgers with bacon and cheese. The boys had the classic Coke and Spezi to drink. I ordered Sex on the Beach. The cocktail was extremely tasty and quite large. However, I found it a bit strong in terms of alcohol. But that didn't stop me from drinking it. Food: The food was very good. The burgers tasted fantastic. The cheese was melted beautifully (which isn't often the case). The fries were more like chips, which I personally didn't like. And the portions were very large; everyone had a few leftover fries. But that's not a bad thing, they were eaten :) The only thing I have to complain about is that there wasn't much sauce on the burger itself. It was juicy, but we all felt like it needed more sauce. Price: The prices are reasonable for a burger restaurant. A classic burger with cheese and fries cost €17.90. There are also specials for different groups. Students get a 15% discount on all food and drinks. From 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. and until 9 p.m., selected cocktails are only €5.90, and Crunchers are €7.90. The student discount cannot be combined with any other offers. Overall, the restaurant is very good. I can recommend it to anyone in Pforzheim who wants to enjoy a good burger in a beautiful restaurant with an American touch.

Chillers is a German franchise concept that currently has 7 branches nationwide. The Pforzheim location is a two-minute walk from the main train station. There are 6 of us at the “all-you-can-eat American breakfast” in the appropriately decorated themed restaurant. Online reservations work smoothly and are highly recommended, as Chillers fills up quickly, even on this Sunday morning. There is no buffet, instead every table receives a QR code and guests order via their smartphone. The operation is currently not very intuitive: For example, it takes some time until the selected dish is actually displayed in the shopping cart. This leads to involuntary double orders and the correction function is not so easy to find. The actual sending of the order is not immediately displayed on every device. The friendly service (if I remember correctly, he is also the manager) has to patiently explain navigation details to us and surrounding tables. With disarming candor, he admits that there are still “a few YouTube tutorials” to work through. Short written instructions, perhaps on the table or as an insert in the menu, could make this much easier. Especially in the face of these challenges, the service does a phenomenal job. They are both super friendly and approachable at any time. They are supported by the cheerful team (original sound: “We are machines!”) in the open kitchen. And breakfast? Really tasty and versatile, with the extensive selection there is something for every taste. I had the "Bacon & Egg Toast", an "Egg Benedict Toast" and a "Breakfast Burrito". If it gets busier, you should plan on waiting a little longer. Nevertheless, we managed our follow-up appointment at the cinema next door without any problems. Unfortunately, we can't rate the food because the kitchen was already closed, although according to the internet we were there in time (30 minutes) before the kitchen normally closes. Employees were also unfriendly.

We always have our food delivered. Every time the stated delivery time is exceeded. The delivery person is very friendly and calls us with instructions so as not to wake up our child. The food is really, really good and the price is definitely justified. I think these are the best burgers in the area and I will always order there in the future as the food keeps you full for a long time.

The two of us were here for the first time. Nice decor: sofas, swing seats at the bar, good music. Drinks and food were brought to our table within a few minutes of ordering. The Lumberjack Burger was very good. Some other restaurants usually use a long wooden stick for stability; Here is a steak knife (unfortunately no longer visible in the picture). Very good taste, large portion. Payment is usually made via the waiter or via smartphone (e.g. Paypal or Google Pay). This saves you time waiting. Conclusion: Gladly again!

The food there is great. What I find a bit unfortunate is that the Lehners has a nicer dice action. There you only roll one die while here you have to roll with two.

Underground! I always liked going there to have a drink, but now I ordered a salad and 4 of the 6 ingredients were simply missing. In addition, the Acocado was frozen...unfortunately that's not possible!

We went to Breakfast Sunday and it was great! The food was very good, unfortunately the buffet was empty very quickly and you could order delicious dishes from kitchens for free (already included in the breakfast buffet price). The buffet already had juices, coffee, water and tea with self-service. Ordering over the phone was quick and super easy, but the service was still great. Gladly again!🥞🍳🥓

Unfortunately I cannot recommend the restaurant. The service was extremely disappointing: there was no welcome or any form of customer focus. The employees seemed disinterested and overwhelmed. What was particularly annoying was that the restaurant was completely overwhelmed with the app for ordering and paying. There were numerous technical difficulties and the staff seemed to have no idea how to use the systems. This caused unnecessary frustration and a very unprofessional atmosphere. It also gave the impression that the focus here was primarily on money, without any interest in a positive customer experience. At the end of the evening I had to go to bed hungry as my order was never processed correctly. Overall it was a very disappointing experience. I hope that management will address the issues to improve service and technology.

Delicious food and a feel-good atmosphere

Unfortunately we didn't have a nice experience at Chillers yesterday. We made reservations for 6:30 p.m. and were a group of five people. One of us got his food at around 7:15 p.m. At our urging, he started eating after about 10 minutes before it got cold. The rest of us didn't get our food until around 8 p.m.! There were five of us and wanted to enjoy a cozy and TOGETHER dinner. Unfortunately the Chillers couldn't offer this to us. We didn't get any information that the food was so delayed, but had to go to the staff ourselves to check the status. Unfortunately very disappointing. Nevertheless, the food was delicious, but unfortunately our mood was already in the basement, which is why we couldn't enjoy it as much as we wanted.

We usually go to the pub. However, today I used the delivery service, which was unfortunately more than very disappointing. The burgers we ordered were not good at all. The meat was dry and completely firm. The buns are soggy. The burger was also cold. Not what we are used to. The mini portion of cole slaw is also a joke when ordering. You can leave out that tablespoon full. The burgers also didn't taste as usual. The 2 stars are only there because the curly fries and sauces were good. The price/performance ratio here today was not right at all. The delivery time is also extremely long at over 1 hour. You should improve that. UPDATE: Email sent, but no response. Doesn't seem to be that important to him. Too bad.....

I ordered a portion of wings and mozzarella sticks to be delivered here. The food arrived reasonably warm and initially tasted really good. The problem, however, was that the food in question made its way back from my stomach through my mouth to the outside during the night. And no, I didn't eat anything else during the day and I don't have a weak stomach or any intolerances. So unfortunately only one star.

Were here for breakfast. Apparently you have to make a reservation, even though the place was only a quarter full. Smell and still sit, after a short "discussion". Kind of weird. Ordering is done via QR code. But it is absolutely not self-explanatory. It's basically all-you-can-eat (adult €24, child €12). But you have to know what you want when you order. Coffee is constantly replenished. Nothing is filled up for children. The food was really tasty and the waiting time was short. But the ordering system and the lack of explanation is strange. The waitress didn't really understand our questions (I think because of the language barrier).

Very cool location. We found the surfboards on the ceiling particularly cool. The food was very tasty and the homemade wildberry lemonade was also really good.

I was recently at Chillers Pforzheim, and I have to say: absolutely great! 🔥 If you like a relaxed atmosphere, super friendly service and delicious food, this is the right place for you! The staff is incredibly warm and attentive - you immediately feel welcome as soon as you enter. Our order was served quickly and with a smile, and we felt really at home. Food & drinks are awesome! The burgers are juicy, fresh and perfectly prepared, the side dishes are crispy and tasty. won't be our last visit :)

Great food and great service! I was at Chillers recently and had a really nice evening. The food was super tasty and the portions were – typically American – really big. Price-performance was absolutely right! The staff was really friendly and attentive, you immediately felt at home. Plus, everything happened really quickly without seeming hectic. Rarely have I experienced such good service! If you like large portions, good food and a relaxed atmosphere, this is the place for you. I'll definitely be back!

Went there today for an espresso & cheesecake before the cinema. The waitress came immediately to take our orders. The seats and tables were a bit dirty and unfortunately I had to consume my espresso separately from my cheesecake as there was probably a lot going on in the back area. Therefore no deduction. The atmosphere is appealing and the staff is very friendly. My cheesecake was worth the wait. See pictures. We'll definitely test the place again.

I've been here several times now and have always been disappointed by the service. You wait 15 minutes for your QR code, which you only get after checking on your own. Furthermore, you wait over 50 minutes for your food (even though it's not particularly busy). The waitresses don't even ask if the food tastes good or if you want anything else... I probably won't come here again. The name “Chillers” says it all at this restaurant…

Went there for brunch on Sunday. The food was top. The waitress also often came by and poured coffee.

What happened here? We've probably been here five times and everything has always been perfect. Huge portions for good prices, delicious chicken wings with sauces and marinades that you can't get anywhere else. Now the concept has probably changed fundamentally. The portions are only half as large - for the same price. But the quality is much worse. The wings taste like I would buy them from the freezer section of the supermarket. It feels like the marinade is no longer there. What was previously the Garlic-Parmesame Sauce (my highlight so far!) is now a bit of grated Parmesan over a dry chicken wing. How can you change the quality so radically and not even adjust the prices?! So far we've only driven from Karlsruhe to Pforzheim because of the chiller - you can't get chicken wings like this anywhere else. This is clearly no longer necessary - it even tastes better at KFC or at home...

Price-performance is top. The burger and the ribs are delicious, great service and super nice staff.

I was there several times after the reopening and in the months afterwards and had a good impression, BUT... Yesterday we made reservations for a group of 15 people. When we arrived there were only 12 places. Apparently there was speculation that we would come with less. We were then tried to somehow squeeze into the existing tables, to the detriment of the other guests and the walking paths. After a short discussion, we moved the tables independently. We were given QR codes to order drinks. Cool idea and also very economical for sales. However, the waiters kept coming with drinks that didn't belong at our table. I have no idea what went wrong in the background. It was not possible to prepare hot drinks that evening. We and our group probably used up our supply of Salitos that evening (it was a Friday evening and the restaurant wasn't overly full 😃). After the first person got their food after 5 minutes, nothing happened for another 60 minutes. When we asked the staff “we are now the next ones in the kitchen”… “the boss is now in the kitchen himself making our food”… In the end everyone else got their food after 60-90 minutes. 95% had a burger, it wasn't like we had completely different foods. As an apology there were two more plates of fries. Food and quality was okay, my bowl was extremely spicy even though there was nothing on the menu :/ Ambience was nice and the staff tried hard.

The food tastes good, I can especially recommend the burgers. Unfortunately we had to wait a relatively long time. There were four of us there for dinner and unfortunately it wasn't possible to eat at the same time. There was a gap of almost 20 minutes between the first and the other three dishes (despite ordering at the same time).

Have been to Chillers several times now and I have to say the great ambience and the Winterwondetland impresses me every time. Lots of attention to detail, just great. Now let's get to the food. Very good and varied menu, something for everyone. I always got my money's worth with my favorites, wings and burgers. The sauces are particularly worth mentioning. A pleasure. We will definitely come back, the Chillers is really highly recommended.

Great ambience, friendly staff, breakfast buffet not cheap, as filter coffee from the thermophore, lukewarm scrambled eggs, sliced ​​cheese were carelessly placed (glued) on the board. A fantastic breakfast buffet with a great selection, plus friendly and attentive staff. The food is delicious and ordering is convenient using a tablet. Simple, uncomplicated and relaxing. It could have been a little cleaner, but that's complaining at a high level.

We were here for breakfast for the first time today. From the service to the food, we were absolutely thrilled. You immediately feel at home and receive good advice. The portions are large and everything is tasty and fresh!

We went to the breakfast buffet. There is a very small buffet and certain dishes from the menu can also be reordered as often as desired. This is easy to do via your cell phone. Coffee and water are also included. The food was really delicious. Very well directed. A slight deduction for the ambience, as the floor was unfortunately very dirty. It hadn't been cleaned from the night before and we still had the fries on the floor and crumbs everywhere. But we would love to come back. Great staff, very friendly.

We were there as a family on a Sunday, two adults, two children. Chillers advertises its “Family Sunday” children’s menu at half price. The first greeting and taking the order was super friendly. Unfortunately, in the last third of my wrap I had a piece of masking tape about 8cm long that said “onions”🙈. The clearing service didn't come until my daughter said we wanted to pay. The waiter didn't ask if everything was ok, just "cash or card". We then pointed out the tape to him and his only response was “sorry for the chef”. The discount for the two children's menus was not deducted from the invoice and we did not receive a receipt because of "technical problems". We then did the math ourselves and got the difference in cash. Too bad Chillers!! The food tasted really good, but that was once again a live from the service desert!!!

We went for breakfast with the family today. What I really liked was that our children were immediately offered something to paint. The breakfast was really delicious 😃 We can recommend it and will definitely have breakfast there again and also try the food 😃

The food itself was okay, but apparently I had a smash burger, but unfortunately that had nothing to do with it...the chicken sandwich was definitely tasty, the service was also very friendly. Maybe I ordered the wrong thing and the specialties are somewhere else.

Tried it out spontaneously because the cocktail happy hour looked promising. There was hardly anything going on, there were about 6-8 people sitting outside. Half of it with drinks. We didn't see anyone inside. Nevertheless, it took about 15 minutes to bring our 2 cocktails. Cocktails at happy hour are inexpensive, but unfortunately not worth mentioning. I can't say anything about the food at the moment, but €24 for chicken wings all you can eat seems a little too expensive to me. Facility knows how to please

A very nice theme-oriented location. Very tasty burgers and much more. Today a dude on fire with a whole weat bun. Unfortunately the spiciness was very mild but still very tasty. Fast and attentive service made the stay perfect 👍 would be happy again ❤️

It's easy to sit outside here, but the indoor ambience is also very nice. I go to Chillers very often and I can only recommend it. The burgers taste very good. The midday lunch in particular is a fair offer.

The “homemade” lemonade is not freshly prepared and only tastes like tap water with sugar. The cheeseburger was ok, but the quality doesn't match the price. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this restaurant.

Can you recommend it? Unfortunately not quite what I expected, but a good citizen restaurant by German standards. It's good to go out to eat. Even with children it worked well here, we got a high chair straight away and the service was very nice to the children.

I was here once in December but I honestly don't remember what I liked here. Now that I've arrived again today, I know why I like Chillers so much. Great service (very nice staff, friendly and open as well as great explanations) and the food was simply 10/10, the whole family was impressed by the great food and drinks in relation to the prices. Also the fact that you can order yourself using a QR code is extremely rare and extremely practical. Highly Recommended

Sorry - that was NOTHING! We had booked a table for 7:30 p.m. and at least we got the food we had chosen at 9 p.m.! The restaurant wasn't full... but the table wasn't cleaned of the leftovers of previous visitors. The chicken was fried to death and the patty of the burger was half fried medium and the other half medium-rare - and that was with minced meat! But no one was really interested in the service either - you don't ask if you want something to drink or how the food was... what's more important is whether you want to pay by card or cash... Sorry - that was NOTHING tonight - you can definitely do better! I probably won't find out whether this was a slip-up... Unfortunately I won't have to go there again... it's a shame - a real shame!

You can easily order at the table via a website, but if you can't handle that, the service is super friendly and will take care of everything. The shop is very attractively decorated and I particularly liked the music. Maybe it's just my taste, but the night we were there, one good song after another played. 🎵🎶
