We wanted to order several Happy Meals for a group of 9 children. At the ordering terminals, all children's menus received a message that they were not available. When asked, the employee at the counter just said we should go to the drive-thru and order them there. Then we went to McDonald's...

Burger King... nothing more and nothing less

Were there on a Sunday and apart from us there were 2-3 customers who had already received their orders. We waited 20 minutes for 2 burgers and fries to take away, after which we were offered a coffee as an apology for having waited over 10 minutes. Then we just left without coffee. It's not normal to have a service like this

At this Burger King, I felt like a king even as a citizen. Friendly staff and a clean restaurant and restroom area. We'd love to come back and again and again...!

I have never felt it necessary to give a Google review and present my opinion to the public. In this case, however, I feel obliged. Not a single employee on the evening shift from October 6, 2024 (period 6:00 p.m. to 7:20 p.m.) was able to do acceptable work. Complete chaos, arbitrary work steps, refusal to work and incompetence (although this didn't bother anyone except the guest). Each of the guests during this period must expect a MINIMUM waiting time of 40 minutes (regardless of the number of orders and regardless of take away, on site or drive in). According to our own observation, 3 out of 5 guests complained about missing or incorrect products after receiving their order. My own order was also wrong, 2 out of 5 products did not correspond to the order - there was no time left to complain, this definitely affects some guests (probably 100% of all orders are incorrect). Clearly there was no manager on site at the time, because no person with even a shred of responsibility would have allowed this to continue as it did. I am sure that a single competent person could have done the job of OVER 5 people working better and especially faster. Unfortunately, the processing of the burgers was not professional and was clearly below acceptable quality. I am 100% sure that this branch has lost at least the approximately 100 guests in the period mentioned. We will consistently skip the location in the future and make sure not to visit any more businesses from this management or, most likely, permanently turn our backs on the entire chain (yes, crazy, all because of this visit. I still can't believe it myself)

Friendly service, slightly longer waiting time. Food ok for fast food

June 2024: I've never seen fries so disgusting, I'm puking. The JR Whopper is missing the tomato. Salad on the burger as usual, worst quality. September 2024: Ordered a king meal with sweet and sour sauce, got ketchup. Ordered extra salt and pepper, seller said he would put it in the bag, there was nothing in the bag. How can the employees of this branch be so incompetent?

Burger King. 😄 After the cinema, it's ok if you like fast food.

Very loud, very crowded. Quite a long wait. I can't say much about the service itself, you order on the computer and then you wait until an employee gives you the food. However, if you go by the previous service quality at Burger King (over 20 years ago), things have gotten worse. This applies to almost all branches I have been to in the last few years. The tables are dirty from previous guests. The tray carts are full and the employees don't seem to be able to keep up with clearing them away. The food is okay, the portions are smaller than before, but the price is higher. The refill station in this branch is positive. Overall, not a good development.

Nice staff, the play area for kids is very nice and lovingly designed and the food was very good for a Burger King

Food was no longer warm and shouldn't have been given out at all

We waited forever for our food. We don't eat meat, so we ordered Plant Based. Burgers were vegetarian. However, the additional Plant Bases nuggets we ordered were not there. I only found out about this afterwards after I ate them. Absolutely crazy!! People who don't eat meat should avoid this shop because the employees are simply too stupid to differentiate.

Burger King is ok, friendliness could be better, service is good, they seem to have a better service boss who does his job well, I was amazed.

Several times things were missing or were carelessly thrown into the bag, so that you had to fish the fries out of the bag, for example.

Ich habe ja Verständnis, wenn an einem Sonntagabend mehr los ist wie an einem durchschnittlichen Wochentag und dass dann eine Bestellung etwas länger dauern kann ist auch ok, aber über eine 3/4 Std auf einen Burger ein paar Pommes und eine Cola zu warten ist nicht mehr normal! Noch dazu wenn alle anderen meiner Familie die mit mir zum gleichen Zeitpunkt bestellt hatten Ihr essen schon lange bekommen hatten, bzw. schon mit essen fertig waren. Meine Geduldsfaden ist dann gerissen nachdem Kunden bedient wurden bzw. Ihre Bestellungen abholen konnten die wesentlich später aufgegeben wurden als meine. Auf Nachfrage meinerseits, wann ich denn meine Bestellung rechnen könne, wurde mir in einem sehr patzigen Ton von diversen Mitarbeitern hinter der Ausgabetheke mitgeteilt, dass halt viel los sei! und sie ja auch nur arbeiten können! Hier kam keine Entschuldigung oder etwas in der Art! Nur irgendwelche wahllosen komischen Rechtfertigungen! Kundenservice gleich leider "0" . Solch ein Verhalten geht leider gar nicht! Unterste Schublade!!!!!!

Service nice, ambience good, food small and expensive. Small fries and hamburgers are 5.70 euros for a child. Fries were ridiculously thin and not enough for the money, even if the portion was small.

Pretty much the worst Burger King branch I've ever been to. No matter when you are there or how many customers are in the store, you have to allow at least 10 minutes to wait. Today I waited 17 minutes for two burgers and a portion of fries. While one burger was almost cold because it had been on the tray for 10 minutes, at least the second one was hot. Fries were soggy and lukewarm and the staff was hopelessly overwhelmed. For example, two employees discussed the order slips for minutes.

Just lame staff who look more than serve food. Parts of the order are standing around getting cold while 3 employees are looking. It's getting worse here

so we went here to get something quick to eat. Waited 55 minutes for our food. It was cold and unbearable. From now on it will only be an extra 5 minutes' drive for the other Burger King. Great place to eat while the car is loading. There are many charging stations in the immediate vicinity (including Tesla Supercharger) and because it is located slightly off the highway, it is also quite quiet.

Are you looking to slow down? Instead of “fast food” there is “slow food”. Expect super-long waiting times and overwhelmed staff (even though the store isn't really full). Orders are processed randomly, not as they are received. Nothing received after 20 minutes. Then went to the counter and asked how long it would take. Yes it is done immediately, back to the counter 5 minutes later, nothing finished, then canceled. At least that worked. The workers don't really care whether customers are satisfied; thanks to the good location on the motorway, enough people come by

Waited 50 minutes for 4 burgers

I asked the staff for still water to make milk for my 10 month old daughter. I was then told that I would have to buy a Vio bottle separately, but I could refill Cola and Fanta for free at the machine. A pre milk mixed with cola is definitely great. Then instead I wanted to buy her at least one strawberry banana squeezer that was on display in the fridge behind the counter. This was also denied with the words: “only works with a burger menu, costs €4.99”. Unfortunately, I can't give my baby a cheeseburger yet. Apparently incomprehensible to the employees. I wanted to have some ice cream myself, of course the ice cream machine was broken 🙄 Burger King is a super child-unfriendly chain and the employees are a mixture of hollow and heartless. Even if there is no systemically possible way to sell products individually, I would expect more child-friendly communication from my employees and no stroppy or cheeky answers. Water for baby food should be a given. Never come back, Burger King shame on you.

Fast as it has to be and good quality for fast food and the ice cream with strawberry sauce is a dream. 12.6.24 there has been no ice cream for three months. Disaster

Einmal und nie wieder. So einen verschmutzten Burger King habe ich noch nie gesehen! Egal wo man hinschaut, siehe Bilder. Das Personal ist durchgängig desinteressiert und gelangweilt. Die Tropfschale vom Getränkeautomat war falsch eingelegt, so dass das Getränk erst Mal schön am Becherrand innen und außen runterläuft. Gefüllt funktioniert im dem King nichts.

Clean toilets, clean changing room. A nice place to play inside and a large structure outside. Food was ready quickly and tasty. Lots of parking spaces, including for electric cars.

According to the coupons, 10 cents were charged too much for proof, see coupons and invoice, the reason for the staff was incorrectly stored in the system, therefore 1 star for this error! We had to wait twenty minutes for our food even though not much was ordered. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Products are offered even though not all the ingredients are there.

Truly the best Burger King experience I've ever had.

The Burger King is easily accessible in a truck stop near the A3 motorway. There are numerous charging stations for e-cars there and that’s what led me there. The Burger King looks clean and the staff is polite and friendly. Unfortunately, the food is not on the same level as I normally would find it. The fries were rather lukewarm and so was the chicken burger. The taste was good.

There is a problem with this branch. Looks more like a haunted house. Employees IQ is questionable.

The noise in this store was worse than in any kindergarten. Toilet sucks. The soap dispenser was on the completely filthy floor and the wall behind the sink was completely dirty. In the restaurant you were stuck to the floor waiting for your food. And to make matters worse, the fries that were part of the king menu were missing. Unfortunately, I noticed it when I was on the road again. I chose to take away because I didn't want to eat at that volume. I won't be visiting a Burger King restaurant again anytime soon.

Terrible. There was hair in the chicken nuggets and one was eaten. The burger was first forgotten and then served incorrectly. The fries were fried for 10 seconds and were iced. Conclusion: NEVER AGAIN Burger King.

Paying at the order post is not possible, you can only pay in cash at the cash register. I didn't get the entire order and 2 chicken nuggets were too few. In addition, the tray rack was full, so it was impossible to clean up.
