I came here every time I went to the cinema. Really awesome food and incredibly cool ambience. You feel as if you are no longer in Germany but in America in a real diner. Warmest recommendation. I haven't eaten anything here that I didn't like. Ribs, burgers, wraps and sandwiches have all been here and everything was super tasty. The waitresses are always super friendly and accommodating.

Come regularly when time permits

There were 4 of us who ate and were quite satisfied. Portion size sufficient, prices okay for the quantity offered. The restaurant was 60% full and we were shown straight to our seat. The order was taken within 10 minutes and the drinks arrived less than 10 minutes later. Absolutely fine. The food was fresh, everything was warm. Therefore definitely recommended. I can't understand the negative reviews today.

Very good food, onion rings and spare ribs (especially the sauce) are e.g. B. recommended. But also the iced tea and the cocktails (happy hour from 8 p.m.). Nice atmosphere and the service was extremely friendly and accommodating. Thank you for a nice and tasteful end to a day at the cinema.

Drank expensive and bad coffee. Afterwards I found out that you could declare the toilet receipt, but the lady who brought the coffee wanted to pay immediately when the coffee was delivered, I now understand why. The same lady commanded the girls who helped serve the public. Bad management, I wouldn't have put up with it if I were them.

Since I've never been to this store, I can't rate anything.

Basically, I still think the food at Miss PeppeR is good and inexpensive. I was never disappointed with the quality of the dishes. No matter what restaurant it was. Yes..., the restaurant in Dettelbach was very well attended on my last visit. That was probably the reason why I waited almost 50 minutes for the food. Please just tell your customers if such long waiting times are to be expected.

A disaster on the phone, but okay on site

We've been coming here off and on for years, although from our point of view everything has declined significantly. The food and service are okay but nothing more. This time we only ate a few fries and chicken - okay, but not particularly worth mentioning in terms of taste. It's a shame, the ambience is really good and the overall impression was much better before, both in terms of service and taste.

Really friendly staff. We were too late for food, so we stayed for a drink or two. We will be back tomorrow to eat at the restaurant. Jacob and Nie made us very welcome.

A cool American fast food restaurant! Service on point and friendly. Delicious hearty food, large selection of drinks. US style ambience and the right music. Clear recommendation because the price-performance ratio is right.

At first they were the only guests. Everything is pretty overpriced. A plate of (good tasting) spare ribs for €30. Side dishes and a pint of beer all cost around €5 and the beer tasted stale (the pipe wasn't flushed?) and I didn't like it later. Also no diner prices, but a diner atmosphere if you like that, but a little over-the-top rockabilly. You don't have to do it a second time...

To evaluate it, I would like to list the pros and cons: Per: - The food was tasty (that's the only reason there are two stars) Cons: - The waitresses are all more concerned with themselves and their devices than paying attention to the guests - We waited 1 hour for the starter. It took another half hour for the main course to arrive. - You have to pay for the toilet. Basically no problem, but you have to pay in cash and at the machine. Card payment not possible. Tip to the management: This way you don't sell drinks that would earn you far more than the stupid 70 cents for the toilet. - The tipping system for card payments is not transparent but is only given as a percentage based on the American model. Not exactly helpful. - You have to make yourself very clear if you want something from the service staff. - For some dishes you should pay close attention to the price. I think it's clear why I can only give 2 stars. I would go there again if I got a service that deserves its name. The food was good for a diner. If you have a lot of time and a big bladder you can give it a try.

For someone who is into rockabilly culture, Miss Peppers is just the thing for me. My master recommended the diner to me and I am not only very satisfied but also thrilled. I was there for the first time on June 22nd and was greeted very friendly and competent right from the start and shown to the table. The orders were also received and implemented quickly and in a very friendly manner. I was served that evening by Patryk, a very friendly and engaging man. I would definitely like to come back, keep it up!👍

Definitely worth a go. The burgers were really good. We sat in the back right corner. Was a bit to loud as we were directly by a speaker.

Easy setup self service and food too expensive

The food is incredibly good, varied, tasty and the price-performance ratio is also great. The service is polite and you never have to wait long. The ambience is definitely unique and appropriate, as well as pleasant. I can only recommend it, the only thing that bothers me is the location, but you forget that as soon as you're there and it's worth the visit every time.

Otherwise always very tasty but somehow the quality has decreased. The burger buns were extremely thin. They practically collapsed when you touched them. A real bun should rise again when you press it. The chicken fillets were tasty but somehow way too thin for the price. The sauce that came with it was, in my opinion, a ready-made chilli sauce from a bottle. The amount of fries has reduced. The service was very nice.

Was OK But not anymore Bun was a little cold Meat lukewarm, meatball-like. Felt like it was pre-produced. (Just a guess) Service was great 25 € for a double cheeseburger, fries and a pilsner is a bit expensive.

We actually liked going there. This time it was a disaster. It was our daughter's birthday and we had made reservations. We had to wait an hour for the drinks. My husband's spritzer consisted only of water. My Tropiclimo only consisted of currants. Apparently the waitress had thrown everything down and had to make new drinks. Eating no, then the shooting, everything became more expensive, but so expensive. 120 euros, that's crazy. You also have to pay for the toilet. Never again.

I liked the service best, but unfortunately the food didn't taste good at all. The fries were cold and the burger steak was dry. Even dad's beer was stale. The service deserves the 3 stars because I got a really good coffee as “compensation”.

It's always busy here on weekends, so a reservation is definitely necessary. The food is good and served reasonably quickly. The burgers taste great. The atmosphere is set up like a typical American diner. The staff is also very nice. The only thing that's annoying is that the toilet is chargeable.

It's a shame, we wanted to eat with 3 people today, but we didn't succeed because not a single waitress came to our table. It wasn't a rush hour, the store wasn't full, there were four waitresses there who saw us. One of them collected money from the next table and cleared another table, nothing happened. After about 25 minutes, when I spoke to an employee, we were made to understand that it was our fault, as the staff usually accompany the guests to the tables. This was not apparent when entering. No “barrier” no “sign” nothing like that. There was no apology or anything along those lines. Very unfortunate. We then left. We'll try it again in 1 or 2 years, by then the staff may have changed or the idea of ​​service has caught on with the employees.

If you like mediocre American food, this is the place for you. After a long wait, our drinks arrived after 45 minutes. The restaurant was almost empty, the service and the kitchen seemed overwhelmed. It wasn't exactly cheap either.

The "special" Angus beef burgers were unfortunately very mediocre. The fries that came with it were also quite okay. Unfortunately the price was almost a joke! 2 burgers, nachos and chicken selection plus drinks for around 80 euros is not worth it.

I used to always be satisfied, but apparently the cook was changed because the food was terrible. We waited just over an hour for a lukewarm burger and soggy fries, which just isn't possible for 17.50 (pulled pork burger) and 15.90 (vegetarian burger). Unfortunately not worth another visit.

Went there to celebrate our 18th birthday on March 3rd and were extremely happy. The table was even decorated. Drinks arrived in under 15 minutes and we didn't have to wait long for the food. Service was great ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The food was great👍🏻. And a huge respect for the fact that the service remained friendly despite the very stressful situation at the table next to us. All together we left full and happy. We'll be back 👍🏻🫶🏻

Not good !!! We had to wait 45 minutes for a schnitzel and spareribs. Then they forgot one schnitzel, so I had to wait 20 minutes again. Crazy!!

The three of us wanted to eat burgers in front of the cinema today. In terms of taste, it could have been an experience, but unfortunately the patties were ice cold and relatively small and the staff was rather unfriendly. Since we didn't have time, a complaint was out of the question and, as the Franconian says, "hunger doesn't drive us." Based on our experience today and at the price quoted, we would therefore not recommend the diner.

We ordered to be picked up (online 1 hour in advance), there was a lot of confusion on site and we had to wait another good 20 minutes until the food was ready. For 40 euros we got an okay burger, a half-raw (!) cold burger, two soggy portions of fries and two coleslaw, which we would have saved if we had known that there were only two spoonfuls. Oh well...

Very tasty food and drink in a nice American diner/restaurant. It's a shame that these restaurants are only available at rest stops :( We will be back definitely.

One star is actually too many. The food was cold, salty and the employees were unfriendly. The music machine was broken (there was no sign on it) we threw money in it but got nothing back, just stupid statements. It's a shame, but we're not coming anymore!

Well, it got pretty expensive and the food wasn't that tasty.

The food used to be really good, but what you offer now and how the service is, bottom drawer... If I want bacon on the burger, then it's hot and crispy!!! The sweet potato fries were so strangely stuck together and the consistency wasn't very tingly and we didn't even start with the cheese dip because we ended up with a real lump in the bowl. Conclusion of our visit: there were three of us, two adults and one child. And everyone has been more than miserable since last night's visit!

In my opinion not recommended. We had the starter bowl as an appetizer and 2 burgers. At first the burger was served with the wrong side dish, which was replaced quite quickly. However, we then discovered that both burgers were still very raw. The burgers were returned and we were promised new burgers, according to the waitress our order was prioritized, but the whole thing took almost 20 minutes. When the burgers finally came it was the wrong side dish again. When we cut through the burger we realized again that the pattie was raw. Instead of an apology or anything, the drinks were on the house, but we still had to pay for the uneaten raw burgers. So there is one star for the favorite starter bowl and because unfortunately you can't give fewer stars.

I don't think it's nice that if you want to pay by card, you have the option of paying different tips in percentages. Especially 5%,10%,15%,20% tip. You can choose everything or not tip, there is an option on the card reader not to tip. However, the waitresses then quickly become very unfriendly. We wanted to pay and the service was very friendly: "Did it taste good?" “How would you like to pay please” When I paid without a tip, all I got was “Yes, bye”.

American Diner - nice idea, nice seating areas, still a bit cool ambience, like in a large hall. Mainly burgers, also a few vegetarian options, prices above average (too much for fast food). Luckily it's burrito week, this was a really good vegetarian alternative!

Offers are advertised on a board, e.g. after work burgers, which are not available in the restaurant. The reason was that they didn't have it at the time. When we asked for the same burger outside of the offer, it was definitely available again. Friendliness is apparently adapted to the trucker mentality but rather inappropriate for normal visitors. Think 3 times whether you go there or straight to the BK. I don't have anything bad to say about the food. Burgers were definitely recommended for previous visits.

Were there on a Saturday evening. We had reserved beforehand by phone and were offered a place directly at the counter. This one was comfortable. The burgers and fries were very tasty. Price-wise it was okay too. We were served by a nice young man with glasses who was very attentive. Great praise! The restaurant itself is located right next to the A3 motorway and is very easy to reach. The atmosphere was comfortably furnished and you simply feel at home. All in all 5 stars and see you next time ♥️

Hallo, wir waren leider komplett enttäuscht. Essen ganz okay (aber für die Qualität zu teuer). Vorspeisen waren keine 2 Minuten am Tisch, da kamen schon die Hauptgerichte. Danach leider niemand mehr vom Service auch nur in der Nähe gewesen. Sind dann vor zum bezahlen und die Gäste eines anderen Tisches sind auch direkt dazugekommen. Schienen auch länger aufs Bezahlen gewartet zu haben. Eigentlich eine schöne Location und wäre schön, wenn es wieder besser wird.
