Das Restaurant existiert seit 2021 nicht mehr. Statt dessen hat die Familie die Weinbar und das Gästehaus Himmelstoss eröffnet, das auch auf Tripadvisor zu finden ist.

Rip off and disappointing in taste! The food was totally bland and carelessly prepared - zero seasoning, zero taste. My rubbery, completely overcooked chicken pieces in the menu did the rest. The absolute joke: two tiny mini spring rolls for €5.50! This is pure rip-off. For the money I expect quality and no micro particles on the plate. I'll never order there again! There is no invoice here The taxpayer is happy Thanks for nothing

Good Asian cuisine at reasonable prices

Open according to the internet. When we got there after a bike ride it was closed. Also open according to the notice there. No indication of current... Closed...or other opening times!

Yesterday was a bit scary 😬 Door open, twilight. A woman in the guest room who immediately said, "Close the door, it's heating!" There is no hot food. We don't know if there would have been anything different 🙈 We didn't want to eat anything there 😅 I can't say whether it's actually open at all 🙈

Ein leckeres Essen allein macht den Aufenthalt noch nicht angenehm. Wir hatten einen Tisch für 5 Personen auf der Terrasse reserviert, der Service war äußerst unfreundlich und lustlos. Fragen zum Wein wurden mit "steht doch auf der Karte" abgeschmettert und wir mussten fast eine Stunde auf unser Essen warten. Die Terrasse ist unbeleuchtet, wir haben zum Essen unsere Handys zu Hilfe genommen. Auch das Kassieren war nur mit Handybeleuchtung möglich. Was hier an diesem Abend schiefgelaufen ist und warum die erste Bedienung so wenig gastfreundlich war (die 2. Bedienung war sehr nett) wurde uns nicht gesagt. Schade – denn unser Essen war wirklich gut.

Falls es das Restaurant noch gibt, sollte es die Telefonnummer ändern, da sie sonst bei mir landen. Ergo keine Pizza

A restaurant that always gives a warm, cozy and pleasant feeling. The food is always delicious, especially the pizza and spaghetti. The owner is always welcoming, friendly and asks if the food is OK, even though the restaurant is always busy and there is only one waiter. Plus, the owner is incredibly generous, which makes staying here even more enjoyable. Absolutely recommended. I will always come back when I have the opportunity to go to Dettelbach. ✨✨✨❤️❤️❤️

Even though we didn't have a reservation and the place was almost full, we were served very well, the atmosphere is so nice you feel like you're in one of those typical American TV shows and the food is simply great (even the meatless version).

We've been there several times, but today, May 3, 2025, it reached its peak. We wanted to pick up the food and wanted to make sure we got the right one. The employee's reaction is to hit the counter once and nod in annoyance. We noticed something was missing and reported it nicely and politely. Because that can happen. Back at the square, oh there's still something missing. Back to the counter, always in a polite tone on my part. The employee tore the piece of paper/receipt out of my hand, checked and handed over Mira's missing products. Sooo annoyed that it's uncomfortable to demand what you paid for. Unfortunately it wasn't the first time, as I said, today was the crowning moment. We cannot recommend this restaurant. Not because of the food but because of the unfriendliness of the employees. We'll look for another one. Bad moods or stress cannot and should not be taken out on customers, especially if you treat them with politeness and friendliness.
